WOKENESS AT ITS WORST: JPMorgan Chase Kicks Kanye West to the Curb Following Tucker Interview, “White Lives Matter” T-Shirts in Paris, Controversial Twitter Post

October 13, 2022 at 07:10AM WOKENESS AT ITS WORST: JPMorgan Chase Kicks Kanye West to the Curb Following Tucker Interview, “White Lives Matter” T-Shirts in Paris, Controversial Twitter Post

Last week Kanye West and Candace Owens wore “White Lives Matter” T-shirts at a fashion show in Paris.

Kanye or “Ye” then went on for an hour-long video interview with Tucker Carlson where he talked about Christ, racism, his career, his goals, etc.

On Sunday Kanye West tweeted out that he wanted to go “death con 3” on Jews. This got him banned from Twitter.

    Ye wrote,

“I’m a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE The funny thing is I actually can’t be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jew also You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone whoever opposes your agenda.”

Then today Kanye “Ye” West received this letter from JPMorgan Chase Bank.

They told him they were closing his accounts.
    They don’t want him.

Candace Owens wrote: “Earlier today I learned that @kanyewest was officially kicked out of JP Morgan Chase bank. I was told there was no official reason given, but they sent this letter as well to confirm that he has until late November to find another place for the Yeezy empire to bank.”

    Who’s next?

Trump? Ron DeSantis? Roger Stone or Steve Bannon?

As long as Americans stay silent this will continue.

EXCLUSIVE: Alex Jones Responds to Billion Dollar Judgement

Alex Jones responded to the nearly $1 Billion dollar judgement in the Sandy Hook case on Wednesday.

“They want to scare everybody away from freedom, and scare us away from questioning Uvalde and what really happened there, or Parkland or any other event. And guess what? We’re not scared, and we’re not going away, and we’re not going to stop,” Jones said on The Alex Jones Show.

“For hundreds of thousands of dollars, I can keep them in court for years, I can appeal this stuff, we can stand up against this travesty, against the billions of dollars they want. It’s a joke.”

Tulsi Gabbard Abandons ‘Elitist, Woke, Anti-White’ Democratic Party

October 11, 2022 at 05:35PM Tulsi Gabbard Abandons ‘Elitist, Woke, Anti-White’ Democratic Party

While not entirely surprising, the reasons that former Democratic candidate for President, Tulsi Gabbard, reveals for her decision to leave the Democratic Party should raise questions in all but the most-liberal of leftists…

I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue & stoke anti-white racism, actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms, are hostile to people of faith & spirituality, demonize the police & protect criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans, believe in open borders, weaponize the national security state to go after political opponents, and above all, dragging us ever closer to nuclear war.

I believe in a government that is of, by, and for the people.

Unfortunately, today’s Democratic Party does not.

Instead, it stands for a government of, by, and for the powerful elite.

I’m calling on my fellow common sense independent-minded Democrats to join me in leaving the Democratic Party.

If you can no longer stomach the direction that so-called woke Democratic Party ideologues are taking our country, I invite you to join me.

Gabbard did not declare herself a Republican, despite sharing many of the views of the anti-interventionist, ‘America First’ wing of the GOP.

During her four terms in office from 2013 to 2021, Gabbard advocated dialogue with America’s rival superpowers, coupled with a hardline policy on Islamic terrorism. Failed 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton accused Gabbard in 2019 of being “a Russian asset,” likely referencing the Hawaiian lawmaker’s past praise for Russian President Vladimir Putin’s fight against terrorism in Syria.

While the Democratic Party has – with the backing of establishment Republicans – voted almost unanimously to send more than $52 billion to Ukraine in recent months, Gabbard has condemned Biden for “exploiting this war to strengthen NATO and feed the military-industrial complex.”

Does make one wonder if she is positioning herself for a VP seat on a DeSantis ticket in 2024?

    * Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Joly on Tuesday called Russia’s latest attacks on Ukraine “abhorrent” and said she condemned them “in the strongest possible terms”.

    * Russia’s missile strikes on Ukraine are unacceptably “brutal attacks”, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi told Zelensky on Tuesday.

    * French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna told France Inter radio on Tuesday that G7 heads of state would probably warn Belarus to stay out of the conflict.

    * Hong Kong’s leader said there was “no legal basis” for the city to act on Western sanctions, when asked about a Russian yacht berthed in the city that belongs to a sanctioned Russian oligarch. read more

    CONFLICT

    * Russian missiles killed 19 people and wounded dozens on Monday, emergency services said, as the weapons tore into intersections, parks and tourist sites as well as knocking out power.

    * Around 300 settlements in Kyiv region and a similar number around Lviv in western Ukraine remain without power, deputy Interior Minister Yevhen Yenin told a briefing on Tuesday morning.

