Obama promised to end wars & war spending.  He actually doubled both.  In Afghanistan, its a fact that troops are guarding the $80 billion per year crop of opium used to manufacture  heroin.  Through his silence, he advocates drug trafficking, as well as theft of Afghanstan’s natural resources through military occupation.

Barack Obama has sworn an oath to defend the Constitution & the United States from all enemies; foreign and domestic.  He has failed miserably for more reasons than can be described in this post, but for one; trillions given to Bankster’s.

General McChrystal, however, has also sworn an oath to the United States that I believe he should uphold.  In fact, McChrystal should do the most honorable, patriotic deeds by removing Obama from office.  In my opinion, regime change now will revitalize our democracy more peaceably & smoothly than if Obama were allowed to continue on his destructive path to dismantling the U.S. Constitution and selling the sovereignty of the US to foreign Banskter’s.

McChrystal is suppose to disobey unlawful orders, and must stand courageously as a warrior in the face of enemies opposed to our democracy.

I challenge each and every military warrior, especially my fellow Marines, to defend our freedom.

Remember your oath to our country.  Obama & the elite’s who placed him in the position to effect the New World Order & destroy our country need to be eliminated sooner or later — make it sooner, for the sake of peace and prosperity in our country.

Do what is right for your people.  Unjust war, senseless foreign occupation, seizing natural resources via military occupation, drug trafficking, and ignoring our own boarders (Mexico) is something your Commander in Chief is ordering you to do.  Grow some “round courage between your legs” & refuse those unlawful orders.

On behalf of all Americans I challenge you to either be with freedom and democracy, or against us.  Do the right thing & tell Obama that it’s time for regime change.  Fire him.

Finally, a message to my fellow U.S. Marines, Obama has hi-hacked our Constitution; he advocates a police state; has given our checkbook to Bankster’s; and is now trying to control the heartbeat of our freedom — the internet.  In my opinion, if you don’t see this as a justifiable reason for immediate regime change, it’s no wonder you can’t find Osama Bin Laden.  He’s probably hiding in your barracks; right under your nose.

Israeli “Defense” Forces (IDF) offensively attacked a flotilla carrying aid and pro-Palestinian Activists to Gaza. Israeli Commando’s killed 9 unarmed civilians and injured 30 others. Government spokespersons have claimed that the civilians we killed in self defense after military personnel illegally boarded the vessel in international waters. After the incident, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has publicly offered the IMF his “full backing” and support. The international community including Israel’s only Muslim ally Turkey has expressed outrage.

This morning I read an article by Joshua Rhett Miller – FOXNews.com titled: ‘Everybody Draw Mohammed’ Page Briefly Vanishes Due to Facebook Glitch

What caught my attention was Facebook’s official response:  “We want Facebook to be a place where people can openly discuss issues and express their views, while respecting the rights and feelings of others.” the company said in a statement to FoxNews.com.

I call “bulls#@$” on Facebook.  This past weekend I tried fervently to reserve a page name that expressed how I felt about Goldman Sachs, and it was apparent that censorship is built into their automated systems.  It’s blatantly apparent that automated FaceBook censors are protecting Goldman Sachs.   Below are a few screen shots of my failed attempts to reserve various page names.

I sincerely believe that US Censorship will fail.   Companies like Facebook aren’t smart enough to realize that only human intervention is the only fool proof method that can stifle my freedom of expression.  Facebook should learn from China’s mastery if censorship with human, real time monitoring.

If Facebook wants to eliminate jobs with their automated “A.C.P.” system as well as violate our Constitutional rights, maybe they should outsource their entire censorship operation to China.  At least China does a better job keeping HUMANS employed in the censorship business.

Dear Facebook:  As a US Corporation; If you’re truly concerned about “respecting the rights and feelings of others” you shouldn’t mess with the right highest on everyone’s list (especially mine) —- the Constitution — because when you do, we freedom lovers tend to express our feelings a little bit louder.

