    They lied.

On Monday, August 8, 2022, the Biden FBI-DOJ raided President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago and rifled through his home and belongings for 9 hours. The FBI even ransacked 16-year-old Barron Trump’s room and First Lady Melania Trump’s closet.

The following day White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre told reporters that the Biden White House learned of the raid in the news.

Jean Pierre insisted that the President was not briefed on the raid.

Earlier today, Judge Aileen Cannon granted President Trump’s request for a Special Master review of the material confiscated by the Biden DOJ during their raid on his home at Mar-a-Lago.

Judge Cannon also ‘temporarily enjoins’ or forbids the Biden regime from ‘reviewing and using the seized materials’ pending the completion of the review.

The Gateway Pundit posted the judge’s decision earlier today.

On pages 2-3 of the ruling Judge Cannon revealed that it was JOE BIDEN who ordered the FBI access to the Mar-a-Lago documents and President Trump’s personal belongings.

Joe Biden lied. The White House lied. And now they are caught.

    Bide denied it all.

    District Judge Aileen Mercedes Cannon

Trump-appointed US District Judge Aileen Cannon from the southern district of Florida on Saturday announced the “preliminary intent to appoint a special master” to review all of the records seized by the FBI during its unprecedented raid on President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago.

Judge Cannon said the FBI raid on Mar-a-lago “involved political calculations” to diminish the leading voice of the Republican Party just months before the midterm election.

Every attack on President Trump has been a political calculation to stomp out the voice of the American people.

On Labor Day Monday Judge Aileen Cannon granted President Trump’s request for a Special Master review of the material confiscated by the Biden DOJ during their raid on his home at Mar-a-Lago.

More… Judge Cannon also ‘temporarily enjoins’ or forbid the Biden regime from ‘reviewing and using the seized materials’ pending the completion of the review.

    The Daily Mail reported:

The judge also ‘temporarily enjoins’ the government from ‘reviewing and using the seized materials’ pending the completion of the review.

That grants Trump and his legal team a side benefit of stalling the fast-moving proceedings that have unfolded since the August 8 FBI search of Mar-a-Lago.

Joe Biden made history on Thursday night and declared war on the American people.

It was a turning point in American politics.

It was the speech of a raging tyrant.

Former Trump aide Stephen Miller delivered an amazing rebuttal to Joe Biden’s historic declaration of war on the American people.

Stephen Miller: President Trump poured out his heart, his soul, his spirit every day to build a better America for everyone to build a safer and more prosperous America. While Democrats and deep state launched an illegal operation to take him out and it is now in its sixth year!

President Biden tonight gave the speech of a dictator, in the style of a dictator, in the visual of a dictator, using the words of a dictator.

This was his enemies of the state speech. And like every other radical, Marxist, tyrant, he accused his opponents of being fascist while he engages in oppressive authoritarian behavior.

He’s the one who’s forcing Americans against their will to take a vaccine.

He is the one who has violated our nation’s Constitution to open our borders.

September 1, 2022 at 05:24PM BREAKING: Chris Wray’s FBI ARRESTS Kellye SoRelle Attorney for Oath Keepers Founder Stewart Rhodes Less than ONE WEEK after She Secretly Agreed to Testify For Rhodes

The FBI arrested Attorney Kellye Sorelle on Thursday morning after she secretly told attorneys for Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes that she would testify in defense of Stewart.

Proud Boys founder Enrique Tarrio, Bianca Gracia, the co-founder and president of Latinos for Trump Organization, attorney Kellye SoRelle and Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes on January 5, 2021, in a Washington DC parking garage.

Tarrio was discussing security with Bianca Gracia whose group was holding a rally on January 6th near the US Capitol. The rally was cancelled after the violence started breaking out at the US Capitol.

The Biden Justice Department charged Enrique Tarrio in June with “seditious conspiracy” for his role in the January 6 protests and riots — a completely made-up charge with no basis in fact. This was done days before the first hearing in order to give more gravitas to the regime’s show trial. They do this sort of thing in banana republics and third-world hell-holes.

The DOJ is using this Tarrio meeting with Stewart Rhodes as evidence of a “seditious conspiracy.”