    * Russia’s defence ministry said it had hit “all designated targets” on Monday in what it called an attack on military, communications and energy infrastructure. Putin earlier blamed Ukraine for an attack on a bridge linking Russia to annexed Crimea on Saturday.

    * Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba accused Russia on Tuesday of committing war crimes by deliberately targeting energy facilities to create “unbearable conditions for civilians”.

    * Britain would expect to see indicators if Russia was starting to consider deploying its nuclear arsenal in its war with Ukraine, Britain’s top cyber spy said on Tuesday, repeating that any talk of using such weapons was highly dangerous.

    QUOTES

    * “We will do everything to strengthen our armed forces … We will make the battlefield more painful for the enemy,” Zelenskiy said.

  • President Biden signs executive order aimed at legal reboot of EU-US data flows

President Biden signs executive order aimed at legal reboot of EU-US data flows

October 8, 2022 at 09:36AM President Biden signs executive order aimed at legal reboot of EU-US data flows

U.S. president Joe Biden has signed an executive order attached to reupping a flagship data transfer agreement with the European Union — with the goal of making life easier for businesses that need to export EU user-data to the U.S. for processing.

The White House announced the development in a statement today — saying that the “Executive Order on Enhancing Safeguards for United States Signals Intelligence Activities” would “direct the steps” that the U.S. will take to implement its commitments under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), as the new arrangement is being called.

The new framework is intended to replace the defunct EU-U.S. Privacy Shield (which was invalidated by the bloc’s top court back in July 2020); and its much longer-lived predecessor, Safe Harbor (struck down by the CJEU in October 2015, following the 2013 disclosures of U.S. government surveillance programs by NSA whistleblower, Edward Snowden).

So this is yet another (third time lucky?) attempt to bridge the gap between two very different legal frameworks in order to ensure that EU users’ personal data can keep flowing over the pond.

Thousands of businesses, large and small, had relied upon earlier EU-U.S. data transfer deals to authorize their data exports — greasing the pipes of what the White House refers to as a $7.1TR EU-U.S. “economic relationship”.

But for the last two years there’s essentially been no risk-free legal route. And there still isn’t.

Although the EU responded to Biden signing the EO by saying it will now move to draft an adequacy decision and initiate the adoption process.

    ‘Safeguards for signals intelligence’

The White House press release said president Biden’s executive order beefs up safeguards around U.S. “signals intelligence” (aka digital surveillance conducted by spy agencies) by “requiring that such activities be conducted only in pursuit of defined national security objectives”; by “tak[ing] into consideration the privacy and civil liberties of all persons, regardless of nationality or country of residence; and by being “conducted only when necessary to advance a validated intelligence priority and only to the extent and in a manner proportionate to that priority”.

The EO also mandates “handling requirements” for personal data picked up via signals intelligence and beefs up enforcement around non-compliance. Elements of the US Intelligence Community will also be required to update their policies and procedures to reflect the “new privacy and civil liberties safeguards contained in the E.O.”, per the press release.

Another change is the creation of “a multi-layer” redress mechanism for EU individuals in the EU to obtain “independent and binding review and redress” on claims that their personal data was gathered in violation of applicable U.S. law.

This consists of — in the first layer — a Civil Liberties Protection Officer (CLPO) in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence who will conduct a preliminary investigation “of qualifying complaints received ” to decide whether there has been a violation and, if so, determine appropriate next steps.

“The E.O. builds up the existing statutory CLPO functions by establishing that the CLPO’s decision will be binding on the Intelligence Community, subject to the second layer of review, and provides protections to ensure the independence of the CLPO’s investigations and determinations,” the White House writes.

The second layer entails the EO authorizing and directing the Attorney General to establish a Data Protection Review Court (DPRC) to “provide independent and binding review of the CLPO’s decisions, upon an application from the individual or an element of the Intelligence Community”.

Much will hinge on whether this body will be properly judged ‘court enough’ — under EU law — and therefore competent to uphold and defend EU citizens’ rights or not.

“Judges on the DPRC will be appointed from outside the US Government, have relevant experience in the fields of data privacy and national security, review cases independently, and enjoy protections against removal,” the White House writes. “Decisions of the DPRC regarding whether there was a violation of applicable US law and, if so, what remediation is to be implemented will be binding.

“To further enhance the DPRC’s review, the EO.provides for the DPRC to select a special advocate in each case who will advocate regarding the complainant’s interest in the matter and ensure that the DPRC is well-informed of the issues and the law with regard to the matter. The Attorney General today issued accompanying regulations on the establishment of the DPRC.”