Every Democrat & Republican (Except for Ron Paul) must be fired. A lot of Americans share this sentiment, and a “Tea Party” has sprouted up to capitalize on it. Unfortunately for the angered, the Republicans have infiltrated the movement and are trying to hijack it for their benefit. Don’t be drawn in by their hokus-pokus — the Tea Party headquarters is in the same office as Republican fund raising command center. It’s a grand scam greater than “New Coke”. Same corporation peddling crappy, deadly ingredients; new packaging.

Democrats. Republicans.  We need to fire every one of them.  I nominate Ron Paul to lead and manage the movement.

Think about it.  How many years have Democrats and Republicans been bickering back & forth? One vote from each of us could solve our current problems overnight. All we need to do is vote for the common man who is truly representative of our country (I say we replace every Democrat & Republican politician with an unemployed person).

• Must fully disclose the truth that they will pocket cash while in office.

• Must be willing to suspend income taxes for 3-4 years.
• Must be willing to cut off any additional borrowing from foreign countries for 10 years.
• Must be willing to shut down EVERY military base outside of the USA.
• Must be willing to end every war immediately & disassemble the CIA.

I can’t help but call this a “Pirate Party”, because it represents an effort to commandeer the ship for our people. This idea is certainly not an “overthrow” of our government; it’s more of a constitutional obligation to give our government and democracy back too our people. Don’t you dare think we can’t accomplish this task….remember….the revolution was initiated and our country was founded with only 3-5 percent of the population coming forward in anger — everyone else woke up & joined in. If we really deserve to enjoy the freedoms our predecessors have handed to us; to celebrate democracy & independence with fireworks on the Fourth of July; we need to think about what each of us must do with our individual vote. In 2010, every eligible man, woman & child needs to smartly cast their vote for any candidate who is not a Democrat or Republican. In fact, since America has been so dumbed-down, it doesn’t even require a super-intelligent 19 year old to cast a vote for a non-politician.

The right thing to do is employ one of the MILLIONS of unemployed.  Let’s start putting people back to work by putting them in political office.  We can do this…all we need is leadership like Ron Paul to guide us.

Seen on a recent Citibank statement: “Effective April 1, 2010, we reserve the right to require (7) days advance notice before permitting a withdrawal from all checking accounts. While we do not currently exercise this right and have not exercised it in the past, we are required by law to notify you of this change.”

Whoa. Is this an April Fool’s joke? A contingency plan to defend against the idea of what “would happen if thousands of [bank] customers pledge to withdraw their money from the bank on a certain day, unless the bonuses are capped?” A strategem cooked up by Citi’s new shareholders from the hedge fund industry, an industry in which such withdrawal gates are common? An idea backed by Citi’s big shareholder, Uncle Sam, or one of its regulators, Sheila Bair?

I called Citi about it and they said the warning applies only to customers in Texas and that the notification had been mistakenly included on statements nationwide. Whatever the explanation, it doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in Citi. I’ve got nothing against Citi as a general matter — I have friends who work there, and know some account holders who are generally satisfied customers. But it’s hard to believe a bank would be sending out a notice like that on its statements.

Update: Citibank has now released the following statement by way of explanation: “When Citibank moved to unlimited FDIC coverage in 2009, we had to reclassify many checking accounts to allow for immediate withdrawals in order to ensure all customers qualified for the additional coverage. When we moved back to standard FDIC coverage with most major banks in 2010, Citibank decided to reclassify those accounts back to make them eligible again for promotional incentives. To do so, Federal Reserve Reg D requires these accounts, called NOW accounts, to reserve the right to require a 7-day notice of withdrawal. We recently communicated this technical requirement to our customers. However, we have never exercised this right and have no plans to do so in the future.”

Texas Congressman Ron Paul has delivered a riveting “State of The Republic” address on his Campaign for Liberty website, orating his thoughts on where the U.S. stands as a nation and what the future holds.

Paul warns that if the country continues along the course it is on, we will witness a three stage slide into social and political chaos, beginning with the current financial crisis, a coming dollar crisis, and culminating in mass unrest.