Last week Attorney Kellye SoRelle spoke with the current attorneys for Stewart Rhodes.

SoRelle agreed to testify in defense of Stewart Rhodes.

Today, one week later, the FBI swooped in and arrested Kellye SoRelle at her home in south Texas.

This was one week after she secretly agreed to testify in defense of Rhodes who is a primary target of the Stasi-FBI.

The Gateway Pundit spoke with the attorneys for Stewart Rhodes earlier today.

The government charged Kellye SoRelle with their typical nonsense including standing outside the US Capitol on Jan. 6.

Biden White House Press Secretary: Trump Supporters “are an extreme threat to our democracy—to our freedom—to our rights” [VIDEO]

Yesterday, while speaking at a promotional event in Pennsylvania for his ‘Safer America Plan’ to “reduce gun crime,” Joe Biden veered off-script and mocked supporters of the Second Amendment.

“For those brave right-wing Americans who say [the 2nd amendment] is all about keeping America independent and safe. If you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15. You need something a little more than a gun,” rambled Biden.

“No, I’m not joking,” added Biden. “Think about this. Think about the rationale we use – that’s used to provide this. And who are they shooting at? They’re shooting at these guys behind me.”

One takeaway – and perhaps the only one – from this incoherent babble is that, somehow, Biden equates the desire to keep America “independent and safe” with wanting to fight against the country.

    Watch:

Today, during her press briefing, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre attempted to explain Joe Biden’s shocking remarks when he threatened military action against Trump supporters.

“The ‘president’ thinks there is an extremist threat to our democracy,” KJP said. “The president has been clear as he can be on that particular piece when we talk about our democracy when we talk about our freedoms,” Jean-Pierre said, adding, “The way that he sees is the MAGA Republicans are the most energized part of the Republican party – that extreme, this is an extreme threat to our democracy, to our freedom, to our rights.”

    Watch:

Someone needs to explain the difference between a democracy and a constitutional republic to Biden’s foreign born White House Press Secretary.

AG Merrick Garland Issues Threatening Memo Against FBI Whistleblowers

“Attorney General Merrick Garland has issued a memo to Justice Department personnel reiterating the department’s policy of prohibiting communication with members of Congress,” Fox News reports.

Garland said all communication with Congress must be handled by the Office of Legislative Affairs (OLA).

Per DOJ policy, “no department employee may communicate with Senators, Representatives, congressional committees, or congressional staff without advance coordination, consultation, and approval by OLA.”

“All congressional inquiries and correspondence from Members, committees, and staff should be immediately directed to OLA upon receipt,” says Justice Manual 1-8.000.

Hannity discussed the memo on his program Tuesday night.

    WATCH:

    Via Fox News:

Garland said these policies were designed to protect the DOJ’s “criminal and civil law enforcement decisions, and its legal judgments, from partisan or other inappropriate influences, whether real or perceived, direct or indict.”

They are also designed, Garland said, “to ensure that Congress may carry out its legislative investigatory and oversight functions.”

Garland insisted that such policies were not “intended to conflict with or limit whistleblower protections.”

The memorandum comes on the heels of a tumultuous few months for the DOJ and the FBI. Over the weekend, Tim Thibault, an assistant special agent-in-charge in the District of Columbia, retired amid allegations that he supposedly ran interference in the investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop.

MAJOR TURN? Anti-Trumper FBI Agent Who Ran Mar-A-Lago Raid ESCORTED Out Of Bureau Headquarters!

    The Washington Times added:

Kurt Siuzdak, a former FBI agent and attorney who represents bureau whistleblowers, said the memo is targeting employees who want to speak out against misconduct, noting there is no official whistleblower designation.

“There’s no whistleblower status, per se. If you make a protected disclosure of criminal wrongdoing or serious misconduct, and then they retaliate, you go to the Office of Attorney Recruitment and Management and they basically will remove any personnel actions after two to five years and people know it’s two to five years. And they know the Office of General Counsel is going to fight and cause them lots of money,” he said.

