Of the many hundreds of cases related to political persecution following the FBI-led incident on January 6th in the United States of America, American patriot activist Kirstyn Niemela’s situation stands as the most prominent example of the extensive nature of the alleged conspiracy against the nation.
After a recent interview with Pete Santilli, Kirstyn Niemela’s name will be forever inscribed in stone on the wall of patriots who are stopping at nothing to help preserve our country — demonstrating truth, integrity, and honor. Niemela’s harrowing encounter with the federal judiciary and her defense attorneys ultimately led to her conviction at trial. However, she is not squandering a single moment between now and when she is scheduled to report to prison on July 25th, 2023. Her aim is to alert the public about her ordeal, the experiences of her fellow January 6th defendants, as well as the deception purportedly perpetrated upon the public.
In this interview, Pete Santilli makes some startling claims based on his personal firsthand knowledge and experience. He discusses not only the alleged corruption within the federal judiciary but also his personal interactions with the attorneys he has collaborated with over the past couple of years. One explosive revelation that impacts every American, not just the January 6th defendants, is that one of the attorneys in the recent Proud Boys Trial failed to bring forward key witnesses who had investigated the January 6th incident using facial recognition technology. A handful of federal employees, potentially including some subcontractors, have been keen to testify under oath that they’ve identified through facial recognition that the “majority of subjects at the first U.S. Capitol barricade breach and the second breach were primarily feds.” Regrettably, this information was given to attorney Roger Roots during the Proud Boys Trial, and he not only failed to introduce this testimony and evidence during the trial, but he has also made no public mention of these whistleblowers or proof of their existence.
Can the public speculate that the alleged misconduct and incompetence of the defense attorney were intentional? Considering the revelations from the interview conducted on Saturday, July 15, 2023, the total circumstances stemming from defense attorneys’ alleged negligence, malpractice, incompetence, and sabotage lead Pete Santilli and Kirstyn Niemala to feel obligated to alert the public. These defense attorneys are frequently asking for “donations” from supporters and are reportedly not fulfilling their responsibilities to donors to at least perform as basic, competent legal defense counselors for the January 6th Defendants. These revelations are shocking, and the details you will hear in this interview are sobering.

To fully comprehend the situation, it’s important to understand why Kirstyn Niemela became one of the high-value targets for the alleged deep state coup plotters:
Niemela is an openly gay individual who staunchly believes in individual rights and freedoms. She refuses to surrender her individuality to any political movement, including those aligned with gay collectivism, and vehemently opposes pedophiles.
She attended the January 6th rally in Washington, D.C., driven by a belief that many informed Americans share with complete certainty: elections worldwide have been manipulated by entities like the CIA, with the USA serving as their final target.
On that day, she found herself surrounded by undercover federal agents from various agencies, including the FBI and DHS, as well as numerous intelligence agencies and active-duty military personnel reporting to the FBI. These government and military personnel allegedly employed a Constitutional “end-around” to execute a ‘color revolution’ coup on January 6th, in collaboration with individuals known by the FBI as Nazi Ukrainian nationals.
Niemela courageously confronted the alleged deep state; she rejected plea deals, insisted on a jury trial, and demanded to testify on her own behalf during the trial. Despite being aware of the unfavorable odds, she remained resolute in her pursuit to get the truth on the record.
Besides facing the government’s full force, Niemela’s defendant status exposed her to a side of the judiciary system that most Americans never witness: her defense attorneys appeared to be working either knowingly or unknowingly to further the government’s agenda, directly opposing her right to due process and her constitutional rights to free speech, peaceful assembly, and redress of grievances against her government. Niemela learned a tough lesson about the true essence of the 6th Amendment, the right to “effective assistance of counsel.” The FBI, DHS, judge, prosecutors, and defense attorneys seemed to have all collaborated to produce the results the government had engineered even before January 6th. They appeared ready to use every means necessary to “get their pound of flesh.”
DC District Federal Court Judge Christopher R. Cooper exhibited extreme bias and arguably demonstrated a lack of justice throughout Kirstyn Niemala’s entire legal saga. This bias seemingly began long before January 6th, 2021, potentially during Cooper’s education at Yale University, which is considered a breeding ground for America’s secret societies, or during his time at Stanford University, known for its alleged CIA campus operations. Cooper’s nomination by Barack Obama appears to have paid off, at least in Niemala’s criminal trial, as he is accused of engineering one of the most flagrant miscarriages of justice amongst all the January 6th trials. An example of his alleged prejudice is reflected in a comment Cooper made on the official court record during Niemala’s sentencing hearing:
When you talk about saving the children, I think you were wearing a T-shirt that said “Save the Children.” If that is believing that there is some conspiracy among certain politicians to, you know, traffic in child pornography or that they’re pedophiles or, you know, some other crazier stuff that QAnon has been spouting, all that shows me is that you are completely detached from reality — all right? — which is relevant to the deterrent value of the sentence that I have to impose.
Maintaining her composure and dignity, Niemala has publicly responded to Judge Cooper’s remarks about “Save the Children,” suggesting that he purchase a ticket to see “Sound Of Freedom.”
Pete Santilli has publicly shared alleged details of attorney John Pierce and Roger Roots’ incompetence in Niemala’s case. For the first time, Santilli revealed that Roger Roots and lead attorney Brett Whipple were fired by Cliven Bundy approximately one month before the main Bundy trial for their apparent lack of preparedness. Santilli also stated that the defendants’ extensive preparation for the 2017 trial ultimately led to the Nevada Bundy case being dismissed mid-trial. Seven years later, Roger Roots is accused of contributing to Kirstyn Niemala’s unjust sentencing, and when she needed them most, Pierce and Roots essentially abandoned her.
