The power grabs by the Democrats are never-ending and once they get a power, they do not give it up. The news came down on Thursday that Democrat Je Biden has decided to extend the Pandemic and all of the powers that give the government to invent new laws- which is especially concerning ahead of the 2022 midterms in November.

As most political watchers know, the Democrats exploited the pandemic powers to deny Republicans and supporters of President Trump from participating in the election as poll watchers and judges, and the Democrats demanded social distancing so their corrupt actions could not be easily detected.

And we may be about to go through that again. But why?

When did America come under the leadership of the WHO? Many of us have been asking that question for close to two years now.

And it feels like we are going back into all of those sorts of election schemes. Those are the concerns on the minds of many Americans as the Pandemic is extended – again- until Jan. of 2023.

The Biden administration said Thursday that the COVID-19 public health emergency will continue through Jan. 11 as officials brace for a spike in cases this winter.

The decision comes as the pandemic has faded from the forefront of many people’s minds. Daily deaths and infections are dropping and people — many of them maskless — are returning to schools, work and grocery stores as normal.

The public health emergency first declared in January 2020 and renewed every 90 days since, has dramatically changed how health services are delivered.

The declaration enabled the emergency authorization of COVID vaccines, testing and treatments for free. It expanded Medicaid coverage to millions of people, many of whom who will risk losing that coverage once the emergency ends. It temporarily opened up telehealth access for Medicare recipients, enabling doctors to collect the same rates for those visits and encouraging health networks to adopt telehealth technology.

Since the beginning of this year, Republicans have pressed the administration to end the public health emergency. President Joe Biden, meanwhile, has urged Congress to provide billions more in aid to pay for COVID-19 vaccines and testing. The federal government ceased sending free COVID-19 tests in the mail last month, saying it had run out of money.

Public health officials are urging people age 5 and older to get an updated COVID-19 booster alongside a flu vaccine this fall before a predicted winter coronavirus surge and a nasty flu season. As of last weekend, about 13 million people had gotten the updated booster, which targets the omicron variant, according to White House COVID-19 coordinator Dr. Ashish Jha.

The administration has said it would provide 60 days notice before it ends the public health emergency.

The bitter and corrupt Attorney General on New York, social justice warrior Letitia James is on the hot seat this week as Republican members of Congress demand some consequences into the massive abuse of power James has displayed going after President Donald J. Trump, in what appears to me some nasty political theater to help aid her failing re-elecion bid.

James has been expolition her authority for some solid bread and circuses ahead of the November election and some GOP members are sick of what they are seeing- and demanding it stop.

“Half a dozen Republican members of Congress have written a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland calling for a Justice Department investigation into New York Attorney General Letitia “Tish” James over the latest in a line of brazenly partisan shenanigans from her office,” Biz Pac review reported, adding:

“The representatives who are all from New York are requesting the federal probe after former South Carolina governor and U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley’s nonprofit group Stand For America had its tax filings, along with donor information, leaked to Politico which published them.

The documents bore the stamp of the New York State Attorney General’s office which is headed up by James who has repeatedly abused her position to pursue political vendettas, particularly against former President Donald J. Trump and his family.”

“The release of Stand For America’s donor records is extremely concerning,” Rep. Nicole Malliotakis said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “Not only does it jeopardize protections non-profits are afforded under federal law, but it also sets a dangerous precedent of political weaponization by a state Attorney General.”

“This leak warrants an immediate investigation by the Department of Justice,” she added.

“In the letter to Garland which is signed by Malliotakis, whose district covers parts of Staten Island and Brooklyn along with five of her House colleagues who also represent the Empire State, the lawmakers express their “‘distinct concern’ of the ‘potential illegal delivery, receipt, and publication of’ private donor information, citing that 501(c)4 donors’ information is legally confidential,” according to Fox News,” BizPac reported.

“As release of these records creates a dangerous precedent for the political weaponization of NYAGO, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) must investigate the malicious delivery of SFA donor information by NYAGO to an outside politically aligned organization to protect the safety and privacy of all nonprofit donor organizations registered in New York,” the lawmakers wrote in the leter dated October 11, 2022.

“As reported by Politico’s Alex Isenstadt on August 26, 2022, a political watchdog organization called Documented ‘obtained an unredacted copy of Stand For America’s 2019 filings, which it then shared with Politico,’” the letter reads. “‘The group did not share the original source of the filing, but it bears a stamp from the charity office of the New York State Attorney General.’”

