    ‘America, The Beautiful’ Is Broken

July 5, 2022 at 06:34AM ‘America, The Beautiful’ Is Broken

Authored by David Haggith via The Great Recession blog,

The twaddle that comes out of the White House is deep right now. When our tottering president isn’t out enjoying a bike ride and falling down because Putin put gum in his stirrup so that he couldn’t get his foot out to steady himself, he is assembling a colorful team of Frisco-style professionals highly qualified in the field of transition to guide us through the vicissitudes of war, plague and famine that are swirling around the entire globe right now. (“Frisco” is the name the city loves to hate, so I chose it intentionally for a city I once found beautiful.)

The LGBTQRS+++ hip chick that is the president’s talking mop at the press secretary’s podium spent her morning yesterday assuring us all that we are experiencing a “period of transition” right now — something I am sure she has much experience with — going from times of economic strength in which the vast majority of us are doing great into even better times. Thank goodness for people who can guide us through transition to understand what we are going through and where we will end up, which will be — if we follow MoJoe & Co. — coming out the opposite sex from whatever we we were when we came into this world:

The primary accomplishment of Team Biden by the end of his one term that has somehow managed to be even more divisive than Trump will be to recolor the flag behind her with prettier inclusive rainbow stripes than the binary red and white that it historically displays. Until then, at least, we now know what “Build Back Better” looks like. According to Jean-Pierre, we are already there and clearly moving into even better times.

It would be my own analysis, on the other hand, that if she and her colleagues don’t see a recession anywhere in sight, I can recommend an eye doctor for all of them. Their own Dr. Powell Fauci Magoo, who, incidentally, was also Trump’s White House physician, doesn’t seem to be serving them well. In the very least, I recommend they step outside the White House for a few moments to escape the curling rings of herb smoke that cloud their vision and take a look around. Perhaps I can provide a guided tour for her, though I am sure she will hallucinate some deep state of Democratic delusions she wants to see so that her trip is not as bad as mine or yours is and is about to be:

What is the true state of the disunion?

While we continue to hear, albeit less confidently now, about the economy being strong, what I see is that the economy has rarely looked worse in numerous ways. Obviously, I am not smoking the right stuff to enjoy the “economy as it ought to be” trip; but here is what I see in black and white when not blinded by so many pretty colors swimming around my head as MoJoe & Co. apparently see in theirs.

First, I note that increasingly a number of voices in the financial press — some mainstream, some not — are starting to hum along to my familiar tune — not very loudly or clearly yet, BUT they are starting to pick it up:

Phoenix Capital now says, “The U.S. is Already In a Recession… Here’s How to Profit From It!“

Everything else is imploding and has been for months.

At least, some people can see the obvious that it does not pay to see when your job (or next term) depends on your convincing everyone they are seeing something else.

Phoenix presents as evidence the rather sharp decent of Walmart and Amazon into the ashes of retail.

Bill “the Dud” Dudley, a former New York Fed chief and one-time vice chair of the Fed’s money-printing FOMC, says with a friendly smile, “Welcome To The Recession.” For a moment there, it almost sounded like he agreed with me that a recession is already here, but in typical bansker safety-net style he adds “in another 12-18 months.” Still, that is better eyesight than can be found in the White House. He, at least, is certain the blurry blob he sees up ahead is a recession, and for a Fed guy he’s speaking rather out of turn:

While the Fed’s forecasts have become more plausible over time, I see several reasons to expect a much harder landing. Much like Wile E. Coyote heading off a cliff, the US economy has plenty of momentum but rapidly disappearing support. Falling back to earth will not be a pleasant experience.

    Zero Hedge

That’s hardly anywhere near as comforting as Jean-Pierre. I think I’ll have what she’s having.

Just to be clear, Dudley states,

If you’re still holding out hope that the Federal Reserve will be able to engineer a soft landing in the US economy, abandon it. A recession is inevitable within the next 12 to 18 months.

So, not only can some people see a recession up ahead, but they are certain that it is “inevitable” and that a soft landing is a dream to be abandoned.

The determining factors for the quality of our landing that Dudley lays out (the reasons we had better hope they line Powell’s runway with lots of bouncy houses and foam to soften the landing) are as follows:

    • First, persistent price increases have forced the Fed to shift its focus from supporting economic activity to pushing inflation back down. (“The central bank’s employment mandate is now subservient to its inflation mandate.”)
    • Second, the new focus on price stability will be relentless. (“Fed officials recognize that failing to bring inflation back down would be disastrous.”)
    • Third, the current economic expansion is uniquely vulnerable to a sudden stop. (“It’ll take time and a considerable monetary policy tightening to reduce demand and for that to translate fully into weaker production of goods and services. But when that time comes, the production adjustment is likely to be abrupt…. As inflation outstrips wage growth, the personal savings rate has plummeted, from 26.6% in March 2021 to 4.4% this April, significantly below its long-run average. No wonder consumer sentiment has fallen to levels last reached in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, and Google searches for the word “recession” are hitting new records.”)
    • Finally, economic history points to a hard landing. (“The Fed has never tightened enough to push up the unemployment rate by 0.5 percentage point or more without triggering a recession.”)

    In other words, this:

Biden and his talking mop on the other hand assured us that “recession is not inevitable” and is nowhere in sight. That is because, like the coyote, they forgot to look right beneath themselves. Oops.

Some others also see a recession as “inevitable” and see happening in the near term as “more likely than not”:

Since people are not inclined to take my word for it, let my have a Nobel economist (I realize they cannot usually see a recession until it is behind them) reiterate the points for me as he did earlier this week:

Biden, on the other hand, assured everyone on the same day that another prize of an economist, Larry Summers, assured him “there’s nothing inevitable about a recession.” Never mind that even Summers did say a recession now looks highly likely … but just not … “inevitable.”

Over the weekend, Nomura became the first bank to place the recession squarely within 2022.

The Atlanta Fed, meanwhile, is now prognosticating the 2nd quarter of 2022 closes with precisely zero economic growth, which will still leave us in a trough that began last quarter. If that is the case, then GDP will have continued to scrape along a ceiling that is 1.5% lower than GDP was at the start of the year, now half a year gone by, meaning we entered and remained in a GDP trough since the start of the year.

Nomura believes a mild recession starting in Q4 2022 is now more likely than not (ZH: expect the mood to deteriorate further as “mild” eventually becomes “jarring”)…. Consumers are experiencing a significant negative sentiment shock, energy and food supply disruptions have worsened and the outlook for foreign growth has deteriorated. All these factors will likely contribute to the expected downturn.

    Zero Hedge

Amazing. People are starting to look up and see what has been obvious all around them for months now and are finally whipping up the courage to say what they are seeing.

