    US Actively Transferring Biowarfare Projects From Ukraine to Other Regions – Russian Military Reports

    The Russian military has accumulated a collection of over 20,000 documents related to the US military-biological program in Ukraine, RCB Troops Chief Igor Kirillov has revealed.

    Russia’s Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense (RCB) Troops began detailing the extent of the US bioweapons program in Ukraine last spring. Washington initially dismissed the revelations, but undersecretary of state Victoria Nuland eventually confirmed that the US does indeed have biolabs in Ukraine.

    “Over the period of the special military operation, Russian troops have secured over 20,000 documents, reference and analytical materials, and interviewed eyewitnesses and participants in American military-biological programs,” the officer said in a briefing in Moscow on Monday.

    These materials, which continue to be reviewed and deciphered, confirm without any doubt the Pentagon’s intent to create biological weapons in Ukraine, and to test them out on the populations of the Eastern European country and its neighbors, including Russia, Kirillov said.

    The RCB Troops chief provided a number of new details on Washington’s activities, including a large-scale effort said to have been undertaken in 2022 to evacuate Ukrainian specialists working on bioweapons to Western countries, including the US, Canada and the European Union. The relocation was undertaken to prevent Russia from interviewing these personnel to obtain more information about activities which may be in contravention of international obligations and treaty norms, Kirillov said.

    Kirillov also outlined US efforts to transfer biological materials out of Ukraine into Poland, the Baltic states and Central Asia amid the curtailing of programs in Ukraine.

    “The Pentagon is actively transferring unfinished research in the framework of Ukrainian projects to the states of Central Asia and Europe,” the officer said, adding that Russia has information on US efforts to ramp up bio-defense cooperation with countries in Africa and the Asia-Pacific region as well -including Kenya, Singapore and Thailand.

    “Under pressure from the international community, Washington is changing its approaches to organizing military-biological activities, shifting the functions of customer to civilian departments – the Department of Health, the Energy Department, the United States Agency for International Development [USAID, ed]. This allows the US administration to avoid criticism at international venues” and reduce pressure on the Pentagon and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Kirillov said.

    New Questions About Coronaviruses

    Referencing documents obtained and studied by the RCB Troops, Kirillov pointed to evidence that specialists from the EcoHealth Alliance has been engaged in research on coronavirus strain transmission mechanisms since at least 2015.

    EcoHealth Alliance is the US government-funded non-governmental organization which funded controversial gain of function coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and which has been accused of helping to spark the global coronavirus pandemic in 2019.

    “Earlier, we informed you about the work being carried out at Boston University to enhance the pathogenic properties of COVID-19, funded by US government money, and about the possible involvement of USAID in the emergence of a new coronavirus,” Kirillov said.

    “The key role in the implementation of these projects belongs to the EcoHealth Alliance intermediary. Documents received from DTRA confirm that since 2015, specialists from this entity have been studying the diversity of the bat population, searching for new strains of the coronavirus, mechanisms of their transmission from animals to humans. In total, more than 2,500 specimens were studied,” Kirillov said.

    In order to build back better they must destroy the old system.

    Another Pelosi stock trade is going viral as her “stock win streak” continues.

    On Tuesday, the Department of Justice launched a massive lawsuit against Google, claiming the internet giant has an illegal monopoly on online advertising.

    By acquiring competitors, Google “has corrupted legitimate competition in the ad tech industry,” the government said in their argument. “Google uses its dominion over digital advertising technology to funnel more transactions to its own ad tech products where it extracts inflated fees to line its own pockets at the expense of the advertisers and publishers it purportedly serves,” the suit claims.

    The story gets weirder however considering San Francisco Rep. Nancy Pelosi made an eyebrow raising stock trade just four weeks before the suit was announced.

    “The DOJ has officially opened up a lawsuit against Google to break up its Ad Technology Monopoly,” reported the popular Nancy Pelosi Stock Tracker Twitter account. “Pelosi sold $3 Million dollars worth of Google just four weeks ago. Wild.”

    The Twitter account posted proof of the trade.

    “REPORT: Pelosi sold $3 Million of Google stock 4 weeks ago. Yesterday, the DOJ opened a lawsuit against Google to break up their tech monopoly. Pelosi gets a free pass for white collar crime. Anyone else would be in jail.”

    Is this just luck or is Pelosi conducting in insider trading?

    This seems to happen quite frequently for the former Speaker and her husband. Back in 2021, the Pelosi’s made another alarming trade surrounding Microsoft.

