Alex Jones references the 3200+ page National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 which is riddled with mentions of purging the U.S. Military from their newly defined “extremism”, as well as tasking various government agencies such as the GAO and FBI with surveilling as well as tracking “sources of funding” of extremist groups.

“(d) Burden of proof.—In determining whether to issue a military court protective order, a military judge or military magistrate shall make all relevant findings by a preponderance of the evidence. The burden shall be on the party requesting the order to produce sufficient information to satisfy the preponderance of the evidence standard referred to in the preceding sentence.

“(e) Timing and manner of issuance.—A military court protective order may be issued—

“(1) by a military magistrate, before referral of charges and specifications to court-martial for trial, at the request of—

“(A) a victim of an alleged covered offense; or

“(B) a Special Victims’ Counsel or other qualified counsel acting on behalf of the victim; or

    “(h) Due process.—

“(1) PROTECTION OF DUE PROCESS.—Except as provided in paragraph (2), a protective order authorized under subsection (a) may be issued only after reasonable notice and opportunity to be heard and to present evidence, directly or through counsel, is given to the person against whom the order is sought sufficient to protect that person’s right to due process.

    “(l) Command matters.—

“(1) INCLUSION IN PERSONNEL FILE.—Any military court protective order against a member shall be placed and retained in the military personnel file of the member, except that such protective order shall be removed from the military personnel file of the member if the member is acquitted of the offense to which the order pertains, it is determined that the member did not commit the act giving rise to the protective order, or it is determined that the protective order was issued in error.

“(2) NOTICE TO CIVILIAN LAW ENFORCEMENT OF ISSUANCE.—Any military court protective order against a member shall be treated as a military protective order for purposes of section 1567a including for purposes of mandatory notification of issuance to Federal and State civilian law enforcement agencies as required by that section.

Loving Liberal: Idaho News Anchor Suggests Jailed MAGA Granny Should Die

    https://ift.tt/VOPpAcw

A local news reporter out of Idaho showed his true colors last week when he told a cancer-stricken grandmother to die because she was at the January 6th Capitol debacle.

KTVB anchor Brian Holmes responded to a Twitter post by Pam Hemphill, or MAGA Granny, where she explained she was afraid of going to prison.

“I’m very frightened, but my strength is remembering ‘Christ’ carry the cross for me, and I’m going to carry my cross for all January 6th prisoners! In God I trust!” she wrote.

In response to this positive post by the 69-year-old woman facing two months in jail, Holmes wrote, “Pam..perhaps you should just go gently, and quietly, into that good night.. You broke the law..you admitted to it..you said you’re not blaming anyone but yourself..it’s not cross carrying..”

Going “gentle into that good night” is a phrase from the Welsh poet Dylan Thomas discussing death.

Holmes was urging the MAGA Granny to die since she “broke the law.”

If a conservative news anchor said anything like that to a liberal activist, the mob would get them fired from their job in a week.

On Tuesday, Hemphill’s daughter Jenifa Breeze delivered her mother to the FCI Dublin prison in California, a low-security, female prison in Alameda County where inmates have reported sexual attacks by prison guards.

Watch as MAGA Granny says goodbye to her daughter:

Meanwhile, provocateurs like Ray Epps who were caught on film breaching barricades and clashing with police remain free as the federal government selectively chooses who they punish in relation to January 6th.

U.S. government warns that Iran may try to kill American officials as revenge for killing top general

July 15, 2022 at 07:04AM Exclusive: U.S. government warns that Iran may try to kill American officials as revenge for killing top general

The U.S. government believes that Iran may try to assassinate current or former senior American officials to avenge the death more than two years ago of its top military and intelligence commander, according to an intelligence report obtained by Yahoo News.

In January 2020, the Trump administration conducted a drone strike that killed Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani while he was on a trip to Iraq. Since then, the regime in Tehran has threatened revenge against those it deems responsible and has made a series of threats and started legal proceedings against U.S. officials.

As President Biden begins his trip to the Middle East, the U.S. government believes the threat of an attack is still high.

“The Iranian regime is waging a multipronged campaign — including threats of lethal action, international legal maneuvering, and the issuance of Iranian arrest warrants and sanctions — against select US officials to avenge the death of IRGC-QF Commander Soleimani in January 2020, raising the threat at home and abroad for those Iran views as responsible for the killing,” the report states.

IRGC-QF stands for Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force, which is part of Iran’s military.

The National Counterterrorism Center, which produced the June intelligence report, declined to comment. The U.S. Secret Service did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

“Since January 2021, Tehran has publicly expressed a willingness to conduct lethal operations inside the United States and has consistently identified former President Donald Trump, former Secretary of State Michael Pompeo, and former CENTCOM Commander General Kenneth McKenzie as among its priority targets for retribution,” the report says. “Iran would probably view the killing or prosecution of a US official it considers equivalent in rank and stature to Soleimani or responsible for his death as successful retaliatory actions.”

A spokesperson for Trump did not respond to a request for comment from Yahoo News, and Pompeo did not respond to text messages and emails seeking comment. McKenzie also did not respond to messages sent through a university he is affiliated with.

Meanwhile, the Biden administration is contemplating reviving the 2015 Iran nuclear deal established under President Barack Obama, which Trump dismantled.

The intelligence report, which is marked “Not for Public Release” and “For Official Use Only,” is dated June 16, 2022, two days after the White House officially announced Biden’s trip to the Middle East.

Biden landed in Israel Wednesday for the first part of the trip, after which he is expected to fly to Saudi Arabia.

On Monday, Biden’s national security adviser, Jake Sullivan, announced Iranian plans to provide missiles and training to Russia in support of its war against Ukraine. Biden’s trip to the Middle East is the first of his presidency, and he is expected to try to rally support against Iran, and to try to calm tensions in the region.

The intelligence bulletin obtained by Yahoo News appears to be part of the Biden administration’s broader efforts to call attention to the threat posed by the Iranian regime and to garner support from policymakers across the aisle and others.

A National Security Council spokesperson declined to comment on the document itself, but said in a statement to Yahoo News that the U.S. “will protect and defend its citizens,” including “those serving the United States now and those who formerly served.”

