On August 16, 2012, former U.S. Marine Brandon Raub was surrounded at his home by Federal agents from the Secret Service, FBI, and Chesterfield County Virginia Police after questioning him about recent Facebook comments. Pete discusses the matter from the perspective of a US Marine, a patriot and a revolutionary who makes public written and verbal comments about overthrowing our corrupt U.S. Government. He also expresses his concerns about Raub being tricked with questioning by law enforcement which may have been used to justify apprehending and committing him to a psychiatric institution. Santilli gives great advice to people about the importance of the 5th amendment right to avoid self incrimination, as well as issues a warning to listeners that this type of government goonery can happen to anyone. Although the NDAA may not have been employed in picking up Raub, Federal & Local Law Enforcement use Raub’s constitutionally protected written expression against him; siting “possible terroristic threats” to justify taking away his liberty, even if temporarily.
