    During an interview aired on Tuesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” former Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski stated that if Facebook, Twitter, or anyone else had reached out to him to verify the authenticity of emails sent to him in The New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story, he would have produced the email, with the metadata, within minutes, but no one did.

    Bobulinski said, “[W]hen The New York Post ran their article, an individual named Andy Stone stepped in. … And throttled down the fact pattern. The interesting thing with that, Tucker, is Andy Stone never reached out to me. He never called my lawyers. My email address was there. I’m easy to get ahold of. Facebook never reached out to me and said, hey, Tony we see this email that The New York Post just published to you, is it real? Can you produce the email to us? Within five minutes, if Twitter, Facebook, anybody else had reached out, I would have produced the email with — everyone wants to talk about the metadata, oh, the emails that are being produced don’t have any metadata — I would have given them the metadata that’s pages long on that email that The New York Post published.”

    The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is refusing to release the results of autopsies conducted on people who died after getting COVID-19 vaccines.

    The FDA says it is barred from releasing medical files, but a drug safety advocate says that it could release the autopsies with personal information redacted.

    The refusal was issued to The Epoch Times, which submitted a Freedom of Information Act for all autopsy reports obtained by the FDA concerning any deaths reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System following COVID-19 vaccination.

    Reports are lodged with the system when a person experiences an adverse event, or a health issue, after receiving a vaccine. The FDA and other agencies are tasked with investigating the reports. Authorities request and review medical records to vet the reports, including autopsies.

    The FDA declined to release any reports, even redacted copies.

    The FDA cited federal law, which enables agencies to withhold information if the agency “reasonably foresees that disclosure would harm an interest protected by an exemption,” with the exemption being “personnel and medical files and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”

    Federal regulations also bar the release of “personnel, medical and similar files the disclosure of which constitutes a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”

    The Epoch Times has appealed the denial, in addition to the recent denial of results of data analysis of VAERS reports.

    ‘Easily Be Redacted’

    Kim Witczak, a drug safety advocate who advises the FDA as part of the Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee, said that the reports could be released with personal information blacked out.

    “The personal information could easily be redacted without losing the potential learnings from [the] autopsy,” Witczak told The Epoch Times via email.

    People make the choice to submit autopsy results to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, Witczak noted.

    “If someone submits their experience to VAERS they want and expect to have it investigated by the FDA. This includes autopsy reports,” she said.

    Autopsies are examinations of deceased persons performed to determine the cause of death.

    “Autopsies can be an important part of postmortem analysis and should be done especially with increased deaths following COVID-19 vaccination,” Witczak said.

    FDA Responds

    An FDA spokesperson noted that deaths following COVID-19 vaccination are rare, citing the number of reports made to VAERS.

    As of Sept. 14, 16,516 reports of death following COVID-19 vaccination have been reported. Approximately 616 million doses have been administered in the United States through September.

    The spokesperson declined to say whether the FDA would ever release the autopsy results, but pointed to a paper authored by researchers with the FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

    The paper, which has not been peer reviewed, analyzed the approximately 9,800 reports of death to VAERS following COVID-19 vaccination lodged from Dec. 14, 2020, to Nov. 17, 2021. Researchers found that reporting rates were lower than the expected all-cause mortality rates.

    “Trends in reporting rates reflected known trends in background mortality rates. These findings do not suggest an association between vaccination and overall increased mortality,” the researchers wrote.

    The researchers noted that prior studies have found that adverse events reported to VAERS are an undercount of the true number of events.

    These thirty-four January 6 political prisoners have been held for over a year and a half without trial for misdemeanors and trumped-up felony charges.

    This group of men have been isolated, beaten viciously, abused, threatened, tormented, and belittled by the guards based on their political and religious beliefs.

    The men and women have been without medical assistance, medications, exercise, and most of these men have been held in isolation with little human contact for months at a time.

     This is America’s future if the good people of the country do not stand up and demand an end to this injustice.

    These men and women know that if they were to be moved to Gitmo they would not have flooded toilets, mold, flies, and frequent beatings.