The EO also calls on the (existing) U.S. Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board to review the polices and procedures of U.S. spy agencies to ensure consistency with what the order calls for; and conduct an annual review of the redress process, including to check whether intelligence agencies have fully complied with determinations made by the CLPO and the DPRC.

“These steps will provide the European Commission with a basis to adopt a new adequacy determination, which will restore an important, accessible, and affordable data transfer mechanism under EU law. It will also provide greater legal certainty for companies using Standard Contractual Clauses and Binding Corporate Rules to transfer EU personal data to the United States,” the White House suggests.

Responding to the EO being signed, the Commission said it contains “significant improvements” vs Privacy Shield’s mechanisms.

“At that time, individuals could turn to an Ombudsperson, which was part of the US State Department and did not have similar investigatory or binding decision-making powers,” it noted in a press release.

“The objective of the Commission in these negotiations has been to address the concerns raised by the Court of Justice of the EU in the Schrems II judgment and provide a durable and reliable legal basis for transatlantic data flows. This is reflected in the safeguards included in the Executive Order, regarding both the substantive limitation on US national security authorities’ access to data (necessity and proportionality) and the establishment of the new redress mechanism,” it added.

Political agreement on a new EU-U.S. data transfers deal was announced with much high level fanfare, back in March.

EU commissioners had initially suggested the process might be finalized by the end of this year. However things appears to have moved at a  slower pace than originally anticipated — so it now looks unlikely that all the necessary steps will be completed in time for the framework to be adopted before 2023.

    EU review before adoption

With Biden’s ink dry on the EO, the baton now passes back to the EU to consider whether the framework passes muster.

A number of EU institutions will be involved in reviewing the framework, including the European Data Protection Board and representatives of Member States (and the European Parliament), although the final decision is the Commission’s alone.

And the EU’s executive can — and often does — override concerns raised during the review process (hence two strikedowns already despite plenty of objections raised to Privacy Shield prior to its adoption, in the most recent example… ).

The EU’s executive and the U.S. administration will both be keen for the new framework to stick and — ideally — prove robust enough to see off any legal challenges. But even if it only sticks in the short term (a few years) the prevailing view may be that is ‘fix’ enough — as it allows for ‘business as usual’ for cross-border data flows, getting both sides out of an immediate bind on the legality of trade-related data flows.

Tech giants, including Facebook and Google, will also be crossing their pinkies that the DPF sticks — and quickly — as both have been facing disruption to their businesses and ability to serve customers in the region.

Facebook narrowly avoided a looming shutdown of its EU-U.S. data flows this summer — after objections were raised to a draft regulatory decision ordering them to be suspended, adding months more to the process (and potentially enough time for it to avoid a shutdown altogether if the EU adopts the DPF). So it’s now a race to see what lands first: The DPF or an order to Facebook to shut off EU-to-U.S. data flows.

Google has also faced disruption to its customers, following scores of complaints targeting users of Google Analytics which led, in recent months, to a number of EU DPAs to warn against use of the tool in its standard configuration — saying such use breaches the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation and supplementary measures would need to be applied to raise the standard of data protection to the required level.

Thousands of smaller businesses also need legal certainty around their cross-border data flows, of course. And tech industry associations of all stripes were quick to welcome the signing of the EO — and urge EU adoption swiftly.

A statement by one industry group — calling itself the Reform Government Surveillance coalition (whose members include Amazon, Apple, Dropbox, Evernote, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Snap Inc., Twitter, Yahoo (TC’s parent), and Zoom) — welcomed the signing of the EO and what they dubbed its “robust new privacy protections”. However despite sporting a name with such a reforming-zeal vibe to it, the industry lobby group did not call for more root-and-branch changes to U.S. surveillance practices — instead offering the flattering line that: “We recognize and appreciate the effort of the US Government in finalizing its implementation of the Framework.”

Other responses to the EO’s signing were less fulsomely welcoming.

BEUC, the European Consumer Organization, warned in a statement that there are still “fundamental differences in the level of privacy and data protection in the US and the EU which remain too large to make up for, despite the additional safeguards the US side is proposing to build in” — and urged data protection authorities to “scrutinise any new data transfer agreement with rigour”. “Nobody wants more legal uncertainty,” it added. “We need a long-lasting solution to make sure consumers can trust that their data is safe wherever it goes.”

While Max Schrems, the lawyer and European privacy campaigner whose earlier legal challenges brought down Privacy Shield and Safe Harbor, warned that the agreement looks like a fudge — suggesting, for example, that both sides have agreed to use some of the same words but have not agreed on what the terms mean, and arguing it would therefore likely come unstuck under legal scrutiny.