In the ten remaining days before Kirstyn Niemala is required to report to federal prison, she plans to seize every opportunity to inform the public about her legal case. She also intends to discuss the disturbing and questionable conduct of attorneys who represent other January 6 defendants. Here’s a brief list that Niemala believes needs to be shared with the general public:
Attorneys John Pierce and Roger Roots have allegedly been unethically soliciting clients and donations without securing approval from the court to receive compensation through the Criminal Justice Act (CJA). Pete Santilli’s investigation has gathered an extensive number of witnesses, including former employees of John Pierce’s firm who claim they have not been paid, as well as numerous current and former January 6 defendants and their family members.
Many witnesses have provided detailed accounts of Pierce and Roots allegedly mismanaging their retainer fees and missing crucial court deadlines and hearings. Several witnesses have claimed to have personally observed John Pierce struggling with rumored issues of alcohol and substance abuse while performing his duties as their attorney.
To support her claims, Kirsten Niemala has documented every text, email correspondence and court filing in order for her to appeal her conviction on several grounds. Additionally, Niemala has worked tirelessly to obtain witness statements and documentation regarding John Pierce’s devastating impact on many other January 6th defendants.
The circumstances surrounding Kirstyn Niemala’s case are deeply concerning and bring forth numerous questions about the integrity of the justice system and those who work within it. The alleged biases, misconduct, and ethical transgressions outlined throughout this account are both startling and disheartening, shedding light on a potential hidden underbelly of the justice system rarely visible to the public eye.
Niemala’s experiences serve as a stark reminder that we must continually demand transparency, fairness, and accountability in our legal proceedings. The actions of figures like Judge Christopher R. Cooper, attorneys John Pierce, and Roger Roots, as alleged by Niemala and Pete Santilli, signal a need for rigorous scrutiny and, if substantiated, actionable reform.
In the face of adversity and injustice, Niemala continues to advocate for truth and integrity, highlighting the potential flaws in the system. As she prepares to serve her sentence, her efforts to expose these issues are commendable and essential for ongoing public discourse around the events on January 6th 2021.
Niemala’s story serves as a call to action for us all, urging vigilance, questioning, and accountability in the pursuit of justice. It underscores the importance of maintaining an open and honest dialogue about the events surrounding January 6th, the individuals involved, and the systems that preside over their fate. As Niemala herself has shown, no stone should be left unturned in the quest for truth.

Alina Habba, an attorney for former President Donald Trump, told Newsmax on Wednesday that if a federal grand jury indicts her client for his handling of classified documents, it would be a “complete mishandling and weaponization” of the Department of Justice.
The Independent reported Wednesday the DOJ is set to ask a Washington grand jury that Trump be charged with violations under the Espionage Act and for obstruction of justice regarding his handling of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. Just the News, citing multiple people familiar with the case, also reported federal prosecutors notified Trump that he is a criminal target and likely to be indicted imminently.
“We don’t know that, but I’ve heard that obviously being floated around,” Habba told “Carl Higbie FRONTLINE.” “Imagine, we have Hillary Clinton. You have [Barack] Obama. You have [President Joe] Biden. You have [George W.] Bush, tons of people that have had declassification, clarification issues with NARA [the National Archives and Records Administration], which effectively is all it should or would have been if he was not Donald Trump.
“If they do come out with an indictment, I can tell you that it is complete mishandling and weaponization of the DOJ, because we’ve seen this exact problem with other presidents, and they’re not treated the same.”
Habba said she learned of news that Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff in Trump’s final year in office, has been working with the prosecution to get a plea deal and be granted immunity to testify against Trump. It is not known if his testimony is for the classified documents case or for an investigation into Trump’s role in the events of Jan. 6, 2021.
“What we’re hearing is that he was granted immunity,” she said. “Effectively, he would be a key witness against the president and give testimony in opposition of him.
“As we’ve seen, time and time again, this is what they did to Allen Weisselberg in New York. This is what they do time and again to anybody that is close to the Trump world, because they have nothing.
“So, they have to squeeze people, scare people, and intimidate them into testifying and in the direction that they want. It’s very disturbing.”
Weisselberg, 75, former chief financial officer in the Trump Organization, pleaded guilty to 15 felonies in his role in a tax-fraud scheme and served five months in prison. In exchange, Weisselberg testified against two entities of the Trump Organization, which were convicted and fined the maximum penalty of $1.6 million. The Trump family was not involved in either case.
Habba said her legal team is fighting an uphill battle in trying to prove the DOJ’s targeting of Trump is malfeasance of prosecution.
“I think that’s what we’re trying to do, but I will tell you it’s not enough,” she said. “We have not seen enough and they better start moving faster, because you see people like [U.S. Rep.] Jim Jordan [R-Ohio]. I think he’s really a pioneer of this, of bringing up to Congress and saying, There is a major problem in this country and we have to fix it.”
“I don’t like seeing my client be the example,” she added, “and it’s not fair. It’s not fair to any Republican. It’s not fair to my client. But it’s also not fair to Americans. It’s not constitutionally appropriate.”

Joe Biden bribery allegations involve Ukraine, first raised with FBI in 2017, key investigator says
Allegations that Joe Biden partook in a $5 million bribery scheme involve Ukraine where his son scored a lucrative energy job and were first presented to the FBI by a reliable and well-paid informant back in 2017, House Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer told Just the News on Tuesday evening.
Comer made the bombshell revelation just a day after reviewing an FBI FD-1023 form that memorialized the informant’s allegations, and two days before he plans to hold a vote in Congress to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt for failing to provide a copy to his committee as demanded by a subpoena. He said the version of the informant report he was allowed to review by Wray had about 10% of information redacted and made clear the allegations were first reported to the FBI back in 2017 as Donald Trump was beginning his term as president.
“Yes, it is Ukraine,” Comer told the Just the News, No Noise television show when asked what country the alleged bribery involved. “This form 1023 involves a business person from Ukraine, who allegedly sent a bribe, a substantial bribe to then Vice President Joe Biden.”
