{"id":3407,"date":"2022-05-20T17:06:23","date_gmt":"2022-05-20T17:06:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/petersantilli.com\/?p=3407"},"modified":"2022-05-22T12:10:21","modified_gmt":"2022-05-22T12:10:21","slug":"breaking-sussmann-trial-hillary-clinton-personally-approved-of-dissemination-of-bogus-trump-russia-alfa-bank-accusations-to-media","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/petersantilli.com\/?p=3407","title":{"rendered":"Hillary Clinton Personally Approved Bogus Trump-Russia Accusations Given to Media"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe class=\"rumble\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/embed\/v12w4gf\/?pub=24ns9\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Cincinnati (TB097) May 20, 2022 at 01:01PM <strong><em>BREAKING: SUSSMANN TRIAL: Hillary Clinton Personally Approved of Dissemination of Bogus Trump-Russia Alfa Bank Accusations to Media.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe class=\"rumble\" src=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/embed\/v12uh3e\/?pub=24ns9\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong><img alt=\"\">Durham-Sussmann trial update:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hillary Clinton\u2019s 2016 campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann was indicted last September for lying to the FBI.<\/p>\n<p>According to the indictment, Sussmann falsely told James Baker he wasn\u2019t doing work \u201cfor any client\u201d when he asked for a meeting with the FBI where he presented bogus evidence the Trump Tower was secretly communicating with Kremlin-tied Alfa Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Hillary Clinton fired off a tweet claiming Trump Tower was secretly communicating with Russian Alfa Bank.<\/p>\n<p>The defamatory tweet is still on Twitter.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server linking the Trump Organization to a Russian-based bank. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/8f8n9xMzUU\">pic.twitter.com\/8f8n9xMzUU<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Hillary Clinton (@HillaryClinton) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HillaryClinton\/status\/793250312119263233?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 1, 2016<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><strong>Now this UPDATE\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hillary Clinton\u2019s 2016 campaign manager Robby Mook on Friday testified that Hillary personally approved of the dissemination of the bogus Trump-Russia Alfa Bank accusations to the media.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI discussed it with Hillary as well,\u201d Mook said in court on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t remember the substance of the conversation, but notionally, the discussion was, hey, we have this and we want to share it with a reporter,\u201d Mook testified.<\/p>\n<p>When asked how Hillary Clinton responded, Mook said: \u201cShe agreed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fox News reported:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Former Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook testified Friday that then-Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton approved the dissemination of materials alleging a covert communications channel between the Trump Organization and Russia\u2019s Alfa Bank to the media, despite campaign officials not being \u201ctotally confident\u201d in the legitimacy of the data.<\/p>\n<p>During cross-examination by government prosecutor Andrew DeFillippis Friday, Mook was asked about the campaign\u2019s understanding of the Alfa Bank allegations against Trump and whether they planned to release the data to the media.<\/p>\n<p>Mook said he was first briefed about the Alfa Bank issue by campaign general counsel Marc Elias, who at the time was a partner at lawfirm Perkins Coie.<\/p>\n<p>Mook testified that he was told that the data had come from \u201cpeople that had expertise in this sort of matter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mook said the campaign was not totally confident in the legitimacy of the data, but had hoped to give the information to a reporter who could further \u201crun it down\u201d to determine if it was \u201caccurate\u201d or \u201csubstantive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also said he discussed whether to give the information to a reporter with senior campaign officials, including campaign chairman John Podesta, senior policy advisor, now White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, and communications director Jennifer Palmieri.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>ELEMENTS OF A &#8220;CONSPIRACY&#8221;:<\/p>\n<p><b>(1) a mutual agreement or understanding, (2) knowingly entered by the defendant, with (3) an intent to jointly commit a crime<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cincinnati (TB097) May 20, 2022 at 01:01PM BREAKING: SUSSMANN TRIAL: Hillary Clinton Personally Approved of Dissemination of Bogus Trump-Russia Alfa Bank Accusations to Media.