The NSC also said that a “mutual return” to full implementation of the Iran nuclear deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, remains “in America’s national interest. It is the best available option to restrict Iran’s nuclear program and provide a platform to address Iran’s destabilizing conduct.”

The June intelligence bulletin was widely circulated inside the government and to law enforcement nationwide. It is based on an analysis of statements and other actions taken by the Iranian regime, and describes foiled plots to assassinate government officials and legal maneuvers and threats against specific U.S. officials.

The intelligence community and federal law enforcement agencies have been concerned about retaliatory attacks from Iran in response to the death of Soleimani, and such concerns date back even before then.

Yahoo News previously reported that concerns about retaliatory attacks after Soleimani’s death against officials involved in the strike against him prompted Congress to appropriate $15 million for security for departing Secretary of State Pompeo and others.

“Soleimani was the chief architect of Iran’s regional policy, and more importantly, the personal connective tissue between terrorists abroad and Tehran,” said Behnam Ben Taleblu, an expert on Iran and a senior fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.

“The U.S. blow against a figure like Soleimani remains an unhealed wound for the world’s foremost state sponsor of terrorism, with Tehran looking to wash blood away with blood. The fact that some U.S. officials need round-the-clock security due to the Islamic Republic’s threats and operations should be a wake-up call to those who only see Tehran as a potential proliferation problem or a distant threat in the Middle East,” he told Yahoo News.

If the Biden administration thought Iran’s desire for revenge would abate over time, it has not, according to the intelligence report. This raises questions about how Biden plans to negotiate with a regime trying to kill U.S. government officials.

“It is baffling how the administration is trying to negotiate a deal with a government that has a river of terror threats against current and former U.S. officials,” Taleblu said.

In its statement, the NSC said the Biden administration and U.S. allies are “preparing equally for scenarios with and without a mutual return to full implementation of the [Iran nuclear deal]. The President will do what is in the best interests of U.S. national security.”

  • Donald Trump on 2024: ‘I’ve Already Made That Decision’

Donald Trump on 2024: ‘I’ve Already Made That Decision’

July 14, 2022 at 05:08PM Donald Trump on 2024: ‘I’ve Already Made That Decision’

Donald Trump was impeached twice, lost the 2020 election by 7,052,770 votes, is entangled in investigations by federal prosecutors (over the Capitol insurrection and over the mishandling of classified White House documents and over election interference) and the District of Columbia attorney general (over financial fraud at the Presidential Inaugural Committee) and the Manhattan district attorney (over financial fraud at the Trump Organization) and the New York State attorney general (over financial fraud at the Trump Organization) and the Westchester County district attorney (over financial fraud at the Trump Organization) and the Fulton County, Georgia, district attorney (over criminal election interference in Georgia) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (over rules violations in plans to take his social-media company public through a SPAC) and the House Select Committee on January 6 (whose hearings are the runaway TV-ratings hit of the summer), yet on Monday, July 11, he was in a fantastic mood.

It was a beautiful day in Bedminster, New Jersey, where the former president maintains a golf club and private estate to which he decamps when the Palm Beach humidity and the habits of snowbirds shut down Mar-a-Lago for the Mother’s Day–to–Labor Day summer season, and it had been a beautiful weekend, too, one he said affirmed the choice he had made about his own future, the future of the Republican Party, and — whether he wins this time or if he loses as sorely as before — the future of the American experiment.

At a rally in Alaska on Saturday, he told me by phone, his fans were adoring. “More love,” in his words, “than I’ve ever had before.” His voice was humming with excitement. He was still in awe. After all of this time, after so many rallies, so many crowds, so many winding speeches and chants of “Lock her up” and “USA” and “Build the wall” and the familiar sounds of “Tiny Dancer” and “Memory” (from Cats) and “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” and “YMCA” and that goofy little dance and the delusion and the fervor so great that it built up to an attack on the Capitol and the democratic process at the center of the Republic itself, the novelty of this had not faded.

As a technical matter, the Anchorage event was on behalf of Sarah Palin and Kelly Tshibaka, Trump-endorsed candidates for the U.S. House and U.S. Senate, respectively, but like all such endeavors, it was for its star a means of discerning through a vibe check what traditional polls could not so reliably or completely tell him. And what it told him this time, he said, is that his voters — a portion of the electorate that he insists amounts to a majority of the country, though it does not — want to, and will, bring him back to power.

“Look,” Trump said, “I feel very confident that, if I decide to run, I’ll win.”

I fixated on If I decide. Trump is less a politician than a live-action mythological creature, and so punditry and all of the standard forms of analyses tend to fail. What would factor into such a decision for such an unusual person? “Well, in my own mind, I’ve already made that decision, so nothing factors in anymore. In my own mind, I’ve already made that decision,” he said.

He wouldn’t disclose what he’d decided. Not at first. But then he couldn’t help himself. “I would say my big decision will be whether I go before or after,” he said. “You understand what that means?” His tone was conspiratorial. Was he referring to the midterm elections? He repeated after me: “Midterms.” Suddenly, he relaxed, as though my speaking the word had somehow set it free for discussion. “Do I go before or after? That will be my big decision,” he said.

He was thinking aloud now. “I just think that there are certain assets to before,” he said. “Let people know. I think a lot of people would not even run if I did that because, if you look at the polls, they don’t even register. Most of these people. And I think that you would actually have a backlash against them if they ran. People want me to run.”

He insists he cares little about the other Republicans people may want to run and denies that he even considers Ron DeSantis a rival. “I don’t feel that,” he said, “I endorsed Ron, he was at 3, and as soon as I endorsed him, he went to first place, he was not gonna win, then —” I stopped him. The question was about the 2024 presidential primary, I said. “Yeah, no, I meant when he ran for governor, as you know, he was running and then he came to me for an endorsement because he was not, you know, he was at 3 percent.” With his blessing, Trump said, “the race was over, and I think Ron knows that better than anybody. We have a good relationship, and, uhh, there may be some others soon, but that’s okay.” He cited a recent poll that had him beating DeSantis by a margin of 58 percent to 10 percent. (Never content, Trump had overstated things slightly: DeSantis was at 16, not 10. In the averages, meanwhile, he beats DeSantis 53 to 21 and Biden 43 to 41.)