Asked whether the allegation involved the Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, whose Burisma Holdings energy firm first hired Hunter Biden into a lucrative board and consulting job in 2014 when Joe Biden was vice president, Comer carefully demurred. “I probably better punt on that question. The name was redacted,” the powerful House committee chairman answered.
But Comer said markings on the document he was shown – including footnotes – made clear the informant first provided the bribery allegations to the FBI in 2017 and then again one more time before he raised them a third time in the June 2020 informant report
“This first started in 2017,” he said, citing footnotes in the informant report he reviewed that listed two prior reports. “There are two notes, or footnotes, whatever you want to call them. They listed them as notes. I will say footnotes for better explanation, that reference 2017. And it was either 2018 or 2019. So this wasn’t the first time that the informant had mentioned a bribery scheme pertaining to Joe Biden to the FBI.
Comer’s disclosures came the same day that his colleague in the Senate, Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa, revealed the FBI informant who provided the intelligence was deemed so credible and valuable that he was paid $200,000 by the bureau over several years. The comments by the two GOP lawmakers pushed back on Democrat claims that the allegations were old, disproven or tied to an effort by attorney Rudy Giuliani to investigate the Bidens’ Ukraine ties that led to Trump’s first impeachment in 2019.
“Partisan media, most likely in conjunction with the Biden FBI, have misleadingly reported the 1023 is from a tranche of information provided by Rudy Giuliani. News reports last week dispel that notion and make clear the 1023 information that we request is independent of Giuliani,” Grassley stated in a speech given on the Senate floor.
“Those news reports also show that the source who formed the basis of the 1023 is a long-serving FBI source. The source reportedly received numerous validations from the FBI. The source reportedly operated even during the Obama administration. Based on what I’ve been told about yesterday’s meeting, the FBI didn’t contradict these findings,”
“Today, I can say that based upon unclassified and legally protected whistleblower disclosures the FBI source in the 1023 has been paid at least two-hundred thousand dollars by the FBI since the source was opened and operational,” he added. “High dollar payments obviously mean the FBI believes the source to be credible and reputable.”
Comer said the informant’s core allegation is a Ukrainian businessman was to pay $5 million to the Biden family in return for a U.S. policy decision that Joe Biden could impact. He said his investigators have not yet found any money directly to the current president but they are “following the money” through numerous limited liability corporations and bank accounts and have begun a search for off-shore accounts as well.
“When you first read about it, it’s hard to believe,” he said. “It’s hard to believe that a vice president of the United States would try to take a bribe from a from a foreign national, in a company in a country that’s, at the time not noted for anything other than a lot of corruption, and then asked that the money be sent through shell companies and various banks to launder it to where no one would know about it,” he said.
Comer said he has strong reason to believe the FBI never properly investigated the Biden bribery allegations, matching a pattern he also saw when the Obama Treasury Department began receiving suspicious activity reports involving transactions associated with Hunter Biden and his associates but did little to investigate them.
“I think what we’re gonna find out is the same thing we found out in the Treasury Department with the Suspicious Activity Reports,” he said. “Once you get in there, there’s a whole lot more of them than what was previously reported. And this particular (1023) form we want is very important. But I can already tell from reading the form, there are other forms, as well. So we don’t know how many form 1023s are pertaining to Biden-bribery.
Grassley suggested the FBI may have ditched the Biden bribery allegations based on an intelligence analysis by FBI analyst Brian Auten in summer 2020 suggesting there was a Russian disinformation campaign making such allegations. Just the News first reported that possibility in a story Monday.
“Did the FBI follow normal investigative process and procedure? Or did they try to sweep it under the rug?” the senator asked. “For example, did the FBI try to improperly use the August 2020 Brian Auten assessment to shut down the 1023 reporting by falsely labeling it disinformation? “
The bureau told Comer on Monday the allegations in the bribery memo are part of an ongoing but unspecified investigation. The lawmaker said he was suspect of that claim. “My theory is they never investigated the claim to begin with, for whatever reason,” he said.
Comer said he hopes the contempt vote slated for Thursday will “send a message to the FBI if they don’t comply with my subpoena in the next 48 hours. And hopefully, from that point on, we can we can start having a better level of cooperation with the FBI.
34 Years Ago Today – The Tiananmen Square Massacre | The Gateway Pundit
On June 4, 1989, hundreds of innocent civilians were shot dead by the Chinese army during a bloody military operation to crush a democratic uprising in Peking’s (Beijing) Tiananmen Square.
Tanks rumbled through the Beijing streets late on June 3rd as the army moved into the square from several directions.
They opened fire randomly on the unarmed protesters.
The injured were rushed to hospital on bicycle rickshaws by frantic residents shocked by the army’s sudden and extreme response to the peaceful mass protest. –BBC

Who can forget this brave man?
The bloodshed in Tiananmen Square has come to symbolize the triumph of the spirit over brute force. June 4th is a day we are reminded of the brutality of the communist regime in China.

Footage Friday showed the tense moments a group of pro-LGBT activistsconfrontedparents protesting LGBT indoctrination at a school in Los Angeles, Calif.
The clash unfolded outside the Saticoy Elementary School in North Hollywood as parents displeased with the school’s Pride Month event, organized under the banner “Leave our kids alone,” converged with pro-LGBT activists.
Local media reports the anti-groomer protests were loosely organized by parents via Instagram, and called on protesters to be respectful and peaceful.

The parents against the sexual grooming of children carried signs reading, “There is no pride in indoctrination,” “Stop sexualizing our kids!” and “Leave our kids alone.”
Police were already on standby at the scene and at one point intervened as the two groups began to get rowdy.
A local news helicopter captured footage of one of the minor skirmishes, however clever editing prevents viewers from being able to see exactly who initiated the clash.
ABC7 reports other than the tiny fracas the protests remained “mostly peaceful.”
The demonstrations come as June 1 marked the beginning of “Pride Month.”