    When one considers a society that distinguishes itself upon the standards of a “First World Country” allocation among the other numerous Nations around the globe, while informing its citizens that they belong to a country that ensures “Liberty and Justice for All”, it’s difficult to imagine then, that The United States of America, supposedly the wealthiest Nation on the planet, would subjugate its own citizens to that of incarceration and injustice instead, all while administering medieval standards of living to the agonizing occupants of its “Correctional Facilities”.

    A more accurate terminology to describe the facility and the staff that this letter has escaped the clutches of that you now read, would be to call this location an “Evisceration Facility”, of the body, mind and soul, operating as an abomination to The Law and to its Nation’s Government, which ironically lies only a handful of blocks away.

    For nothing is being corrected within the forsaken concrete walls of The District of Columbia Jail. Its woeful captives are all but slowly murdered in every way except for their very soul being ripped from their famished chests on behalf of this mercilessly sinister institution.

    As prisoners of this Jail, we have witnessed the horrendous treatment and have been personally afflicted by the hellacious conditions this Jail insists on tormenting its traumatized guests with.

    Though words will always fall short of an accurate depiction of the magnitude of pandemonium that every prisoner within these walls has had no choice but to endure, what follows is a collection of repeated offenses this Correctional Facility habitually submits upon its captives. For if this pale dungeon of Human Rights Violations dared to summon any honesty of hard choice pertaining to the abhorrent atrocities that take place behind these unforgiving doors, they should erect a sign above the front gate that says, “Abandon All Hope, Yee Who Enter Here”.

    The destitute and desperate prisoners of 1901 D St. SE, Washington D.C. 20003 have and will continue to endure a combination of any and all of the following:

    • Begging for Help / Water / Medical Aid / Mercy through a 4 inch by 10 inch window of cold metal doors
    • No Visitations
    • No Religious Services
    • No Attorney Access
    • Mail delayed 3-4 months prior to delivery
    • Laundry returning with brown stains, pubic hair, and or reeking of ripe urine
    • Worms found in salad of “Meals”
    • Inadequate calorie count of “Meals”
    • Complete lack of nourishment in “Meals”
    • Loss of Head Hair due to malnourishment of “Meals”
    • Loss of Eye Sight due to malnourishment of “Meals”

    It is because of this extensive report of complaints and afflictions upon those held prisoners here in the District of Columbia Jail, that not only compel us to alert the world of the diabolical conditions this “correctional facility” continues to crush all of its detainees with, but also as political prisoners on American soil, who have been unjustly and unfairly incarcerated, relentlessly burdened by selective prosecution, slandered and vilified by mainstream and social media, deliberately accosted with death threats from within the jail and received threats upon our homes and families through the mail, ALL extending from a political nature or affiliation,  We hereby request to spend our precious and limited days, should the government continue to insist on holding us captive unconstitutionally as pre-trial detainees, to be transferred and reside at Guantanamo Bay,   a detention facility that actually provides nutritional meals, routine sunlight exposure, top notch medical care, is respectful of religious requirements, has centers for exercise/entertainment for its detainees despite the fact that those residents are malicious terrorists, real members of the Taliban, and few are United States Citizens, instead of remaining trapped within the wretched confines of cruel and unusual punishment of the DC Jail.

    The wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas on Sept. 29 met with the House of Representatives panel investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol.

    Ginni Thomas, who was in communication after the 2020 election with then-White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and a lawyer who advocated for delaying the electoral count, appeared on Capitol Hill in Washington to answer questions from the panel after months of negotiations.

    Thomas did not answer questions from reporters, but said she was looking forward to meeting with the panel.

    Rep. Pete Aguilar (D-Calif.), a member of the panel, said that members wanted to ask Thomas about her discussions with Meadows and the lawyer, John Eastman.

    “John Eastman is the same individual who came up with this idea and scheme that a federal judge has ruled was likely illegal,” Aguilar told reporters, referring to an opinion entered in a civil case against Eastman.

    Eastman has said that Vice President Mike Pence had the authority under the 12th Amendment to reject electoral slates, but Pence announced the morning of the electoral certification that he believed he did not.

    Thomas answered questions behind closed doors. The panel has not released any transcripts from its more than 1,000 interviews, though it has indicated it will release a report and has made public snippets of some of the conversations.

    Chairman

    Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), chairman of the Jan. 6 panel, told reporters that Thomas told members during the meeting that she thought that the 2020 election was stolen. Thomas also answered some questions.

