On Saturday’s Pete Santilli Show show, Pete Santilli spoke directly to the Sandy Hook Parent plaintiffs- hoping they would hear his message of concern for them- asking about what the purpose was for their massive mindboggling lawsuit against media mogul Alex Jones of Infowars. Santilli wondered – out loud- if the lawyers for the Plaintiffs were being corrupt and even misleading them into revenge and possibly even if they had been misled about getting rich off of Jones [Episode 3166].
“If you are a plaintiff in the Alex Jones case and you feel you were misled, please contact the Pete Santilli show; we can help you,” Santilli said.
Santilli pointed out that the lawyers for the plaintiffs had demanded that no one donates to Jones – and that led to the natural question of how the parents would ever see any money then. But, remember, Jones is broke. So- Good question!
“So what was all of this for then? Deb asked in response to Santilli’s question. “They were setting out to destroy Jones,” Santilli, who has broad experience fighting lawyers and courts, said, adding that he has a plan to help the plaintiffs themselves if they believe their lawyers have duped them into thinking they were going to get make their pain go away by destroying Jones or getting rich off of him.

One who has some ethics and will sue yours. Republican Ron DeSantis, the Governor of Florida, has an excellent plan to help children in Florida get an excellent education.
DeSantis unveiled a new plan to recruit new teachers, at the same time, the Florida Department of Education plans to revoke or suspend the teaching licenses of elementary school educators who teach students about gender identity or sexuality, according to a new rule.
DeSantis wants to fill teacher vacancies with a Veteran or a First responder who has been fast-tracked to get a teaching certificate and get into the classroom. And the left is freaking out.
The purpose of the new proposed rule is, “The Principles of Professional Conduct for the Education Profession exist to provide ethical guidelines for Florida Educators to practice and be held accountable for if there is a violation of the principles. The Commissioner may pursue disciplinary action against the license of an educator who violates the principles.”
The summary of the new proposed rule is, “The amendment prohibits classroom instruction to students in kindergarten through grade 3 on sexual orientation or gender identity and protects all students by expanding the definition of discrimination to include subjecting students to training or instruction that espouses, promotes, advances, inculcates, or compels any of the concepts listed in Section 1000.05(4)(a), F.S.”
The rule, proposed in August and approved by Education Commissioner Manny Diaz Jr. in September, is intended to enforce a 2021 state law that forbids instruction on gender identity and sexuality for children in kindergarten through third grade. The measure, the Parental Rights in Education Act, or ‘Stop Woke Bill’ is known by opponents as the “don’t say gay” law.
Moms For Liberty hosted DeSantis this past Summer, who talked about the bill, which DeSantis said was drawing a line in the sand, saying that “schools are for teaching kids and not indoctrination them” with the bill.
But the left has been miserable about the move and is really having a temper tantrum about keeping their sexual activity to themselves. Pro-gay teacher’s groups have been vocal, taking their Democrat allies to the street to protest.
The reaction from the left to the new change is not positive.
“The Florida Department of Education has done little to publicize its rule on teachers’ licenses. The rule appeared online around the same time that the state was taking damage from Hurricane Ian, which has left more than 100 dead. News of the rule was first reported Tuesday by the newsletter the Progress Report,” The Washington Post whined, adding:
“The rule states that any teacher who “intentionally provide[s] classroom instruction” to K-3 students on those two topics will face “revocation or suspension of the individual educator’s certificate, or the other penalties as provided by law.”
The 2021 law already requires schools to create a system via which parents can report teacher noncompliance with the law. If a school system does not address a parent’s concerns, the law makes it easy for parents to sue and says the Florida Department of Education can launch an investigation of the district.
The rule on teachers’ licenses resulted in anger and condemnation from LGBTQ advocates.
WAPO reported that Melanie Willingham-Jaggers, executive director of LGBTQ rights group GLSEN , said in a statement Thursday that the Florida rule “will harm LGBTQ+ students, who we know benefit by having supportive teachers and inclusive curriculum in the classroom.”
A spokesman for the education department said in a statement Thursday evening that “it should not be surprising that educators are at risk of having their certificates sanctioned if they violate state law. The proposed amendment will change nothing for teachers who follow the law and are focused on providing high-quality classroom instruction aligned to state academic standards.”
The 2021 law goes beyond elementary schools, also limiting instruction on gender identity and sexuality for higher grades by saying those lessons cannot take place “in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate” for students of any age. The law has been widely criticized by LGBTQ advocates and educators who contend it harms LGBTQ teachers and students. It has led some LGBTQ teachers in the state to leave their jobs.
As word begins to trickle out about the rule on teachers’ licenses, some LGBTQ Florida teachers are feeling alarmed.
Cassandra Oetinger-Kenski, a third-grade language arts teacher in Palm Beach County, said she is horrified, confused and attempting to figure out how this rule will change her ability to teach. Oetinger-Kenski, 38, is married to a woman.
She learned of the rule during a Thursday phone conversation with a reporter. Her attention was caught by the phrase about “intentionally” providing instruction, which she made several efforts to parse.
“If a child asks me about my husband and I say I don’t have a husband, I have a wife, am I then being stripped of my license?” Oetinger-Kenski asked. “Also, in my class I have kids with two dads and two moms.”
The new rule, Oetinger-Kenski said, “forces me to withhold information from my students, to lie. … Heterosexual people aren’t our entire population. That’s not the truth.”
DeSantis plans on recruiting Veterans and First Responders to become teachers and ‘bring their leadership and experience into the classroom’, DeSantis said, which works if they can clean out the schools from the social warrior activist teachers.
Seems like a great plan.
According to media reports, nearly 400 veterans have applied for teaching jobs in Florida using a new pathway created by the legislature and championed by Gov. Ron DeSantis, but locally, there haven’t been any hires in two of the biggest school districts.
DeSantis has touted the program in recent months that looks to military veterans to help address the ongoing statewide teacher shortage.
DeSantis signed a bipartisan bill earlier this year that gives a five-year temporary certificate to veterans who have a minimum of four years of active duty military service with an honorable/medical discharge and a minimum of 60 college credits with a 2.5 grade point average.
“We want you to be able to teach Florida students, our veterans have a wealth of knowledge and experience they can bring to bear in the classroom. And with this innovative approach, they will be able to do so for five years with a temporary certification as they work towards their degree,” DeSantis said in August.
Republicans and Democrats are not the same. At a time like we are in now- legalizing pornography and prostitution is not on a list of important issues for the US House, for Republicans. It just isn’t.
A “liberal independent” congressional candidate, who is a registered Democrat in New York, recently starred in a porn video to demonstrate his “commitment” to sex positivity, which is a platform issue for his campaign.
Mike Itkis, who says he wants to decriminalize and legalize sex work and claims that his latest political theater shows that he doesn’t just want to talk about pornography, he wants to be about pornography.
And so the third-party candidate running in Manhattan’s 12th District published his own sex tape on Pornhub—as a 13-minute video of him having sex with porn actress Nicole Sage.
“If I would just talk about it, it wouldn’t demonstrate my commitment to the issue,” the 53-year-old candidate said. “And the fact I actually did it was a huge learning experience, and it actually influenced items on my platform.” .