“‘So if it’s not a whistleblower, then we’re coming after you,’ is what they would say,’” he said. “‘If we determine you’re not a whistleblower, then we’re gonna retaliate. … Because if you’re gonna report misconduct to the Congress, and that doesn’t rise to the level of misconduct, then we’re gonna take action.’’’

The memorandum is Mr. Garland’s second in two days as he tries to clamp down on heated criticism from Republicans that the Justice Department has been weaponized against them. They have accused Mr. Garland of authorizing the Aug. 8 raid on former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate to politically damage Mr. Trump.

What’s Behind Trump’s Private War With the Intelligence Community?

August 30, 2022 at 04:26PM What’s Behind Trump’s Private War With the Intelligence Community?

Photo Illustration by Thomas Levinson/The Daily Beast/Getty

When you are at war with the truth, you attack the truth tellers. When you are a threat to U.S. national security, you attack those who seek to defend it. When you are conscious of your own guilt, you target those who can confirm your crimes.

These are the reasons that Donald Trump has been engaged in a one-man war against the U.S. intelligence since even before he became president. These are the reasons we must see Trump’s theft of vital national secrets as more than just a story about documents.

The seizure of documents at Mar-a-Lago—and what we have learned about the former president’s apparent violation of federal laws by keeping them, mishandling them, and obstructing the efforts to return them—must not be seen as an isolated incident. Trump’s disregard for U.S. national security and in particular his contempt for and struggle with the U.S. intelligence community, has been a theme since he first publicly sought the support of an American enemy to help him win the 2016 presidential campaign.

It’s Over: Trump Will Be Indicted

We now know that Trump and his closest advisers were told many times, even before they left office, that the law required them to return all documents to the U.S. government. We know they were informed repeatedly about their legal obligations with regards to the treatment of classified material. We know they ignored that guidance and removed documents illegally. We know they then were asked to return them. Multiple times.

We know they did not comply. We know that when they were forced to comply, they returned some but not all the documents, and that among these were highly sensitive documents—the mistreatment of which could threaten U.S. national security. We know that these documents were stored at Mar-a-Lago, which had been targeted for years—and penetrated—by foreign intelligence organizations. And we know that even after all this, Trump’s lawyers misrepresented that all documents had been returned.

Subsequently, we know that when all efforts to retrieve the remaining documents failed, the Department of Justice sought a subpoena to reclaim them—and that among what they found were more highly classified documents. Since then, we have also heard Trump claim he declassified the documents, the documents were his, the search was illegal, and that he was the victim. We also heard members of his party support him, despite the fact that Trump’s disregard for the law and his recklessness could well have put the lives of members of the U.S. intelligence community and their sources at risk.

I spoke to several national security veterans about Trump’s latest—and one of his most pernicious—abuses of power.

Former CIA Director General Michael Hayden said of the Mar-a-Lago revelations, “Literally, it’s unbelievable.” He described the kind of secrets that appeared to be in Trump’s possession as the core elements—essential to protect. “It’s the bread and butter of intelligence,” Hayden said.

Former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) General James Clapper observed, “The FBI search of Mar-a-Lago—an obvious target of adversary foreign intelligence—is stunning, but not surprising; it seems entirely consistent with the former president’s apparent disdain for the intelligence community and its rules for protection of sensitive information.”

Clapper knows that the views toward the intelligence community of Trump (and those closest to him) have been contemptuous and irresponsible since before the former president took office. He knows that because he was tasked as DNI with briefing then President-elect Trump on key intelligence issues in January 2017. (Which he did despite the apprehensions some in the intelligence community had about even briefing Trump, whom they considered a potential security risk.)

As I report in my upcoming book, American Resistance, Clapper said that prior to that briefing, “I certainly harbored what turned out to be the naïve illusion that somehow President Trump would change, that he would grow into the job, would rise to the occasion. And I believed that up to the last minute, even though the transition was pretty ragged, and regrettably the incoming team, which kept turning over, blew us off, basically. They didn’t want to hear anything. They thought, it seemed, that we were all incompetent and didn’t know anything.

“So, when I briefed him in early January, I tried to appeal to his higher values, if you will, and tell him what a national treasure he was inheriting in the form of the national intelligence community (IC) and the men and women standing by to serve him. He kind of blew it off. He was being transactional since what he really wanted from me was a public rebuttal of the [Steele] dossier, which of course I couldn’t and wouldn’t do.”