Nomura believes the Fed will skid right on past the QT stopping point as predictably as Wile E. Coyote skids past the cliff edge. Biden believes, if you don”t look down, what’s down there can’t hurt you. Of course that was what he believed when he was out riding his bike, too.

Goldman Sachs is another bank that now joins those who are humming the same tune to say, at least,

We now see recession risk as higher and more front-load…. We are increasingly concerned that the Fed will feel compelled to respond forcefully to high headline inflation and consumer inflation expectations.

    Yahoo!

How “front-load[ed]” they don’t say. They, of course, expect it to be shallow and clear up like a short cloudburst.

Piper Sandler … shows that the typical bear market follows the start of a recession with a delay of 95 days, and eventually exhaust itself with an average total drawdown of 40% which means that current recession probably already started some time in March:

    Zero Hedge

Of course, following the worst start for stocks to a year since the Great Depression…

… and also the worst start since 1932 in total return terms across all asset classes…

… one would be excused to ask if instead of a garden variety recession, the US isn’t rushing straight into a depression.

    Summarizes the New York Post,

Wall Street bets are growing that the U.S. economy tumbles into a recession next year as the Federal Reserve raises interest rates at the fastest pace in two decades in order to cool scorching-hot inflation. Bank of America Global Research strategists have ratcheted up the odds of an economic downturn to 40% in 2023…. “Our worst fears around the Fed have been confirmed: They fell way behind the curve and are now playing a dangerous game of catch up.”

OK. Well, none of the banks, except the Atlanta Fed, are quite with me yet, but they are all getting closer and closer by the day.

Now that the experts are lining up on the recession side of the fence, let’s look at a short list of major weaknesses I see in the US economy that are screaming recession is here or near:

The auto industry remains a wreck

In a recent article titled “The Real GDPig was a Whole Lot Uglier than it Looked!” I dug deep beneath the Bureau of Economic Asininity’s surface GDP numbers to reveal how the auto industry has been in a long slouch and was, contrary to overt claims by the BEA, a major factor in pulling the economy down last quarter and the quarter before. There was something I noted, based on loads of evidence from the BEA, that was seriously wrong with the BEAs claims about automobiles driving GDP up in Q4 and then down in Q1, probably because the industry is in such disarray that BEA doesn’t know how to sort out the anomalies in its own numbers.

The auto industry has also been a major factor in the superheated CPI reports because scarcity due to lack of production has been driving up prices. Many tried to claim the auto industry was turning around, using it as a sign that the negative GDP print in Q1 was a one-off. I did not believe evidence bore that out, and that has turned out now to be the case:

The S&P Global Sector PMI™ revealed that Automobiles & Auto Parts sector output contracted worldwide for a second successive month amid the sharpest reduction in new orders since the COVID-19 pandemic and renewed supply disruptions linked to the pandemic and Russia-Ukraine war.

    Seeking Alpha

While that is a global production situation, it doesn’t look any better in the US:

The U.S. light-vehicle market doesn’t appear to be in the best health. While many automakers now opt against issuing monthly sales reports, those that still do are posting some pretty brutal numbers. This does not bode well for an industry that seemed pretty certain that 2022 would be its recovery year.

    The Truth about Cars

Manufacturers are still warning about supply constraints and an inability to manufacture at full scale. The auto industry has always been a major component in GDP and is continuing to pull it down. Some economists thought the industry would start getting back up to cruising speed this quarter. That does not appear to have been the case.

As for sales volume, most automakers were posting double-digit declines for the month of May. Overall, the seasonally adjusted, annualized rate of sales (SAAR) for May fell dropped to a crippling low of 12.81 million, according to Motor Intelligence. That’s to be contrasted against April’s 14.6 million units and over 17 million average from May of 2021…. “The market faces a real risk of turning negative from 2021.”

Well, that just doesn’t sound good at all, and that was the area where the optimists were most expecting some reprieve after the negative Q1 GDP print, which they chose to believe was the anomaly, rather than accept the idea that the high GDP increase in the quarter before was the clear outlier from the trend.

    Retail remains a mixed bag

In another recent article titled “The Retail Apocalypse was Bloodier than it Looked,” I similarly described how the retail industry was a much bloodier picture than what many economists were making of it. It seemed like major retailers got ready to throw a party and one one came. Last quarter they stocked up all they could and remained laden with inventory from imports that are mistakenly thought to subtract from GDP, but that is a misunderstanding of how they are merely reconciled back out of other GDP inputs in which they are embedded.

This quarter major retailers are threatening to unload, and that is seen by some as possible hope for a boom in retail; but at what price?

America’s top retailers messed up – particularly the ones that focus on durable goods rather than groceries. Most of them released their earnings reports last month, saw shares take a beating and moved on….

Then, the mega-retailer [Target] did something no one was expecting. On Tuesday, Target told investors it anticipated a profit margin more around 2%. It would slash prices on certain goods and cancel incoming orders. It’s highly unusual for a company to slash its profit expectations within weeks of its earnings report.

Target said in its Tuesday press release that the profit slash comes from a need to “right-size” inventories. People aren’t buying items like televisions, outdoor furniture and kitchen appliances like they were last year….

It’s all leading to what Forbes’ Madeline Halpert called “markdown mania,” and not just at Target. Gap is hawking $60 leggings for just $12. Target is selling televisions for 25% off and patio sets at a 52% markdown….

The demand for random crap suddenly vanished, taking everyone by surprise.

    Freightwaves

It is hard to imagine how massive price slashing to near-zero profit margins to unload inventory no one wants to buy is going to prove to be a positive for GDP! As reported in the headlines, GDP is measured in inflation-adjusted dollars, so I suppose the impact of the mess in retail inventories and sales will depend on how much prices are slashed and how successfully that gets consumers to pick up the unwanted merchandise. Regardless of how it impacts the GDP number, this extreme dislocation clearly speaks of a badly broken economy, not one humming along like a new car … or like new cars used to hum along. Sounds more like one that’s humming my tune.

[ZH: An example of this is the fact that while we started the year with relatively ‘low’ inventory-to-sales, that has since exploded higher amid the ‘bullwhip’ effect…

Why does this matter? Well, for a simple but critical reason: if one year ago we saw the hyperinflationary start of the bullwhip effect, we have entered the terminal phase of the “bullwhip effect”, where plunging inventory-to-sales ratios reverse violently higher, where supply chains unclog suddenly and rapidly amid a sudden chill in the economy, and where prices for so-called “core” goods collapse almost overnight, even as non-core prices (food and energy) explode even higher.]

Something is broken. Likely it means that backlogged inventory arrived all at once a day late and many dollars short for the retailer. Lest you think I’m the only one who is struggling to rightly understand the peculiarities here, let me quote the expert in the article:

To end, I’d like to emphasize that the vibes are abruptly off and no one really knows what’s happening.

