The Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Election Crime Unit announced it has arrested Cheryl Ann Leslie, 55, for casting her vote in more than one state in previous elections, including 2020.

FDLE says the two counts she was arrested on of casting more than one ballot are both third-degree felonies. The Secretary of State’s Office of Election Crimes and Security assisted in investigating Leslie.

Authorities said Leslie is a physician assistant and voted in both the 2020 federal and primary elections in Florida in Alaska. For Alaska, they say she submitted an absentee ballot, and for Florida, in Palm Beach County by voting early in-person.

Leslie reportedly said her work requires “extensive travel between states.”

The information on Leslie’s activity was forwarded to the Election Crime Unit for further investigation. The woman was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.

“The Florida Department of State, Office of Election Crimes and Security is grateful for our partnership with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement,” said Secretary of State and Chief Election Officer Cord Byrd.  “This arrest is yet another confirmation to every eligible Florida voter that the Department of State and FDLE are working together to ensure the integrity of their vote and Florida’s elections process.”

Gov. Ron DeSantis has made election security integral to his administration. He signed legislation in April to establish the Office of Election Crimes and Security within the Department of State. The office is in charge of reviewing reports of alleged election law violations and investigate any violations. The office oversees the department’s voter fraud hotline. 

As November’s election nears, Byrd has also made clear a commitment to election integrity. Late October, his office announced he visited all of Florida’s 67 Supervisors of Elections to ensure the “highest standards of election integrity.”

“Our state is committed to the highest standards of election integrity which is why I am proud to have completed visits with all 67 Supervisors of Elections,” said Byrd. “I was able to see firsthand their operations and the security measures they employ to safeguard the election in accordance with state law. The Supervisors are ready for this election, and now is the time for you to be election ready and go vote.”

In August, DeSantis announced his election crimes unit announced multiple arrests for voter fraud.

“And so they did not go through any process. They did not get their rights restored and yet they went ahead and voted anyways,” DeSantis said. “That is against the law and now they’re going to pay the price for it.”

He praised the new Election Crimes and Security Office that investigates voter fraud and violations of election law. The new office received funding July 1 to operate.

“I also want to be very clear going forward that we’re going to continue to make sure that our laws are rigorously enforced,” DeSantis said.

Attorney General Ashley Moody applauded the state for enforcing its election laws.

“In order for us to remain a country and a state under the rule of law, we must have men and women that are willing to enforce those laws,” Moody said.

Moody called it heartbreaking that polls show 20% of Americans have faith in their elections.

“That skepticism spans party lines and we cannot accept that,” Moody said.

It wasn’t too long ago that the Democrat’s official narrative was that there is no such thing as a woman, as even the first Black Woman who was placed on the US Supreme Court couldn’t define what a woman is and the same party demands we allow males to participate in female sports and use our bathrooms- because there is no such thing as a woman-we are all the same right?

So isn’t it hypocritical that now the same losers in the Democrat Party want to plead with women for our votes?

The hashtag #DearWoman is trending on social media just days ahead of the mid-terms with all of the usual suspects trying to exploit women. Most of the posts and memes at the hastag had to do with the obsession, a very small minority of the left have, that somehow they will mysterious get pregnant and then be forced to deliver a baby that will kill them.

Remember only 5% of people answered a New York Times poll, recently that abortion was a top concern for them.

As the confirmation hearing for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson went into hour 13, Sen. Marsha Blackburn asked the Supreme Court nominee on Tuesday to define the word “woman.”

“I can’t — ” Jackson replied.

“You can’t?” Blackburn said.

“Not in this context. I’m not a biologist,” Jackson said.

“The meaning of the word woman is so unclear and controversial that you can’t give me a definition?” Blackburn asked.

The Tennessee Republican’s line of questioning hit on nearly every political hot-button issue, from critical race theory to teaching children about gender identity in schools to Lia Thomas, a transgender swimmer on the University of Pennsylvania’s women’s team.

Jackson said her role as a judge would be to address disputes about a definition and to interpret the law.

“The fact that you can’t give me a straight answer about something as fundamental as what a woman is underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education that we are hearing about,” Blackburn said, before turning to Thomas, who has been at the center of the debate over policies for transgender athletes.

Blackburn asked what message allowing Thomas to compete sends to “girls who aspire to compete and win in sports?”“Senator, I’m not sure what message that sends. If you’re asking me about the legal issues related to it — those are topics that are being hotly discussed, as you say, and could come to the court,” Jackson said before Blackburn cut her off, to explain her view of what message this delivers to young women.