Clapper’s hopes that Trump would evolve once in office were again quickly shattered when, the day after being sworn in, the 45th president made a trip to speak at CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

“I thought, well, maybe I got through to him, maybe he got the message. And now he’s going to kiss and make up with the intelligence community at least. And then came that disastrous speech he delivered. He was OK for a minute or two, but standing [in the lobby] in front of that wall with all the stars on it,” Clapper said, referring to the memorial to former CIA employees who had fallen in the line of duty, “I think it was 119 stars at the time—it is more now—was a desecration in the minds of intelligence professionals. Not just CIA employees… it was an affront to me and the whole community. And that’s when I knew it was going to be a challenge for the country.”

Olivia Troye, a former adviser to Vice President Mike Pence on homeland security, and who had served previously in key national security roles dating back to her time working in the office of the Coalition Provisional Authority in Baghdad, said, “From day one, Trump told us what he thought of us. He villainized us, consistently telling the American people that we in the intelligence and law enforcement communities are the enemy—a talking point repeated by many MAGA Republicans especially in the past few days since the search at Mar-a-Lago. A talking point that should be a reminder to the American people of Trump and these people being not only unfit for office, but unworthy of being trusted with our most sensitive of state secrets given their complete disregard for the seriousness of what this all means.”

Throughout his time in office Trump regularly revealed his disregard for U.S. national security and his contempt for those charged with defending it (or was it his fear of them?). He hired Mike Flynn as his national security adviser despite the advice of many including former President Barack Obama that he not do so. Flynn, of course, later resigned in disgrace, admitted he lied to the FBI… and was then pardoned by Trump.

Trump encountered resistance from intelligence professionals to giving clearances to his daughter and son-in-law, but overruled it thus providing access to sensitive national secrets to others who might be seen as security risks.

The day after Trump fired FBI Director James Comey for, among other things, continuing investigations into Trump’s suspected collusion with Russia, he welcomed Russia’s foreign minister and ambassador to the Oval Office and there, he shared with them classified intelligence provided to the U.S. by a foreign ally. Later he would also irresponsibly release classified information via a tweet.

President Donald Trump and Russia’s President Vladimir Putin arrive for a meeting at Finland’s Presidential Palace on July 16, 2018, in Helsinki.

    Brendan Smialowski/AFP via Getty

Infamously, in 2018, during meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki (which took place behind closed doors and without other observers other than note-takers), Trump threw the U.S. intelligence community under the bus by suggesting he took Putin’s word about Russian interference in the 2016 elections over that of the intelligence professionals who worked for the U.S. government.

Later, continuing his pattern, Trump forced out senior intelligence officials who he felt were insufficiently loyal to him and replaced them with unqualified political hacks he felt he could manipulate—and who he felt would protect him from IC revelations that he saw as threatening. He used the classification process to keep politically damaging information (like notes from his call pressuring Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to dig up dirt on Joe Biden) from becoming public.

In other words, the revelations about stealing classified documents are not an isolated incident. They are part of a deeply disturbing pattern. It is one that leaves us with many questions.

We know, for example, that he stole and improperly handled a massive number of highly classified documents. We just know that doing what he did was not simply an act of ignoring the law, it directly put U.S intelligence assets and national security at risk. We know we have never seen such behavior from a senior US government official, much less a president.

But, we still don’t know how many classified documents were stolen or who may have had access to them. We don’t know what was in them. And we still don’t know why he did it.

We still can only speculate about why he was so threatened by the intelligence community for so many years. Why did he feel they knew things about him that could be damaging? Was it just consciousness of guilt due to his active solicitation of the support of a hostile foreign entity during the 2016 election? Was it more than that? What secrets went missing before this point?

    <div class="inline-image__caption"><p>Jared Kushner at the White House on Aug. 1, 2018, in Washington, D.C.</p></div> <div class="inline-image__credit">Oliver Contreras/Pool/Getty</div>

Jared Kushner at the White House on Aug. 1, 2018, in Washington, D.C.