That’s a mess, not strength. That is log jams clearing through the ports then jamming up in warehouses, causing aberrations in how things are reported. Dysfunctional is not strong. Even executives at the…

Gartner supply chain conference in Florida this week … were confused and not feeling very zesty…. Transportation managers canceled orders in early 2020 predicting a recession, then found their hastiness left shelves empty and consumers furious. Now that they’ve built back up, customers aren’t buying anymore and their balance sheets are destroyed. The whiplash is baffling.

The truth is retail sucks so bad right now that even the retailers have no idea what to make of it, neither do the shippers. It’s just baffling whiplash. “Destroyed balance sheets” are not the stuff of strong economies. What we have is a trainwreck or a shipwreck, and retailers and shippers alike are struggling to figure out what to do with it and what it really means.

    Housing slides

Housing prices and housing sales are already falling as mortgage interest has more than doubled. Consumer sentiment is already at an all-time low. (Hence the need for Jean-Pierre to tell us things are not as bad as they feel right now, and we are transitioning from great economic strength to strength that is even built back better.)

The housing market isn’t at a level that will by itself put us into recession just yet, but it is certainly sliding rapidly that way … and rather all of a sudden, given that Fed interest rates are still on the hot stimulus end of the Fed’s normal scale. That is because mortgage rates our outpacing the Fed’s tweaks, anticipating where things are headed:

The highest share of sellers on record dropped their list price during the four weeks ending June 12 as mortgage rates shot up to levels not seen since 2008….

“The housing market isn’t crashing, but it is experiencing a hangover as it comes down from an unsustainable high,” said Redfin deputy chief economist Taylor Marr. “Housing demand has already cooled significantly to the point that the industry has begun facing layoffs.

“Demand from homebuyers was still extremely high as recently as February, but rates are making it really tough. Going from 3% to nearly 6% almost instantly has scared a lot of people out of the market.”

    Redfin

Prices have stalled and have begun to follow sales down in some areas. Employment in the industry definitely has started to fall. What housing moves now foretell is that, as all the other forces mentioned above drive us quickly into recession, housing will be bringing up the rear to stomp us down deeper, given that housing the biggest GDP drivers in the US economy, being a major factor even in retail sales of all the items that get built into a house, plus all the new furniture that fills the new homes.

So, while the Biden-Powell team are calling all of this a strong and resilient economy, you had better think twice if they try to sell you choice waterfront real estate in Florida. It’s probably not in Miami or on the Gold Coast.

The golden oldie of America’s pride

If America’s economy is looking strong, why is America’s most golden of all cities now referred to in The Atlantic as a “failed city?” Herb Caen, San Francisco’s “beloved old chronicler,” once said that, If he ever got to heaven, he’d look around and say, “It ain’t bad, but it ain’t San Francisco.” To read The Atlantic’s description today and many others I’ve read over the past two years, he might say today upon opening his eyes in San Francisco, “I knew I’d wind up in hell.” It’s such pretty beaten up version of the city he once loved that he would only recognize it as some upside down version of the old San Fran.

    Says a modern-day liberal chronicler,

Progressive leaders here have been LARPing left-wing values instead of working to create a livable city. And many San Franciscans have had enough.

Today’s scene looks so bad it may finally liberate liberals from their own liberalism. Here, too, the smoke of herb has long circled the heads of those that lead, and look at how colorfully banal it has all become:

On a cold, sunny day not too long ago, I went to see the city’s new Tenderloin Center for drug addicts on Market Street. It’s downtown, an open-air chain-link enclosure in what used to be a public plaza. On the sidewalks all around it, people are lying on the ground, twitching. There’s a free mobile shower, laundry, and bathroom station emblazoned with the words dignity on wheels. A young man is lying next to it, stoned, his shirt riding up, his face puffy and sunburned. Inside the enclosure, services are doled out: food, medical care, clean syringes, referrals for housing. It’s basically a safe space to shoot up. The city government says it’s trying to help. But from the outside, what it looks like is young people being eased into death on the sidewalk, surrounded by half-eaten boxed lunches.

    The Atlantic

I used to think San Francisco was America’s most beautiful major city — the golden lady in my opinion — even if too liberal for my taste. Not now. Even the people who used to feel privileged to live there want to get out of town and head for the hills … forever. As they do, Californians are taking the values that destroyed their great cities and transporting them like transplanted cancer cells to Idaho, Montana, Colorado and Wyoming so they can wreck all that is beautiful about those places, too, replacing farmlands and ranches with MacMansions and shopping centers in order to do it all over again.

But I digress. Let it suffice for now to say, the picture of San Francisco as it has become is a pretty good metaphor for the US economy as it has become. I’ll leave you, then, with words of the modern-day chronicler above:

During the first part of the pandemic, San Francisco County lost more than one in 20 residents—myself among them. Signs of the city’s pandemic decline are everywhere—the boarded-up stores, the ghostly downtown, the encampments. But walking these streets awakens me to how bad San Francisco had gotten even before the coronavirus hit—to how much suffering and squalor I’d come to think was normal.

Stepping over people’s bodies, blurring my eyes to not see a dull needle jabbing and jabbing again between toes—it coarsened me. I’d gotten used to the idea that some people just want to live like that. I was even a little defensive of it: Hey, it’s America. It’s your choice….

I’d gotten used to the crime, rarely violent but often brazen; to leaving the car empty and the doors unlocked so thieves would at least quit breaking my windows. A lot of people leave notes on the glass stating some variation of Nothing’s in the car. Don’t smash the windows….

A couple of years ago, one of my friends saw a man staggering down the street, bleeding. She recognized him as someone who regularly slept outside in the neighborhood, and called 911. Paramedics and police arrived and began treating him, but members of a homeless advocacy group noticed and intervened. They told the man that he didn’t have to get into the ambulance, that he had the right to refuse treatment. So that’s what he did. The paramedics left; the activists left. The man sat on the sidewalk alone, still bleeding. A few months later, he died about a block away…

In lockdown the beauty became obscene. The city couldn’t get kids back into the classroom; so many people were living on the streets; petty crime was rampant. I used to tell myself that San Francisco’s politics were wacky but the city was trying—really trying—to be good. But the reality is that with the smartest minds and so much money and the very best of intentions, San Francisco became a cruel city. It became so dogmatically progressive that maintaining the purity of the politics required accepting—or at least ignoring—devastating results….

If you’re going to die on the street, San Francisco is not a bad place to do it. The fog keeps things temperate. There’s nowhere in the world with more beautiful views. City workers and volunteers bring you food and blankets, needles and tents. Doctors come to see how the fentanyl is progressing, and to make sure the rest of you is all right as you go.