“I think it tells our girls that their voices don’t matter,” Blackburn responded. “I think it tells them that they’re second-class citizens. And parents want to have a Supreme Court justice who is committed to preserving parental autonomy and protecting our nation’s children.”

Illinois State Police say Scott Lennox left Republican Darren Bailey a voicemail threatening to “mutilate and kill” him. “This went above and beyond anything that is acceptable, even in the realms of political discourse,” Cook County Circuit Court Judge Susana Ortiz said. “It simply will not be tolerated.”

Prosecutors say anger over a political television commercial at a bar led a Chicago man to send Republican gubernatorial nominee Darren Bailey a voicemail threatening to mutilate and kill him and his family — a threat that also prompted a lockdown of downstate schools associated with the state senator and his family.

Bail was set at $75,000 for Scott Lennox, 21, of 3300 N. Lake Shore Drive, who is charged with one felony count each of threatening a public official, telephone harassment and harassment by electronic communications, according to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.

Cook County Circuit Court Judge Susana Ortiz on Wednesday also put Lennox on electronic monitoring and barred him from contacting Bailey, his family or any of his staffers.

“This went above and beyond anything that is acceptable, even in the realms of political discourse,” Ortiz said at the hearing. “It simply will not be tolerated.”

The violent voicemail came last Friday, the same day Paul Pelosi, the husband of U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, was attacked with a hammer in his San Francisco townhome by an intruder targeting the speaker.

And according to Capitol Police data, cases related to “concerning statements and threats” against members of Congress more than doubled over the past few years, jumping from 3,939 in 2017 to 9,625 in 2021.

The voicemail threat to Bailey followed a fight Lennox had at a Chicago bar after a political commercial appeared on the bar’s television. The ad — and repeated others he had seen during the campaign — made Lennox “angry,” prosecutors said, and a “heated argument” began between Lennox and his friends, leading him to send a voicemail to Bailey’s Springfield office, prosecutors said.

“I’m going to skin Darren Bailey alive, making sure he is still alive, and I’m going to feed his f——— family to him as he is alive and screaming in f——— pain,” prosecutors say Lennox said in the voicemail. He also allegedly made statements about abortion in his message.

He further said, “He is a piece of white a— racist s—-, and honestly if he doesn’t kill himself, I will. You know what? I know where he lives. I know where he sleeps. I know where his kids sleep. And I know the f——— school he works at,” prosecutors allege he said. Lennox also said “the candidate teaching all this mother f——— misinformation is going to die. So honestly he should just kill himself before anything else happens.”

Lennox also said he didn’t like Gov. J.B. Pritzker but stated he didn’t like Bailey “even more.”

“So f—- him for being a piece of s—-,” prosecutors claim Lennox said of Bailey in the voicemail. “So you know what? I am going to take anything and everything possible. You know what? I am going to make him scream. I am going to make him scream and suffer. Yeah, that’s right. So he better kill himself, and if he doesn’t, I am going to kill him.”

The schools affiliated with Bailey and his family in southern Illinois were placed on soft lockdown. Bailey also was granted extra security detail and was told to avoid appearing in public as police investigated.

According to a Chicago police report, Lennox left Bailey the voicemail at 10:27 p.m. Oct. 28. While Illinois Secretary of State Police did not immediately deem him to be a credible threat, further investigation by the Illinois State Police led police to pursue it.

In an interview with police, Lennox allegedly allowed officers to see a Snapchat message he sent to friends, including one in which he bragged that he was a “political terrorist.” After telling a friend Bailey was on lockdown, he offered up three laughing face emojis, prosecutors said.

To another friend, Lennox wrote, “I feel so f——— accomplished,” prosecutors said.

Police said Lennox admitted making the threats. He was arrested at 10 p.m. Monday at his Chicago home.

Bailey on Wednesday said “rhetoric” is leading to “hatred,” with a subtle reference to Democrats deeming him “too extreme” to lead Illinois in ads that have been running since the primary.

“Divisive, inflammatory, and misleading rhetoric is driving hatred across our state as some attempt to label political opponents as dangerous threats,” the farmer from downstate Xenia said in a statement.

“Whether we agree or disagree on policies, we are all Americans,” Bailey said. “I pray this young man gets the help he needs. We must bring our state together and fight for the safety and prosperity of every Illinoisan.”

In their final televised debate, Pritzker repeatedly called Bailey an “extremist” who was “dangerous” for the state and “shouldn’t be let anywhere near the governor’s office.”