“Reality is setting in,” the Congressman urges, adding that the only way to prevent social breakdown is to embrace liberty and self reliance and reject the nanny state and government dependency.

“We are rapidly moving toward a dangerous time in our history. Society as we know it is vulnerable to political and social unrest. This impending crisis comes as a consequence of our flawed foreign and domestic economic policies, a silly notion of money, ignorance about central banking, ignoring the onerous power and mischief of out of control intelligence agencies, our unsustainable welfare state and a willingness to sacrifice privacy and civil liberties in an attempt to achieve safety and security from an inept government.”

“Dangerous times indeed.” The Congressman states, stressing that a street fight to restore liberty is not a good option.

“The only way that we can prevent blood from running in the streets is to offer a better idea of the proper role of government in a society that desires, first and foremost, liberty.”

“The social unrest will illicit cries for the government to exert unusual force to head off a complete breakdown of law and order. The ultimate trap will be set for a system of government claiming to protect a free society.” Paul states.

“If more power and police authority are not given to the Federal government, it will be argued that only anarchy will result. If more government policing power is given, it will mean a lethal threat to civil liberties.”

The Congressman also warns that it is naive to assume that the American people will not be the eventual target of draconian laws and restrictions already introduced in the wake of 9/11.

“Our civil leaders will not be hesitant to use these powers to maintain order, tragically, the people may even demand it.” he says.

The Congressman elegantly lays out the intricacies of the financial crisis and its history, specifically pointing the finger of blame at the Fed and in particular Ben Bernanke, referring to the crisis as Bernanke’s “very risky experiment with the health of our country and the wealth of our economy.”

“The worldwide financial system built on a foundation of paper has received the shockwaves of an impending collapse. The wild speculation in the derivatives market, the stock market bubble, the insurmountable debt, public and private, and the massive malinvestments have been shattered.”

Paul points out that doubling the money supply can hardly be a solution to a problem stemming from the creation of excess credit.

“It wouldn’t make much sense for a doctor taking care of a very sick patient from severe infection, to deliberately give the patient another infection – yet that is what the PhD doctors are doing to our very sick economy.”

“The only solution so far offered has been to print more money faster, keep interest rates low, at practically 0%, and remove all stops for controlling deficits. These are the very policies that caused the disequalibrium, and doing more of the same, but only faster, can hardly help our economy.” Paul comments.

“When it is revealed that the insider friends of the Fed and Congress get billions of dollars in bailout at the expense of the middle class, it’s no wonder the people are taking to the streets and directing their hostilities towards both Republicans and Democrats in Washington.”

The World Health Organization (WHO) is considering a plan to ask governments to impose a global consumer tax on such things as Internet activity or everyday financial transactions like paying bills online.

Such a scheme could raise “tens of billions of dollars” on behalf of the United Nations’ public health arm from a broad base of consumers, which would then be used to transfer drug-making research, development and manufacturing capabilities, among other things, to the developing world.

The multibillion-dollar “indirect consumer tax” is only one of a “suite of proposals” for financing the rapid transformation of the global medical industry that will go before WHO’s 34-member supervisory Executive Board at its biannual meeting in Geneva.

The idea is the most lucrative — and probably the most controversial — of a number of schemes proposed by a 25-member panel of medical experts, academics and health care bureaucrats who have been working for the past 14 months at WHO’s behest on “new and innovative sources of funding” to accomplish major shifts in the production of medical R&D.

WHO’s so-called Expert Working Group has also suggested asking rich countries to set aside fixed portions of their gross domestic product to finance the shift in worldwide research and development, as well as asking cash-rich developing nations like China, India or Venezuela to pony up more of the money.

These would also add billions in additional funds to international health care for the future — as much as $7.4 billion yearly from rich countries, and as much as $12.1 billion from low- and middle-income nations.