For weeks leading up to the Fourth of July, there were rumors about an announcement, but like so many things in Trumpworld, it was hard to know what was true and what was just chatter circulated by those around him looking to advance various personal agendas. Floating ideas in this way, watching them circulate through the political conversation, was a favorite tactic of Trump staffers and hangers-on during his campaigns and presidency. You could kill a bad idea this way, directing attention and input and debate so that soon it was no longer exciting to Trump, or you could plant your own idea, on the thinking that if he heard it enough, from enough people, it would soon manifest as the new plan to replace the total absence of one. Or because after a while the fake plan began to sound real and who could be sure it hadn’t been the real plan all along, or because Trump had convinced himself that the stroke of brilliance he kept hearing about was his?

“He really was 100 percent going to announce on the Fourth of July,” one person knowledgeable about the discussions said, “but the kids and Lindsey Graham and Kevin McCarthy were against it because he would be blamed for the midterms.” (The “kids” is a common but often incomplete term used by people with knowledge of Trump and his family, and here it does not refer to Donald Trump Jr., who, according to multiple people connected to the former president, was thought to be a supporter of the patriotic announcement date.) To me, Trump denied that he had considered it at all. As the producer of the iconic escalator ride in the atrium of Trump Tower to announce his 2016 campaign, he considered an Independence Day declaration amateurish. “I don’t think I have to compete with that,” he said. “First of all, a lot of people aren’t around on the Fourth of July. It’s not a great time to do an announcement … I never said I was going to. That was just fake news. Somebody said that I was going to,” he said. “I don’t think it was any of our people.”

The dimensions of the category to which Trump refers when he says “our people” were always shifting around the family and the regulars. Over the course of his candidacy and presidency, Roger Stone and Sam Nunberg became Corey Lewandowski became Paul Manafort became Kellyanne Conway and Steve Bannon became a succession of White House chiefs of staff — all of them hated by Trump in the end (with the exception of Reince Priebus, who was hated by Trump from the beginning) — became, postelection and post–January 6, the skeleton crew of Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell and the MyPillow Guy and the other extremist misfits who were eager to stick around once everything went to shit and nobody cared to keep them away from the principal anymore. Trump left the White House and returned to Mar-a-Lago with a few junior aides and even fewer longtime advisers, and since then, the list of loyalists who have not betrayed or been betrayed by him has dwindled further.

“The circle’s very small,” a current Trump adviser said. “Obviously, a lot of these Cabinet officials and others who have been going out there” — going out there meaning going public in opposition to Trump or his version of the election and his effort to cling to power — “they are blacklisted or cast out.”

The org chart for the pre-campaign is a Jackson Pollock of people hovering nearby or maneuvering in secret or making trips to Bedminster or launching into the ether the notion that they might do this or that job when the time comes. “Everybody does their own thing,” the adviser said.

“Susie’s at the top of it, and she’s with him constantly,” the adviser continued — as in Susie Wiles, a Florida operative who had worked to elect DeSantis to the governorship only for him to turn around and engineer her firing from the 2020 Trump campaign with an accusation that she was a leaker. As Trump soured on DeSantis, he welcomed Wiles back as the CEO of his political-action committee, Save America, and to some, it seems a safe bet that she will be functionally in charge of what comes next. Then there’s what the adviser called “the Stepien-Clark cabal,” as in Bill Stepien, the manager of the 2020 campaign in its final stretch, and Justin Clark, one of Trump’s attorneys who served as Stepien’s deputy. And “Bossie’s around,” as in David, the right-wing activist and Citizens United chairman turned 2016 deputy campaign manager. “He comes and goes,” said the adviser. Plus, “Stephen Miller’s around — not tight-knit circle, but he’s there. Jason Miller, same thing.” Mike Pence’s former scheduler now schedules the former president. And “Margo — she’s definitely around constantly,” as in Margo Martin, a White House press aide who moved to Florida to function officially as Trump’s post-presidential deputy communications director and less officially as his Girl Friday, fetching miniature bottles of Diet Coke and printouts of polling and articles for him to hand to guests. “It’s Trumpworld, man,” the current adviser said. “It’ll be done the way we do everything else. It’ll be very last minute; it’ll be a surprise. We’ll cowboy it like 2016.”

It was a similar set of circumstances that careerist politicos cited as justification to enlist with Trump in 2016 and staff his administration. If they weren’t there, they said at the time, only the worst people encouraging his worst impulses and executing his worst ideas and giving him even worse ideas would be there. Of course, those people were mostly gone by January 6. “The quality is going to be even worse, if that’s imaginable,” the former Trump adviser said. “It’s bad. It’s, like, next level. It’s just one too many times of screwing people that were loyal. I definitely think people are done, like the closest of the close.”

“I’ve never been overly trusting of a lot of people,” Trump told me, “You know, that’s the way it is, and that happens to a lot of people and that happens to a lot of presidents. They are very good and then somebody offers them a couple bucks for a book and they say, ‘Wow, I never made that kind of money before!’ They take the money and then they have a book that doesn’t sell. Those books haven’t done particularly well. The positive books have.” (In fact, the harshest books of this genre have also been the most successful: John Bolton’s The Room Where It Happened sold 780,000 copies in its first week, for instance, compared to 6,000 for Sean Spicer’s The Briefing.) “I watched the un-select committee” — his term of art for the January 6 hearings — “as an example, and I watched, with people that I hardly even know how they got on there. They make up stories, they pretend,” Trump continued. “I call them the pretend witnesses.”

Had he tried to grab the steering wheel when the Secret Service prevented him from following his supporters as they marched to the Capitol after his speech on the Ellipse? “Not at all. No, not at all, not at all, no, that’s all fake news,” he said. But the mention of Cassidy Hutchinson, the former aide who made the allegation, hit a nerve. “Cassidy? Cassidy’s been totally discredited!” he said. “You know what? If Cassidy was in a room, I wouldn’t even know who she is. Cassidy has been totally discredited about her story with the Secret Service, about her story with throwing food at a wall. She’s been totally discredited.” (Others have, in fact, confirmed key aspects of her testimony.) He never threw a plate at a wall in the White House? “Never. Never. Not my thing. And I never did it anywhere else, either,” he said, “And I never did what she said with the Secret Service. She went too far. Look, they’re made up stories. She made up these stories. They’re lies. And most people understand that. I think she’s a sick person.”