The corrupt Biden administration Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is spending tens of millions of taxpayer dollars to indoctrinate college students into believing right-wing Americans are dangerous and racist extremists.
Under DHS’ Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention Grant Program (TVTP), university pupils are taught the Republican Party along with conservative news outlets are leading people to adopt fringe beliefs associated with neo-Nazis and white supremacists.
The disturbing government-run propaganda scheme was exposed thanks to FOIA requests submitted by conservative watchdog group the Media Research Center (MRC).
The group revealed the entire program has been dubbed a “high priority” of the Biden administration.
A graph depicting the “Pyramid of Far-Right Radicalization” that has recently gone viral online can be seen below:
Media Research Center founder and president Brent Bozell said, “This terrorism task force is engaged in an active effort to demonize and eliminate Christian, conservative, and Republican organizations using federal taxpayer dollars. What we have uncovered calls for criminal prosecution. The American people need to know those who are abusing their positions in the federal government will be held accountable for their criminal behavior.”
Fox News reported, “The Biden administration has awarded 80 grants through the TVTP totaling just under $40 million. The lowest grant was for $85,000, the highest was over $1.1 million, and the median was about $442,000. TVTP grant recipients are prohibited from engaging in viewpoint discrimination, according to DHS.”
When the Post asked about the DHS funding the Dayton program, a DHS spokesperson said, “The presented chart was not developed, presented, or endorsed by the Department of Homeland Security, and was not part of any successful grant application to the Department of Homeland Security. DHS does not profile, target, or discriminate against any individual for exercising their constitutional rights protected by the First Amendment.”
However, a vice president at MRC named Dan Schneider told the Post, “DHS is lying through its teeth once again. DHS did indeed fund the PREVENTS-OH program a year after a graph and documents were presented that equated Nazis to conservatives, Christians, and Republicans.”
Schneider went on to accuse DHS Ohio of scrubbing its website to remove proof of funding the PREVENTS-OH program and told the government agency he already copied the documents before they were deleted.
“We also have proof that ‘PREVENTS-OH’ actually hosted the conference and that DHS was an active participant, including featuring a senior DHS official at the conference,” he added.
Schneider also called for Congress to launch a criminal investigation into DHS and to make criminal referrals to hold the government accountable.
It’s imperative for citizens of the United States to begin speaking out against the weaponized federal government at every chance we get!

The IRS whistleblower who went to Congress with claims the Justice Department interfered with a years-long high profile tax investigation–reported to involve Hunter Biden–has gone public, granting an interview with CBS News that aired Wednesday evening. (Update: Full video added at end of article.)
Supervisory Criminal Investigative Agent Gary Shapley, a 14-year IRS veteran, spoke to CBS two days before he is scheduled to give closed door testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee on Friday. Shapley, a registered Republican, says he is non-partisan in his work and does not make political contributions, telling CBS, “I’m just simply not a political person. This is a job, and my oath of office is to treat everybody fairly that we investigate.”
Shapley had fruitlessly gone to multiple in-house whistleblower channels at the IRS and DOJ before turning to Congress in frustration.
A second IRS whistleblower, a member of Shapley’s team, contacted Congress last week with similar concerns of DOJ interference.
Shapley’s attorney Mark Lytle informed Congress last week that Shaplry and his team of investigators had been abruptly pulled off the investigation on orders of the Justice Department.
CBS posted a brief clip of Shapley saying, “There was multiple steps that were slow walked at the direction of the Department of Justice.”
“There were multiple steps that were slow-walked — were just completely not done — at the direction of the Department of Justice,” said Gary Shapley, a 14-year veteran of the agency, who spoke exclusively to CBS News chief investigative correspondent Jim Axelrod on Tuesday. “When I took control of this particular investigation, I immediately saw deviations from the normal process. It was way outside the norm of what I’ve experienced in the past.”
…Shapley told CBS News he became increasingly concerned about measures being taken that he said appeared to shield the target of the investigation — which CBS News independently confirmed is Hunter Biden.
“Each and every time, it seemed to always benefit the subject,” Shapley said. “It just got to that point where that switch was turned on. And I just couldn’t silence my conscience anymore.”
…”For a couple years, we’d been noticing these deviations in the investigative process. And I just couldn’t, you know, fathom that DOJ might be acting unethically on this,” he said.
CBS News obtained a letter Shapley’s attorneys sent last week to the Office of the Special Counsel, a federal agency dedicated to assisting government whistleblowers. The letter alleges “irregularities” in the Department of Justice’s handling of the case, and cites a “charged meeting” Shapley’s team had with Justice Department prosecutors last October. According to the letter, following that meeting, Shapley’s team was effectively excluded from the investigation. Shapley would not say if he made prosecutors aware of his concerns but did acknowledge the incident prompted him to blow the whistle.
“It was my red-line meeting,” Shapley said. “It just got to that point where that switch was turned on, and I just couldn’t silence my conscience anymore.”
Breitbart reported earlier Wednesday that IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel sent a letter to Congress last week blaming the DOJ for the removal of the whistleblower (excerpt):
IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel told Congress the Justice Department (DOJ) made the decision to purge an IRS whistleblower from the DOJ’s probe into Hunter Biden, according to a letter sent to House Ways and Means Committee Chair Jason Smith (R-MO).
Werfel’s letter on May 17 responded to Smith’s May 16 inquiry about concerns that a high-ranking IRS agent faced retaliation for raising red flags about alleged political interference in the tax probe of Hunter Biden.
Werfel said the decision to remove a whistleblower from the tax investigation was at the DOJ’s direction, confirming what a second IRS whistleblower alleged Monday.
“The IRS whistleblower you reference alleges that the change in their work assignment came at the direction of the Department of Justice,” reads the letter, obtained by Fox News. “As a general matter and not in reference to any specific case, I believe it is important to emphasize that in any matter involving federal judicial proceedings, the IRS follows the direction of the Justice Department.”
