Trump Lawyers Decline Special Master Requests on Document Declassification Details
Former President Donald Trump’s legal team has rejected a request to disclose details about his claims of having declassified the documents seized by the FBI from his Mar-a-Lago residence in the upcoming proceedings.
In a court filing (pdf) on Sept. 19, Trump’s legal team told Judge Raymond Dearie—a Brooklyn-based senior judge serving as an independent arbiter to review the documents—that making such a disclosure was not a requirement of District Court Judge Aileen Cannon’s order when appointing Dearie as special master and could disadvantage the plaintiff.
“[T]he Special Master process will have forced the Plaintiff to fully and specifically disclose a defense to the merits of any subsequent indictment without such a requirement being evident in the District Court’s order,” the court filing says.
Trump’s legal team made the statement in reference to a “draft case management plan” that Dearie circulated among the two parties ahead of the Mar-a-Lago review. Dearie will hold a “preliminary conference” for the parties at his Brooklyn courthouse at 2 p.m. local time on Sept. 20.
The draft case management plan, according to the court filing, “requires that the Plaintiff disclose specific information regarding declassification to the Court and to the Government.”
Trump’s attorneys argued that their client would do better to make the disclosure together with a motion seeking the recovery of property.
“We respectfully submit that the time and place for affidavits or declarations would be in connection with a Rule 41 motion that specifically alleges declassification as a component of its argument for return of property,” the court filing says.
The FBI raid on Aug. 8 ended with FBI agents seizing a total of 11,179 documents and other materials that weren’t marked classified, along with 103 documents marked classified, including some marked as top secret, according to an inventory released earlier this month.
Trump has publicly claimed that he had declassified the documents found at Mar-a-Lago that were marked as classified. Meanwhile, his lawyers said some of the documents fall under attorney-client privilege.
Trump’s lawyer also asked to revise Dearie’s draft plan of shortening the special master review period, contending that the proposed calendar “compresses the entirety of the inspection and labeling process to be completed by October 7, 2022.”
Cannon had ordered the review process to be completed by Nov. 30.
“[T]he Plaintiff has every interest in expeditiously moving forward on the document review, characterizations, and any ensuing litigation,” the court filing says. “With the Government’s help, in terms of access to the materials and clearance for Plaintiff’s attorneys, we believe the parties can meet the expected deadline of November 30.”
In a separate court filing (pdf) on Sept. 19, the Department of Justice (DOJ) proposed that the documents be uploaded to an online platform hosted by a “third-party vendor” so that Dearie could review the documents in an “efficient and timely fashion,” while allowing both Trump’s legal team and prosecutors to evaluate them at the same time.
“The government proposes that the document-review vendor ‘batch out’ documents on a rolling basis as they are scanned so that the Parties can begin reviewing them promptly,” DOJ said.
The DOJ also proposed that about 500 documents be reviewed each business day.
Trump, who was in New York City when the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago, has returned to his Florida residence. Writing on his Truth Social account on Monday, he said the residence “was ransacked” and in “far different condition than the way I left it.”
“I guess they don’t think there is a Fourth Amendment anymore, and to them, there isn’t. In any event, after what they have done, the place will never be the same,” Trump wrote.
Whistleblower: FBI Distorted Jan. 6 Cases into National ‘Domestic Violent Extremism’ Epidemic
A whistleblower has accused the FBI’s Washington Field Office of using cases related to the January 6 U.S. Capitol riot to “overstate” the threat of “domestic violent extremism” in America, according to Judiciary Committee ranking member Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH).
The whistleblower alleged the FBI office did not follow standard investigative practices for the January 6 cases when it moved the cases to various local Field Offices around the country based on where the case subjects were from, Jordan revealed in a letter addressed to FBI Director Christopher Wray on Monday.
January 6 cases “should all be officially led by the WFO [Washington Field Office] and categorized as WFO cases,” according to the letter, but instead, a “task force” dispatched instructions to open January 6 investigations to local field offices nationwide.
Those local offices received the cases, making it look as if they were conducting the investigations on the cases, when, in reality, the Washington Field Office continued to conduct the bulk of the work, according to the letter.
The whistleblower told Jordan:
The manipulative casefile practice creates false and misleading crime statistics. Instead of hundreds of investigations stemming from a single, black swan incident at the Capitol, FBI and DOJ officials point to significant increases in domestic violent extremism and terrorism around the United States.
Jordan noted in the letter, “Such an artificial case categorization scheme allows FBI leadership to misleadingly point to ‘significant’ increases in DVE threats nationwide,” which supports a narrative being perpetuated by the Biden administration.