But Bailey used similar language that night against Pritzker, dubbing the Democratic governor’s “woke ideology” as “extreme,” saying “his gender issues are so extreme” and his “extreme policies are destroying the city,” and telling Pritzker, “your incompetent and arrogant leadership is killing people.”

But on Wednesday, Pritzker joined Bailey in denouncing the threat against his Republican opponent, tweeting that “the violent rhetoric and division we’re seeing across the country is unacceptable.”

“Hatred in any form has no home in Illinois,” Pritzker tweeted.

Illinois House Speaker Emanuel “Chris” Welch, state Senate President Don Harmon and state Comptroller Susana Mendoza also denounced the violent threat.

It turns out that they have been counting anyone who died within 30 days of testing positive for covid, as a covid death. Wait a minute, that is INSANE. This is not scientific at all.

The official number of covid related deaths in Finland was as of Tuesday 6 407.

But according to Sirrka Goebeler, only in 3 953 out of the 6 407 deaths, was covid determined to be the primary or immediate cause of death.Subscribe

In almost 900 cases listed as covid related deaths, the final death certificate did not contain any indication of a covid infection at all.

Do you understand what this means?

It means that a whopping 14% of the reported covid deaths didn’t actually have anything to do with covid after all. Remember how they every night on TV used these numbers to scare people into lockdowns? You were being lied to.

Things get even more surprising when we look at the age of people who actually died of covid, and some of the numbers here will shock you.

The average age for people who have died of covid in Finland is 85 years old. 85 years old.

So it turns out that the majoriy of people dying of covid are actually OLDER than what the average life expectancy is.

How many younger people have died of covid in Finland?

“The fingers on one hand are enough to count those under the age of 60 who would have died from corona alone after March” says Sirrka Goebeler.

So at most 5 people under the age of 60 have died from covid since March in Finland.

Not only did they overreport the number of covid deaths by 62%, but the average age of those who died of covid is actually higher than the average life expectancy in the country.

Peter Santilli delivered the news on his program days ago that information from top-level sources had told him and co-host Deb Jordan that Paul Pelosi answered the door to his home on the night he was allegedly attacked, making the news go viral again.

On Friday, NBC Report Contradicted Federal Charging Statement in Paul Pelosi Attack – And Paul Pelosi’s Actions NBC reporter Miguel Almaguer reported on the Today Show that accused attacker David DePape and Paul Pelosi were alone in the Pelosi home for thirty minutes, adding other updates about who answered the door and what happened after that.

Some of the new details added:

1. Paul Pelosi answered the door.
2. He did not tell police he needed help.
3. He did not try to leave the house. Instead, he walked away from police and back to DePape.
4. That’s when DePape hit Pelosi with the hammer.

While the US Government and our law enforcement have targeted Americans for election “disinformation”, it is noteworthy to see that some media outlets are approved to cover up information and keep a faulty narrative going- as long as it supports the government story about their political operatives.

At least one mainstream media outlet, NBC, doesn’t like the story and has removed the clip of the Almaguer report.

This proves that NBC needs much closer scrutiny as a news organization.

The updated story, with new details about Paul Pelosi’s state of mind on the night of the attack, has been confirmed by numerous media outlets, who are also nothing that one media source, NBC, is actually deleting the updated story.

Hillary Clinton’s recent claim that rising crime rates are due to policies pursued by Republicans in red states has been debunked in a new study.

The study reveals that local Democratic officials and George Soros-backed prosecutors in cities and counties are the reason for soaring crime rates in otherwise red states.

The Edwin Meese III Center for Judicial and Legal Studies at the Heritage Foundation reveals in the study “The Blue City Murder Problem” that in 30 American cities with the highest murder rates, 27 have Democratic mayors.

In those cities, at least 14 “rogue prosecutors” were either backed or inspired by George Soros.

Charles Stimson, Zack Smith, and Kevin D. Dayaratna – the study’s authors – concluded, “Whether a state as a whole voted for Donald Trump or Joe Biden has nothing to do with the homicide rates within its constituent parts.”

“The high murder rate is almost exclusively cabined in cities run by Democrats and with Democrat district attorneys, many of whom are Soros bought-and-paid-for rogue prosecutors or inspired by Soros, groups like the egregiously misnamed Fair and Just Prosecution and other battering rams of the movement,” they wrote.

According to the study’s data analysis, if homicide rates of Democrat-run cities in Republican-led states are subtracted, the overall homicide rates are dramatically reduced.

For example, in Missouri, St. Louis City and St. Louis County heavily influence the state’s homicide rate, with about 46 and 14 homicides per 100,000 residents.