Although he had just claimed he was so unfamiliar with Hutchinson that he could not identify her on sight, he then offered a psychological motive for her behavior. “You know, I’ll tell you,” he said, “She wanted desperately to come with us to Florida. And what happened is we’re all set to do that. And then the other women and girls complained that they didn’t want her. They came to my office — I didn’t know who she was very much — but they didn’t want her.” He said that her testimony — “these horrible, fake stories” — was a form of payback, because if any of it had really happened, she would have come forward “at the time.” I sent Trump’s comments to Alyssa Farah Griffin, who resigned from the White House in the postelection, pre-insurrection period, and who helped Hutchinson hire a new lawyer (to replace her Trump-issued lawyer) and connected her with Representative Liz Cheney to arrange her explosive testimony. “So, real talk: he’s definitely off,” Farah Griffin said. “And if he wasn’t the former leader of the free world and didn’t try to do a coup, I’d almost feel bad for him.” (Hutchinson declined to comment.)

More complicated for the former leader and failed coup-doer: among the pretend witnesses was the real Ivanka Trump, who, in recorded testimony, said that after Election Day, she looked not to her father, who talked about a rigged election, but to then–Attorney General Bill Barr, whom she described as someone “I respect.” And in Barr’s respectable opinion, her father’s fraud story was “bullshit.” In a statement, the former president said that his daughter was not a credible source. “Ivanka Trump was not involved in looking at, or studying, Election results,” he wrote on Truth Social, the social-media platform he launched to fulfill his compulsive need to Tweet after Twitter permanently banned him “due to the risk of further incitement of violence” in the wake of the insurrection. “She had long since checked out and was, in my opinion, only trying to be respectful to Bill Barr and his position as Attorney General (he sucked!).” It landed with a minor shock, proof that Trump’s post-insurrection, post-presidency alienation from his inner circle was near total. Not even Ivanka was safe from his public ridicule.

When I raised the subject of the testimony, Trump paused. “Well, I think she wanted to be nice and respectful,” he said, “She’s a very high-quality person, and I don’t think she wanted to hurt anybody’s feelings. I thought that Barr was weak and pathetic, and I think that she doesn’t want to hurt somebody’s feelings.” It came across like he was trying to convince himself of what he said. “I’m not even sure she knew what my feelings were. He didn’t want to be impeached, so he didn’t do his job in order to not get impeached,” he added, channeling his daughter channeling himself. “I don’t think she knew that.”

Has he talked to her about it since? “I’d rather not say. I’d rather not say,” he said. “But she’s a good person, and she doesn’t want to hurt people’s feelings. She has respect for everybody, and there’s something very nice about that, actually.” Did he think that she took after him in that respect? “No,” he said, with a laugh. “I don’t think so. We’re a little different in that regard.”

Trump has a hard time expressing his emotions about his daughter, so I asked another former adviser to translate for me. “He’s just trying to protect her and also himself,” this person said, which they thought was usually the case, even if the way that he worded things left people thinking he meant something completely different. “It’s similar to when he would suggest they” — Ivanka and Jared Kushner — “move back to New York. He didn’t want them to, and it wasn’t a dig; it really was him trying to think of them.” Emphasis on trying. Future political endeavors, this person said, would likely feature less of the couple. “I think their involvement would resemble their November 2015 to January 2016 involvement. ‘Supportive family members’ on occasion, but not involved in any decisions or process day-to-day.”

Abruptly, Trump changed the subject in the most Trumpian of ways. “Did you see Alaska, and did you see Las Vegas? I’ll tell ya, the enthusiasm and the crowds are bigger than they’ve ever been,” he said. “The enthusiasm is greater than it’s ever been.” It does not seem a wholly conscious choice when he does this but like a feature that activates when he is nervous or uncomfortable and zaps him, like magic, into command as The Donald again, which is maybe why he is unable to resist doing it even when doing it could only make things worse.

When I asked if the insurrection had embarrassed him, he disputed the premise that it was committed on his behalf. “They did it on their own behalf,” he said. He disputed, too, that the insurrectionists were armed. “I don’t think one person in the Capitol had a weapon, not one weapon,” he said. And he disputed my characterization of a swarm of MAGA hats charging the Capitol. “And other hats. And other hats. Not just MAGA hats. Other hats,” he said. “There were a lot of people there that a lot of other people don’t want to talk about, but they’re also one of the largest crowds I’ve ever spoken to, when I made the speech — peacefully, it should be known as peacefully and patriotically — but when I made the speech, it was one of the largest crowds I’ve ever spoken to.” He threw in a distinction between his crowd, which he said did not go to the Capitol, and the insurrectionists. “Nobody ever talks about that,” he said, but he didn’t want to talk about it much, either. He returned to the point of all of this: “I don’t think I’ve ever spoken in front of a larger crowd.”

For Trump, there has always been safety in performing for an audience. Amid the investigations on approach to 2024, that might mean something more literal. “A lot of people are saying, ‘You’ve got to announce so you’re protected. It’s a witch hunt, they’re trying to do this to you again. You’ve got to do it before the grand jury meets with Lindsey Graham in the Georgia case,’” the former adviser said. The Fulton County DA issued Graham a subpoena for his testimony regarding two phone calls he placed to the Georgia secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, amid Trump’s campaign to pressure him to find more votes and overturn the results of the election. Graham filed to “quash the subpoena,” he said Wednesday, but the former adviser said that, in private, everyone is spooked. “Grand juries leak. It’s not like you could say, ‘Well, he’s got six months before they make a decision about prosecuting him in Fulton County. That’s a criminal case. That’s the big thing he’s worried about because of the tape.”

Others may have sought to impose distance — or the appearance of distance — between themselves and Trump, but Graham has kept up his schedule of frequent golf outings with him, traveling to Florida and now New Jersey for the purpose. This person described Graham’s constant presence around Trump as an effort to stay aware of his thinking and, when possible, influence it. “Graham feels like if you just let him do what he wants, then it doesn’t happen out of the blue in the dead of night. The takeaway was he’s not gonna last five months without announcing.”