The whistleblower also alleged that January 6 cases were inappropriately taking priority over other cases, citing an instance of being “told that child sexual abuse material investigations were no longer an FBI priority and should be referred to local law enforcement agencies,” according to the letter.
The whistleblower allegation comes after at least two other whistleblowers indicated to Jordan in July that FBI officials were pressuring agents to reclassify cases as domestic violent extremism despite there being limited evidence to do so.
Jordan’s office clarified to Breitbart News that the latest revelation about January 6 cases specifically came from a new whistleblower, meaning at least three FBI whistleblowers have now come forward to Jordan about the FBI inflating domestic violent extremism case numbers.

In July, Breitbart News first reported that one of these whistleblowers accused embattled former Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault, who later resigned from the FBI, of being one of the senior officials at the agency who pressured agents to reclassify cases.
Thibault is also under investigation for potentially violating the Hatch Act and has been accused by whistleblowers of shutting down a line of investigation into “derogatory Hunter Biden reporting” and of handling investigations, including those on election-related matters, inconsistently.
Thibault retained legal counsel upon his resignation and released a statement through his counsel that denied some allegations against him while ignoring others.
Jordan demanded numerous communications and other documents from Wray in Monday’s letter about the latest whistleblower allegation, although the Ohio Republican has repeatedly expressed dismay over the limited responses he has received from the FBI and Justice Department.
Jordan, who is expected to serve as chair of the Judiciary Committee next year should Republicans take the majority, has vowed to investigate what he describes as the politicization of the FBI based in part on the well over a dozen whistleblower allegations he has fielded from the agency.
September 16, 2022 at 07:17AM Update – Over a DOZEN School Shooting False Alarms Across Nation in 3 Days!
Update (9/14/22): We discovered at least four more false school shootings in Texas and Virginia that took place Tuesday we missed in our previous report yesterday, and learned of several additional false active shooter threats that happened in other states Wednesday.
In addition to the two schools in Houston and Waco we mentioned in our report below, NBC DFW reported active shooter “false calls” occurred at Lincoln High School in Dallas, Connally High School in Pflugerville, and Diamond Hill-Jarvis High School Fort Worth.”
“The individual who posted the threats has been identified and an investigation is underway,” the Fort Worth district said, according to NBCDFW. “The individual was not in possession of any weapons, and an adult caretaker is assisting us with the investigation.”
Another false alarm also reportedly happened Tuesday in Austin, Texas, at Eanes ISD.
An anonymous phone call prompted additional security at Cedar Creek Elementary School in Eanes ISD, a district spokesperson told KXAN. School continued and students remained inside and safe, the district said.
“Out of an abundance of caution, the Adult Transition Services building and Hill Country Middle School were placed on Secure protocol. Law enforcement will continue to investigate the validity of the threat and, out of precaution, will have a presence tomorrow [Wednesday] at and around the schools,” Eanes ISD said.
The spokesperson said the threat was reported around 12 p.m. Tuesday.
Interestingly, KXAN reports an Eanes ISD spokesperson claimed they were “told there were more than a dozen similar anonymous threats to schools throughout the state, of which none were deemed credible.”
Schools in Lunenburg County Virginia were also locked down Monday after reports of a threat.
Lunenburg County Public Schools said it closed on Monday after the sheriff’s office was notified of a school system threat.
Lunenburg Superintendent Charles Berkley told NBC12 that the closure stemmed from a school shooting threat on Facebook.
The sheriff’s office says they received the threat Sunday morning and promptly notified the school division. The decision was made to close the school and all activities to err on caution.
On Wednesday, more active shooter hoaxes happened in California, Maryland, and West Virginia.
In California, Lancaster High School in Lancaster, Bullard High School in Fresno, and Bishop Diego High School in Santa Barbara all experienced fake shooting threats on the same day.
Also Wednesday, Jackson County Schools in West Virginia had increased law enforcement presences after threats made on Twitter.
“Jackson County Sheriff Ross Mellinger said the threat originated in the state of Texas and did not appear to be directed at any school in West Virginia,” reports WV Metro News.
“However, a student in Jackson County shared the threat with law enforcement out of fear something might be imminent. The alleged threat took on a life of its own on social media, fueled by rumors and inaccurate information. According to Mellinger there was NO threat to any West Virginia Schools…but the law enforcement presence will be there as a precaution due to rampant rumors on social media.”
The Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School in Montgomery County, Maryland was also put on lockdown Wednesday, after reports of a gun on campus.
So, for anyone that’s keeping count, that’s at least 16 false school shooting reports that we know of so far.
Read the original story from Tuesday, Sept. 13 below…
Numerous schools across the nation from California to Indiana to Georgia experienced active shooter false alarms and hoax threats Tuesday.
The multiple school shooting hoaxes coincidentally came on the same day as the start of Alex Jones’ Sandy Hook defamation trial, and as the trial of alleged Marjory Stoneman Douglas High school shooter Nikolas Cruz continues.
On Tuesday, Hollywood High School in Los Angeles was placed on lockdown after false reports of an active shooter.
“Los Angeles School Police said they got reports of an active shooter in progress at the school with six victims down. LAPD and LA School police officers searched the school looking for victims and suspects, but found nothing,” reported CBS News.
Updating parents the incident was a false alarm, Los Angeles schools superintendent Alberto Carvalho tweeted, “Recent reports of a critical incident at Hollywood high school are unfounded and, after swift law enforcement response and internal individual classroom verification, we are deeming the incident as a hoax.”
A similar false threat happened at a Switzerland County school in Indiana Tuesday.
“On 9/13/22, the Switzerland Co. Sheriff’s Office received information of a potential school shooting threat made via social media,” local law enforcement wrote in a Facebook post. “A suspect has been identified and is currently detained pending further investigation. Switzerland County School officials have been notified of the situation.”
“At this time, no active threat is believed to exist and schools remain on their normal schedule.”
Over in Texas at a high school in Houston, ABC13.com reported similar happenings Tuesday, with the Houston Chronicle deeming the false threat a “hoax call.”
“Law enforcement officers responded to a report of an active shooter at a Heights-area high school, but authorities say the report was a false alarm,” reported ABC13.com.
“The situation all centered around Houston ISD’s Heights High School located at 413 E. 13th Street on Tuesday afternoon, according to Harris County Pct. 1.”
Northwest of Houston at Waco High School in Waco, police declared an all-clear Tuesday after investigating an active shooter threat.
“Waco PD received a report of a shooting in a classroom at a Waco High. Waco ISD says this claim does not appear to be credible, however, law enforcement is in the process of clearing the building,” reported Fox44News.com.
A Clayton County middle school in Georgia also went on lockdown Tuesday after someone called in a fake active shooter threat.
“Clayton County Public Schools is aware of a police presence in the area of Kendrick Middle School. Please be advised that there has not been a shooting,” the district wrote on Twitter. “Officers are currently investigating an alleged 911 hang-up call from within the community.”
On Monday, parents of Wellington High School students in Florida also experienced an active shooter scare.
As is the norm, Social Media flooded with reports of a “Code Red: Full Lockdown” at Wellington High School. Many concerned parents took to Social Media to find answers. Unfortunately, as is the norm, Social Media fed the rumors and panic.
Sources close to the incident tell Boca Post that a 9-1-1 call was placed to the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue regarding a school shooting at Wellington High School shortly after 2 PM on Monday, September 12th, 2022. The caller, who was identified as the mother of a student, says her daughter texted her that someone was shooting at the school.
As a result of that 9-1-1 call, PBCFR and PBSO initiated a large response and the school was placed on a Code Red lockdown. It is unclear if the school was placed on lockdown prior to that call.
Boca Post has learned that PBCFR immediately treated the incident as a level 1 mass casualty incident. The first responding deputies and fire rescue personnel quickly assessed the scene as safe, stating that there were no shooting victims and no shooting. The large response was canceled and the scene cleared shortly after.
The series of fake school shooting threats come as two major school shooting cases play out in court, the trial of alleged Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school shooter Nikolas Cruz, accused of murdering 17 students, and the Sandy Hook defamation trial of Alex Jones in Connecticut.
September 15, 2022 at 06:29AM “I Don’t Want to Hear ‘Hillary Clinton’ Again!” Judge and Alex Jones Lawyer Get Into Heated Exchange – Breaking911
Judge Barbara Bellis and Alex Jones’ lawyer got into a heated exchange after Norm Pattis brought up Hillary Clinton’s mention of Jones and Sandy Hook during her 2016 presidential campaign. “I already ruled on the Clinton issue and we’re moved on from that,” Judge Bellis said to Pattis. “Stick with the Megyn Kelly and I don’t want to hear Hillary Clinton again.”
September 14, 2022 at 06:56AM Former Clinton Advisor: Trump Has Evidence Against The FBI
A former Clinton advisor believes Trump has dirt on the FBI.