    “Earlier today, Ginni Thomas participated in a voluntary interview with the J6 Committee. She was happy to cooperate with the Committee to clear up the misconceptions about her activities surrounding the 2020 elections,” a lawyer for Thomas told news outlets in a statement. “She answered all the Committee’s questions.”

    Thomas was concerned about “fraud and irregularities” in the election and informed the committee that her only involvement was working to ensure reports of fraud and irregularities were investigated.

    The meeting came one day after what was scheduled to be the panel’s final public hearing. It was postponed due to Hurricane Ian hitting Florida. Rep. Stephanie Murphy (D-Fla.), a member of the panel, represents a portion of the state.

    Thompson said he did not yet have a date for the rescheduled hearing, but that it would take place before the Nov. 8 midterm elections.

    The Jan. 6 panel is likely to be dissolved if Republicans seize control of the House in the midterms. Political forecasters say the GOP would flip the lower chamber, though many are uncertain as to which party will end up with a majority in the Senate.

    The Gateway Pundit sat down with GOP Congressman Paul Gosar over the weekend to discuss the new Republican Party’s agenda to conduct a real January 6 investigation, lower inflation, and secure the southern border after the 2022 Midterm elections.

    The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the sham January 6 committee’s coverup of the Stolen 2020 Presidential Election, the FBI’s involvement on January 6, and their targeting of good Americans across the country.

    We need a real, factual investigation into what happened on January 6. Rep Gosar states that they have some “new tools” to work with to get to the bottom of it. “We owe it to those men and women that are held behind from J6,” says Gosar.

    The Gateway Pundit has also reported on the wide open border and the resulting illegal immigration and fentanyl crises which are killing Americans and destroying the state of Arizona.

    Fentanyl is now the leading cause of death for Americans 18-45 years old.

    Over 4.9 million illegals entered the United States during Joe Biden’s first 18 months in office via the open southern US border.

    Recently, we reported that police seized over one million fentanyl pills in a single home in Avondale, Arizona. Police are calling this “the single largest fentanyl seizure in Phoenix police history.”

    “you look at the Democratic Party and Joe Biden, they’re the party of death,” Gosar said.

    Rep. Paul Gosar told The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson:

    Conradson: The midterms are coming up. Americans are sick and tired of the Democrats and their disastrous policies. What is the new GOP going to be when we take back power?

    Gosar: Well, we put out some tenants that are safe for the environment, the economy, getting immigration under control, and safety. That’s the four tenants that we’re trying to really get people to know that we’re going to be different than the Democrats. I mean, inflation is running rampant. You’re seeing people spend money to have higher crimes to pay more for things. And they have shortages of them, and they’re not safe, and we have an open border.

    Conradson: can we expect a real investigation into January 6?

    Gosar: Well, we should. I mean, we’ve now figured out that we have some new tools to work with. You know, these resolutions of inquiry, where we actually put them in. they can be very narrow in focus, they can be very wide in focus, and they have 10 days in which to move them through the committee, or else they go to the floor. So, we’re getting some of these. We did hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin and energy and commerce. We just did the Mar-a-Lago raid, the papers on the Mar-a-Lago raid. So, when we get in control, we will be familiar with them and ready to rock and roll. We have to, I mean, we have to. And we also ought to be taking our first step in making sure we have all the federal buildings identified with longitude and latitude, put those under the federal jurisdiction of government oversight in Congress, and deed the rest of Washington DC back to Maryland. We’ve already set the precedent with Virginia some time back, so why not get this over with?

    Conradson: Would that include some inquiries into the FBI’s involvement on the Capitol on January 6?

    Gosar: We actually did Ray Epps, and it turned into field day. And basically, the Democrats are actually supporting and defending Ray Epps, if you can believe that. We owe it to those men and women that are held behind from J6.

    Conradson: We have millions coming across our southern border into our state. Just recently, they found a million fentanyl pills in Avondale, Arizona. What would you say about the border in comparison to Trump and Biden?