“The EU and the US now agree on use of the word ‘proportionate’ but seem to disagree on the meaning of it. In the end, the CJEU’s definition will prevail — likely killing any EU decision again. The European Commission is again turning a blind eye on US law, to allow continued spying on Europeans,” he said in a reaction statement, adding: “We will analyze this package in detail, which will take a couple of days. At first sight it seems that the core issues were not solved and it will be back to the CJEU sooner or later.”

Schrems also pointed to the redress body the EO establishes not being a real court — which he said could also be a problem.

“We have to study the proposal in detail but at first glance, it is clear that this ‘court’ is simply not a court. The Charter has a clear requirement for ‘judicial redress’ — just renaming some complaints body a ‘court’ does not make it an actual court,” he said. “The details of the procedure will also be relevant to see if this can satisfy EU law.”

“It is amazing that the EU and the US actually agree that wiretapping needs probable cause and judicial approval. However, the US takes the view that foreigners don’t have privacy rights,” Schrems added. “I doubt that the US has a future as the cloud provider of the world, if non-US persons have no rights under their laws. It is contradictory to me that the European Commission is working on a deal that accepts that Europeans are ‘second class’ citizens and don’t deserve the same privacy rights as US citizens.”

When/if the DPF is adopted by the Commission — most likely next year — legal challenges remain highly likely since the fundamental clash between U.S. national-security-focused surveillance law and EU fundamental privacy rights still hasn’t gone anywhere.

Legal experts will certainly be poring over the EO in detail once they get their hands on the text.

“From the FactSheet: It is a solid improvement compared to 2016. But I want to also see the EO [text],” Dr. Gabriela Zanfir-Fortuna, VP for global privacy at the Washington-based thinktank, the Future of Privacy Forum, told TechCrunch — offering a snap first response.

She also pointed to a line in the White House release — in which the U.S. talks about “qualifying states” which it says will be “designated under the EO”, meaning that the US will itself decide — positing that it might be “looking at some form of reciprocity of sorts” in the national security area.

Edward Machin, a senior lawyer in Ropes & Gray’s data, privacy & cybersecurity practice, also told TechCrunch: “We’re getting closer to European standards than under previous frameworks, although concerns remain about the long-term viability of an Executive Order. The proportionality and retention requirements look tighter and the older redress mechanism is improved. But it is enough? No one knows right now.”

Should a fresh cycle of data transfer litigation kick off, it will of course keep European privacy campaigners and data protection lawyers busy for years to come.

They remain busy enough now, though, as the question of where (and how) EU users’ data is stored remains a worry for businesses exporting it to third countries like the U.S. that lack EU adequacy — with a real prospect of regulatory enforcement in the meanwhile.

Further rounds of regulatory whack-a-mole would also be inevitable if this ‘third time lucky’ framework topples, restarting the data transfer complaint cycle once again. So we can all probably expect to be back in a fresh legal limbo soon enough.

BREAKING: Konnech Election Software CEO Who Was Arrested Earlier For Ties to China and Labeled “Significant Flight Risk” Caught With Luggage On Way To MI Airport – Left Cell Phone Behind – Has “Substantial Ties to China”

October 7, 2022 at 05:18PM BREAKING: Konnech Election Software CEO Who Was Arrested Earlier For Ties to China and Labeled “Significant Flight Risk” Caught With Luggage On Way To MI Airport – Left Cell Phone Behind – Has “Substantial Ties to China”

“These were legitimate people who believed that this software posed a national security risk to the United States of America, and they were working with us closely to try to stop this from being in place during the midterms,” Phillips said.

“The focus point was always we needed to remove this software from the election, but taking a step further, there were a lot of other concerns that the bureau had.”

“In fact, the president of this company sits on the board of another election company that is one of the founding members of DHS’s election security task force. So you want to talk about the fox in the hen house? It’s all right there,” Engelbrecht noted about Konnech CEO Eugene Yu’s membership on Votem Corp.’s Board of Advisors.

Furthermore, Phillips added, “The same individual who programmed this election mess, PollChief, was also the lead programmer for the Confucius Institute internal comms [communication] mechanism.”

“Meaning how they exchange data between here and China; this same person built the entire app that runs all of these elections across the United States. This is a red Chinese communist op run against the United States by Chinese operatives, and it’s a disaster.”

The FBI agents indicated that Konnech had already “been on their radar” and that there were “lots of other problems” with the U.S. election company, including “banking issues” and problems involving the company’s overseas operations in “Australia” and “Canada.”

The media brutalized Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips for making accusations against Konnech. Konnech almost immediately sued them for reporting the truth about what they found.

On Tuesday,  the LA County District Attorney’s office announced that Eugene Yu was arrested and taken into custody for suspected theft of information on voters stored on servers in Communist China.