Dick Morris a former advisor to Bill Clinton has stated that he belives Trump isn’t evading the FBI but rather the FBI is evading Trump.
Morris was quoted saying “I think that one of the big reasons — if not the major reason — that the FBI seized those documents is that they incriminate not Trump, but the FBI in the Russia collusion scandal”.
The former Clinton advisor would go on to say Mar-a-Lago was raided because the FBI wanted to get a hold of the documents before Trump did.
Dick Morris, a former advisor to former President Bill Clinton, believes that the search of former President Donald Trump’s home is not about Trump evading the FBI but the FBI evading him.
“We need to go from defense to offense on this,” he said to Newsmax. “I think that one of the big reasons — if not the major reason — that the FBI seized those documents is that they incriminate not Trump, but the FBI in the Russia collusion scandal, in the scandal of spying on Trump’s campaign, and in the scandal of fabricating evidence to the FISA court to lead to wiretaps on key Trump officials.”
Morris has also been an advisor to former President Trump said he did not believe he would have taken documents with him to Mar-a-Lago to
“Why would Donald Trump take documents with him to Mar-a-Lago that could impact could be bad for him and not declassify them so that they were innocuous,” he said to host Rita Cosby. “Why would he do that? He wasn’t writing a book or anything like that.
“I think the only reason that he took them with him — well, the major reason — was for him to review them to find evidence implicating the FBI.
“That’s why they raided Mar-a-Lago to get a hold of that stuff before Trump did. And I think that what we’re looking here is not about Donald Trump evading the FBI, but the FBI evading Donald Trump,” he said.
Morris believes that the FBI wanted the documents because they may show an abuse of power by the FBI.
The raid of former President Donald Trump’s private residence at Mar-a-Lago might not be about securing an indictment as much as covering for the FBI’s pursuit of Trump, according to presidential adviser Dick Morris on Newsmax.
“We need to go from defense to offense on this,” Morris, who has advised former President Bill Clinton and former President Donald Trump, told “Saturday Report.” “I think that one of the big reasons — if not the major reason — that the FBI seized those documents is that they incriminate not Trump, but the FBI in the Russia collusion scandal, in the scandal of spying on Trump’s campaign, and in the scandal of fabricating evidence to the FISA court to lead to wiretaps on key Trump officials.”
Morris, who speaks with Trump regularly as a presidential campaign adviser, had only one good explanation for Trump storing the documents at Mar-a-Lago, which the Justice Department claims was not declassified by the former president.
September 13, 2022 at 04:46PM Biden signs executive order designed to unleash transhumanist hell on America and the world
If anyone needed proof that the powers pushing the levers behind the mindless moron who sits in the Oval Office are fully on board with the World Economic Forum/United Nations agenda of biomedical tyranny and transhumanism, look no further than the executive order that Joe Biden signed on Monday, September 12.
By quietly getting Biden’s signature on this document, his handlers may have given us the most ominous sign yet that we stand on the threshold of a technocratic one-world beast system. Prepare to make your stand because it’s about to get much more intense.
They will read it and yawn. I plead with everyone reading this article to please not make that same mistake.
Because of the arcane scientific language in which this document is written, even most of those who take the time to read and study it (I assure you Biden did not) will not fully grasp what is being ordered by the White House.
That’s where we strive to help.
Karen Kingston, a former Pfizer employee and current analyst for the pharmaceutical and medical-device industries, helps us decipher what’s going on in this executive order.
Kingston stated in a Twitter post:
“Let me read between the lines for the America. Biden’s Sept. 12, 2022, executive order declares that Americans must surrender all human rights that stand in the way of transhumanism. Clinical trial safety standards and informed consent will be eradicated as they stand in the way of universally unleashing gene-editing technologies needed to merge humans with A.I. In order to achieve the societal goals of the New World Order, crimes against humanity are not only legal, but mandatory.”
Patrick Wood, an economist and author of several books on technocracy, has been following the transhumanist and global technocracy movements for four decades. He told me that Kingston is not overstating the issue.
He said this E.O. is proof that the executive branch is now owned lock, stock and barrel by the biomedical/pharmaceutical industry. It will be Katy bar the door from here on out.
“The transhumanists within Big Pharma have completely taken over government policy and taxpayer funds to promote their own anti-human agenda of hacking the software of life,” Wood told me. “It also clearly demonstrates who has the power, and who sets the policies in America.”