It’ll all get so much better when the water from the parched Colorado River is completely shut off later this summer, driving LA water-mob slobs to storm SF to get their hand’s on some liquid that may soon sell for more than the city’s old gold. The old lady, drowning in wokeness and tears and suffocating in the worn-out wraps of her own regulations and process has been laid to rest in a graveyard of intentional squalor for the sake of the impoverished at a cost of $60,000 per tent space born by the SF taxpayers. I’m sure the tolerance of criminal decline seen in the “smash and grabs” I wrote about at the start of the year for RT.com didn’t help. May she Rest In Rainbows as a testament to all that is dying in liberal, woke Amerika.

  • Biden’s Economy Sees Worst First Half for Stocks Since 1872

Biden’s Economy Sees Worst First Half for Stocks Since 1872

July 2, 2022 at 08:34AM Breitbart Business Digest: Biden’s Economy Sees Worst First Half for Stocks Since 1872

Back when Jesse James prowled the land, the savings of the citizenry was constantly under threat by bandits looking to heist their money. These days, the money itself is stealing the savings of people in the form of high inflation and crashing financial markets.

Yesterday, we pointed out that the first half of the year was the worst for stocks since 1970. The S&P 500 dropped by around 20 percent, just shy of the 1970 bear market record of 21 percent. The Nasdaq Composite was down by 29.5 percent, the worst decline ever. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 15.3 percent, the worst since 1962.

We must confess, however, that things were even worse than we thought. Those declines are in nominal terms, meaning they do not take into account the massive inflation we’ve experienced in the first half of this year. Stocks were falling in dollars terms, but those dollars themselves were declining in value. As we’ve pointed out again and again, inflation introduces chaos into financial calculations that can often conceal deep points of economic stress.

Michael Hartnett, the chief investment strategist at Bank of America Securities, ran the inflation-adjusted numbers in a note for clients this morning. He found that this has been the worst start of the year for the S&P since 1872, the year Jesse James and Cole Younger led their gang to rob a bank in Columbia, Kentucky, and ended up shooting a teller who refused to open the vault.

The James Boys, Jesse and Frank, sit in front of the Younger Brothers, Cole and Bob. The four men formed a gang that robbed trains and banks across the American midwest. (Corbis via Getty Images)

At the time, the country was led by President Ulysses S. Grant, a military hero who was not exactly an ace at economic policy. The following year, the country fell into what was then known as the “Great Depression.” This severe downturn lasted from 1873 to 1879. At 65 months, it is still to this day the longest-lasting contraction identified by the National Bureau of Economic Research, outlasting the 43-month contraction of the Great Depression of the 1930s. Ten states, scores of railroads, hundreds of banks, and thousands of businesses went bankrupt during the 1870s Great Depression.

As bad as that sounds, Hartnett points out that 2022 is looking like the worst year for government bonds since 1865. Government bonds fell 15.4 percent in the first half of the year, even before adjusting for inflation. Year over year, they were down by around twice that. And that is before adjusting for inflation (which is hard to do when measuring bonds issued in a variety of currencies from all around the globe.)

The image depicts an explosion blowing up the Northern Pole Railroad Company, The Bank of Inflation, and the Fire and Brimstone Company. The inscription below reads: “The ‘Long’ and ‘Short’ of it is a general ‘Bust’ up in the ‘Street.’” (Interim Archives/Getty Images)

This does not mean that there was no money to be made in the first half of the year. As everyone knows, oil and gas prices have exploded higher. Commodities overall had their best inflation-adjusted first half of the year since 1946, according to Hartnett. Oil rose 46 percent, natural gas 74 percent, and iron ore 28.2 percent.

Certainly, recent economic data will do little to reassure investors about the economy. Construction spending unexpectedly declined in May, the first drop in eight months. Strikingly, single home construction spending was flat for the month—before adjusting for inflation. In inflation adjusted terms, then, construction has rolled over and is declining rapidly. The Institute for Supply Management’s assessment of manufacturing showed growth continued, albeit at the slowest pace since May 2020, in June. But both employment and new orders fell into contraction territory.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s GDPNOW economy tracker had fallen into negative territory on Thursday. On Friday, it plunged even deeper to minus 2.1. Bank of America slashed its forecast for second quarter GDP to zero—before it got a look at construction and the ISM report.

Next week’s focus will be on the nonfarm employment report. All signs point to ongoing strength in the labor market, with the consensus for job growth at 250,000 and the unemployment rate at 3.6 percent. A big question mark is how long it will take for negative GDP growth, sharply rising interest rates, and high inflation to throw sand into the gears of the labor market.

  • White House Tells Americans to Endure High Gas Prices to Save “Liberal World Order”

White House Tells Americans to Endure High Gas Prices to Save “Liberal World Order”

White House Tells Americans to Endure High Gas Prices to Save “Liberal World Order”

The White House has told Americans they must continue to endure crippling high gas prices in order to preserve the “liberal world order” and support Ukraine.

    Yes, really.

The comments were made by Biden advisor Brian Deese during a CNN interview when he was asked about the cost of living crisis.

“What do you say to those families that say, listen, we can’t afford to pay $4.85 a gallon for months, if not years?” the host asked Deese.

“This is about the future of the Liberal World Order and we have to stand firm,” Deese responded.

Countless Americans couldn’t care less about preserving the “liberal world order” in support of Ukraine, and would undoubtedly rather put America first.

Indeed, polls have shown that whenever they’re told the consequences of ‘supporting Ukraine’, appetite for American involvement plummets.

But that’s not the view of the president, who also said yesterday that Americans should suffer pain at the pump for “as long as it takes” because ‘Putin bad man’.

Biden once again blamed “Russia, Russia, Russia” for high gas prices, despite inflation already soaring before the war in Ukraine and his sanctions exacerbating the crisis.

A Rasmussen poll found that only 11 per cent of Americans believe the Biden administration’s narrative that Vladimir Putin is to blame for record high gas prices

“The Biden regime is crashing the global economy just to stick it to Putin and they don’t give a damn how many Americans and Europeans have to suffer,” comments Chris Menahan.

“You must be made to suffer for as long as it takes to secure the future of the Liberal World Order and ensure every town, city, state and nation throughout the world can host a Gay Pride Parade.”

Biden loyalists have become increasingly absurd in trying to explain away gas price hikes and inflation, with former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers blaming people who downplay what happened on January 6.

BlackRock CEO Larry Fink also ludicrously claimed “nationalism” was to blame for inflation, asserting, “The rise– whether you call it nationalism or the rise of this belief that we have to focus on communities that have been devastated by globalization, we need to find ways of creating better jobs for more Americans, that in itself is inflationary.”

No one with any critical thinking skills is buying it.