Trump swears that shielding himself from prosecution is not among his reasons for running for president because he is not at any risk of being prosecuted. “Well, I did nothing wrong, so I don’t see that,” he said, “I did absolutely nothing wrong. I had a perfect phone call in Georgia, so I’m not concerned with it.” He was also not concerned with inquiries by Tish James, he said, referring to her as “a racist attorney general in New York.”

He was looking forward while everybody else was looking back. Presumably, I said, he wouldn’t be asking his former vice-president to join his 2024 campaign? “Presumably, as you said … Nobody ever voted for a vice-president,” he said. “I’m not bored. I’m very busy with everything actually. Amazingly busy.” But, he admitted, “nothing compares to getting things done that you can’t do from any other position other than president. I made America great again, and I may have to do it again.”

  • ‘Disinfo Czar’ Turns on Biden: Goes on Fake News CNN to Air Dirty Laundry

‘Disinfo Czar’ Turns on Biden: Goes on Fake News CNN to Air Dirty Laundry

July 14, 2022 at 06:45AM ‘Disinfo Czar’ Turns on Biden: Goes on Fake News CNN to Air Dirty Laundry

Nina Jankowicz, the fired ‘disinfo czar’ who fell for the Russia hoax and dismissed the Hunter Biden laptop story as fraudulent election-year disinformation, went on fake news CNN and blamed Biden for the Ministry of Truth’s demise.

Brian Stelter asked her what went wrong with the Ministry of Truth. She argued in Orwellian fashion that it was the victim of ‘disinformation.’

Jankowicz claimed the board was meant “to bring best practices to bear, and to make sure that we were up with the latest research, the latest trends, in disinformation and countering it and make sure that work was being done in a way that protected freedom of speech, protected civil rights, civil liberties, and privacy.”

“So, the sympathetic view, to you, is that the Disinformation Board was the victim of disinformation. Is that how you feel?” Stelter asked her.

“Oh, it absolutely was the victim of disinformation,” she said. “So, all of these narratives, that the Disinformation Governance Board was going to be this ‘Ministry of Truth,’ and all of the harassment and disinformation that was directed against me, was based on that falsehood, based on that falsehood that was knowingly peddled by many people in the conservative media ecosystem and on Capitol Hill.”

Stelter then pressed her on the events that led to her ouster as the would-be Disinfo Czar.

“Yeah, I have a lot of misgivings about the way things went down and I think the first thing to point out, Brian, is that there was a disproportionate focus on me, given my level of power within the department,” she said.

“I was not allowed to speak on my own behalf, and frankly, all the communications decisions that were being made about how to talk about the board were made above my pay grade, and above my level of decision-making,” Jankowicz added. “I was the executive director, but there were a lot of people that were involved that didn’t take advice frankly that I had given them.”

Stelter didn’t quibble with the Ministry of Truth’s mission, but had some ‘helpful’ criticism from a Public Relations point-of-view.

“Look, I would start with the name,” he said. “Even just the name, right, Nina, it sounds Orwellian. And any PR professional would say don’t call it that, you know? There were just dumb mistakes made.”

The Disinformation Board’s name “belies the fact that it was meant to be an internal governing mechanism, governing how the Department of Homeland Security did its work on disinformation, not governing the internet,” she said.

“And that was one of the reasons that I ended up making the choice to resign, right?” Jankowicz said. “I felt like the government had just rolled over, to the critics, who had completely spun this narrative out of control based on absolutely nothing and reality and the fact that they weren’t able to defend me, the person that they had chosen, the experts that they had chosen to lead this board and safeguard this work.”

“It just didn’t feel like it was worth it, especially given the fact that my family was receiving threats,” she added.

So, Jankowicz clearly refuses to take any blame for the ill-conceived nature of the Disinformation Board and instead decides to play the victim and blame the Biden administration for its failure. Much like a dissident fleeing from a communist regime, American people really dodged a bullet.

  • Crooked Attorney Behind Sham Mueller Exam, Andrew Weissmann, Admits the DOJ Has Other Tools to Investigate Conservatives Other than Congress

Crooked Attorney Behind Sham Mueller Exam, Andrew Weissmann, Admits the DOJ Has Other Tools to Investigate Conservatives Other than Congress

July 13, 2022 at 04:44PM Crooked Attorney Behind Sham Mueller Exam, Andrew Weissmann, Admits the DOJ Has Other Tools to Investigate Conservatives Other than Congress

Andrew Weissmann, the far-left  attorney who was at Hillary’s 2016 election night-nightmare party and then who took over the totally corrupt and sham Mueller investigation is at it again.

Rather than sitting in a DC jail cell waiting for sentencing for his actions in leading the Mueller coup, he’s out and demanding more crimes from the corrupt DOJ he once helped lead to disrespect.

Far-left Politico put out one of the most one-sided and disgusting pieces in recent history yesterday.  They chose a man who was hired by Weissmann, the picture of corruption in the DOJ, to build up his former boss and praise Wiessmann’s comments to attack American conservatives – the majority of Americans who love God, family, and country.

Ankush Khardori, admits he was hired by Weissmann and he calls him “one of the most prominent and well-respected prosecutors in the country”.  Nothing could be further from the truth.

Khardori then goes on to praise Weissmann’s op-ed in the New York Times (the vehicle Weissmann’s gang used ofter to slander President Trump with false claims of Russia collusion).

“A myopic focus on the Jan. 6 riot,” Weissmann wrote, “is not the way to proceed if you are trying to follow the facts where they lead and to hold people ‘at any level’ criminally accountable, as Attorney General Merrick Garland promised.”

Weissmann goes on to share that the DOJ is using Congress in investigating Jan 6.

“The department has a lot more tools to investigate than Congress.”

Weissmann is part of the new DOJ.  This group isn’t after justice.  That became more than clear in the Russia collusion sham.  The Mueller gang didn’t want to determine whether Russia had connections with President Trump, which we knew then and now that they didn’t (they do with the Bidens however), the DOJ wanted to manufacture connections between President Trump and Russia.

Now we know it was all a lie that came from the Hillary camp.  Weissmann knew of the Trump-Russia sham long before the 2016 Election.  The FBI and DOJ knew it was made up by the Hillary gang.  But then individuals like Weissmann did all they could to harass President Trump and have him removed in their coup for his entire term.