The mRNA injections that have already gone into the bodies of at least 70 percent of adults in the U.S. mark the gateway to transhumanism. We have been told this by Kingston as well as by the late Dr. Zev Zelenko and Dr. Robert Malone, a co-inventor of the mRNA platform.
LeoHohmann.com was one of the first sites to blow the whistle on Moderna’s former chief medical officer, Tal Zaks, who told the world straight up in December 2017 that “We have hacked the software of life,” and that this mRNA gene-editing biotechnology would be incorporated into vaccines to treat and prevent all manner of illnesses. We’ve seen how well they work, with millions getting sick and even dying after getting two or more doses of the Covid injections offered up by Moderna and Pfizer. With the FDA and CDC now totally on board, this mRNA technology is being included in scores of other vaccines, including flu shots.
The September 12 executive order was no doubt put in place as back up for the continued experimentation on the human population, and I expect the vaccine industry will exploit it to the max. Soon we will see the return of vax mandates, this time more ferociously policed and enforced than before.
This E.O. may also have been timed at least partly in anticipation of the new pandemic treaty that the Biden administration is hoping to get passed through the United Nations World Health Organization next year. This treaty will transfer sovereignty over matters of “health emergencies” from the national level to the WHO.
Wood said the E.O.’s intended consequences is to push the frontier of genetic modification of all living things and especially humans. He believes this will ultimately spark the biggest public backlash in modern history.
“Biden pledges not only funding but an all-of-government transformation to support this anti-human scheme from top to bottom,” Wood writes. “It also automatically blocks any agency or department from dissent.”
Below are just a few of the highlights quoted directly from the document:
The term “biotechnology” means technology that applies to or is enabled by life sciences innovation or product development.
The term “biomanufacturing” means the use of biological systems to develop products, tools, and processes at commercial scale.
The term “bioeconomy” means economic activity derived from the life sciences, particularly in the areas of biotechnology and biomanufacturing, and includes industries, products, services, and the workforce.
The term “biological data” means the information, including associated descriptors, derived from the structure, function, or process of a biological system(s) that is measured, collected, or aggregated for analysis.
The term “key R&D areas” includes fundamental R&D of emerging biotechnologies, including engineering biology; predictive engineering of complex biological systems, including the designing, building, testing, and modeling of entire living cells, cell components, or cellular systems; quantitative and theory-driven multi-disciplinary research to maximize convergence with other enabling technologies; and regulatory science, including the development of new information, criteria, tools, models, and approaches to inform and assist regulatory decision-making. These R&D priorities should be coupled with advances in predictive modeling, data analytics, artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, high-performance and other advanced computing systems, metrology and data-driven standards, and other non-life science enabling technologies.
The term “life sciences” means all sciences that study or use living organisms, viruses, or their products, including all disciplines of biology and all applications of the biological sciences (including biotechnology, genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics, and pharmaceutical and biomedical research and techniques), but excluding scientific studies associated with radioactive materials or toxic chemicals that are not of biological origin or synthetic analogues of toxins.
What this means is that human beings will be data mined for their most personal possession, their DNA and genomic properties, and the government will offer no protection.
It will actually be encouraged and seen as a green light for biomedical practitioners worldwide. It is the goal of the technocratic proprietors of Agenda 2030 to catalogue, map out, and monitor every living thing on earth.
This was spelled out in the early 2000s by the late researcher Rosa Koire and put into book form in 2011 with “Behind the Green Mask: U.N. Agenda 21.” Koire was a Democrat, but she understood that the takedown of America and indeed every nation of the formerly free world, would not be accomplished by the left or the right but by supranational globalists with an allegiance to no nation. In fact, these globalists detest the nation-state model that has dominated the world for thousands of years. Their goal is a “global governance” and they say it out loud in their own documents.
Have no fear.
Do not be intimidated.
Truth will not be defeated.
Humanity will prevail against these anti-human eugenicist monsters because we have living souls and are created in the image of a Holy God with individual free wills.
Because of that, we humans are capable of having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and the one and only triune God of the Bible. Those who take the bait of the globalists and submit to the world system will in essence be handing over their humanity in exchange for empty promises of safety and security. They will become transhumans, thus foregoing, at some point, their ability to connect with God. That’s a very big step and a decision that will face every human being sooner or later as this technology ramps up. Your very soul will depend on the choice you make. Will you follow God or will you follow man?
Above all, this is a spiritual battle.