Removing both counties drops Missouri’s homicide ranking from fifth to 20th in the nation.

As Fox News notes:

Georgia’s homicide rate is heavily influenced by crime in Atlanta, encompassing Fulton and DeKalb Counties. Dropping these two counties causes the state’s homicide rate to drop 17% and the state’s ranking to fall from 13th to 21st in the nation.

Heritage’s study is a rebuttal to a study published last month by a left-leaning advocacy group, Third Way, titled “The Red State Murder Problem,” which stated that “murder rates are far higher in Trump-voting red states than Biden-voting blue states.”

“The authors of the Third Way ‘study’ either intentionally neglected or simply don’t understand that the ‘criminal justice system’ within the 50 states is not a homogeneous nationwide system, but rather an amalgamation of thousands of microcosms consisting of federal, state, county and local law enforcement agencies and prosecutors and unique approaches to the enforcement of state law,” the Heritage authors wrote.

The Heritage study notes the Third Way findings have been cited by dozens of media outlets, including the Washington Post, the San Francisco Examiner, and NBC News.

Third Way’s study was also cited by leading Democratic politicians like California’s Governor Gavin Newsom, who states:

“The @GOP love to campaign on being ‘tough on crime.’ But here’s the truth — their policies don’t work. 8 of the 10 states with the highest murder rates are red. Murder rates were 40% higher in red states than blue. Gun deaths are almost 2x as high in red states.”

Hillary Clinton perpetuated the Third Wave data by claiming “states with the highest crime levels are states run by Republicans. That’s just a fact.”

The Heritage study found that counties with the highest homicide rates have local leaders who are Democrats.

In Orleans Parish, the city with the highest homicide rate in the country as of June 2022, Dis­trict Attorney Jason Williams, Mayor LaToya Cantrell, and all seven members of the City Council are Democrats.

In the city of St. Louis, which has the fourth-highest homicide rate, all the elected officials are Demo­crats.

The Heritage authors said policies enacted by Democrats have added to the “lawlessness across blue cities and the steep rise in crime rates.”

Those Democrat policies include refusing to prosecute misdemeanors, drug possession, and shoplifting and refusing to prosecute violent teenagers in adult court for such crimes as murder, child abuse, and rape.

“To suggest now that Republican elected officials who have followed different policies have contributed to crime increases is at best laughable,” they concluded.

The Federalist carried a story about a hypocritical leftist who is accused of voter fraud after years of mocking American’s concerns about the integrity of elections.

Remember Yamiche Alcindor, who harassed Trump for months like in this exchange where he dismisses her for being a racist. Was accusing Trump supporters of race crimes just cover for voting more than once?

AAF highlighted a 2017 tweet in its complaint to Florida election officials last week demanding an investigation.

“Some news,” Alcindor wrote days before President Donald Trump’s inauguration. “I moved to DC this week to cover social safety net issues and how Trump’s administration impacts everyday people’s lives.”

Thomas Jones, the president of the American Accountability Foundation, wrote in the group’s complaint the 2017 post made clear a change in permanent residence.

“Mrs. Alcindor is a professional journalist and could have drafted her language to make it clear that she was only ‘temporarily’ moving to the District of Columbia while she remained a permanent resident of the State of Florida,” Jones wrote. “Instead, she stated that she ‘moved to DC.’”

President Trump is again claims there is fraud in mail in voting when there is no evidence to back it up. He is also attacking leadership of US Postal Service.

Alcindor was working for The New York Times when she moved to Washington. In 2018, she jumped on the government payroll as a White House correspondent for PBS NewsHour, a taxpayer-funded outlet, and made the leap to NBC News under the same title last year.

Public records outlined in the foundation’s complaint show Alcindor and Cline living at a rental property in D.C. Cline, a metropolitan beat reporter in D.C., listed their rental address to register as a Democrat voter in the district three years ago.

Beyond working in the nation’s capital as a “Washington correspondent,” Alcindor has repeatedly referenced her time as a Florida resident in past tense.

“I grew up in what – I tell people ‘Moonlight’ Miami,” Alcindor said in February on NPR.

But in 2020, Alcindor cast ballots by mail in both Florida’s primary and general elections, documented by Exhibit A in the American Accountability Foundation’s complaint.

In a statement provided to The Federalist, a spokesperson for NBC News claimed that it was unaware of the complaint against Alcindor, but that Alcindor had not broken any laws.

