I would argue it lost it some time ago,\u201d MacGregor said Tuesday on Judge Andrew Napolitano\u2019s podcast \u201cJudging Freedom.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s now becoming so apparent that even the most ardent supporters of Ukraine\u2019s war on Russia in London, Berlin, Paris, and Washington can\u2019t really stand up and say anything else. I suppose some will, but the truth is the war is over.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/e4rWfPPR-V8\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>MacGregor painted a bleak picture of the Ukrainian military\u2019s widespread logistical failures and Russia\u2019s subsequent actions in the Donbas region.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Ukrainians are losing on a daily basis somewhere between 500 and 1,000 dead and wounded. Their army is effectively annihilated,\u201d MacGregor explained. \u201cThey\u2019re throwing reservists \u2013 the equivalent of what we would call National Guardsmen \u2013 into the buzzsaw. And the Russians are very calmly and methodically annihilating whatever shows up. The Russians have already begun consolidating their control over 25 to 30% of Ukraine where the Ukrainian forces were previously paused to attack Russia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And now that Russia controls the economically vital region of Ukraine, it will soon annex it into the Federation, he predicted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey now control territory that is responsible for roughly 80% of Ukraine\u2019s gross national product. So I expect the Russians will hold onto this and incorporate it into Russia. It will be annexed. It was historically Russian, it is again,\u201d MacGregor said.<\/p>\n<p>MacGregor, a former senior adviser to the Secretary of Defense under Trump, warned that Western leaders are still in denial and some even want the war to continue in perpetuity with the \u201cextremely dangerous\u201d end goal of getting the U.S. directly involved in a hot war with Russia.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/www.infowarsstore.com\/specials-clearance\/top-selling-products-sale?ims=kfspw&amp;utm_campaign=2022memorialdayhero&amp;utm_source=Infowars+Hero&amp;utm_medium=banner&amp;utm_content=2022memorialdayhero\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/api.directus.libertycdn.com\/uploads\/_\/originals\/NL-dMemorialDay-hero-385.jpg?ssl=1\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>\u201cAs far as how this will end, we have a lot of people who seemed to be determined that it will <em>not<\/em> end. And that is extremely dangerous because the longer this lasts, the greater the potential for this regional conflict to widen and engulf more countries, and ultimately to drag us in, which some people think is the real goal \u2014 as incomprehensible as that may seem.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Joe Biden\u2019s cabinet is keeping him in the dark and \u201crunning the show\u201d in Ukraine and \u201cdoubling down on failure\u201d in the hopes that they can pull off a win to save their credibility, he claimed.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em>Our friend President Biden is sort of a mushroom: they keep him in a dark place and feed him crap. I think [Domestic Policy Council director] Susan Rice, [National Security Adviser] Jake Sullivan, [Secretary of State Antony] Blinken \u2013 oligarchs, frankly, rich powerful figures that control the Democrat party, and let\u2019s face it, the large portions of Republican party who dominate Washington \u2013 they all have much more influence now than Americans realize. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>They\u2019re running the show. They\u2019re not telling Joe Biden anything they don\u2019t want him to know, but more important, they\u2019re riding this train to oblivion. And they\u2019re not going to get off, and they\u2019re throwing more coal into the locomotive with each passing day. They\u2019re doubling down on failure in the belief that if they just hang on long enough, somehow, miraculously, they\u2019re going to win.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>They\u2019re destroying NATO, they\u2019re tearing Europe apart, Europeans are finally beginning to wake up to the disaster. They\u2019ve lost control of Eastern Europe.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cUkraine is now a failed state. It\u2019s collapsed,\u201d he added. \u201cPeople are being pushed at gunpoint into Russian fire. The whole thing is a disaster. But no one wants to admit failure because if they admit failure, they lose all credibility.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This comes as Europeans are beginning to realize the protracted war in Ukraine cannot be won, as Russia reinforces economic ties with China and India, and the ruble hits a 5-year high despite Western sanctions which have so far only managed to hurt regular Americans and Europeans.<\/p>\n<p>French President Emmanuel Macron called for the \u201cUkrainian president and his leaders\u201d to \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/world\/1626172\/emmanuel-macron-ukraine-russia-war-olaf-scholz-kyiv-visit-latest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">negotiate with Russia<\/a>,\u201d adding that the West has \u201cdone all we can.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A German talk show also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.infowars.com\/posts\/russia-has-won-this-war-german-journalist-says-west-lying-about-ukraine-war\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">admitted that Russia has all but won the war<\/a> in Ukraine and that Western leaders need to level with the public about that development and seek a diplomatic solution with Russia to end the conflict.<\/p>\n<p>MacGregor first <a href=\"https:\/\/www.infowars.com\/posts\/top-army-colonel-this-is-the-beginning-of-the-end-of-ukrainian-resistance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">forecasted<\/a> the Ukrainian military\u2019s path to defeat as early as March 2nd, just a week after Russia first launched its military operation in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n<p><em><a
