According to cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2022\/12\/kari-lake-trial-25-year-cyber-security-expert-testifies-oath-using-wrong-size-ballots-election-day-caused-rejected-video\/\">testimony<\/a> in Kari Lake\u2019s election <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2022\/12\/watch-live-huge-breaking-news-kari-lakes-historic-trial-election-contest-lawsuit-9-mst\/\">lawsuit<\/a>, this was an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2022\/12\/massive-machine-failures-voter-disenfranchisement-red-districts-maricopa-county-not-arise-absent-intentional-misconduct-says-elections-expert\/\">intentional<\/a> act aimed at disenfranchising Republican voters who turned out 3:1 for Trump-Endorsed candidates.<\/p>\n<p>As The Gateway Pundit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2022\/12\/watch-live-abe-hamadehs-election-trial-illegal-votes-erroneous-count-votes\/\">reported<\/a>, Hamadeh contested the results in a lawsuit&nbsp;filed in the Mohave County Superior Court against Kris Mayes, Katie Hobbs, and all Arizona County election officials.<\/p>\n<p>Read Abe Hamadeh\u2019s filing&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2022\/12\/just-arizona-attorney-general-nominee-abe-hamadeh-files-election-contest-lawsuit-filing-included\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Gateway Pundit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2022\/12\/just-judge-tosses-abe-hamadehs-election-challenge-arizona-attorney-general-race-democrat-mayes\/\">reported<\/a> that Mohave County Superior Court Judge Lee F. Jantzen tossed out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2022\/12\/watch-live-abe-hamadehs-election-trial-illegal-votes-erroneous-count-votes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Abe Hamadeh\u2019s election challenge <\/a>in the Arizona Attorney General race against Democrat Kris Mayes.<\/p>\n<p>The judge denied the challenge based on testimony from Hamadeh\u2019s lawyer, Tim LaSota, acknowledging that based on the ballot inspection (a small sample of ballots), his client would not be able to get over 511 votes needed to overcome Mayes.<\/p>\n<p>However, Charlie Kirk tweeted earlier that hundreds of new votes were discovered for Abe, and corrupt Secretary of State Katie Hobbs is attempting to hide this discrepancy from the public.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Kirk: BREAKING: An internal source has shared that a rural AZ county has found a significant miscount netting <a dir=\"ltr\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AbrahamHamadeh\">@AbrahamHamadeh<\/a> with hundreds of new votes. Sources suspect <a dir=\"ltr\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/katiehobbs\">@katiehobbs<\/a> is not quickly releasing this revelation to provide as little time as possible for public reaction.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This was also confirmed by leftist Garrett Archer, who says the \u201cdiscrepancy is not from Maricopa or Pima.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This could overturn the election that was decided by 511 votes.