    Gosar: Well, I mean, there’s no comparison. We had basically operational control of the whole border, or we had a trickle of people coming in under Donald Trump. And this administration is wide open. In fact, just this month alone, over 78 people, terrorists, have been found crossing the border. Now, think if you caught every one of every two, and probably one of every five, think of how many terrorist cells are in this country, and now you’re going to compound the problem with fentanyl, now with another drug coming out in the marketplace that’s now 10 times more potent than fentanyl; it’s just starting to show up across the country and on our border. So this is out of control. We lost over 100,000 people to fentanyl overdoses last year, over 100,000. We have human smuggling going right and left. Just this last year, and we still have a month to go, 2.1 million illegals and almost a million got-aways that’s the same population like San Francisco coming in.

    Conradson: On day one of Kari Lake’s administration, she has vowed to shut the border down and declare an invasion. What are you looking forward to with Kari Lake?

    Gosar: Picking the fight, defending Arizona. The Federal government promised us protection from an invasion. They guaranteed it — Article Four Section Four. If she does what she’s talking about, that picks the fight. And what that does is that sends that to the Court, the Supreme Court, so we get a ruling. Maybe we can force that jurisdiction there. Maybe Congress will actually use letters of marque and reprisal. Maybe what they’ll do is to define the cartels are anti-American and are terrorists, and put bounties on their head. Shun the FBI and law enforcement to do their job.

    Why would people be ok with Americans calling vote tabulation machines authority over free and fair elections?

    Finally, here is a story about Dominion voting systems losing control of one Wisconson County.

    Wendy Rogers, an election integrity advocate and a member of the Arizona State Senate from the 6th legislative district., posted an important article from Jim Hoft of The Gateway Pundit.

    Rogers was elected in November 2020. Rogers was an officer in the United States Air Force from 1976 to 1996 and has been a high-profile advocate for President Donald J. Trump.

    Rogers reposted The Gateway Pundit article that has some important advice for others who are concerned about who has dominion over American elections.

    This is a great first step. Please announce this on your website so as to encourage other counties in Wisconsin and elsewhere to do the same.

    If we find the machines are not tallying the votes correctly, that will be prima facia evidence of the fraud. If the tally is correct, we’ll need to move on. But we definitely need more counties to do what Washington County has done; do a hand count to compare the two. Yes, we are counting the paper ballots not machine images.

    WASHINGTON COUNTY — The Washington County Executive Committee voted to upgrade the county’s election management system, and to do a full recount of select state and federal elections, during their meeting on Wednesday.

    “What we’re looking at doing is beginning to program all of our elections here, in-house, rather than contracting with [Dominion Voting Systems] as we have in the past,” said Washington County Clerk Ashley Reichert.

    According to Reichert, her predecessor had previously programmed the election machines used by the county in-house, until April of 2016 when they had decided to switch to Dominion voting machines and contract the work out through Dominion.

    Currently, the county has the “lite” version of the software used for the voting machines, and would need to pay for upgrading to the full version so they can start programming the machines in-house again. The county will be able to use the same voting machines with the full version of the program.

    “It’s the same software, it’s just a program that gives me the capability of inputting all of the data that I compile already,” said Reichert. “Then I’m able to actually put it all together and finalize it all rather than having Dominion do so.”

    The cost of upgrading the software and training staff is estimated to be up to $75,000, according to the committee report.

    Reichert said this will also lead to ongoing expenses for the county for increased fees, but they will be included in her budget moving forward and would go through a budget amendment in the future.

    According to Reichert, one of the fee increases is $11,000 more than the county currently pays. The other is for $20,000 for training and support in programming as they switch to doing it in-house, but it will only be for a year or so.

    “I think this is something that Ashley should be commended for. I think anything we can do to pull things away from Dominion and have more control, and Ashley, who I think does a phenomenal job, to be able to have her hands on it, is a positive,” said County Executive Josh Schoemann.

    Clinton Curtis is a long-time supporter of Democrat Joe Biden. What he has to say about America’s election system and specifically the machines that are programmed to count votes should shake America to the very core. And that means Democrat and Republican Americans and everyone in between.

    Cutis’s experience and expertise on the topic is undeniably solid. Moreover, his point of view is rational and logical. The only problem is that Americans need to unite to change the problems together.

    “The machines are king, and until we get rid of them, we will not have free and fair elections that we can trust,” Curtis told Santilli and made his case with some shocking truths.