    “In March 2021, Paul Pelosi exercised options to purchase 25,000 Microsoft shares worth more than $5 million. Less than two weeks later, the U.S. Army disclosed a $21.9 billion deal to buy augmented reality headsets from Microsoft. Shares of the company rose sharply after the deal was announced,” the Hill reported.

    Some members of Congress want to take action against members who frequently trade stocks.

    On Tuesday, Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley introduced legislation that would forbid members of Congress, and their family members, from trading individual stocks.

    The proposal would require Congress members and their immediate families to move any stocks they own into qualified blind trusts. If they fail to do so, they’d lose their stocks to the U.S. treasury.

    Hawley hilariously coined the proposal to be the “Preventing Elected Leaders from Owning Securities and Investments,” in other words the (PELOSI) Act.

    The proposal comes after Pelosi and her husband Paul, traded stocks worth millions prior to Congress passing a subsidy package in 2022.

    “For too long, politicians in Washington have taken advantage of the economic system they write the rules for, turning profits for themselves at the expense of the American people,” Hawley explained. “As members of Congress, both Senators and Representatives are tasked with providing oversight of the same companies they invest in, yet they continually buy and sell stocks, outperforming the market time and again.”

    The bill, if passed, would mandate new members of Congress to divest or place prohibited holdings in a blind trust within six months of taking office and maintain that position while serving the public. Spouses of these politicians would also be required to return any investment profits to the government via the U.S. Treasury.

    “As members of Congress, both Senators and Representatives are tasked with providing oversight of the same companies they invest in, yet they continually buy and sell stocks, outperforming the market time and again,” Hawley went on to say. “While Wall Street and Big Tech work hand-in-hand with elected officials to enrich each other, hardworking Americans pay the price.”

    Ukraine Rocked By Corruption Scandal, Wave Of Top Officials Resign: Sports Cars, Mansions & Luxury Vacations As People Suffered

    The Ukrainian government on Tuesday confirmed the resignation of multiple high ranking officials amid large-scale corruption allegations, in what’s being called the biggest mass resignation and graft scandal since the Russian invasion began.

    Some dozen officials have quit their posts after a huge political shake-up over allegations and probes into cases ranging from bribery, to mismanagement of aid funds for purchasing food, to embezzlement, to driving expensive cars while common people suffer under wartime conditions.

    A top presidential adviser and four deputy ministers – among these two defense officials, along with five regional governors were forced out of their posts. And among the regional governors to step down included officials overseeing regions which have seen intense fighting, including the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, where Russian forces have lately reported gains.

    In reference to the announcement by a senior government official, Oleg Nemchinov, international reports detail the following list:

    • Deputy Prosecutor General Oleskiy Symonenko
    • Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories Ivan Lukeryu
    • Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories Vyacheslav Negoda
    • Deputy Minister for Social Policy Vitaliy Muzychenk
    • And the regional governors of Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Sumy and Kherson

    And separately, “the defense ministry had earlier announced the resignation of deputy minister Vyacheslav Shapovalov, who was in charge of the army’s logistical support, on the heels of accusations it was signing food contracts at inflated prices.”

    In this case regarding the food contracts, Shapovalov is accused of signing a deal with an unknown, shady firm. In his role as deputy defense minister, his is the most notable and visible resignation. Crucially he would have had no small part in overseeing the billions of dollars flowing from the pockets of US and European taxpayers as authorized defense aid.

    He purchased military rations at inflated prices in what appears a scheme to line the pockets of contractors, and potentially involving kickbacks to himself.

    While the defense ministry is still trying to downplay it as a “technical error” – Politico reviews of the details to the scandal: 

    An exposé from the Ukrainian news website ZN.UA revealed last week that the defense ministry purchased overpriced food supplies for its troops. For instance, the ministry bought eggs at 17 hryvnias per piece, while the average price of an egg in Kyiv is around 7 hryvnias. According to ZN.UA, a contract for food procurement for soldiers in 2023 amounted to 13.16 billion hryvnias (€328 million).

    This is two to three times higher than current rates for such food items, reports say. Shapovalov’s resignation letter indicated he’s stepping down so as “not to pose a threat to the stable supply of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a result of a campaign of accusations related to the purchase of food services.”

    There’s also deputy head of the Zelensky administration Kyrylo Tymoshenko, who stands accused of living a lavish wartime lifestyle. Many current mainstream media reports on Tuesday are burying some of the key verified details. For example, BBC writes simply that “Tymoshenko was implicated in several scandals during his tenure, including in October last year when he was accused of using a car donated to Ukraine for humanitarian purposes.”