  • Biden Calls for Lifting Filibuster to Legalize Abortion After Vicious Attack on Supreme Court at NATO Press Conference in Spain

Biden Calls for Lifting Filibuster to Legalize Abortion After Vicious Attack on Supreme Court at NATO Press Conference in Spain

June 30, 2022 at 04:47PM Biden Calls for Lifting Filibuster to Legalize Abortion After Vicious Attack on Supreme Court at NATO Press Conference in Spain

Joe Biden lit into the Supreme Court at a post-NATO summit press conference in Madrid, Spain Thursday, calling the court “outrageous” and “destabilizing” and calling for suspending the filibuster in the Senate to allow passage of legislation legalizing abortion.

“…The one thing that has been destabilizing is the outrageous behavior of the Supreme Court of the United States on overruling, not only Roe v. Wade, but essentially challenging the right to privacy. We’ve been a leader in the world in terms of personal rights, and privacy rights, and it is a mistake, in my view, for the Supreme Court to do what it did…

“First and foremost thing we should do is make it clear how outrageous this decision was and how much it impacts not just on a woman’s right to choose, which is a critical, critical piece, but on privacy generally, on privacy generally. And, so, I’m gonna be talking to, uh, to the governors as to what actions they think I should be taking as well and uh, but the most important thing to be clear about is, we have to change, I believe we codify Roe v. Wade in the law and the way to do that is to make sure the Congress votes to do that. And if the filibuster gets in the way, it’s like voting rights, it should be, we provide an exception for this. We except, we require an exception to the filibuster for this action.”

Republican activist Matt Whitlock commented on Biden’s overseas attack on the court, “Quite an ugly moment from President unity who ran on respecting and preserving out institutions. Also allowing states to set abortion laws more in line with Europe than China is not “destabilizing the world.” Imagine thinking world stability depended on abortion on demand…There was an attempted assassination on a Supreme Court Justice just 3 weeks ago, which Biden has refused to condemn. His AG has refused to enforce the law protecting them from potentially dangerous protests at their homes. Now he’s attacking their legitimacy on the world stage.”

The Senate is evenly divided 50-50 between Republicans and Democrats with Democrats controlling the chamber thanks to the tiebreaking vote of Kamala Harris.

In 2019 while campaigning for president, Biden warned ending the legislative filibuster was “dangerous.”

UPDATE: Kamala Harris backs up Biden, “We have to codify Roe v. Wade into law. If the filibuster gets in the way, the Senate needs to make an exception to get this done.”

Democrat Senators Krysten Sinema (AZ) and Joe Manchin (WV) put the word out to reporters Thursday they maintain their opposition to changing the legislative filibuster.

Senate sergeant-at-arms during Capitol riot dies

June 30, 2022 at 06:47AM Senate sergeant-at-arms during Capitol riot dies

Michael Stenger, the Senate sergeant-at-arms who oversaw security in the upper chamber during the Capitol riot, died Monday morning, according to multiple reports.

The cause of his death was not immediately clear, but reporters from Fox News and Politico shared news of his passing. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) also tweeted about it. Stenger held the post from 2018 to 2021 and stepped down the day after the Jan. 6 attack.

PROUD BOYS GAVE DIRECTIONS TO OBEY POLICE LINES AND AVOID OTHER PROTESTERS

“There is an opportunity to learn lessons from the events of January 6th. Investigations should be considered as to funding and travel of what appears to be professional agitators. First Amendment rights should always be considered in conjunction with professional investigations,” he said in an opening statement before a Senate committee last year.

    AP

Stenger had joined the team for the Senate sergeant-at-arms in 2011 following a multidecade career with the Secret Service. Then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) nominated him as Senate sergeant-at-arms, and he was confirmed unanimously.

McConnell “requested and received” his resignation the day after a mob of violent rioters stormed the Capitol, Axios reported. Stenger received fierce criticism from members of Congress over his handling of security on the day of the riot.

Karen Gibson is serving as the current Senate sergeant-at-arms.

Ultimately, it took over four hours for the National Guard to arrive on the scene that day, and some have questioned whether Stenger and his onetime House counterpart, Paul Irving, could have called for backup sooner, WUSA9 reported.

In response to the security breach on Jan. 6, Congress passed a raft of procedural reforms to quash any confusion in the rules about what authority Congress’s security team had to call for reinforcements. President Joe Biden signed that legislation into law.

Deafening Drumbeats for War – Biden Sends More U.S. Troops to Ukraine Border, 101st Airborne Deployed, Six Destroyers to Mediterranean, F-35 Squadrons to U.K.

June 29, 2022 at 03:34PM Deafening Drumbeats for War – Biden Sends More U.S. Troops to Ukraine Border, 101st Airborne Deployed, Six Destroyers to Mediterranean, F-35 Squadrons to U.K. – The Last Refuge

There is a slow-motion buildup to a hot war with Russia happening.  The NATO and western alliance motive for the war is clear {Go Deep}.  The question is rapidly moving from “if” to “when.”

In this outline we will update on the troop and military movements and then explain why the war with Russia is becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy.  In many ways this will be the “Climate Change War,” you will see why below.

First, the U.S. is moving troops from the 101st Airborne ‘screaming eagles’ into NATO allied countries on the western border of Ukraine.   This is the first deployment of the Army’s 101st Airborne Division from Fort Campbell, Kentucky, to Europe in 80 years.  As noted by base reporting, “Elements of 2nd Brigade Combat Team, and 101st Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 101st Airborne Division, have been assigned to carry out the mission.” [source]

“We’re going to check the Russian influence and we’re going to impact the Russians’ decision-making for probably the next 10-20 years,” said Col. John Lubas, deputy commanding officer for operations, 101st Airborne Division, in a pre-deployment briefing. “We’re going to do this with all our partners in NATO, the European Union and the West, and this is an incredibly important mission.”

Maj. Gen. JP McGee, commanding general, 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell, said the division has been in an increased readiness posture for several months and is just as prepared now as during World War II.

“Since D-Day, June 6, 1944, this division has repeatedly answered the nation’s call in every major conflict,” McGee said. “The Screaming Eagles of today are ready to support our allies to preserve the long-lasting stability in Europe that our predecessors fought and died to secure.” (link)

Second, Joe Biden has announced that six U.S. Navy Arleigh Burke-class destroyers are being moved into the Mediterranean Sea to provide air defense missions and the ability to launch cruise missiles well inland into Russia [source].

As noted in a press conference by Biden, “here in Spain, we’re going to work with our Ally to increase U.S. Navy destroyers stationed in Spain’s Rota Naval Base from three to — from four to six — four to six destroyers.”

Joe Biden – “In Poland, we’re going to establish a permanent headquarters for the U.S. Army Fifth Corps and — strengthening our U.S.-NATO interoperability across the entire eastern flank.