    Konnech CEO Eugene Yu

Konnech distributes and sells its proprietary PollChief software, which is an election worker management system that was utilized by the county in the last California election. The software assists with poll worker assignments, communications, and payroll. PollChief requires that workers submit personal identifying information, which is retained by the Konnech.

Under its $2.9 million, five-year contract with the county, Konnech was supposed to securely maintain the data and that only United States citizens and permanent residents have access to it.

District Attorney investigators found that in contradiction to the contract, information was stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.

The East Lansing Police Department and Ingham County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan also assisted in the investigation.

It’s now being reported that the Konnech CEO is considered a major flight risk.

During a Zoom call yesterday, Ingham County Prosecutors Office Unit Chief Nicole Matusko called Mr. Yu a significant flight risk and explained how they believed he was attempting to potentially flee the United States.

I will note for the record that Mr. Yu is a significant flight risk.

Mr. Yu has substantial ties to the country of China.

He maintains relationships with family and friends in China.

He also has extensive and significant business relationships in the country of China.

He also has business relationships with other countries outside of the United States.

In addition, when he was arrested yesterday, he was arrested with a backpack or luggage, and he was, in fact, on his way to the airport. I do not have confirmation as to where he was going, but he was on his way to leaving the state of Michigan.

In addition to having his luggage with him, I was notified yesterday that his cell phone was left at his residence in Meridian Township. Mr. Yu is the owner of a. business or businesses that are technology based. He is a technologically savvy individual, so in our view—leaving his cell phone behind when he was going to another state is suspicious.

The New York Times published an article defending Mr. Yu on the same day of his arrest. The article attacked conspiracy theorists or “far right election deniers,” who believe the election was stolen from President Trump in 2020 and painted the Konnech CEO as a victim.

In the two years since former President Donald J. Trump lost his re-election bid, conspiracy theorists have subjected election officials and private companies that play a major role in elections to a barrage of outlandish voter fraud claims.

But the attacks on Konnech demonstrate how far-right election deniers are also giving more attention to new and more secondary companies and groups. Their claims often find a receptive online audience, which then uses the assertions to raise doubts about the integrity of American elections.

Unlike other election technology companies targeted by election deniers, Konnech, a company based in Michigan with 21 employees in the United States and six in Australia, has nothing to do with collecting, counting, or reporting ballots in American elections. Instead, it helps clients like Los Angeles County and Allen County, Ind., with basic election logistics, such as scheduling poll workers.

Konnech said none of the accusations were true. It said that all the data for its American customers were stored on servers in the United States and that it had no ties to the Chinese government.

But the claims have had consequences for the firm. Konnech’s founder and chief executive, Eugene Yu, an American citizen who immigrated from China in 1986, went into hiding with his family after receiving threatening messages. Other employees also feared for their safety and started working remotely after users posted details about Konnech’s headquarters, including the number of cars in the company’s parking lot.

After the news of the Konnech CEO’s arrest, The New York Times did not remove their article that made him look like a “victim” of right-wing election deniers, to their readers. Instead, they added this ridiculous note to the top of the article, saying they would continue to “report” on this story. Someone should tell Stuart A. Thompson that this is not “reporting,” that it’s helping the Democrats to divide and pit Americans against each other with these fake news stories.

Articles like the one above by the New York Times that are written in conjunction with major players in the Democrat Party who are pushing the big lie that anyone who questions the results of the 2020 election should be shamed and cast out of normal society are a serious threat to our Republic.

    MICHIGAN CONNECTION TO KONNECH:

WDET reports – Detroit had a similar contract with Konnech for the use of its PollChief software, which is said to have the ability to send mass letters, emails, and phone calls to polling locations and record responses of election workers. The $320,000 contract, approved last year by Detroit City Council, was set to expire in June 2024. According to city and federal records, Konnech had worked with the city on several specific applications for more than a decade, including ballot “fast-scanning” software and a mobile app for Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) returned ballots.

Following news of Yu’s arrest, Detroit terminated its current contract with Konnech. In a statement, City Clerk Janice Winfrey upheld the integrity of Detroit’s election process and the security of employee information.

According to the Michigan Secretary of State’s office, Detroit is the only Michigan municipality that contracts with Konnech. The company did not respond to WDET’s request for comment.

“Konnech operates a payroll management system for poll workers that are used by Detroit and has never had access to voter data or election data,” said Angela Benander, a spokesperson for Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. “The Michigan Bureau of Elections does not contract with Konnech.

Michigan’s chief election officer, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, appears to be part of a broader effort by media and top Democrat officials to target and destroy anyone who dares to call out election fraud in 2020.