But the taxation ideas draw the most interest. The expert panel cites a number of possible examples. Among them:

—a 10 per cent tax on the international arms trade, “which might net about $5 billion per annum”;

—a “digital tax or ‘hit’ tax.” The report says the levy “could yield tens of billions of U.S. dollars from a broad base of users”;

—a financial transaction tax. The report approvingly cites a levy in Brazil that charged 0.38 percent on bills paid online and on unspecified “major withdrawals.” The report says the Brazilian tax was raising an estimated $20 billion per year until it was cancelled for unspecified reasons.

The panel concludes that “taxes would provide greater certainty once in place than voluntary contributions,” even as the report urges WHO’s executive board to promote all of the alternatives, and more, to support creation of a “global health research and innovation coordination and funding mechanism” for the planned revolution in medical research, development and distribution.

The WHO scheme to transfer impressive amounts of money, technology, patents and manufacturing ability to the developing world in a global battle to conquer disease looks similar in many respects to the calls for huge transfers of wealth and technology that were at the heart of the just-failed U.N.-sponsored conference on lowering greenhouse gas emissions at Copenhagen.

Indeed, the volume of revenues that the experts foresee from their global indirect tax — if it should ever be approved by enough national governments — might well come close to the $30 billion annual wealth transfer that rich nations approved at Copenhagen to hand over to poor countries until 2012.

But a global health tax would go one big step further. And, as the experts point out, one trail-blazing version of their global consumer tax for medical research already exists: a germinating program known as UNITAID, which aims to battle against HIV/AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis.

UNITAID, which began in 2006 and is also hosted by WHO, is financed in part by a “solidarity contribution” levy of anywhere from $1.20 to $58 on airline tickets among a group of nations led by France, Brazil, Chile, Norway and Britain. According to the WHO experts report, it has raised around $1 billion since its inception, with 13 countries having already passed the airline tax legislation and “several” others in the process of doing so.

The idea, as with the “indirect” taxes that WHO is about to consider, is that a relatively small consumer levy, once implemented, is a low-profile and relatively painless way to create a global health-care tax system.

UNITAID’s board chairman, Philippe Douste-Blazy, a former French Cabinet Minister and currently special advisor to U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on “innovative financing for development,” is also a member of the WHO expert working group.

The global financial mechanism that the experts have been exploring is the keystone to WHO’s entire program for the transformation of the world’s health industry, which was endorsed as a “global strategy and plan of action” by the health organization’s World Assembly in May 2008.

The plan includes more than 100 specific actions across the areas of research and development, technology transfer and intellectual property rights, among others, according to an update that will also be presented to the executive board next week.

New regional and national networks for medical innovation and development are being planned in Asia, Latin America and Africa — where, for example, there will be “African-led product research and development innovation,” including delivery of drugs based on traditional medicines.

Another major effort is the transfer of technology to poorer countries to produce vaccines. One example: H1N1 flu vaccine, which is being manufactured in China, India and Thailand under licensing arrangements created under WHO auspices.

After WHO issued repeated warnings of a serious H1N1 influenza pandemic over the past two years, countries such as Britain and France ordered hundreds of millions of dollars worth of vaccine, only to decide that they were unnecessary, leading to mass cancellations of orders. WHO is reviewing how it handled the crisis.

According to the WHO update, the U.N. organization is already promoting transfers of new medical products for vaccines against rabies, even though that disease is now something of a rarity in the West.

A significant aim of the WHO effort is expanding production and distribution of remedies for what it calls “neglected diseases,” mainly meaning those that are more common in poor, underdeveloped countries than in richer ones. These include a variety of parasitic ailments, including trypanosomiasis, or sleeping sickness.

Behind all of the effort is the “persistent and growing concern,” as the expert’s paper puts it, that “the benefits of the advances in health technology are not reaching the poor,” which the paper calls “one of the more egregious manifestations of inequity.”

As with “climate change” at Copenhagen, the WHO’s experts see that health inequity as a malady that innovative and permanent forms of global taxation are just the right thing to help cure.