    Oliver Contreras/Pool/Getty

What were the consequences of Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, having an apparently voracious appetite for state secrets? Why was he so actively interested in them? What were Trump’s motives in taking secrets and obstructing the government’s efforts to have them returned?

What happened to the documents while they were in Trump’s custody? Do we have all the documents back? Were there documents stored at places other than Mar-a-Lago? What did he get his lackeys to do when they ran the IC? What were his plans for them and these agencies were he re-elected?

These are not “political” questions. These are questions that must be answered to understand the extent of the damage Trump and his inner circle may have done to our intelligence community, our intelligence assets worldwide, their safety, and our security. They are questions we need to answer in order to understand what they might do should they regain power.

Yes, as important as it is to see the revelations about the documents at Mar-a-Lago in the context of the past, it is also vitally important to see them in the context of the future, of a potential second Trump presidency or should any of his allies and defenders win the White House. It is important to see them in the context of the people at the center of these abuses because they remain active forces in America’s political life.

As former FBI assistant director for counterintelligence, Frank Figliuzzi, said to me, “Trump’s dangerous disdain for revered agencies and institutions is bigger than just his ire about being investigated. It’s about his need to be viewed as the only one who can fix things, the only one who can be trusted, the only one who has America’s interests at heart. That’s a hallmark of a cult leader who fears his followers will find the truth elsewhere.”

Trump’s In La-La Land When It Comes to Executive Privilege

Olivia Troye adds, “The selfishness of Trump and anyone in his circle who deliberately mishandled the most sensitive classified information that if compromised could lead to the killing of intelligence officers, their sources and their families as well as derail potentially decades of intelligence operations is not only criminal, it’s treasonous and the most unpatriotic behavior one could possibly exhibit. We’ve seen Trump and those around him profit off of disinformation and lying—and this is just another scenario that raises serious questions about what they might do in the future given Trump and his defenders’ ongoing contentious relationship with the national security community.”

In the end, despite the lingering questions, what we do know is this: that the same man who was engaged in a multi-year battle with the U.S. intelligence community also led an attempted coup against the U.S. government, attacked our allies, sought to gut NATO, and worked to aid and empower our enemies.

This is not hyperbole. It is not speculation. This is the reality of the Trump presidency. It must be seen for what it was and the man at the center of it must be seen for who he was and is—one of the greatest, most deleterious, pernicious threats to U.S. national security we have ever seen. And those who would defend his indefensible actions must be viewed in precisely the same light.

  • Trump Encourages FBI Agents to Go ‘Nuts’ and Not ‘Take it Anymore’ Over Mar-a-Lago Raid

Trump Encourages FBI Agents to Go ‘Nuts’ and Not ‘Take it Anymore’ Over Mar-a-Lago Raid

August 29, 2022 at 02:06PM –  Trump Encourages FBI Agents to Go ‘Nuts’ and Not ‘Take it Anymore’ Over Mar-a-Lago Raid

Though he was careful not to use the word, former President Donald Trump appeared to call for the rank and file of the FBI to revolt against its leadership over the search and seizure of classified documents from his Mar-a-Lago home and possible looming criminal indictment.

On Friday, a heavily redacted affidavit was released and revealed that prior to the search, federal agents were concerned the former president was still in possession of classified and top secret documents in an unsecured location, and that Trump’s team had not been forthcoming about the documents in numerous interactions with the National Archives.

The affidavit said there was “probable cause to believe that evidence of obstruction will be found at” Mar-a-Lago — a serious crime — and detailed the extensive efforts authorities went to retrieve the trove of documents Trump held at his Florida resort.

The affidavit revealed nearly 200 classified and top secret documents had already been retrieved in February of this year, the mishandling of which, according to a 2018 law signed by then-President Trump, would make citizen Trump guilty of a felony offense.

Despite the facts of the case, in a TruthSocial post from Sunday Trump sought to undermine FBI leadership by seeking to stoke distrust and anger inside the agency.

“When are the great Agents, and others, in the FBI going to say ‘we aren’t going to take it anymore,” much as they did when James Comey read off a list of all of Crooked Hillary Clinton’s crimes, only to say that no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.,” Trump said.