    But starting in early December local Ukrainian outlets, angered at the posh lifestyle of Ukrainian leaders at a moment tens of millions are without power amid Russian aerial bombardment of the nation’s power grid, began confirming that Tymoshenko drove high-end sports cars in and out of the capital, to and from mansions which typically range in cost from $10,000 to $25,000 per month.

    Below are photos published by The New Voice of Ukraine, republished in Yahoo News, in early December of last year, showing Tymoshenko frequently behind the wheel of a shiny new Porsche Taycan…

    One outlet published a photo series entitled Not the “martial law” of Kyrylo Tymoshenko, deputy head of Ukraine’s Office of the President

    US taxpayer dollars at work in Ukraine…

    As another example of Western MSM seeking to downplay or soften this latest wave of graft-related forced resignations, the AFP writes, “Ukraine has long suffered endemic corruption, including among the political elite, but efforts to stamp out graft have been overshadowed by Moscow’s full-scale war that began in February.” And yet officials like Tymoshenko were spotted around Kiev and oligarchs’ neighborhoods driving luxury sports cars for months throughout the war.

    Additionally, there’s this laughable and embarrassing line out of the AFP report: “Kyiv’s Western allies, who have allocated billions of dollars in financial and military support, have been pushing for anti-corruption reforms for years, sometimes as a precondition for aid.”

    From a government supposedly “pushing anti-corruption reforms for years” to over $100 billion in US defense and foreign aid being pledged to Kiev’s coffers over the past year… to now this from within the heart of the Zelensky administration:

    It doesn’t stop at posh and expensive cars, but the controversy has even extended to luxury vacations abroad as Ukrainians suffer the deprivations of war at home. “The departure of Symonenko, a deputy prosecutor general, comes after media reports that he spent a holiday in Spain this winter, reportedly using a car belonging to a Ukrainian businessman.” The government has as a result now reportedly barred top officials from vacationing abroad as a result of the scandal.

    Just prior to the wave of resignations, another official named Vasyl Lozynskiy was accused of receiving bribes to “facilitate” the purchase of generators at greatly hiked-up prices. Crucially, Lozynskiy as Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Communities Development would have also been directly involved in overseeing how billions of dollars in Western humanitarian and infrastructure assistance gets doled out.

    Commenting on this, mainstream media is now belatedly acknowledging a fact that’s long been well-known, but which would get a person ‘canceled’ in public discourse if they dared pointed it out:

    “Transparency International ranked Ukraine 122 out of 180 in its corruption ranking for 2021,” the AFP now writes (the second most corrupt in Europe, with Russia the most at 136.)

    And now Ukraine’s Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov is under scrutiny related to the growing probe and scandal. Meanwhile, as news of the widening scandal hits world headlines…

    A former top FBI counterintelligence official – in fact, the guy who received the tip that supposedly kicked off the Trump-Russia investigation – has been arrested and charged with violating US sanctions on Russia by taking secret payments from a Russian oligarch in order to investigate another oligarch.

    Federal prosecutors in Manhattan charged Charles McGonigal, former special agent in charge of the FBI’s New York counterintelligence desk, with taking secret payments from Oleg V. Deripaska – which violated US sanctions by agreeing to help the Russian billionaire, who himself was indicted last year on sanctions charges. McGonical notably retired in 2018.

    During his days in counterintelligence, McGonical was responsible for supervising and participating in investigations of Russian oligarchs, including Deripaska.

    The indictment unsealed in Federal District Court in Manhattan on Monday charges the former F.B.I. official, Mr. McGonigal, with one count of violating U.S. sanctions, one count of money laundering and two conspiracy counts. –NY Times

    According to his lawyer, “Charlie served the United States capably, effectively, for decades,” adding “We have closely reviewed the accusations made by the government and we look forward to receiving discovery so we can get a view on what the evidence is upon which the government intends to rely.”

    Former colleagues who worked closely with McGonigal were reportedly ‘shocked’ at his arrest.

    They said he primarily investigated Russian counterintelligence and espionage during his lengthy career with the F.B.I. Mr. McGonigal also took on extremely sensitive assignments in the intelligence community, leading an F.B.I. team that investigated why C.I.A. informants in China were being arrested and killed. -NYT

    A second man, Sergey Shestakov, was also indicted in the case. He’s a former Soviet and Russian diplomat who later obtained US citizenship and worked as a Russian interpreter for courts and government offices.

    In the latest release, thanks to the excellent reporting of independent journalist Matt Taibbi, we see outgoing Chair of the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), continuously pressuring Twitter to validate his fantasies of “Russian bots” manipulating US politics.

    The short version of what Taibbi reported comes from around the time then-Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) was about to release his Committee’s findings about the FBI misuse of the FISA Court to spy on the Trump presidential campaign. The FBI, it turns out, relied exclusively on the widely-discredited “Steele Dossier” – paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign – as justification to spy on the Trump campaign.