Expose the sinister transhumanist agenda that these globalist predators did their best to keep hidden within a scientific vernacular that they know will wow and mystify the average person. We have decoded it for you in this article from two of the best Christian experts on the topic available in the world today – Karen Kingston and Patrick Wood.
Share this article far and wide.

September 13, 2022 at 06:50AM Trump Legal Team Puts Dagger Through DOJ’s Political Charade: ‘This Is Going to Backfire – Badly – on Biden’
The unelected operatives at President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice don’t seem to like the idea of impartial oversight. During the unprecedented FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago clubhouse in Florida, the FBI secured a series of supposedly classified documents.
Trump’s team claims the documents were declassified. Additionally, a motion filed by Trump’s attorneys on Aug. 22 argued that the DOJ could not be trusted, arguing that, because of this, an impartial “Special Master” needed to be appointed to look over the documents “to preserve the sanctity of executive communications and other privileged materials.”
After Judge Aileen Cannon granted Trump’s request, authorizing the appointment of a special master, the DOJ filed for the motion to be “partially stayed,” arguing that the appointment of an impartial third party would cause “irreparable harm” to both the government and the public. Apparently, giving Trump a fair shake is harmful to the American people.
The ridiculous implications of the DOJ’s argument weren’t lost on the Trump team.
According to a countermotion filed by Trump’s team, such risks to the public and government are greatly exaggerated. In fact, the one party actually at risk of facing “irreparable harm” in this case is Trump himself if a special master is not appointed.
If not reviewed by a neutral third party, potentially sensitive information could be used by the government to harm Trump, the motion claimed.
“Irreparable injury could most certainly occur if the Government were permitted to improperly use the documents seized,” the motion read.
But the real killing blow was delivered when Trump’s lawyers pointed out how the DOJ is misinterpreting the Presidential Records Act. In essence, Trump always had a right to hold onto the Mar-a-Lago documents Not only does this fact render the DOJ raid and subsequent investigation unnecessary, but it also suggests those moves were a huge abuse of power.
“The [Presidential Records Act] accords any President extraordinary discretion to categorize all his or her records as either Presidential or personal records, and established case law provides for very limited judicial oversight over such categorization. The PRA further contains no provision authorizing or allowing for any criminal enforcement,” Trump’s motion read.
“What is clear regarding all of the seized materials is that they belong with either President Trump (as his personal property to be returned pursuant to Rule 41(g)) or with NARA, but not with the Department of Justice.”
Multiple experts believe this latest motion completely eradicates the DOJ argument.
According to The Federalist’s senior legal correspondent Margot Cleveland, since the records were likely all “Presidential or personal,” Trump committed no crime.
“[T]here was no crime, so they had to create one,” Cleveland tweeted.
Mike Davis, the former Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, agreed.
“Trump clearly has the winning legal arguments. This is going to backfire–badly–on Biden,” Davis tweeted. “The Presidential Records Act is very clear, as Trump’s legal team points out: ‘[T]he Presidential records of a former President shall be available to such former President or the former President’s designated representative.’”
“The Trump legal team puts the dagger through the heart of the Biden DOJ’s bogus, political charade. Bottom Line: President Trump had the absolute constitutional and statutory right to take and maintain all of his records at Mar-A-Lago, classified or declassified.
September 12, 2022 at 04:34PM Texas Woman Charged with Threatening to Kill Judge Who Allowed Special Master in Trump Raid Case
A Texas woman was arrested and charged with threatening to kill the federal judge presiding over Trump’s special master case.
Judge Aileen Cannon granted President Trump’s request for a Special Master review of the material confiscated by the Biden DOJ during their raid on his home at Mar-a-Lago.
Judge Cannon also ‘temporarily enjoins’ or forbid the Biden regime from ‘reviewing and using the seized materials’ pending the completion of the review.
On September 1, Gish left three threatening voicemails for Judge Aileen Cannon using the pseudonym “Evelyn Salt” – named after the fictional Russian agent played by Angelina Jolie in the action thriller “Salt.”
Gish fell for the fake news stories claiming Trump stored highly classified records related to nuclear weapons at his Mar-a-Lago residence.
Trump is “marked for assassination and so are you,” Gish said in one of her threatening messages, according to CNBC.
According to CNBC, Magistrate Judge Peter Bray last week ordered Gish detained pending trial saying she “appears to suffer from severe mental impairments with symptoms including paranoia and delusions.”
A Texas woman has been charged with threatening to kill the federal judge presiding over a dispute between former President Donald Trump and the Department of Justice about records seized in an FBI raid of Trump’s home last month.