Werfel disavowed any potential role he allegedly had in removing the IRS whistleblowers from the case.
“I want to state unequivocally that I have not intervened – and will not intervene – in any way that would impact the status of any whistleblower,” Werfel said.

UPDATE: Brief report on Gary Shapley by John Solomon:
No matter how much everyone’s gushing for DeSantis, we cannot erase the following facts from his background.
After high school, DeSantis attended Yale University to earn a degree in history. He joined the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity.
In 2001, DeSantis received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors and honors from Yale University.
After spending a year as a history lecturer at the Darlington School, he earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Harvard Law School. He received this degree in 2005.
In 2004, while DeSantis was in the middle of his sophomore year at Harvard Law School, he was honored to be enlisted as an officer in the United States Navy and given a position in the Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG). 2005 was the year he graduated from the Naval Justice School. Later that year he received orders to serve as a prosecutor in the JAG Trial Service Office Command South East, located at Naval Station Mayport, Florida.
In 2006 he was awarded the rank of Lieutenant after being promoted from the position of Lieutenant Junior Grade. He was employed by the Commander of Joint Task Force Guantanamo (JTF-GTMO) and his duties included direct contact with inmates at the Guantanamo Bay Joint Detention Facility.
In 2007, DeSantis reported to the Naval Special Warfare Command Group in Coronado, California. There he was assigned to SEAL Team One and deployed to Iraq in 2007 as Legal Advisor to SEAL Commander, Special Operations Task Force-West in Fallujah. He served in this capacity for the duration of the troop surge.
In April 2008, DeSantis returned to the United States and shortly after his return was assigned to the Naval Region Southeast Legal Service. His appointment as Special Assistant United States Attorney to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida was made possible by the United States Department of Justice.
2010, DeSantis served as a defense attorney until discharged from that capacity. At the same time, he agreed to accept a reserve rank in the US Navy Reserve as a lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
The Bronze Star Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and the Iraq Campaign Medal are just a few of the honors DeSantis has received throughout his service.
As of 2022, he was still serving in the United States Navy Reserve.
Christina DeSantis, Ron Desantis’ 30 year old sister, died in 2015 from completely unforeseen causes. Although more than five years have passed since her death, her family has not commented further on the circumstances of her death.
Much More on Christina DeSantis:
Ron DeSantis was a Congressman at the time of 30 year old Christina DeSantis’s death in 2015. Strangely, there was virtually zero media coverage of the death of the sister of a U.S. Congressman.
Christina DeSantis’s Linked-In lists her employer at the time of her untimely death as KPMG Volcker Solution. Volcker Wikipedia:Paul Adolph Volcker Jr. (September 5, 1927 – December 8, 2019) was an American economist who served as the 12th chairman of the Federal Reserve from 1979 to 1987. During his tenure as chairman, Volcker was widely credited with having ended the high levels of inflation seen in the United States throughout the 1970s and early 1980s.[citation needed] He previously served as the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 1975 to 1979.
Coutts Bank: is a London-headquartered private bank and wealth manager. Founded in 1692, it is the eighth oldest bank in the world. Today, Coutts forms part of NatWest Group‘s wealth management division.[3] In the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, Coutts Crown Dependencies operates as a trading name of The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited. Money laundering rule breaches: In March 2012 Coutts was fined £8.75m for breaches of money laundering rules after “serious” and “systemic” problems in handling the affairs of “politically exposed persons“, customers entrusted with a prominent public function, requiring money-laundering checks.[29] The Financial Services Authority (FSA) fined Coutts because of an “unacceptable risk” that the bank could have been handling the proceeds of crime for a three-year period up to November 2010 after failing to properly deal with “politically exposed” customers.[29] Following an industry-wide review in 2010, the FSA found that Coutts was not conducting robust-enough checks on such high-risk customers and was not monitoring relationships with them properly. The FSA reviewed a sample of 103 high-risk customer files, and identified deficiencies in 73 of them.[29] The FSA’s acting director of enforcement and financial crime, Tracey McDermott, said that “Coutts’s failings were significant, widespread and unacceptable. Its conduct fell well below the standards we expect and the size of the financial penalty demonstrates how seriously we view its failures”.[29] Coutts’s bonus system rewarded bankers for opening accounts, providing an incentive to bring in new business without too much scrutiny, and the bank’s anti-money laundering team, required to identify high-risk customers, failed to identify enough “politically exposed persons”.[29] In two cases reviewed by the FSA, bankers did not conduct appropriate checks on the customers, and failed to identify serious criminal allegations against them. There were five cases where sources had provided “adverse intelligence” such as allegations of criminal activity, but all the accounts had been approved by Coutts.[29]A spokesperson for Coutts said that there was no evidence that money laundering took place as a result of its deficient controls, and said that “We recognise our systems weren’t totally adequate in the past and we’ve taken steps to improve these”. Coutts would have been fined £12.5m if it had not agreed to settle at an early stage in the investigation.[29]
Ron Desantis Was A Member of St. Elmo Society
DeSantis was a member of St. Elmo Society, a secret society at Yale University. It was founded in 1889 as an independent entity for seniors within the nationally chartered fraternity, Delta Phi (&Delta &Phi), Omicron Chapter (1889-1925).
St. Elmo is a non-profit organization that provides supplementary education to its members through various activities and interactions. It is the hope that these methods will inspire new meaning to the students’ Yale education. In return, the delegation must commit itself to by-laws, rules, and guidelines set forth by the Corporation’s Board of Governors.
The name “St. Elmo” was first used in 1889 at the Omicron Chapter of Delta Phi at Yale University, and was based on the historical interconnection of St. Elmo and the Knights of Malta. The cross of the Knights of Malta had been adopted as the emblem of Delta Phi in 1833.