“Yamiche’s legal residence is in the state of Florida — the only state where she votes – and she complies with state voting laws and absentee voting guidelines.” The spokesperson did not elaborate on why Alcindor and her husband, who resides and votes in Washington, D.C., are legal residents of different states, or provide evidence proving Florida residency.

Florida state officials acknowledged receipt of the complaint from the American Accountability Foundation on Tuesday.

Alcindor’s Florida voting record while living and working for five years in D.C. would contradict her own claims about the absence of rule-bending in the 2020 election.

“President Trump is again claiming there is fraud in mail in voting when there is no evidence to back it up,” Alcindor wrote in an August 2020 tweet.

Several more posts throughout 2020 mocked President Donald Trump’s concerns about the integrity of mail-in voting, which is banned or highly restricted in most developed countries.

During the Trump administration, Alcindor paraded around the nation’s capital as a self-righteous crusader for objective journalism while cloaking aggressive activism in the form of high-profile clashes with the president. Racism became a go-to accusation from the champion reporter of the 1619 Project.

During a coronavirus press briefing in April 2020, Alcindor accused then-U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams, who is black, of being racist for employing terms commonly used in his own family.

“You’ve said that African-Americans and Latinos should avoid alcohol, drugs, and tobacco. You also said don’t do it for your own wallet, do it for ‘Big Mama’ and ‘Pop Pop,” Yamiche said before Adams cut in to add one more.

“Grand-daddy too,” Adams said.

“There are some people online that are already offended by that language and the idea you’re saying behaviors might be leading to these high death rates. … Could you I guess have a response for people who might be offended by the language that you used?” Yamiche asked.

“I used the language that is used in my family,” Adams explained.

Alcindor also joined the chorus of White House reporters who complained that associating the novel coronavirus with China by name was racist.

“There are some, at least one White House official who used the term ‘Kung Flu,’ referring to the fact that this virus started in China. Is that acceptable? Is it wrong?” Alcindor asked Trump without ever naming the individual in question.

“No, not at all,” Trump said candidly. “It comes from China.”

In fact, naming new diseases in connection with the population or place of the first outbreak was common practice in the pre-woke era.

As an explosion of political turmoil burned cities nationwide at the end of May 2020, Alcindor offered cover for the rioters.

“‘These people are anarchists,’ President Trump says without providing any evidence,” Alcindor tweeted in a post completely oblivious to the historic destruction ripping down Main Street, USA.

Alcindor turned into a cheerleader for the White House once there was a change in administration. At President Joe Biden’s first press conference, Alcindor asked if the influx of illegal immigration is because the new president is too “moral” and “decent.” Even before Inauguration Day, Alcindor likened the incoming cabinet to the “Avengers.”

In 2020, the White House Correspondents Association (WHCA) awarded Alcindor for her partisan penmanship.

Pollster Stanley Greenberg, who worked for former President Bill Clinton, blasted Democrats for being “out of touch” and “indefensibly elitist” on crime in the American Prospect.

“I was asked repeatedly by colleagues and campaigning Democrats, ‘What should we be saying on crime and when I’m attacked for ‘defunding the police’?’” Greenberg wrote in the article published Thursday.

“To be honest, Democrats were in such terrible shape on crime at this late point, I said, speak as little as possible or mumble.”

American voters are focused on crime as major cities have all suffered over the past two years.

New York City and Philadelphia saw crime rates increase from 2021, a year in which six major cities reported record-high levels of violent crime. A Trafalgar poll from September noted that 67.9% of respondents felt less safe than they did two years ago. 

Only 37% of respondents approved of President Joe Biden’s handling of crime in a Fox News poll, while 39% approved in Economist/YouGov and Harvard/Harris polls and his approval rating on crime dropped to 33% in a Monmouth poll.

Greenberg accused former President Donald Trump of starting a “race war” in the 2020 election, but said that defeating Trump came with a cost.

“The battle to defeat Trump’s race war, however, blinded many from seeing the priorities and needs of working-class African American, Hispanic, and Asian American voters. Those were the voters who pulled back from their historic support for Democrats,” Greenberg wrote. “To be honest, many assumed that battling long-standing racial inequities would be their top priority. But that assumption becomes indefensibly elitist when it turns out these voters were much more focused on the economy, corporate power, and crime.”

Greenberg noted that Democrats failed to distance themselves enough from calls to “defund the police” that came from people like Democratic Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts and Cori Bush of Missouri, left-wing members of the House of Representatives often called “The Squad.”

“With Democrats so out of touch on crime and the police, just discussing crime cost Democrats,” Greenberg wrote.