An FBI special agent said Tiffani Shea Gish of Houston left three threatening voicemails for the chamber telephone of Judge Aileen Cannon of U.S. District Court in southern Florida, according to a criminal complaint filed Sept. 6.
Identifying herself as the fictional Russian agent Evelyn Salt, Gish claimed to be “in charge of nuclear” for the government, a federal agent and “Trump’s hitman” who had a “license to kill,” according to transcribed excerpts of the calls included in the complaint.
Gish’s pseudonym is the same name as the protagonist played by Angelina Jolie in the 2010 action film Salt.
Trump is “marked for assassination and so are you,” Gish said in the expletive-filled messages, the complaint showed. “You’re full of s—, and I’m going to f—— have you shot myself. I’ve already ordered snipers and a bomb to your f—— house,” Gish allegedly said in the voicemails, all of which were made on Sept. 1.
When agents came to her residence on Sept. 4, Gish would initially only speak through a balcony window, but eventually invited the agents in and spoke with them for about 45 minutes, the complaint said. Gish in that interview said she left the voicemails from her cellphone, and also confirmed that a Facebook account with posts echoing the language of the voicemails belonged to her, according to the complaint.
A Different Take on the Dismissal of the Trump v Clinton Lawsuit – The Last Refuge
To accept a bigger picture is often to accept the foundation of what is present is not what it appears.
Recently a Florida judge dismissed the lawsuit brought by President Trump against Hillary Clinton. [65-page Ruling Here] The media have enjoyed ridiculing Trump by using the words of the judge who dismissed the case. As noted by the Washington Times, “Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks, a Clinton appointee, said Mr. Trump’s filing was too lengthy, detailing events that “are implausible because they lack any specific allegations which might provide factual support for the conclusions reached.”
Pay attention to the framework underpinning Middlebooks’ opinion. I have been reluctant to write about the decision to dismiss the lawsuit of President Trump against a multitude of conspirators, including Hillary Clinton, for two reasons.
First, because when I originally read the 108-page lawsuit filed in March, it took me a few moments, and then I realized this was not a lawsuit; this was a legal transfer mechanism created by lawyers to establish a proprietary information silo. Second, because I do not want another ridiculous subpoena from DC simply because they can’t fathom how any outside entity could solve a puzzle without insider assistance. As to the former, I have prayed on it and come to the opinion it’s worth sharing. As to the latter, it’s just another waste of taxpayer funds, but whatever – the truth has no agenda.
So, here’s a totally different take on the issues surrounding the Trump -v- Clinton lawsuit, which -from the outset- I always believed was going to be dismissed because suing all of those characters under the auspices of a civil RICO case was never the objective. However, in the aftermath, the silo created by the lawsuit is also grounded upon attorney-client privilege, a legal countermeasure to a predictable DOJ-NSD lawfare maneuver, which unfolded in the Mar-a-Lago raid and ongoing issues.
In March 2022 President Trump filed a civil lawsuit against: Hillary Clinton, Hillary for America Campaign Committee, DNC, DNC Services Corp, Perkins Coie, Michael Sussmann, Marc Elias, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Charles Dolan, Jake Sullivan, John Podesta, Robby Mook, Phillipe Reines as well as Fusion GPS, Glenn Simpson, Peter Fritsch, Nellie Ohr, Bruce Ohr, Orbis Business Intelligence, Christopher Steele, Igor Danchenko, Neustar Inc., Rodney Joffe, James Comey Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Kevin Clinesmith and Andrew McCabe. [108-Page Lawsuit Here]
When I was about one-third of the way through reading the lawsuit, I initially stopped and said to myself this is going to take a lot of documentary evidence to back up the claims in the assertions. Dozens of attachments would be needed and hundreds of citations to the dozens of attachments would be mandatory. Except, they were not there.
After reading further, while completely understanding the background material that was being described in the filing, I realized this wasn’t a lawsuit per se’. The 108-pages I was holding in my hands was more akin to legal transfer mechanism from President Trump to lawyers who needed it. The filing was contingent upon a series of documents that would be needed to support the claims within it.
Whoever wrote the lawsuit had obviously reviewed the evidence to support the filing. However, the attachments and citations were missing. That was weird. That’s when I realized the purpose of the lawsuit. In hindsight, things became clear when the DOJ-NSD raided the home of Donald Trump, and suddenly the motive to confiscate the documents that would be the missing lawsuit attachments and citations surfaced.