“It is imperative that the DOJ evaluate and ascertain whether protections extended to organizations such as SFA were violated with political motivation to mitigate potential erosions of the rights to free speech afforded under the First Amendment,” the lawmakers state in the letter.

“As the NYAGO would normally be tasked with the investigation of such a matter and the office’s potential involvement in this troubling situation, the DOJ must conduct an immediate investigation to avoid any impartiality and ensure equal justice is afforded to SFA and any other nonprofit organization that may be impacted by similar matters in the future,” they concluded.

Joining Rep. Malliotakis in appealing to Biden’s top legal hatchetman are Reps. Elise Stefanik, John Katko, Andrew Garbarino, Claudia Tenney, and Chris Jacobs.

The filings were leaked by Politico in late August after being provided the documents by the political watchdog organization Documented, who did not say where they got the documents from. The published documents appear to have the stamp of the New York Attorney General’s charity office.

A Secret Service employee who was a driver for former first lady Michelle Obama has been charged with criminal harassment. Douglas Vines, 53, was involved in a relationship with a woman who he went on to harass, a criminal complaint from the Oak Bluffs Police Department said, the Epoch Times reported.

The woman told police that she had been dating Vines for about two months when an uncomfortable situation came up one evening when Vines asked her to have sex with him, which she declined. The Secret Service employee is said to have gone “off the handle,” shouting at the woman and texting her that she was “messing with the wrong person,” the report said, according to CNN.

Vines is alleged to have used his position as the Obama family driver to intimidate the woman. He is accused of threatening the woman to have her deported as he had secretly recorded one of their conversations during which time she had revealed her citizenship status. Vines also reportedly told the woman that he could get into her phone and read her text messages. He claimed to possess her DNA, the report stated.

He said he had photos of the woman and if she reported him to the police he would have her deported, it said. The woman said she was concerned because the man had nude photos of her, some consensual and some not, that she was frightened he would share.

“Consistent with our protocols, the employee has been placed on administrative leave, and their security clearance has been suspended. The employee has been restricted from accessing any Secret Service facility or protected site,” Secret Service Chief of Communications Anthony Guglielmi said.

Judge Edward Lynch ended a restraining order against the Secret Service employee, who is not an agent, due to a lack of evidence of threats of harm.

In February, Myra Adams, an opinion contributor for The Hill, said that the Democrats’ best chance for winning in 2024 requires a former first lady. And it is not the former first lady who campaigned for the presidency two times and lost, but one that has not shown any signs of being interested in the job as of yet, Michelle Obama.

“As of this writing, a 2024 run by Mrs. Obama has been characterized as a baseless rumor, injecting fear into Republicans’ bloodstreams to help to fundraise. For years Obama has consistently rejected the prospect. During a 2018 interview, when asked about a 2020 run, she famously said, “first of all, you have to want the job,” the implication being that she didn’t want the job,” the author said.

“Still, Democrats in 2023 might be desperate enough for party leaders to encourage Mrs. Obama into considering the job. This group could argue that ‘your party and country need you to stop either Donald Trump or Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis — which could appeal to her patriotism and become her game-changing reason,” she said.

When Adams told one prominent Republican activist that she was penning this opinion piece he responded with, “God help us. She could beat any of our candidates. It’s a good thing she doesn’t want to run.”

Adams believes that if Biden decides not to campaign that Obama would annihilate a Democrat field, believing that even Vice President Kamala Harris would not want to take her on.

The author argued that Obama would attract crowds that are similar to the ones former President Donald Trump did as her popularity is incredibly high.

She also stated that Obama’s activity in the 2022 midterm elections would help her in 2024.

Obama penned a letter that was published as an advertisement in The New York Times on Sunday, and it had near every one of the Democrat Party’s favorite talking points in it.

“The congressional committee investigating the Capitol riot moved Thursday to force a showdown with Donald Trump, voting to subpoena the former president to testify and turn over documents about his efforts to undermine the 2020 election results.

Legal experts say they expect Trump to refuse to comply, and that there’s little the committee can do about it. Lisa Kern Griffin, a professor at Duke University School of Law, described the vote as “symbolic.”

“It is understandable that they would make that move, and it underscores their point that he was the driver behind the violence and aware of all of the efforts to overturn the election,” said Griffin, who has taught on the presidency and criminal probes. “But subpoenaing him is a gesture. It will not result in any testimony from the former president.”