The Badge of The Delta Phi, pictured above, has been worn by members of The Delta Phi Fraternity continuously since its adoption in 1833. This badge, based on the Maltese Cross worn by the Knights of St. John (later, the Knights Hospitaller and finally the Knights of Malta), has many symbolic meanings to members of the fraternity. This design was also to give birth to one of the most enduring traditions of Delta Phi: the use of the name St. Elmo in association with the fraternity.
The name St. Elmo has been in use by some chapters of the fraternity for over 100 years (longer than many other nationals have existed). The practice started at Omicron (Yale), who sought a distinctive name for their home. Once again, hearkening back to the Knights of Malta, who were mariners, the men of Omicron appropriated the name of St. Elmo, the patron saint of mariners. The practice caught on and at many campuses the names Delta Phi and St. Elmo have become synonymous adding yet another layer of tradition to this unique story.
Delta Phi has remained an exclusive fraternity. Rather than engaging in the wholesale expansion policies that have marked the operation of other Greek letter fraternities, the brothers of Delta Phi choose to establish chapters only at the finest schools and usually with proximity to other chapters. It grants its chapters a substantial degree of local autonomy – allowing them to develop their own traditions and policies within the scope of a larger institution.
On Jun. 14, 2022 (Tuesday) DeSantis was listed as a member of St. Elmo Hall (secret society) at Yale, but the next day, Jun. 15, 2022 (Wednesday) his name disappeared.

In a speech in Doha on Monday, veteran New Yorker journalist Seymour Hersh alleged that the U.S. military’s Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) had been infiltrated by Christian fanatics who see themselves as modern-day Crusaders and aim to “change mosques into cathedrals.” In particular, he alleged that former JSOC head Gen. Stanley McChrystal — later U.S. commander in Afghanistan — and his successor, Vice Adm. William McRaven, as well as many other senior leaders of the command, are “are all members of, or at least supporters of, Knights of Malta.” What was he talking about?
Not exactly clear. There’s not much evidence to suggest that the Knights of Malta are the secretive cabal of anti-Muslim fundamentalists that Hersh described. (For the record, when contacted by Foreign Policy, McChrystal said that he is not a member.) But they are certainly an anomalous presence in international politics and have provoked their share of conspiracy theories over the years.
The Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta is a Roman Catholic organization based in Rome with around 13,000 members worldwide. The group was founded in 1048 by Amalfian merchants in Jerusalem as a monastic order that ran a hospital to tend to Christian pilgrims in the Holy Land. At the height of its power, the order was also tasked by Rome with the additional military function of defending Christians from the local Muslim population. The Knights of St. John were just one of a number of Christian military orders founded during this period — including the fabled but now defunct Knights of Templar.
When the Sultan of Egypt retook Jerusalem in 1291, the Knights of St. John went into exile, settling in Rhodes 20 years later. In 1523 they were forced from Rhodes by the Sultan’s forces and settled in Malta, which they ruled until they were dislodged by Napoleon’s army in 1798. The order settled in Rome in the mid-19th century, where it remains to this day.
Despite its name, the Knights haven’t had any military function since leaving Malta. Instead, the order has gone back to its charitable roots by sponsoring medical missions in more than 120 countries.
When the order was founded, knights were expected to take a vow of poverty, chastity, and obedience upon joining. Nowadays, obedience is enough. Membership is still by invitation only, but you no longer have to be a member of the nobility. In recent years, the organization has become increasingly American in membership. The leader of the order, referred to as the prince and grand master, is elected for life in a secret conclave and must be approved by the pope.
Despite having no fixed territory besides its headquarters building in Rome, the order is considered a sovereign entity under international law. It prints its own postage stamps and coins — though these are mostly for novelty value — and enjoys observer status at the United Nations, which classifies it as a nonstate entity like the Red Cross. The Knights maintain diplomatic relations with 104 countries. The order does not have official relations with the United States, though it has offices in New York, for the United Nations delegation, and Washington, for its representation at the Inter-American Development Bank.
Because of its secretive proceedings, unique political status, and association with the Crusades, the order has been a popular target for conspiracy theorists. Alleged members have included former CIA Directors William Casey and John McCone, Chrysler Chairman Lee Iacocca, and GOP fixture Pat Buchanan, though none have ever acknowledged membership. Various theories have tied the Knights to crimes including the Kennedy assassination and spreading the AIDS virus through its clinics in Africa.
In 2006, a newspaper article in the United Arab Emirates claimed that the Knights were directly influencing U.S. policy in Iraq and Afghanistan, reprising their role in the Crusades. Following the article, Islamist websites in Egypt urged followers to attack the order’s embassy in Cairo, forcing the organization to issue a statement denying any military role.
To be fair, the Knights have been involved in their fair share of political intrigues. In 1988, the charge d’affaires at the order’s embassy in Havana confessed to being a double agent, reporting to both the CIA and Cuban intelligence. According to journalist Jeremy Scahill’s book Blackwater,Joseph Schmitz, a former executive at the company who also served as inspector general for the U.S. Department of Defense, boasted of his membership in the Knights in his official biography. The defense contractor now known as Xe’s chief executive, Erik Prince, reportedly espoused Christian supremacist beliefs, and its contractors in Iraq used codes and insignia based on the order’s medieval compatriots, the Knights of the Templar. However, there’s no evidence to suggest the Knights of Malta had any direct influence over the company.
So while the group is, for the most part, a charitable organization with little resemblance to the sinister portrait painted by its detractors, an image-makeover might be in order as it finishes off its 10th century.
In a speech billed as a discussion of the Bush and Obama eras, New Yorker journalist Seymour Hersh delivered a rambling, conspiracy-laden diatribe here Monday expressing his disappointment with President Barack Obama and his dissatisfaction with the direction of U.S. foreign policy.
“Just when we needed an angry black man,” he began, his arm perched jauntily on the podium, “we didn’t get one.”
It quickly went downhill from there.
Hersh, whose exposés of gross abuses by members of the U.S. military in Vietnam and Iraq have earned him worldwide fame and high journalistic honors, said he was writing a book on what he called the “Cheney-Bush years” and saw little difference between that period and the Obama administration.