He said he had never had sex on camera before making the video and described himself as an introvert.
“I’m kind of a nerd who doesn’t like to be the center of attention if I can avoid it. But I thought the issues I’m trying to address are so important . . . I wanted to have my issues talked about in some way,” said Itkis, who is running in New York’s newly redrawn 12th Congressional District.
Itkis, a registered Democrat whose bio describes him as “Not married. No kids. Not celibate. Atheist,” said in a statement that making the sex tape was “one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.”
“One of my three primary goals is to advance sex positivity, including several proposals for legislation designed to explicitly protect sexual rights by ending government involvement in marriage, the right to not become a parent in case of pregnancy, a right for women to terminate an abortion, decriminalization of sex between consenting adults, a nation-wide definition of consent, and legalization of sex work,” Itkis said.

Is it possible that the Democrats and the Republicans are finally on the same page about Iran? News headlines show that Democrat Joe Biden has finally woken up to the human struggle in the conflict zone of Iran- and now that Biden thinks he will score points with women voters- he is all about freedom and liberty for Iran’s oppressed women.
Deadly protests have been unfolding in the region, with a nasty and murderous leader whom Biden was begged not to support, all of which fell on his deaf ears just months ago.
Wired reported on the Iranian government’s Internet shutdown- as a result of protests that have broken out over the regimes harsh, brutal dictatorship there- which is happening as Joe Biden wakes up:

The internet shutdowns are the largest since November 2019 and raise fears about further atrocities. So far, more than 30 people have reportedly been killed, while the Iranian government has admitted to 17 deaths.”
“Shutting down mobile internet service has become a go-to for the Iranian government when dealing with civil unrest,” says Doug Madory, director of internet analysis at monitoring firm Kentik, who has been following the shutdowns. “People were using these services to share videos of the protests and the government’s crackdown, so they became targets of government censorship.”