In April, while speaking at a Trump rally in Washington, MI, Republican SOS candidate Kristina Karamo was threatened by Jocelyn Benson’s close friend, MI AG Dana Nessel, with “a felony” for questioning the results of the 2020 election.

When citizens and grassroots groups get too close to the truth, the Democrat Party and their allies in the media behave like a cobra that’s been cornered and strike out at them, hoping to deal a hard-hitting blow that will frighten and intimidate them into silence.

The fact that the New York Times published an article about Mr. Yu being a victim of Trump-supporting Americans on the same day he was potentially attempting to flee the country after being accused of committing a serious crime against American citizens that involved sending their private information to be stored in China is all the evidence anyone needs to show how sick these people are.

Biden Warns US on Brink of Nuclear “Armageddon” with Russia Over Ukraine

Biden Warns US on Brink of Nuclear “Armageddon” with Russia Over Ukraine

    https://ift.tt/PqQZ5yd

At a Democrat fundraiser held Thursday night at the New York City home of James Murdoch, Joe Biden warned the United States is on the brink of nuclear “Armageddon” with Russia over Ukraine, according to pool reports. Biden likened the situation to the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis that brought the U.S. and Russia to a standoff over Russian nuclear missiles placed on Cuban soil.

Biden reportedly said, in part, “We’re going to continue to support [Ukraine] but (for) the first time since the Cuban missile crisis, we have the direct threat of the use of a nuclear weapon if in fact things continue down the path that they are going. That’s a different deal.”

One day after bragging, “No one f***s with a Biden”, Joe Biden admitted Vladimir Putin could force him into nuclear Armageddon over Ukraine.

    Biden quotes:

“We’re trying to figure out what is Putin’s off-ramp? Where does he get off? Where does he find a way out? Where does he find himself in a position that he does not, not only lose face but lose significant power in Russia?”

“He is not joking when he talks about potential use of tactical nuclear weapons or biological and chemical weapons, because his military is, you might say, significantly underperforming. I don’t think there’s any such thing as the ability to easily use tactical nuclear weapons and not end up with Armageddon.”

“We have not faced the prospect of Armageddon since Kennedy and the Cuban Missile Crisis.”

“We’re going to continue to support [Ukraine] but (for) the first time since the Cuban missile crisis, we have the direct threat of the use of a nuclear weapon if in fact things continue down the path that they are going. That’s a different deal.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin said last month he would defend Russian territory “with all the means at our disposal,” raising concerns that he meant nuclear weapons.

That fear was reinforced when in a follow-up address Putin mentioned the U.S. setting a “precedent” by using nuclear weapons in World War II against Japan.

Biden recently warned Putin, “Don’t don’t, don’t” use nuclear weapons in Ukraine.

    Sleep well, America.

BREAKING: Zelensky Says NATO Must Launch ‘Preemptive Strikes’ on Russia

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky is calling for NATO to launch “preemptive strikes” on Russia “so that they know what awaits them if they use nuclear weapons.”

“Preemptive strikes are needed so that they know what awaits them if they use nuclear weapons,” Zelensky told the Lowy Institute on Thursday according to a translation from Interfax. “Not the other way around, waiting for Russia’s nuclear strikes and then saying, ‘oh, you’ve done that, then get this.’”

    WATCH:

    [Embed starts at 44:07.]

Zelensky has made many insane comments and has lied repeatedly to try and con NATO into launching World War III but calling for preemptive strikes on Russia to “prevent” a nuclear attack has to be his most insane comment yet.

Part of what drove Russia’s decision to invade was the Zelensky regime’s threat to acquire nuclear weapons.

Would Zelensky have launched a preemptive nuclear strike on Russia to prevent them from potentially using nuclear weapons against Ukraine? It sure sounds like it.

Incidentally, after actor Sean Penn met with Zelensky for a documentary back in February after the war broke out, Penn appeared on Sean Hannity’s show two months later and said that America mustn’t be “intimidated” from using nuclear weapons against Russia.

“Even countries that have nuclear weapons can remain intimidated to use them, and we are seeing that now with our own country,” Penn said. “And I fear what that legacy is going to be.”

“No one wants to see a nuclear conflict, at the same time, if only one bully is gonna be able to use them as a threat, we got to rethink what we’re doing,” he continued.

Did Zelensky tell Penn to lobby America to launch a nuclear first strike against Russia months ago?

BREAKING: MI Governor Whitmer Caught Funding CCP Election Intelligence Operation

October 6, 2022 at 03:46PM MI Governor Whitmer Funds CCP Election Intelligence Operation – Lets Fix Stuff

    By Patrick Colbeck

On December 9, 2021, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation under the direction of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer released the following press release:

    MEDC Press Release
(Only available via the “Wayback Machine”)

Good luck finding it now. It has been deleted. So has their reference to Konnech Inc as one of their “Success Stories” which was captured on the LinkedIn profile of Konnech CEO, Eugene Yu.