He said that he was keeping a “checklist” of aggressive U.S. policies that remained in place, including torture and “rendition” of terrorist suspects to allied countries, which he alleged was ongoing.
He also charged that U.S. foreign policy had been hijacked by a cabal of neoconservative “crusaders” in the former vice president’s office and now in the special operations community.
“What I’m really talking about is how eight or nine neoconservative, radicals if you will, overthrew the American government. Took it over,” he said of his forthcoming book. “It’s not only that the neocons took it over but how easily they did it — how Congress disappeared, how the press became part of it, how the public acquiesced.”
Hersh then brought up the widespread looting that took place in Baghdad after the fall of Saddam Hussein in 2003. “In the Cheney shop, the attitude was, ‘What’s this? What are they all worried about, the politicians and the press, they’re all worried about some looting? … Don’t they get it? We’re gonna change mosques into cathedrals. And when we get all the oil, nobody’s gonna give a damn.’”
“That’s the attitude,” he continued. “We’re gonna change mosques into cathedrals. That’s an attitude that pervades, I’m here to say, a large percentage of the Joint Special Operations Command.”
He then alleged that Gen. Stanley McChrystal, who headed JSOC before briefly becoming the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan, and his successor, Vice Adm. William McRaven, as well as many within JSOC, “are all members of, or at least supporters of, Knights of Malta.”
Hersh may have been referring to the Sovereign Order of Malta, a Roman Catholic organization commited to “defence of the Faith and assistance to the poor and the suffering,” according to its website.
“Many of them are members of Opus Dei,” Hersh continued. “They do see what they’re doing — and this is not an atypical attitude among some military — it’s a crusade, literally. They see themselves as the protectors of the Christians. They’re protecting them from the Muslims [as in] the 13th century. And this is their function.”
“They have little insignias, these coins they pass among each other, which are crusader coins,” he continued. “They have insignia that reflect the whole notion that this is a culture war. … Right now, there’s a tremendous, tremendous amount of anti-Muslim feeling in the military community.””
Hersh relayed that he had recently spoken with “a man in the intelligence community… somebody in the joint special operations business” about the downfall of Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali in Tunisia. “He said, ‘Oh my God, he was such a good ally.’”
“Tunisia’s going to change the game,” Hersh added later. “It’s going to scare the hell out of a lot of people.”
Moving to Pakistan, where Hersh noted he had been friendly with Benazir Bhutto, the journalist told of a dinner meeting with Asif Ali Zardari, the late prime minister’s husband, in which Hersh said the Pakistani president was brutally disdainful of his own people.
Hersh described a trip he made to Swat, where the Pakistani military had just dislodged Taliban insurgents who had taken over the scenic valley, a traditional vacation area for the urban middle class. Hersh said he asked Zardari about the tent cities he saw along the road, where people were living in harsh, unsanitary conditions.
“Well, those people there in Swat, that’s what they deserve,” the Pakistani president replied, according to Hersh. Asked why, Hersh said Zardari responded, “Because they supported the Taliban.” (Note: Hersh’s conversation is not recounted in his 2009 New Yorker article on Pakistan’s nuclear weapons, presumably because it coudn’t be verified.)
The veteran journalist also alleged that the CIA station chief in Islamabad, who was recently recalled after his name surfaced in Pakistani court documents and in the lively Pakistani press, had actually been fired for disputing the plans of Gen. David Petraeus, who took over the Afghan war last summer after General McChrystal was summarily dismissed.
“When Petraeus issued a very optimistic report about the war in December that he gave to the president,” Hersh said, the station chief “just declared it was bankrupt… internally. He just said ‘This is completely wrongheaded. The policy’s wrongheaded.’ Off he goes. Out he goes.”
“I’ve given up being disillusioned about the CIA,” Hersh said. “They’re trained to lie, period. They will lie to their president, they will lie certainly to the Congress, and they will lie to the American people. That’s all there is to it.”
Hersh was speaking on the invitation of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, which operates a branch campus in Qatar.
The Knights of Malta ALL have diplomatic immunity. They can ship goods across borders without paying duty or undergoing customs check. Does that ring any bells? In any case, that is power.
The Knights of Malta is held up by a backbone consisting of nobility. Nearly half of the 10,000 members belong to Europe’s oldest and most powerful families. This cements the alliance between the Vatican and the “Black Nobility.” The Black Nobility is mostly the rich and powerful of Europe. The head of the Black Nobility is the family that can claim direct descendancy from the last Roman emperor. Maybe now you can see that things are beginning to fall into their proper place. Membership in the Knights of Malta entails obedience to one’s superior in THE ORDER and ultimately to the Pope. Therefore, a U.S. ambassador who is also a member of the Knights of Malta faces a conflict of interest. Why is this fact ignored? The Knights of Malta is a world organization with its threads weaving through business, banking, politics, the CIA, other intelligence organizations, P2, religion, education, law, military, think tanks, foundations, the United States Information Agency, the United Nations, and numerous other organizations. They are not the oldest but are one of the oldest branches of the Order of the Quest in existence. The world head of the Knights of Malta is elected for a life term, with the approval of the Pope. The Knights of Malta have their own Constitution and are sworn to work toward the establishment of a New World Order with the Pope at its head. Knights of Malta members are also powerful members of the CFR and the Trilateral Commission.Bill Cooper / <cite>Behold A Pale Horse</cite>
It should also be noted that Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. is a Knight of
Malta.
Meet Ron DeSantis’ Media Guru, Christina Pushaw. She worked in the Nation of Georgia to get a George
Soros Sock Puppet elected President.
She then went to the United States and failed to register as a Foreign Agent, for many years. But, instead of being prosecuted as her contemporary was, the DOJ let her register with ZERO penalty. This DOJ.
So clearly, she is NOT their enemy, but rather a Friend of George Soros.