Some Republicans are saying that it is wonderful that Biden is now awake to the problems- and that if he cared, he could start helping the Iranian people by making the internet free again.
It is questionable that Biden’s sudden support of Iran’s people is authentic, however.
Does Biden remember the Iran Deal? “Biden said Friday he was “stunned” by how Iranians have reacted to the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, saying the nation has been “awakened” by the women-led protests and won’t be quieted for “a long, long time.”
While visiting Irvine Valley Community College in California, Biden made brief comments on the ongoing protests in Iran following ahead of his formal speech, saying that the US stands with the women of Iran. Southern California has traditionally had a very large population of Iranian immigrants.
“Iran has to end the violence against its own citizens simply exercising their fundamental rights,” Biden said.
“I want you to know that we stand with the citizens, the brave women of Iran, for real, for real,” Biden said, “who right now are demonstrating to secure their very basic, fundamental rights.”
Speaking about the death of Amini, he said, “it stunned me what it awakened in Iran. It’s awakened something that I don’t think will be quieted in a long, long time.”
The massive protests sweeping Iran were sparked by the death of Amini, a 22-year-old Kurdish Iranian woman detained by morality police on September 13 after being accused of violating the country’s conservative dress code. The morality police are a dedicated unit that enforces strict dress codes for women, such as wearing the compulsory headscarf. Amini’s death has sparked an outpouring anger over issues ranging from freedoms in the Islamic Republic to the continuing and crippling impacts of sanctions.
Biden has moved quickly to back the Iranian protesters. In his speech to the United Nations General Assembly last month, Biden alluded to the protests over her death and said the US stood with the “brave women of Iran who right now are demonstrating to secure their basic rights.”
The Democrats in DC have done a lot to help create the mess that is unfolding in Iran. Yet, now they want to pretend to be the champion of the people of Iran, proving that one of the main motivations for any conflict is what will get them good press- at the time- without considering any long-term strategy.
Republicans in DC have been trying to set Democrats straight on Iran for a long time.
According to experts, Biden’s messaging on Iran are deceitful because Biden is still negotiating with the Mullahs.
Richard Grenell, the former Acting Director of the United States National Intelligence under President Donald J. Trump, chimed in on Twitter about his feelings about Iran and he talks openly about his plan to help Iran do just that- which could also have implications for the rest of the world- including the United States:

Elite Iranian troops secretly enter Ukraine frontline to help Putin’s horror!
Up to 50 Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps specialists have been deployed to train Moscow’s forces in how to operate “Kamikaze drones.”
They were sent to the southern and eastern front with hundreds of Shahed-136 drones, which have been hammering Ukrainian cities.
And in some attacks, they are suspected of having controlled the flight path and targeting by the Shahed-136 drone teams.
It comes amid growing concerns in the Kremlin that President Vladimir Putin’s brutal war machine is failing and running out of missiles.
Revolutionary Guard Corps specialists have been deployed
Ukrainian artillery and drone teams have recently destroyed one Shahed-136 base in southern Ukraine, according to Kyiv sources.
Putin’s senior commanders signed up the IRGC troops despite repeated denials from the Iranian regime that they are involved.
They have been based in Dzankoi in Crimea and Kherson in the south, where one IRGC team has already been destroyed.
One Ukrainian military source told the Daily Mirror: “At least one of the Iranian training teams has been hit recently and they are actively being hunted down.
They are to train Russian forces in how to operate ‘Kamikaze drones’
“We have been concerned for some time that IRGC specialists are helping Russia in their terrible attacks on civilians and they are of course, being targeted.”
The Shahed-136 drones are 11ft-long, can travel at 100mph and carry an explosive warhead in the nose which can be devastating when fired.
These systems can also be carried on the back of a fast-moving vehicle so launch sites can be swiftly changed after opening fire.
Dozens have been shot down by Ukrainian air defense units but there is a race against time to get the state-of-the-art UK and American defenses to Kyiv’s troops.
President Vladimir Putin’s brutal war machine is said to be running out of missiles
Tonight Ukraine’s air defense teams were again fighting to shoot down missiles and suspected drones fired in Kherson.
Russia is failing to hold back a stunning Ukraine counter-offensive in the east and south – retaking 600 settlements in just a month, 75 of them in Kherson.
Part-destruction of Putin’s Kerch Strait bridge linking annexed Crimea to Russia has seriously hammered supply links to Russian forces in the south.
Russia’s hold in Kherson is weakening by the day, although members of the Moscow-backed mercenary unit the Wagner Group have made advances.
Moscow soldiers will learn how to control the drones
British sources revealed the villages of Optyine and Ivangrad had been taken by Russian troops and local separatists militia.
One source said: “There have been few if any other settlements seized by regular Russian forces or separatists forces since early July.”
Russian-imposed officials in Kherson have appealed to civilians to flee the area as Ukrainian troops advance in a bid to discredit Ukraine’s counter-offensive.
Kherson city is the only major urban site that Russia has continually occupied since invading in February and controls the land route to Crimea, which was seized in 2014.
Since the beginning of October, Ukrainian forces have broken through Russia’s front lines all along the eastern and southern front.