It certainly appears that Governor Whitmer is trying hide her connections with Konnech. Why would she want to do that?

While fiscally-minded individuals might be tempted to think that she is attempting to hide the fact that she approved a $306,000 grant of taxpayer money to reap a $293,610 benefit (Net loss of $12,390), I believe the real reason has something to do with the following news first shared by Brian Lupo writing for The Gateway Pundit:

Why would this arrest send Governor Whitmer and her team into full cover-up mode?

The name Eugene Yu and the company he formed called Konnech first became a topic of concern as a result of the findings of True the Vote leaders Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips during their August 13, 2022 “PIT” briefing.

During the PIT brief, Catherine and Gregg revealed how they discovered that Konnech’s Poll Chief software enabled the transfer of 1.8M poll worker records to servers managed by Chinese Communist Party intelligence agents. In addition to putting the personal information of U.S. citizens in the hands of a malicious third party, the transfer of this data indicated that Chinese intelligence agents had access to sensitive information regarding elections in the United States. Upon discovering this information, Catherine and Gregg contacted the FBI and shared their discoveries with them. The arrest cited in the Gateway Pundit article is likely a direct result of this collaboration.

Why is LA County so significant? The following software architecture diagram may provide an important clue. This diagram shows Konnech Poll Chief software integrating directly with LA County’s Election Management System. While LA County uses an Election Management System called Voting System for All People (VSAP), this diagram could easily serve as a template for integration with more well known voting systems such as Dominion and ES&S. Regardless of the system connected to Poll Chief, however, the data Poll Chief has access to as a result of this connection is quite concerning.

    LA County Election Management System

What other data would the Chinese intelligence service likely have access to in LA County based upon this layout of their election management system?

    • Election Results
    • Mail-in Ballot Status
    • Voter Records
    • Signatures
    • Security Data
    • Plus much more

Why is this concerning? Because True the Vote has already discovered that Poll Chief enabled the transfer of poll worker information to the Chinese intelligence service.

Do you honestly think that the CCP would stop after collecting data on 1.8M poll workers?

Another investigator who goes by the name “Kanekoa the Great” provided significant insights into the motivations of Eugene Wu in the following story.

In particular, I would like to highlight the following discovery highlighted by Kanekoa but originally found by another independent investigator:

This would seem to indicate that Mr. Wu’s professional interests were closely aligned to the political interests of the Chinese Communist Party.

As a minimum, the arrest of Konnech CEO Eugene Wu ostensibly for possession and transmission of sensitive data on 1.8M poll workers to the CCP provides Chinese intelligence officials with the information needed to significantly influence elections in America.

If further investigations reveal that the Konnech “connections” also enabled manipulation of election records, these revelations would indicate even more significant charges such as espionage, treason or even an act of war.

Governor Whitmer provided what appears to be a Chinese Communist Party intelligence operation with $306,000 of Michigan taxpayer funds.

Perhaps this is why Governor Gretchen Whitmer is attempt to sweep all of her connections with Konnech under the rug before the November 8th election.

She should know by now, though. They internet never forgets.

MyPillow Mike seeks a long-shot lifeline in his Dominion defamation case – The Nevada Independent

Conspiracy theorist and election denier MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has come to Nevada in his desperate search for a plausible defense in a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit filed earlier this year in U.S. District Court in Washington, DC by a former employee of Dominion Voting Systems.

    You shouldn’t be surprised.

Not only is the Silver State’s Republican Party nuttier than a jar of Planter’s cashews, but Nevada is also a familiar setting for a chief alchemist of Donald Trump’s Big Lie fool’s gold, slippery software guru Dennis Montgomery.

Lindell’s lawyers are attempting to intervene in a long-churning litigation in U.S. District Court between Montgomery and Reno-based software company eTreppid Technologies (first reported by The Nevada Independent) in hopes of obtaining information that will help the defense of the Dominion defamation case. In order to do that, he’ll have to persuade a judge to lift a protective order that cloaks certain evidence from public view in the eTreppid case. The protective order has been in place since Aug. 29, 2007.

Lindell claims the data he used to bolster his claims that Dominion machines were “hacked to manipulate the results of the election” came from Montgomery. Lindell has also been sued for defamation by voting machine company Smartmatic, and in May he saw his own lawsuit against the company dismissed as frivolous.

But being frivolous has never stopped a Trump true believer, and it certainly hasn’t deterred Lindell. In an Aug. 20 filing in the eTreppid case, Lindell “sought to use “testimony and evidence concerning Montgomery’s background and his work for U.S. intelligence agencies, and the information from Montgomery itself, to defend the reasonability and veracity of his allegedly defamatory statements in the D.C. litigation.