We’re going to maintain additional rotational Brigade — which is 3,000 fighters and another 2,000 personnel — Combat Team here in Europe, headquartered in Romania. And we’re going to enhance our rotational deployments in — deployments in the Baltic states. (link)

Third, Joe Biden is sending “two additional F-35 squadrons to the UK, and station additional air defense and other capabilities in Germany and in Italy.” [source] This is not a defensive posture.  This is an offensive buildup of U.S. troops across the broad western border of Ukraine and a positioning of advanced first-strike elements in proximity to Russia.

This large NATO footprint posture, of which the United States is the predominant military force, has little to do with Ukraine and almost nothing to do with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

As noted by the New York Times last weekend [source], the CIA, State Dept. and Pentagon special forces are operating in Kyiv and organizing the military conflict against Russian forces in eastern Ukraine.

War with Russia is moving from “if” to “when”, and here’s how we know it is almost certain.

The NATO and western alliance that is currently engaging in the military buildup against Russia is the exact same alliance of governments’ who are chasing the climate change agenda at all costs.

I know it sounds outlandish, but the World Economic Forum multinational corporations that influence and manipulate geopolitical politics are the driving force for this needed war with Russia.  Their holy grail of Climate Change policy, and the massive shift in global economic power that comes with executing the climate change agenda, is so consequential to the geopolitical world that such a massive move is needed.

More specifically, we already know there is going to be a global food shortage as a result of the new world order energy policy that underpins the Build Back Better agenda.  We do not know the extent of the food deficit; however, we do know less food, perhaps much less food, is going to be available on a global basis.

We also know the majority voices, including the United States, within the NATO alliance have decided it is more important to follow the climate change policy than it is to feed people. [Africa Example]  The U.K and Germany proposed trying to avoid further conflict by generating more food [source].  The U.S. and Canada have blocked the effort saying that maintaining the shift toward new western energy development is more important.

Maintaining the development of a new western energy system to drive economic activity is more urgent and important than the looming crisis of global famine.  Accepting that reality, understanding the priorities as outlined, are the keys to understanding why the western alliance need the war with Russia {GO DEEP}.

I cannot emphasize this enough.  If you do not accept the scale, scope and severity of the collective west’s entrenched commitment to climate change, you will be caught off-guard and not understand what is coming.

NATO and Western Govt, led by the policy of Joe Biden, have placed oil and gas sanctions against Russia. Those U.S-led Russian energy sanctions follow similar sanctions already in place against oil and gas from Iran and Venezuela.

Simultaneously the G7, Western Alliance will not allow Africa to develop their own use of natural gas to produce fertilizer to increase crop yield/harvest. [source] The G7 control food production in Africa by controlling the energy company investment needed to manufacture fertilizer. Again, as with the biofuel issue [source], the G7 and Western Alliance are prioritizing Climate Change energy policy over food production. Which will ultimately cause food shortages and famine.

However, within this forecast dynamic, now the “WEST” has an ideological problem. Sooner or later the issues will surface with massive interest. People around the world will figure this out. The absence of food will change things. People in all parts of the world will eventually get angry once they realize the absence of food is being caused by Western Govt prioritizing Climate Change over people.

Things will get intense. Things will get ugly. The Western “leaders” need a scapegoat, a way to focus the world’s anger away from them… and toward something else. Their advanced narrative messaging has already surfaced in the words of National Security Coordinator for Strategic Communication, John Kirby:

“President Putin is, no kidding, weaponizing food. Let’s just call it what it is: He’s weaponizing food. He’s got an essential blockade there in the Black Sea so that nothing can leave by sea — and that’s, of course, how Ukraine has historically gotten its grain to markets.” [source]

It is not coincidental that John Kirby was moved from Pentagon spokesperson to NSC strategic communications at the White House.  Kirby’s prior move into the White House is as much related to what is coming as the 101st Airborne deployment today.

Notice how the looming shortage of food is being blamed on Russian President Vladimir Putin.  “He’s weaponizing food,” Kirby repeats, this is a significant and telling advance narrative.  What Kirby is outlining is the western government justification for the upcoming war against Russia.

The collective western leaders, positioned by the NATO talking points, are going to justify war against Russia as a needed fight to stop the global food crisis from worsening.  They will claim it is Russian President Vladimir Putin who has disrupted the world energy production.

NATO and the western alliance will claim Putin is the reason why food fertilizer is in short supply.  NATO will claim that Putin’s war in Ukraine is the source of the global energy, food and subsequent economic crisis.  Just like Putin has been blamed for higher energy and gasoline prices, so too will Putin be blamed for starving millions of people.

The war against Russia will be justified as the war to stop Putin from creating mass starvation.   If you cannot see how this is being constructed through all of the sub-links, citations and sources above, I cannot lay this out more clearly.

A NATO and western alliance war with Russia is not a matter of “if“, it is now a question of when?

    FROM GATEWAY PUNDIT:

NATO Announces It Will Move Troops to Western Border of Ukraine and Other Developments

NATO continues to revel in collective delusion and pretend that it can change the outcome in Ukraine. That was demonstrated today by the fanfare surrounding the news that Turkey will no longer block Sweden and Finland from joining the crew of the Titanic. On Monday (June 27), NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg announced NATO would boost its troops on the western border near Russia:

We will increase the number of high readiness forces to well over 300,000,” he said at a news conference in Brussels.

This includes “more pre-positioned equipment and stockpiles of military supplies; more forward-deployed capabilities, like air defense; strengthened command and control, and upgraded defense plans with forces pre-assigned to defend specific allies . . .

Dementia Joe Biden chimed in today:

The United States will be making specific announcements tomorrow on land, sea and air on additional force posture commitments over the long term beyond the duration of this crisis, for however long it goes on,” Sullivan said aboard Air Force One as Biden was flying to Madrid. “Those will help increases the United States’ and NATO’s maritime presence.”

“By the end of the summit what you will see is a more robust, more effective, more combat credible, more capable and more determined force posture to take account of a more acute and aggravated Russian threat,” he added.

If you are not familiar with military terms let me help you out. What is a brigade? The United States Army, which has not fought a peer-level ground war since Korea, is now using “Brigade Combat Teams”:

brigade combat team (BCT) in which each brigade contains combat elements and their support units. After the 2013 reform, BCT personnel strength typically ranges from 4,400 personnel for infantry BCTs, to 4,500 personnel for Stryker BCTs, to 4,700 personnel for armored BCTs.

The 300,000 man NATO force is not going to be deployed in a single formation in one location. The force will be dispersed along Ukraine’s border, which stretches from Romania to Poland. In addition, NATO will probably put some troops in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. But that dispersion of forces means all you have are trip wires or speed bumps in the event Russia decided to launch a ground invasion of one or more of the NATO countries nearest to Russia. Russia is not going to do that, even if those NATO forces initiate military operations that threaten Russian troops in Ukraine or Moldova.

Russia has demonstrated forcefully during the last four months that it can and will use hyper-sonic missiles to hit targets where troops and munitions are located. NATO is simply trying to poking a caged Bear with a stick and hoping it does not strike back. This is beyond foolish. It is dangerous.

