This one is for the record. My official “prediction” (good deductive reasoning, as well as a weak field of choices allows me to predict accurately):
Hillary Rodham Clinton
- Obama needs her political war machine, and I’m sure she’s been holding it for ransom.
- McCain and crew are filthy, rotten and nasty. Obama’s peaceful temperament is no match against the “vast right wing conspiracy”
- Biden is a hot head, and could be perceived by some to be a loose cannon. Inconsistent with Obama-style.
- All other prospects, quite frankly, suck. No American-Idolism qualities exist with any other candidates to help sway stupid and ignorant voters.
- He will lose the election against McCain and Lieberman with anyone other than HRC as his running mate.
My personal hopes rest with Joe Biden, and I would not be disappointed if Biden is the pick.
Obama, of anyone, could eloquently communicate that he is putting his country’s interests before his personal agenda; all in the name of giving voters a say in the matter.
I’m with you here! Totally Hillary. I honestly don’t think there’s any other pick…. I would be absolutely stunned if it’s anyone else.
BTW (unrelated): I don’t know if you ever want to get into Boomer health issues, (just let me know if you want me not to bug you w/ this stuff), but I’ve just heard about http://www.mdsupport.org and they have an awesome site with lots of free info/resources on macular degeneration which is a HUGE issue among Boomers (I’ve written several articles on it for the AZ Republic over the years). Might be good to spread word on this if interested.

Shuddered at the thought at first, but can’t really think of a stronger choice if the goal is to win the election. Those Clintons.