“The information that Lindell in part relied upon, the Data, comprises internet transmissions sent during the 2020 election that were collected by technology Montgomery developed and previously licensed to the US government,” the filing states.

In addition to all espousing the standard Big Lie fairy tales about millions of dead Americans voting for Joe Biden in 2020, Lindell has called his sweeping victory the “biggest cybercrime in the world.” That’s not considered defamation. That’s just a lie.

So is the grand conspiracy Lindell has woven about how 12 countries conspired to rob his hero of a second term by breaking into election office voting systems to reduce the number of Trump voters. How do you say “complete horse manure” in a dozen languages?

Lindell rose to creepy celebrity hugging his “Made in America” pillows on television. His attempt to parlay that fame into political prominence has lost not only its corny cache, but millions in company profits as repulsed retailers have increasingly rejected his product.

Now he’s on his way to losing many more millions in court cases after spreading malignant theories free of facts that not only have hurt the credibility of Dominion Voting Systems, but the public’s faith in the American voting process.

Lindell seems hellbent on self-righteous self-destruction. Lindell can’t stop shadowboxing with election conspiracies, and in August 2021 held a South Dakota “cyber symposium” gathering that attracted a Star Wars saloon full of like-minded oddballs, including Nevada Republican Secretary of State candidate and certified election denier, Jim Marchant.

In promoting his particular brand of crazy, Lindell uttered one of my favorite moments in a CNN interview around the time of the South Dakota cyber circus.

“I’m not wrong,” he said. “I’ve spent millions. You need to trust me and come here.”

Now Lindell, through his lawyers, has come to Nevada with a plea to lift the protective order in the eTreppid litigation because he relied on Montgomery’s, ahem, expertise in as a cyber expert and believed he had proof that “voting machine manufacturers and their employees were hacked several times” and had worked in “illegal US government surveillance programs.”

It’s all pretty mysterious stuff. If only Montgomery possessed a lick of credibility. His scandalous history as a self-styled high-tech expert is a rich and malodorous one. But his role in whipping up conspiracy hysteria about widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election puts him in a class by himself. The man who once conned the CIA and other federal agencies out of $20 million with phony claims he’d developed software capable of decoding al Qaeda terrorist plots secretly transmitted during Al Jazeera network broadcasts, outdid himself in Trump’s great snipe hunt.

Right-wing media trumpeted Montgomery’s claim that he’d “invented” the super-secret “Hammer” and “Scorecard” software programs that had been purloined by the Obama administration in an effort to rig the election. Montgomery’s misinformation helped fire up the base in cross-eyed articles in such publications as The American Report, which proclaimed, “Biden Using SCORECARD and THE HAMMER to Steal Another U.S. Presidential Election.”

After reinventing himself as an “aggrieved whistleblower,” as The Daily Beast put it, Montgomery sued President Barack Obama, former FBI Director James Comey, and other officials with a claim that he had possessed 47 hard drives full of evidence linking the government to an illegal surveillance program.

This is the Montgomery who once accused Nevada Congressman and future Gov. Jim Gibbons of bribery in association with the eTreppid scandal. After an investigation and a lot of public controversy, Gibbons was cleared of wrongdoing.

This is the same cyber expert who ran up $1.8 million in gambling debts at Strip casinos. Apparently, he was still working on that blackjack system software.

After his cyber scamming was exposed, Montgomery still managed to hook Arizona Sheriff and far-right crimefighter Joe Arpaio’s department for $124,000 from the informant fund.

But a personal favorite Montgomery moment was the cyber scam that hooked the CIA and other federal watchdogs for lucrative contracts. After The New York Times exposed the fakery, Montgomery’s former attorney Michael Flynn called his ex-client “a conman,” and noted, “The government knew this technology was bogus, but these guys paid millions for it.”

All of this was easily available to Lindell, of course, but he wasn’t looking for it. He promoted the QAnon-inspired voter fraud conspiracy as it morphed from one shadowy villain to the next.

I’m not sure what dark secrets are tucked away under that protective order, but it’s hard to imagine anything that will help refute his claims that Dominion’s former director of product strategy and security Eric Coomer was a traitor to the country and committed treason, as the lawsuit against Lindell alleges.

Coomer has endured death threats that have put himself, his family, friends and work colleagues at risk, according to the lawsuit. And the danger is real and ongoing:

“This conduct is so outrageous in character and extreme in degree as to go beyond all possible bounds of decency. It should be regarded as atrocious and determined intolerable in a civilized community.”

It should. Let’s see if it does.