With the manipulative, and I say intentional, “ongoing investigation” angle of the John Durham probe essentially blocking public release of declassified documents showing the efforts of all the lawsuit participants (Trump-Russia Collusion Hoax), President Trump needed a legal way to secure and more importantly share the evidence.
Think of it like the people around Trump wanting to show lawyers the evidence in the documents. However, because of the construct of the lawfare being deployed against Trump, any lawyer would need a *reason* to review the evidence. The Trump -v- Clinton et al lawsuit becomes that ‘reason.’
The “documents” (classified or not) are reviewed by lawyers in preparation for the lawsuit. This is their legal justification for reviewing the documents. In essence, the lawsuit is a transfer mechanism permitting the Trump legal team to review the evidence on behalf of their client, former President Donald Trump.
Once the formation of the lawsuit is established, the retainer and acceptance of the lawyers to represent their client cemented, the legal counsel, discussion and information within legal duties/obligations of those who represent the plaintiff (Trump) becomes an information silo. In addition to previous executive privilege established by President Trump himself; outside government there is now another silo to defend against the motives of the Lawfare crew (DOJ), the attorney-client privilege.
The lawsuit itself is the transfer mechanism permitting sharing of the documents and providing legal cover for the reviewers (lawyers). The details within the 108-page filing constitute the claims of the plaintiff in the lawsuit, which were established by the evidentiary documents later seized by the DOJ and FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago.
“Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks, a Clinton appointee, said Mr. Trump’s filing was too lengthy, detailing events that “are implausible because they lack any specific allegations which might provide factual support for the conclusions reached.”
There were no attachments and/or citations to the documentary evidence in the 108-page filing, because there was a legal risk to citing evidence with a status in dispute by the corrupt people in Main Justice and the FBI. Secondarily, there was an obstruction risk to the President, if his legal team was to publish citations that were part of an ongoing investigation (Durham). However, this doesn’t negate the value of constructing the information silo, an attorney-client privilege.
If the documents seized by the FBI were part of the lawsuit established by President Trump and his legal team via Trump -v- Clinton, then the material seized is all attorney client work product. Lawfully obtained, constitutionally declassified and legally protected material.
This is where the ‘special master’ will play a key role.
September 10, 2022 at 08:37AM Former Trump lawyer thinks the ex-president risks being disqualified from office over his handling of January 6 riot
Ex-Trump lawyer Ty Cobb suggested Trump could be disqualified from office in a CBS interview.
Cobb said Trump could be barred from future office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
The provision bars those who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” from public office.
Former Trump White House lawyer Ty Cobb said former President Donald Trump risks not just prosecution, but disqualification from office under the 14th Amendment over the January riots in an interview on CBS News’ Major Garrett podcast.
Cobb, who served as a White House counsel representing Trump in 2017 and 2018, said Congress could easily bar Trump from holding office again under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. The once-obscure post-Civil War provision states that no one who “shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against a government body or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof” should serve in public office.
“There’s a simple way to disqualify President Trump,” Cobb told Garrett. “He clearly violated the 14th Amendment of the Constitution’s Article III when he gave aid and comfort, and three hours of inaction, with regard to what was happening on the grounds of the Capitol, and sent out the equivocal tweet about Pence suggesting Pence had failed. That clearly gave aid and comfort to the insurrectionists.”
“It was popular early on, but the fact that it’s been delayed and delayed when we could easily modify the conversation by disqualifying him now, whether he gets prosecuted or not, I find sad,” Cobb added, suggesting Congress could do so in the lame-duck session after the 2022 midterms.
Lawsuits are another avenue to disqualify officials for insurrection under the Constitution. A judge in New Mexico removed a local county commissioner, Couy Griffin, from his post over his participation in the January 6 insurrection, making him the first public official in over 100 years to be disqualified from his office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Democratic activists and lawyers have also unsuccessfully attempted to disqualify some Republican members of Congress from running for reelection under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Democratic lawyers and members of Congress, including those on the January 6 committee, are strategizing on both legislation and state-by-state lawsuits to bar Trump from holding office again under the 14th Amendment, The New York Times recently reported.
“I think the president is in serious legal water not so much because of the search, but because of the obstructive activity he took in connection with the January 6 proceeding and the attempts to interfere in the election count,” Cobb echoed to CBS.
Cobb told CBS that he doesn’t believe it’s “wise” to prosecute the former president for a “process crime,” but thinks the chances of Trump being indicted in connection with the January 6-related investigations are “very high.”
“That was the first time in American history that a president, unconstitutionally, attempted to remain in power illegally,” Cobb said.