NATO has no effective anti-missile defense system. Russia made that point emphatically when it hit Yavoriv, the defacto NATO base in western Ukraine, on March 13 and has continued to pummel the base at will. During the past two weeks, Russia has stepped up its attacks on Ukrainian military targets where NATO supplied weapons are being assembled and deployed.

NATO’s military posturing is taking place against the backdrop of major economic disruptions in Europe. Rising inflation, more unemployment and domestic political unrest are creating significant headwinds that will limit, if not halt, Europe’s NATO members from continuing to try to up the ante in Ukraine.

It is one thing to have troops on the ground, but it they are not supplied with weapons they are nothing more than defenseless targets. NATO and the United States have stripped their armories in their frantic attempt to supply Ukraine. Most NATO countries do not have warehouses brimming with new missiles, artillery and tanks to replace those they have sent east. Making matters worse, the Russians are destroying and capturing NATO’s largess.

Ultimately, a country’s ability to wage war is based on its industrial and manufacturing prowess. News flash–the United States no longer is the industrial powerhouse that produced aircraft carriers, fighter planes, tanks and trucks that defeated Japan and helped Russia whip the Nazis. Ironically, Russia is the only country in this conflict that has that capability. That is a fact that the west refuses to accept or acknowledge.

The United States and NATO are treating Russia like Forrest Gump trying to find a seat on the bus on his first day of school. “You can’t sit here.” What the west fails to understand is that Putin is now in a position to build his own bus, hire his own driver and get to school without the help of the United States or NATO.

Joe Biden Covered Hunter’s Russia-Linked Hooker Tab; Leaked Audio Proves Joe Spoke Of Dealings

President Joe Biden inadvertently paid son Hunter’s tab to a Russia-linked escort ring, the Washington Examiner reports, citing records from the first son’s infamous laptop.

After Hunter spent more than $30,000 on prostitutes between November 2018 and March 2019 – including several who use “.ru” email addresses linked to Russia, and an “exclusive model agency,” UberGFE, Joe wired $5,000 while Hunter was “actively engaged” with an escort.

Hunter Biden disclosed in text messages with a woman named Eva, the go-between who served as his primary point of contact for UberGFE, that his accounts were temporarily frozen at one point because his attempted payments to her “girls” with Russian email accounts were too much of a “red flag” for his bank. Eva refers to him as Robert in the messages, which is his birth name. -Washington Examiner

Hunter also convinced Joe to send $20,000 more, claiming it was to pay for drug rehab in New York, but which never actually happened.

The Examiner notes that there’s no suggestion that Joe knew what Hunter was spending the money on.

“What’s wrong with you,” Hunter asked the Examiner just after the above story was published.

According to a 2020 GOP Senate report, “Hunter Biden paid nonresident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern European countries,” and that certain transactions were linked to what “appears to be an Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.”

The report says that Hunter “sent thousands of dollars” to individuals who were either involved in “transactions consistent with possible human trafficking” or “potential association with prostitution.”

Some of Hunter’s hookers “subsequently wired funds they have received from Hunter Biden to individuals located in Russia and Ukraine.”

In one instance, a prostitute named Eva told Hunter that he owed a total of $9,500 for 16 hours of ‘work’ – telling him to wire the funds directly to a bank account linked to a woman with a Russian email address. Less than 90 minutes later, “Joseph R. Biden Jr.” sent him $5,000 through Cash App, after which Joe Biden’s former assistant texted Hunter to say that the amount was the maximum amount allowed because the “weekly limit is $7,500.”

Many of the previously unreported records cited in this story, including Hunter Biden’s communications with his father, were located in a password-protected iPhone XS backup found on a copy of his abandoned laptop. The iPhone was saved to Hunter Biden’s computer on Feb. 6, 2019. Konstantinos “Gus” Dimitrelos, a cyber forensics expert commissioned by the Washington Examiner, located the password to the iPhone backup during his examination of the hard drive.

In one instance, Joe Biden wired his son $5,000 less than three hours before he filmed a dispute with an escort over a $10,000 payment at a cottage in Boston, Massachusetts. -Washington Examiner

According to Hunter’s search history, he was looking for “dc Russian escorts,” and visited the UberGFE website to browse for hookers.

Hunter is currently under federal investigation for possible tax fraud linked to his overseas business dealings.

Speaking of which, the Daily Mail has leaked December 2018 audio of Joe Biden telling Hunter he wanted to talk to him after the New York Times dropped a story on Hunter’s dealings with Chinese oil company CEFC.

The president has repeatedly denied personally and through his press secretary that he ever talked about Hunter’s foreign business with his Hunter – despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

Now, in a voicemail left on Hunter’s iPhone, the evidence has come from POTUS’ own mouth.

Joe called Hunter on December 12, 2018 saying that he wanted to talk to him after reading a New York Times story about Hunter’s dealings with the Chinese oil giant CEFC. -Daily Mail

Files on Hunter’s laptop reveal that he leveraged his family name to strike a deal with CEFC for millions of dollars.

According to the Times story, CEFC chairman Ye Jianming was arrested in China, while his #2 Patrick Ho had been convicted in the US for bribing African officials in order to help Iran evade oil sanctions.

Ye met with Hunter in 2017 in a Miami hotel to discuss “a partnership to invest in American infrastructure and energy deals.”

According to the leaked Audio, Joe says in a voicemail to Hunter; “Hey pal, it’s Dad. It’s 8:15 on Wednesday night. If you get a chance just give me a call. Nothing urgent. I just wanted to talk to you,” adding “I thought the article released online, it’s going to be printed tomorrow in the Times, was good. I think you’re clear. And anyway if you get a chance give me a call, I love you.”

And of course, none of this is apparently newsworthy according to the same networks that provided 24-7 coverage of the Trump children’s nothingburger “gotchas.”

INSANE Senator Elizabeth Warren Suggests Putting Planned Parenthood TENTS on Federal Land to Conduct Abortions in Banned States

June 28, 2022 at 06:47AM INSANE Senator Elizabeth Warren Suggests Putting Planned Parenthood TENTS on Federal Land to Conduct Abortions in Banned States

Kooky Senator Elizabeth Warren has suggested that the Biden administration put abortion tents on federal land in banned states.

Warren told Washington Post reporter Caroline Kitchener about her bizarre idea.

“I just spoke with [Warren], who suggested the Biden administration establish Planned Parenthood outposts on the edges of national parks,” Kitchener tweeted on Monday.

The reporter quoted Warren saying, “they could put up tents, have trained personnel — and be there to help people who need it.”

“It’s time to declare a medical emergency,” Warren reportedly continued.

Sen. Warren also floated the idea of allowing abortions to take place on federal land while appearing on ABC’s “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” on Sunday.