This is the new DOJ – Obama’s DOJ – where justice is not the goal, convictions of political enemies are.

Politico never mentions that Weissmann and his team were beyond biased and had numerous conflicts of interest and never should have been selected for the Mueller sham if they wanted justice.  It’s not mentioned that Brady material was withheld from those indicted by the DOJ (e.g. General Flynn).  It wasn’t reported that the Russian IT guys indicted by the DOJ to make the case seem more Russian were never arrested and never will be if they’re even real people.

This article too shows that this is today’s media is biased and far-left pushing attacks on conservatives and Americans while ignoring the real criminals on the left.

Only two days ago, TGP released information that shows that a group of Proud Boys were innocent of doing any wrong on Jan 6, the FBI source reported this multiple times and the FBI appears to have withheld this information from the innocent victims rotting in the DC jail.

  • World Health Organization Issues New Gender Guidance: ‘Sex Is Not Limited To Male Or Female’

World Health Organization Issues New Gender Guidance: ‘Sex Is Not Limited To Male Or Female’

July 12, 2022 at 02:46PM World Health Organization Issues New Gender Guidance: ‘Sex Is Not Limited To Male Or Female’

The United Nations World Health Organization is slated to update its guidance on gender to declare that “sex is not limited to male or female” and goes “beyond non-binary.”

The WHO’s current “gender mainstreaming manual,” which was created in 2011, contends that there are many genders on a spectrum from male to female.

Now the organization will modify the guidance to focus on “highlighting and expanding on the concept of intersectionality.”

Intersectionality “looks at how gender power dynamics interact with other hierarchies of privilege or disadvantage, resulting in inequality and differential health outcomes for different people,” the WHO website states.

The updated manual will be “going beyond non-binary approaches” to recognize that gender identity exists on a continuum and that “sex is not limited to male or female,” a WHO website reads. Some health professionals are reportedly worried by the move.

The updated sex guidance will go “beyond non-binary approaches to gender and health to recognize gender and sexual diversity or the concepts that gender identity exists on a continuum and that sex is not limited to male or female,” the international health body continues.

The review and update of the 146-page gender mainstreaming manual is conducted in partnership with the United Nations University International Institute for Global Health.

The United States withdrew its members from the World Health Organization during the Trump administration, but immediately after taking office, Joe Biden rejoined.

As the WHO and Biden administration attempt to institute a gender fluid agenda, numerous studies confirm gender dysphoria increases the likelihood of being suicidal.

A study published in June by the Canadian Medical Association shows transgender youth are five times more likely to think about suicide and 7.6 times more likely to attempt taking their own lives.

Research conducted by the Heritage Foundation shows minors who undergo cross-sex medical interventions are more likely to commit suicide.

Pro-Abort Berkeley Prof Accuses Sen. Hawley of ‘Violence’ for Saying Only Women Can Get Pregnant

July 12, 2022 at 02:55PM Pro-Abort Berkeley Prof Accuses Sen. Hawley of ‘Violence’ for Saying Only Women Can Get Pregnant

Berkeley professor Khiara Bridges woke-scolded Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) on Tuesday for questioning why she used the term “people with a capacity for pregnancy” rather than women.

“You’ve referred to people with a capacity for pregnancy, would that be women?” Hawley asked.

Bridges ripped off her face mask and responded: “Many women, cis women, have the capacity for pregnancy, many cis women do not have the capacity for pregnancy, um, there are also trans men who are capable of pregnancy as well as non binary people who are capable of pregnancy.”

“I want to recognize that your line of questioning is transphobic and, um, it opens up trans people to violence,” Bridges said.

“Wow, you’re saying that I’m opening up people to violence by asking whether or not women are the folks who can have pregnancies?” Hawley responded.

“Because denying that trans people exist and pretending not to know that they exist is dangerous!” Bridges said.

Tuition at Berkeley is currently $44,115 for out-of-state students.

RAILROADED: Judge shreds Bannon defenses ahead of contempt trial

July 12, 2022 at 06:40AM. Judge shreds Bannon defenses ahead of contempt trial

U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols also denied Steve Bannon’s bid to postpone for three months the jury trial set to open next Monday, rejecting defense arguments that such a delay was warranted due to intense media coverage around the ongoing House hearings on the Capitol siege. | Win McNamee/Getty Images

A federal judge on Monday eviscerated nearly all of Steve Bannon’s defenses against a charge that he criminally defied a subpoena from the Jan. 6 select committee, leaving the longtime Donald Trump ally with few options to fight the contempt of Congress case against him.

U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols also denied Bannon’s bid to postpone for three months the jury trial set to open next Monday, rejecting defense arguments that such a delay was warranted due to intense media coverage around the ongoing House hearings on the Capitol siege. Bannon’s attorneys contended Trump’s sudden move to abandon executive privilege claims for Bannon should also spark a delay, but the judge rejected that as well.

The Trump-appointed judge said thorough questioning of potential jurors could almost certainly resolve potential prejudice. And if it couldn’t, Nichols added, he would revisit the issue after jury selection.

July 11, 2022 at 04:41PM THEY ALL LIED AND WE HAVE PROOF! Highly Sensitive DOJ Jan 6. Documents Leaked to The Gateway Pundit – FBI Confidential Human Source INFILTRATED Proud Boys, Ran FBI Operation on J-6, Reported They Were INNOCENT! — See Texts and Documents IN FULL!!

Will this be the end of Chris Wray?  It should be.

The FBI and the Department of Injustice continue to viciously politically persecute American Citizens and terrorize the public.

    Now they’ve been caught.

Shame on the McCarthy-like January 6th Unselect Committee for abusing their power and using groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers as fall guys so they can punish their political opposition!

This is not the United States we were promised.

    Their lies are being exposed.

A whistleblower has leaked a treasure trove of documents and text messages, some marked “Highly Sensitive”, to the Gateway Pundit. These documents contain incredible exculpatory evidence proving the Department of Justice was aware that a group of Indicted Proud Boys were innocent- yet are prosecuting them anyway.

You can find the entire dump of documents below, which includes hundreds of pages of transcripts of audio-recorded interviews with an Assisting United States Attorney, FBI Agents and their “Confidential Human Source”. The Confidential Human Source, or CHS, infiltrated the Kansas City Proud Boy Group for over a year and a half before the January 6th event and kept the FBI goons informed on the group’s activity.