Despite Moscow’s dwindling missile stocks and repeated Ukrainian destruction of ammo dumps Russia this week launched the biggest air strikes since the war started.
More than 100 cruise missiles were fired into Ukraine, killing dozens and wounding many more, prompting the UK and US to send out more air defense systems.
On Ukraine’s northern border, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko claimed on Friday he was putting his country on alert.
He has done this on the false pretext that Ukraine or NATO might be a threat to Belarus and to justify Russia and Belarus forces linking up near the border.
He said: “In connection with the escalation of tension, a regime of heightened terrorist danger has been introduced.
“Therefore we began a procedure with the Union group of forces, the basis of which, as I already said, is the Belarusian army, which will be supplemented by units from the Russian Federation. Everything is going according to plan.”
Belarus depends on Russia politically and economically, and Putin’s support helped Lukashenko survive mass pro-democracy protests in 2020. Lukashenko crushed the demonstrations, and all leading opposition figures were jailed or forced to flee abroad.

In the add the number of illegal invaders, they claim 5 Million illegal invaders are the fault of lazy US Senators like the one from Arizona, Mark Kelly.
The group is smashing the Democrat Senators who are overseeing the national security risks, and doing nothing to help Americans. According to the group’s website, they are sick of the radical left:

President Donald J. Trump has responded after the Democrats’ Jan. 6 Committee officially issued a subpoena for him to testify before Congress for the US House Committee on the events of that day at the US Capitol.
News reports are that Trump is fired up by the opportunity to talk to the public, which is something he is very comfortable doing, but the idea of Trump at the mercy of Daddy’s Girl Liz Cheney (RINO-WY) is something most people believed Trump would avoid.
The Democrats-and RINOs on the highly corrupt US House Committee on Jan 6th thought they would try some political theater ahead of the 2022 midterms in November- by embarrassing Trump, and now we hear that Trump has responded to their taunts.
Trump has reportedly said that he will accept the subpoena and is happy to testify, provided he can do it on live TV.
“According to reports, Trump will agree to testify but doesn’t want the Democrats and their allies in the media to selectively edit his video testimony to make him look bad,” media reports show.
NYT correspondent Michael Schmidt reported about the situation: “Since it became public that the House select committee planned to subpoena Trump for his testimony, the former president has been telling aides he favors doing so, so long as he gets to do so live, according to a person familiar with his discussions.”
New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman, told CNN’s Jake Tapper:
“In terms of the subpoena, for him, that is actually one of the things that has animated him.
“He’s been talking to advisers about how, you know, he would consider testifying if they would air it live, which is also not surprising…it seems hard to imagine the committee would go for that.”
TAPPER: That’s — that’s interesting. Do you think his lawyers would let him testify live? I mean, I can’t imagine that — I mean, it might feel good for him, but I can’t imagine that making him look sane, rational, reasonable.
I mean, I don’t see any scenario in which he ends up looking good there.
HABERMAN: I think that it would be — I also don’t see a scenario where he doesn’t potentially get himself into a fraud situation when he’s testifying under oath.
And I think it would depend on which lawyers he is listening to, Jake.
He has different lawyers in different cases, and he seeks them out for different things. And they are not always on the same page.
TAPPER: Well, right, that’s the thing. Because he would be under oath. Often when he testifies under oath, he just ends up saying, “I don’t recall, I don’t recall, I don’t recall.” Because he’s being told by lawyers that he has to do that.
But I don’t think he would do that before the committee. I just can’t imagine any attorney — although, I don’t know how he’s picking his attorneys these days. It doesn’t seem like he’s exactly going to…
HABERMAN: Right.
TAPPER: … the Harvard Law Review. So do you think — I mean, among these lesser attorneys who are giving him advice these days, do you think somebody would actually tell him, “Go ahead, do that; that’s going to be great?”
HABERMAN: At least one of his lawyers was sounding people out about the idea today of him — of him testifying and agreeing to it as long as the committee would let him do it live.
And so I certainly don’t think they’re all shutting him down.
I do think that there are people who would be concerned about it, for the same reason that his lawyers, when he was being investigated by Robert Mueller, the special counsel, were concerned about him meeting with Mueller and testifying, which Trump wanted to and they did not want him to, for the reasons you just said.