The senator said that “the president of the United States to make abortion as available as possible with the tools he has, including medication abortion, including using federal lands as a place where abortions can occur.”

Sen. Warren also signed a letter with nearly 30 other Democrats on June 7 asking Biden to use federal land for abortions in banned states.

“The Department of Justice and all relevant agencies could analyze the types of reproductive health services that could be provided on federal property, especially in states where such services are limited by state law or regulation,” the letter suggested. “The Department of Defense could assess the feasibility of moving military personnel and their families and any authority to ensure that members and their families can access reproductive health care when they need it. The Office of Personnel Management could explore requirements that all federal employees are provided paid time off and reimbursement for expenses necessary to access abortion.”

The letter continued, “and all federal agencies—including those who retain custody or control over individuals or provide healthcare to them—could conduct a review of their regulations and policies that limit abortion care and other reproductive health services and promulgate new regulations that expand access to those services.”

Using taxpayer funds for abortions, other than in cases of rape, incest, or to save the life of the mother, is banned under the Hyde Amendment.

June 27, 2022 at 04:49PM Mika Brzezinski Dog Whistles Antifa Terrorists and Supreme Court Assassins in Morning Joe Meltdown, Repeatedly Calls Republicans “Fascists”, Says Trump GOP and Justices a “Danger…to American Freedom” (Video)

MSNBC’s Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski had a meltdown during Monday’s show about the Supreme Court decision last week returning abortion lawmaking to the states, ranting that ‘fascist’ Trump Republicans and President Trump’s Supreme Court nominees were taking over the country and needed to be stopped.

Brzezinski said of the Republican Party of President Trump they are, “an extreme, autocratic, anti-women, anti-gay, anti-contraception, anti-freedom collection of fascists who dominate the Trump wing of today’s GOP. A group of fascists…To call Trump’s Republican Party and Trump’s Supreme Court extreme understates the danger these institutions pose to American freedom, to our democracy. They are fascists…”

In a dog whistle to violent Antifa terrorists and would-be Supreme Court assassins, Brzezinski said the words “fascism” or “fascists” a total of six times in her nearly three minute rant. While Brzezinski did not explicitly call for violence and urged people to vote Democratic, her repeatedly calling Republicans and Trump Supreme Court nominees the incendiary slur “fascists” in this writers opinion sends a signal to take them out by any means necessary.

MSNBC posted Brzezinski’s rant to YouTube with the caption, “Mika Brzezinski weighs in on the impact of the Supreme Court’s ruling on Roe v. Wade and why Democrats are the last, best hope against ‘an extreme, autocratic, anti-women, anti-gay, anti-contraception, anti-freedom collection of fascists who dominate the Trump wing of today’s GOP.’” This version includes husband Joe Scarborough’s setup for wife Mika’s rant.

Brzezinski’s rant was also promoted on Twitter, “To call Trump’s Republican Party and Trump’s Supreme Court ‘extreme’ understates the danger these institutions pose to American freedom–to our democracy…For all the Democratic party’s flaws, they’re the only party that can stem this continued rise of fascism.”–@morningmika.”

Transcript via the Media Research Center:

I’ve been hearing from women all over the country and even around the world. This is devastating. And I, you know, they asked me what we can do, and I’ve got two words, please vote.

It was Winston Churchill who said that democracy is the worst form of government except for all the others that have been tried, and the same might be said of the Democratic Party at this point. Democrats somehow managed to get the most votes and lose the most elections, but they need more. Even when they win, they lose.

It could be argued today’s Democrats are too weak, too fragile, too woke, too elitist, too disconnected from the realities of working Americans, and yet the Democratic Party is the world’s last best hope against fascism — against an extreme, autocratic, anti-woman, an anti-gay, anti-contraception, anti-freedom collection of fascists who dominate the Trump wing of today’s Republican Party.

A group of fascists who even refuse to investigate the violent riots that their president launched on January 6th to overthrow a legitimately elected president. Why? Because they are fascists.

And now they’re claiming control over your bodies, your health, your life. And they’ve promised they’re coming next to take away your birth control pills and even what you do with another consenting adult in the privacy of your own bedroom.

To call Trump’s Republican Party and Trump’s Supreme Court extreme understates the danger these institutions pose to American freedom, to our democracy.

They are fascists who have contempt for what 70 percent of Americans believe about Roe v. Wade, what 90 percent of Americans believe about universal background checks, and what you believe about your right to control your own body and your life.

So what does Donald Trump’s America look like?

Joe sort of described it there. In reality, it looks like a 13-year-old rape and incest victim being ordered by the state to have a forced birth of her rapist’s baby. That’s where we are in 2022.

And for all the Democratic Party’s flaws, they’re the only party that can stem this continued rise of fascism. Register and vote. Work toward an overwhelming majority that can protect your body, protect your freedoms, and just may save our country.

INSURRECTION – Violent Planned Parenthood Mob Attacks Arizona Senate Building (VIDEO)

June 25, 2022 at 08:38AM BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: INSURRECTION – Violent Planned Parenthood Mob Attacks Arizona Senate Building

Radical leftist insurrectionists breached the Arizona Capitol on Friday night, rioting against the recent SCOTUS decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

As a result of the new decision, Arizona will now enforce pre-Roe abortion laws, which will ban most of these procedures.

The violent mob on Friday against this decision was organized by Planned Parenthood Action Arizona and Radical Women Phoenix. Planned Parenthood tweeted a graphic encouraging activists to “get in good trouble” before the demonstration started.

This all happened while Arizona State Senators were in the building conducting official business. The Gateway Pundit reported that Arizona Senators were evacuated from a vote last night when the left-wing mob became violent.

Breaking: Arizona Senate Evacuated After Pro-Choice Rioters and Teachers Breach Security (Video)

Arizona Senate Republicans released a statement on Twitter saying,

AZ Sen. Republicans: Public update: pro-abortion protestors violently tried to enter our building. Members/staff/visitors evacuated to a secure location. Law enforcement intervened. Protestors dispersed. While the Senate is now secure & safe, unfortunately smoke/tear gas has spread into our chambers.

The Gateway Pundit has obtained exclusive footage from inside the riot, revealing exactly what happened.

After rallying across the street, the violent mob formed a massive crowd in front of the Senate building. thousands of rioters began punching, kicking, and breaching the Arizona Senate doors. One masked thug managed to kick the doors open, endangering all inside of the building.

Shortly after the violence began, Arizona State Police Officers came out in full riot gear scattering the mob at first. However, rioters continued their uncontrollable behavior, taunting officers, even as the officers geared up with gas masks.

Within minutes, tear gas was fired into the mob and the entire area was cleared. Police continued to sweep the area and fire tear gas rounds at the remaining insurrectionists.