    When pressure grew to release the Nunes findings, Twitter exploded with users demanding that Congress “release the memo.” That’s where then-ranking Member Schiff and his staff began relentlessly pressuring Twitter to show that the accounts demanding the release of the memo were actually Russian agents, out to help their supposed favorite, Donald Trump.

    Then, China’s President Xi visit with Saudi and GCC leaders marked the birth of the petroyuan and a leap in China’s growing encumbrance of OPEC+’s oil and gas reserves: that’s because with the China-GCC Summit, “China can now claim to have built a ‘special relationship’ not only with the ‘+’ sign in OPEC+ (Russia), but with Iran and all of OPEC+.”

    At the time, Zoltan urged the reader to think of the timing of this statement in a diplomatic sense:

    “President Xi communicated his message on “renminbi invoicing” not during the first day of his visit – when he met only the Saudi leadership – but during the second day of his visit – when he met the leadership of all the GCC countries – to signal the following:

    GCC oil flowing East + renminbi invoicing = the dawn of the petroyuan.“

    And now, according to Bloomberg, Saudi Arabia is open to discussions about trade in currencies other than the US dollar, according to the kingdom’s finance minister.

    “There are no issues with discussing how we settle our trade arrangements, whether it is in the US dollar, whether it is the euro, whether it is the Saudi riyal,” Mohammed Al-Jadaan told Bloomberg TV on Tuesday in an interview in Davos.

    “I don’t think we are waving away or ruling out any discussion that will help improve the trade around the world,” Al-Jadaan said.

    And echoing Poszar’s comments above, Al-Jadaan appeared to confirm The Kingdom’s goal seeking to strengthen its relationship with crucial trade partners, most notably China:

    “We enjoy a very strategic relationship with China and we enjoy that same strategic relationship with other nations including the US and we want to develop that with Europe and other countries who are willing and able to work with us,” Al-Jadaan said.

    Saudi Arabia is also working with multilateral institutions to provide support to Pakistan, Turkey and Egypt, as part of the kingdom’s largesse to nations it deems “vulnerable,” Al-Jadaan said.

    “We are providing even oil and derivatives to support their energy needs,” Al Jadaan said.

    “So there is a lot of efforts, but we wanted this to be conducted.”

    The FBI revealed how the bureau uses the CIA and National Security Agency to probe the private lives of Americans without a warrant in its updated rulebook, which is the first version made public since the Obama administration.

    The handbook, rewritten in 2021, confirms a decade-old leak showcasing the bureau’s collaboration with the CIA and NSA for FBI probes that may involve surveillance without court orders against people not accused of any crimes. Such probes are known as “assessments” at the FBI.

    The revelations will fuel critics who have long accused the FBI of abusing its national security surveillance powers.

    The FBI’s partnership with U.S. intelligence agencies that are focused on foreign threats is expected to get intense scrutiny from the new Republican-run Congress. The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and House Judiciary Committee are digging into how intelligence agencies target Americans. Plans include a new panel to examine the weaponization of the federal government against U.S. citizens.

    New information about the FBI’s work with other federal agencies and state and local officials is included in the 906-page rule book authored during the Trump administration and revised under President Biden. The bureau published the updated Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide online after rejecting requests to make it public.

    The words CIA and NSA are unredacted in section 20.2 of the 2021 rule book, while the full details of the section remain hidden from public view. A leaked 2011 copy of the FBI’s rule book without redactions obtained by The Intercept shows that section 20.2 covers name trace requests, which involve formal FBI requests for other agencies to conduct searches of their records regarding subjects of interest.

     

    Information obtained by CIA and NSA searches of their records may be used in assessments and predicated investigations, according to the leaked 2011 rule book.

    The FBI assessments are investigations of people and groups that do not require accusations of wrongdoing and need only an “authorized purpose” and a clear objective, according to the 2021 rule book. The investigations are intended to prevent federal crimes, protect against threats to national security or collect foreign intelligence.

    Cato Institute senior fellow Patrick Eddington said the updated rule book shows that the FBI is confident that it will not face consequences for its conduct.

    “The bureau is continuing to hide the fact that 1) they can and clearly do use informants to penetrate domestic civil society organizations where those informants may, either on their own or at FBI direction, attempt to influence the organization’s actions,” Mr. Eddington said in an email. “And 2) [they] employ searches of CIA and NSA data streams on U.S. persons or civil society organizations absent a criminal predicate via assessments.”

    Mr. Eddington said both practices should be prohibited by law and Congress will have a chance to do that this year.