Our source who is familiar with the FBI informant and has identified him as James Ehren Knowles.

According to the source, Knowles had gained the group’s total trust and was included in all group communications.

Alleged FBI Confidential Human Source  James Ehren Knowles that infiltrated the Proud Boys on January 6th.

READ THE INFORMANT’S LEAKED REPORT BY CLICKING HERE!!

The informant told his handlers at the FBI that the Kansas City Proud Boy Group he was infiltrating and accompanied to the Capitol on January 6th “were not involved in, nor did they inspire the breaking of the barriers at the Capitol building. CHS describe the scene as the crowd doing it as a “herd mentality,” and that it was not organized. The crowd was shouting “stop the vote,” as they made their way to the Capitol building…

…There were no overt threats of violence made at that time.”

Not only that, but the informant also testifies to the FBI that Proud Boys planned to come to Washington DC to risk their own safety to protect average Trump Supporters from Antifa attacks so MAGA folk could enjoy the day and “get back to their hotels safely”. Meanwhile, the drinking fraternity, along with the ex-military/law enforcement group the “Oath Keepers”, have become the fall guys along with President Trump for the entire phony “Insurrection.”

READ THE INFORMANT’S LEAKED REPORT BY CLICKING HERE!!

Every single Kansas City Proud Boy and other individuals that the rat reported to his handlers in the document dump are indicted and facing decades in prison EVEN THOUGH THE FBI INFORMANT THAT WAS WITH THEM THAT DAY REPORTED THEIR INNOCENCE! One of the men (William Chrestman) has been detained at DC Gitmo in pre-trial detention for over a year and a half to date. A total of six people (including a woman who was pregnant at the time) are being charged with Conspiracy, Obstruction of an Official Proceeding and Aiding and Abetting (this carries a maximum 20 year penalty), Obstruction of Law Enforcement During Civil Disorder and Aiding and Abetting, Threatening a Federal Officer, Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds and Carrying a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon.

** Please donate to TGP’s American Gulag here so we can continue to report the truth on January 6th.

For background, there are currently two existing Proud Boy Group Indictments- the Seditious Conspiracy one involving Enrique Tarrio and other leaders, and the Kansas City Proud Boy Indictment involving the group that the FBI informant infiltrated.

The FBI Plant made it clear to his bosses that the Proud Boys and their friends had no idea what they were walking into, there was NO CONSPIRACY or pre-planning to enter the Capitol, and Proud Boys helped law enforcement inside the Capitol.

He reported that the members of the groups never mentioned: “stopping the electoral college or certification of the election” as the FBI clearly was hoping he would report.

The agents press him throughout his interviews (see full dump of audio recording transcripts below) and obviously did not like what they were hearing as it did not fit their narrative.

** These documents would be buried forever and never see the light of day if they were not leaked to us by a brave whistleblower.

According to page 15 of the FBI’s CHS “Reporting Document”:

Confidential Human Source (CHS), a collaborative source with direct and indirect access, most of whose reporting has been corroborated , stated the following on 1/6/2021:

CHS stated the Proud Boys were not involved in, nor did they inspire the breaking of the barriers at the Capitol building. CHS describe the scene as the crowd doing it as a “herd mentality,” and that it was not organized. The crowd was shouting “stop the vote,” as they made their way to the Capitol building. There were no overt threats of violence made at that time.

CHS stated that the KC Proud Boys (KCPB) in attendance at the rally entered the Capitol building 30 minutes after the building was breached to help deescalate Trump supporters and law enforcement. Once KCPB entered the building, they told people to stop acting like anarchists and leave. KCPB told the people to start bagging trash from where trash cans were thrown at law enforcement, along with a woman who was saying the same thing to protestors. KCPB told protestors to stop at the doors of the House of Representatives, and that their voice was heard and it was time to go. A law enforcement officer gave a thumbs up to KCPB, as they were trying to clear the area of people trying to fight law enforcement.

No one from KCPB were involved with the battery of a law enforcement officer, nor did anyone damage property in the capital building. KCPB then went back to a rental house and adhered to the curfew in place. CHS stated law enforcement seemed grateful as KCPB ushered individuals out of the building.

One member of KCPB told an older “hefty” white law enforcement that the “Proud Boys deescalated downstairs, they are clearing out.”

The informant was also sending texts to his handlers throughout the day. The whistleblower sent us the text message correspondences between the informant on the day of January 6th like the one below.

The FBI informant’s correspondence with the FBI on January 6th.

While the informant does provide an honest assessment of the activity of the group, the videos and photos he took all day long of the group and sent back to his bosses were ultimately used to conjure up a case to present before a Grand Jury and Indict these individuals. The photos and videos he provided- along with names, location and phone numbers- ultimately landed these folks raided by the FBI and arrested. See the photos HERE that the snitch sent to the FBI that the whistleblower leaked to us marked “Highly Sensitive”.

“The Department of Injustice has proven that they will stop at nothing to crush innocent and ordinary American Citizens like ants to fulfill their agenda,” said Tina Ryan of Citizens Against Political Persecution. “To them, Trump Supporters are collateral damage. They will ruin lives, destroy real families, hide exculpatory evidence from the public. Interfere in trials by publicizing false information about groups like the Proud Boys. It is only a matter of time before they come after you and me if we don’t stand up for our fellow American Citizens and demand justice.”

The informant also confirms the authenticity of the story we broke last week by reporting to his FBI bosses that Proud Boy leadership like Chairman Enrique Tarrio, Joseph Biggs, Ethan Nordean and others instructed the thousands of Proud Boys underneath them to be non-violent and ‘defensive and not offensive’ on January 6th. They were told to bring no weapons to the protest. According to the FBI infiltrator, there was no preplanning whatsoever to go inside the Capitol by leadership. The plan was always to defend against Antifa and peacefully march with other chapters.

“This leak is unbelievable,” said Newsmax Host and J6 advocate John Tabacco. “I literally can’t believe what I am reading. It blows my mind that this is real. The extent of evil at play is just mind blowing.”

FBI agents admitting on the record that January 6th defendants have no shot at a fair trial in D.C.