    “We need Democrats and Republicans to agree to fix our system. We need a change in foreign policy, and a lot of things are in the path,, but we will not have a real Democracy in this country until we fix these things,” he told Santilli.

    Curtis appeared on the Pete Santilli show on Thursday, Sept 22, 2022, to tell his story as a programmer turned election whistleblower, now attorney, who is focused on election integrity and getting rid of the vote counting machines. His research, personal experience, investigations, and legal advocacy is solid, and this is not the first time he told anyone what he knows.

    Curtis testified in 2004 for the US Congress about the technology that he personally designed to flip elections. At the time, he talked about the Speaker of Florida House, Republican Tom Feeny, hiring him to create the software that would result in a 51%-49% victory for Feeny. Curtis testified under oath about what he had been asked to do.

    “The problem is that Democrats forgot they used to audit elections and find all the fraud and caught the fraud. That is why Democrats should be engaged now,” Santilli said, laying the groundwork for his plea to get Democrats involved in the push for election integrity again.

    “You don’t have to like us, just unify with us and demand free elections,” Santilli said. Curtis agreed. “We need to take away trust issues. We need paper ballots at the precinct level and the counting, by hand, televised for everyone to watch and count along,” Curtis added.

    “I ran for US Congress on this issue to get rid of the machines. When I lost, we did the audits and presented all of that to Congress, and they ignored us. They know about these problems, but they do not care,” Curtis told Santilli.

    “We have a broken system. People have been selected and de-selected if they get into office and want to fix the proble, as I discovered in North Carolina,” Santilli said, talking about his recent visit to North Carolina, where he spoke of the vote tabulating machine issues there in that state.

    The most shocking part of the discussion between the two was on the topic of a citizen’s Constitutional right to have the vote counted. According to Curtis, that right does not exist. So people should really want to get rid of the machine tabulators.

    “Having elections counted on machines is timely and expensive,” Santilli said, adding,” but people will think it takes too long to count by hand, and they will refuse to give them up.”

    “Take the machines and throw them in the ocean, and go back to hand counting.” But, Curtis said, “there is no reason to not count by hand.”

    But America needs unity from both parties before anything can be done.

    “We are sending this message out to the Democrats- this is way and above bigger than Trump. Democrats need to know that they have been with the party that has been complaining about voter fraud-and they were right, and they need to protect their own vote,” Santilli said, hinting at his plans to dig in and engage with Democrats on election integrity demands.

    “We need to change things now for a good election in 2024,” Santilli said.

    “That’s right, you don’t know who is pulling the switches and as long as we treated elections like a game, no one is going to have confidence in them, including Democrats,” Curtis said.

    Next week the United States government is holding the trials of several Oath Keepers members who attended the protests in Washington DC on January 5th and January 6th.

    The DOJ is hoping to convince a jury that the Oath Keepers were planning an insurrection at the US Capitol on January 6.

    Oath Keepers members were working security that day at the Ellipse where President Donald Trump spoke to a million supporters. Several Oath Keepers then walked to the US Capitol where at least two more protests were planned.

    Stewart Rhodes, the Oath Keepers founder and president, told all of the members to leave their firearms in their hotel rooms outside of the city.

    A handful of Oath Keepers members entered the US Capitol that day where they stood around, picked up trash, spoke with police, and left when they were told to.

    Next week, the government starts its trials against the Oath Keepers members they arrested. The trial for Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes starts on Tuesday with jury selection.

    On Thursday the US government sent a letter to the attorneys of nine Oath Keepers members:

    The US government finally admitted in this letter that they were running Confidential Human Sources inside the Oath Keepers organization on January 6.

    The government also notified the attorneys that they are issuing a protective order for the operatives they ran inside the organization on January 6.

    The feds sandbagged the defense for nearly two years, and then sprang the existence of these Confidential Human Sources at the llth hour!

    On Thursday evening sources notified The Gateway Pundit that the government admitted to defense attorneys that there were government operatives inside the Oath Keepers organization.

    From today’s motion, the government seeks to prevent the defense attorneys from asking about any other investigations or operations the confidential human sources have been involved in.

    The government also seeks to keep the identity of these confidential human sources private from the American public.