“The wonderful people of the FBI went absolutely “nuts,” so Comey had to backtrack and do a FAKE INVESTIGATION in order to keep them at bay,” he continued. “The end result, we won in 2016 (and did MUCH better in 2020!). But now the ‘Left’ has lost their minds!!!”

At roughly 2 a.m. Monday, he re-upped this message exhorting, “FBI, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

It’s not clear what Trump means exactly by going “nuts.” But it is clear that Trump is looking to drive a wedge between FBI and DOJ leadership and the rank and file.

The FBI raid carried out against former President Donald Trump’s estate at Mar-a-Lago on August 8 led to the seizure of documents that the bureau had already classified as falling under “attorney-client privilege.”

In a court filing on Monday, federal prosecuters said that the invasive FBI search had turned up a “limited” number of such documents. It is unclear what an “unlimited” number of client-attorney privileged documents would look like.

The startling development is likely to provide further evidence to a district court judge that a “special master” is needed to supervise the division of Trump’s documents the FBI grabbed at Mar-a-Lago. There are alleged “classified” documents that are purportedly pertinent to national security, and those that fall under executive privilege and attorney-client privilege. Trump’s legal team has rebutted the DOJ by pointing out that the former president’s documents were “declassified” under a standing order he issued prior to leaving the White House.

On Saturday, U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon issued an order giving the Justice Department until Tuesday to produce a more detailed list of items seized at Mar-a-Lago, as well as the proceedings of the Department of Justice’s “filter team” that is going through all of Trump’s documents.

Judge Cannon also indicated that she was leaning towards an independent, court-appointed “special master,” as Donald Trump’s legal team had earlier requested in a legal motion.

The Justice Department said on Monday that it will comply with the judge’s request and file the documents under seal by Tuesday.

The Biden DOJ also disclosed that it working with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) to do a classification review and “intelligence community assessment of the potential risk to national security” that could arise from the classified documents if they were ever disclosed.

Despite former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton carrying out official government business on an illicit server during her tenure in office, the ODNI resisted performing a similar intelligence damage-assessment, despite her possession and transmission of classified documents.

Donald Trump was President of the United States and possessed ultimate declassification authority, while former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was not, as of time of publication

Bannon on Collapse of Civilization: Great Reset ‘So Destructive You’re Not Going To Be Able to Turn This Around’

August 29, 2022 at 07:06AM Bannon on Collapse of Civilization: Great Reset ‘So Destructive You’re Not Going To Be Able to Turn This Around’

Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon outlined how the globalist elite are imposing policies that are “so destructive” to America that economic recovery from their radical Great Reset agenda may soon become impossible.

“The most important thing we’ve got to do is look reality in the face now and understand exactly what’s going on in the world because there are decisions being made by people in power that are not just simply destructive, they’re so destructive you’re not going to be able to turn this around,” Bannon said on his show “War Room” on Saturday.

Bannon noted how, for example, Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is suddenly talking about fighting inflation regardless of the economic ramifications, when just a year ago he assured the public that inflation wasn’t even a threat.

“And a year ago yesterday in Jackson Hole at the same set of microphones, that clown stood there and said no, inflation is transitory,” Bannon said. “And today it was fire and brimstone, that he’s got to choke it all down now and invoking Paul Volker’s name and I call it the house of pain now.”

Bannon also pointed out how French President Emmanuel Macron, after painting a rosy picture while recently running for reelection, is suddenly warning that the “end of abundance” has come due to the energy shortages brought about by their sanctions against Russia amid the Ukraine conflict.

“Where was that 90 days ago, when he was on the campaign trail? Did something change in 90 days?” Bannon mocked.

Energy prices are surging to a point where mass protests are taking place across Europe as experts estimate the cost of natural gas and coal in the winter will skyrocket by orders of magnitude.

Additionally, 20 million households in the U.S. are falling behind on their utility bills, leading to a “tsunami of shutoffs,” according to Bloomberg.

“This is what your leaders have done. Biden, Mark Kelly, and the guys at the World Economic Forum and these fantasy people that have led you down the path of total and complete destruction,” Bannon added.