For transparency, we have attached the “Highly Sensitive” transcripts of the informant’s full audio interviews with the DOJ and FBI below. We encourage other journalists to use these in their fair reporting. We encourage every citizen to read them as a lesson that the government will prosecute innocent American citizens and treat them like terrorists- regardless of the exculpatory evidence available to them- if it benefits their agenda.

Please see the four “Highly Sensitive” audio transcripts the DOJ has hidden from the public here: 1- Transcript.01.13.21, 2- Transcript.04.05.21, 3- Transcript.8.11.2021.Part 1,  4- Transcript.8.11.2021.Part 2

These transcripts contain hundreds of pages of FBI agents interviewing their informant, who reports to them over and over again that the Proud Boys did not conspire to go inside the Capitol. There are interesting details that make the Proud Boys endearing- like a story about the group returning a woman’s bag to her that was lost. There are pages upon pages of vindicating statements.

According to the FBI informant, an indicted Proud Boy made people pick up trash. They face decades in prison.

The only thing it seems the informant thought the group was guilty of was falling subject to “herd mentality” and following the rest of the crowd in- he said some even hesitated to go inside. The informant stressed the group was NOT at the front of the crowd like the Unselect Committee has led people to believe.

Here is the original leaked FBI’s CHS “Reporting Document” that summarizes the 4 transcripts. For your convenience, we transcribed an easier version for you to read HERE- TRANSCRIBED CHS Report. Page 15 is where it gets good straight to the end.

We wonder if the defense attorneys for the six prosecuted individuals have this discovery in their possession. If they do not, it is certainly an atrocious violation of Brady disclosure laws. We do know this evidence was certainly not presented to the Grand Jury, or they surely would have not indicted these people.

These horrific and bogus charges have literally destroyed the lives of six ordinary Americans.

We are reporting on the victims in a second post being released soon.

“They don’t care about Americans, regular people. We are like their collateral damage,” said Tina Ryan of Citizens Against Political Persecution. “They will frame decorated veterans, rip a breastfeeding mother away from her infant child to lock her up. What makes you think they won’t do it to you?”

Tomorrow morning at 10 AM EST, the Unselect Committee resumes their “Hearsay Hearings” after their last disaster “star witness” Cassidy Hutchinson claimed her 15 minutes of fame by repeating hearsay and conspiracy theories in the kangaroo court. She was quickly proven an unreliable witness who more than likely committed perjury.

The Unselect Committee criminals (led by Trump Hater Chairman Bennie Thomson and traitor Vice Chair Liz Cheney) plan on throwing the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers further under the bus as the fall guys for their fabricated “Insurrection”. They will more than likely attempt to tie individuals like Roger Stone, Rudy Guiliani and General Michael Flynn to the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers by association, and then somehow convince America to believe that this means Trump was responsible for the phony crimes they have charged them with (like Obstruction of Justice and Seditious Conspiracy). They have literally withheld exculpatory evidence from the public that exonerates these groups so they can have crimes to link Trump to “by association”. They have slandered these people’s names, locked them in solitary confinement and destroyed their chances of a fair trail in order to carry out their devious plan to keep Trump or anyone like him out of office.

“They seriously will never stop until Trump quits and has no heir apparent,” said Ryan. “They won’t stop until they kill the Patriot movement and things return to the establishment norm.”

    She continued:

“The Proud Boys literally came to Trump rallies to protect peaceful protesters from radical left violent groups like Antifa. The Oath Keepers provided free security for groups that attended and conservatives public figures that were frequently attacked. They were literally heroes, and now they are all being charged with Sedition Conspiracy and tortured by their own government in pre-trial solitary confinement. They face a lifetime in prison. IT IS ABOUT TIME WE GET THEIR BACKS. If they can do it to these clubs, who is to say that next month they won’t decide to come for Latinos For Trump, or Veterans for America First, or you conservative club, your church group?”

4chan users claim to have hacked Hunter Biden’s iCloud account

July 10, 2022 at 11:22PM 4chan users claim to have hacked Hunter Biden’s iCloud account

The contents of Hunter Biden’s iCloud account have allegedly been hacked by users of the 4chan community, where screenshots purporting to be from his phone and computer were being posted on their main political forum late Saturday night.
Administrators on the imageboard site moved quickly in the hours after the content was posted to pull down threads that included materials from the alleged leak, leaving many on the site, which is known for featuring some of the most salacious subject matter on the internet, furious.

The content from the leak could not immediately be verified by the Washington Examiner, and a White House representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

It was also not immediately clear if the contents of the 4chan leak included any materials from the younger Biden’s infamous laptop, which the Washington Examiner verified the authenticity of earlier this year.

The Washington Examiner was able to confirm the legitimacy of the laptop after obtaining a copy of the first son’s hard drive and having it examined by a former Secret Service agent who has testified as a cyberforensics expert in over 100 classified, criminal, and civil matters at the state, federal, and international levels.

Konstantinos “Gus” Dimitrelos conducted a full forensic examination to determine the drive’s authenticity and whether there were any signs of tampering. Using a technique he developed called “digital sandwiching,” Dimitrelos cross-referenced thousands of emails, documents, business records, text messages, Apple Notes, photos, geolocation data, travel records, and other information on the drive to conclude that Biden is the only person capable of producing the data.

“My analysis revealed there is a 100% certainty that Robert Hunter Biden was the only person responsible for the activity on this hard drive and all of its stored data,” Dimitrelos told the Washington Examiner in May. “Hunter Biden’s MacBook Pro was not hacked, and the data contained on the hard drive is authentic. Based on the data I examined, there was no manipulation of any photographs, emails, documents, or other user activities.”

Records on the drive reviewed by Dimitrelos show Hunter Biden’s iCloud account was syncing his personal data with his MacBook Pro, iPhone, and iPad when the computer was last used in March 2019. Other records show Hunter Biden’s Apple ID account, which is used to sign in to all Apple services, has been associated with 46 different devices since 2011, including over 20 iPhones, eight Mac computers, nine iPads, and three Apple TVs, Dimitrelos said.

It is not clear if this latest leak, which purports to be of the younger Biden’s iCloud, is from the same account connected to the hard drive that was verified by the Washington Examiner.