    The NSA declined to comment and referred questions to the FBI, which also refused to comment.

    The CIA said it follows the rules and respects Americans’ privacy.

    “CIA recognizes and takes very seriously our obligation to respect the privacy and civil liberties of U.S. persons in the conduct of our vital national security mission, and conducts our activities in compliance with U.S. law, Executive Order 12333, and our Attorney General guidelines,” the CIA said in a statement to The Times.

    Assessments have faced bipartisan scrutiny in recent years, and the bureau’s internal audits dating to 2013 have shown agents’ repeated failures to follow rules for sensitive investigations.

    The FBI’s use of assessments contributed to worries that agents are investigating Americans because of their ideologies, politics or religious beliefs. The conservative Concerned Women for America, a New York chapter of the League of Women Voters, and the Muslim Justice League in Massachusetts are among the groups swept up in FBI assessments, according to records obtained by Mr. Eddington.

    The FBI revealed in 2021 that there was nothing to pursue at Concerned Women for America after conducting an assessment in 2016. In December 2021, the bureau told Sen. Chuck Grassley, Iowa Republican, that it did not need to explain its probe of the group.

    The FBI’s use of assessments drew additional congressional attention from the House last year. Reps. Nancy Mace, South Carolina Republican, and Jamie Raskin, Maryland Democrat, pressed the Government Accountability Office to conduct a comprehensive review of the bureau’s assessments.

    The bipartisan duo said the FBI may have wrongly used assessments to conduct investigations without factual predicates of criminal wrongdoing. They wanted to know whether the assessments involved the monitoring of constitutionally protected activity.

    The bureau’s decision to unveil aspects of its work with the CIA and NSA in its 2021 rule book indicates that it has teamed with those intelligence agencies on assessments for more than 10 years.

    The Cato Institute sued the FBI for access to government records and pressed the bureau to reveal its rule book before the FBI published it online this fall. Mr. Eddington said his team plans to file challenges to the information that the FBI is keeping hidden in its updated rule book.

    Looks like we will finally get the full story on what really happened on January 6th. Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL) told Charlie Kirk today on Kirk’s radio show that the new Republican Congress will unveil the hidden J6 tapes.

    Gaetz told Charlie Kirk that releasing the tapes “would give more full context to that day rather than the cherry-picked moments of the January 6th committee.”  He further explained this is one example of the deal made with Kevin McCarthy to provide the American people the truth rather than the lies propagated by the Biden Regime.

    Here is the relevant part of their conversation:

    Kirk: One of my favorite members of Congress is Thomas Massie and the fact that he is going to be on this new committee (the Church Committee) really gives me hope.

    Matt, do you anticipate allowing the dogs to be released if you will against this fourth branch of government (the Deep State).

    Gaetz: Kevin McCarthy told us he is going to get the evidence out in front of the American people and that means releasing the 14,000 hours of tapes that have been hidden that I think would give more full context to that day (January 6th) rather than the cherry-picked moments the January 6th committee tried to use to inflame and further divide out country.

    So yes, I do believe that part of this deal is a concession that we are going to get the truth out in front of the American people.

    Should Congress actually follow through and release the tapes, this will serve as the first step toward getting justice for the January 6th prisoners. The Gateway Pundit has provided numerous accounts of the horrifying conditions the Regime has placed them in.

    The mother of Ashli Babbitt, Micki Witthoeft, was arrested by U.S. Capitol Police at a protest Friday afternoon in Washington, D.C. marking the second anniversary of her daughter’s killing by Capitol Police officer Michael Byrd during the January 6th riot.

    Micki Witthoeft was part of a group of protesters walking westbound on Independence Avenue between the Capitol and House office buildings. A trailing police officer in a marked car tried to order the protesters to move to the sidewalk away from the Capitol. The protesters ignored the warning and continued marching, with Witthoeft on the outside in the middle of a traffic lane.

    Capitol Police set up a roadblock and ordered the protesters to cross the street to the sidewalk or be arrested. After an officer shoulder checked Witthoeft where she tried to move past him, Witthoeft turned her back to the officers and offered to be arrested. She was immediately cuffed and taken into custody.

    While being detained, Witthoeft says, “Capitol Police suck ass!”

    D.C. law says spontaneous street protests are allowed, but that police must give three verbal warnings that can be clearly heard and understood before arrests can be made. It is not clear of the Capitol Police followed the prescribed procedure.

    The march from a rally in front of the Supreme Court down First Street to the arrest on Independence Avenue can be seen at about the three hour mark on the video below. The protesters did not try to block the entire street, staying in the curb lane.