Recap: Fiery Moments from Day 1 of Kari Lake Election Court Battle
Day one of the Kari Lake election challenge investigating potential violations of the signature verification process in Maricopa County was off to a fiery start Wednesday, as Lake’s defense presented evidence most ballots were approved without review.
The courtroom showdown comes as Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter A. Thompson agreed to hear Lake’s arguments on the signature verification process this week after the Arizona Supreme Court sent the case back to lower courts in March.
Check out highlights from Wednesday’s hearing below:
Lake’s attorney Kurt Olsen argued it was not physically possible for 11 workers to have approved 170K signatures on ballots unless they were skipping steps.
“This isn’t a question of not doing it well enough, Maricopa County simply isn’t doing signature verification,” Olsen later added.
A whistleblower called to the stand as a witness who worked on election day testified she was sent home early during vote tallies despite ballots still needing to be cured.
She added before being asked to leave she and other election workers were “catching signatures” that did not match.
She further added some ballots she’d sent for re-review were sent back because review managers were bombarded with ballots.
She added she and other workers felt pressured to approve ballots when they were sent back for re-review after having been rejected, saying, “We felt uncomfortable about approving what we had already rejected. We’d already went through them.”
The whistleblower added that after normal level 1 signature verifiers were sent home early, the signature review process was continued at the County Recorder’s Office, where there were no observers.
The court also saw damning surveillance footage from inside a ballot counting facility which showed election workers simply approving ballots without scrolling down on their computer monitor to actually verify signatures.
The witness was subsequently asked about the video, to which she responded, “The person on the right was doing it correctly and the person on the left was not… there’s no possible way to click through that and be able to verify from the past history in order to verify that signature.”
Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer defended the signature verification process.
During the hearing, Richer tweeted a comment stating, “This moron doesn’t understand that we can do signature verification from any computer in our office.” He subsequently deleted the tweet which suggested that signature verification may have taken place without proper observer oversight.
The admission in the deleted tweet was caught by Lake’s team.
In a stunning admission by Maricopa County’s defense attorney, he admitted the employee seen in the video was fired, however there was no indication his workload was re-processed, meaning several ballots had no signature verification whatsoever.
Witness Shelby Busch said she verified the video shown was authentic and showed what it was purported to show.
Another whistleblower testified he was concerned about why there were only three level 2 signature verifiers, when there had been 40 level 1 workers.
He also added he’d also been sent back ballots he’d rejected for re-review.

Stay tuned tomorrow for updates from Day 2 of the two-day legal showdown.
The purge allegedly was done on the orders of the Justice Department, the whistleblower’s attorneys informed congressional leaders in a letter.
“Today the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Supervisory Special Agent we represent was informed that he and his entire investigative team are being removed from the ongoing and sensitive investigation of the high-profile, controversial subject about which our client sought to make whistleblower disclosures to Congress. He was informed the change was at the request of the Department of Justice,” Mark Lytle and Tristan Leavitt wrote.
The whistleblower, who supervised the Hunter Biden probe since early 2020, hasn’t publicly identified the first son as the subject of the case he says is being brushed under the rug, but congressional sources confirmed it.
“On April 27, 2023, IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel appeared before the House Committee on Ways and Means. He testified: ‘I can say without any hesitation there will be no retaliation for anyone making an allegation or a call to a whistleblower hotline.’ However, this move is clearly retaliatory and may also constitute obstruction of a congressional inquiry,” the lawyers went on.

“Our client has a right to make disclosures to Congress … He is protected by 5 U.S.C. § 2302 from retaliatory personnel actions—including receiving a ‘significant change in duties, responsibilities, or working conditions’ (which this clearly is) because of his disclosures to Congress.
“Any attempt by any government official to prevent a federal employee from furnishing information to Congress is also a direct violation of longstanding appropriations restriction. Furthermore, 18 U.S.C. § 1505 makes it a crime to obstruct an investigation of Congress,” Lytle and Leavitt wrote.
The whistleblower’s team added: “We respectfully request that you give this matter your prompt attention. Removing the experienced investigators who have worked this case for years and are now the subject-matter experts is exactly the sort of issue our client intended to blow the whistle on to begin with.”

The IRS and Justice Department did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Hunter Biden’s legal team and the White House also did not immediately respond.
The whistleblower’s representatives declined to comment further.
Hunter, 53, is under investigation for not paying taxes on millions in largely foreign-sourced income.
He was in good spirits Monday and gave journalists a thumbs-up while seated near his dad at the graduation ceremony for his daughter Maisy from the University of Pennsylvania.
The first son wrote in communications retrieved from his abandoned laptop that he paid up to “half” of his income to his father and Hunter frequently involved then-Vice President Biden in his international business relationships.
The whistleblower was ousted from the investigation, along with an unknown number of subordinates, at roughly the same time as the Justice Department released a long-awaited report by special counsel John Durham detailing bias in the FBI’s investigation of former President Donald Trump’s alleged links to Russia. The more than 300-page report dominated the evening’s news coverage.
The IRS whistleblower emerged last month when Lytle informed Congress that his client wanted to share information about “preferential treatment” in the Hunter Biden case and alleged false testimony to Congress by Attorney General Merrick Garland, who repeatedly assured lawmakers that Delaware US Attorney David Weiss can unilaterally make charging decisions in the investigation.
Leavitt, president of the group Empower Oversight, later joined as co-counsel.
IRS commissioner Daniel Werfel told Congress that his agency won’t retaliate against whistleblowers.ZUMAPRESS.com
The informant, who has yet to appear at the Capitol, already made disclosures to inspectors general at the Justice and Treasury departments.
Just one week after the whistleblower stepped forward, Hunter’s attorneys met with Justice Department leaders in a sign that a charging decision may come soon in the tax fraud investigation that reportedly began in 2018.
NBC reported last month that there was “growing frustration” within the FBI over the fact that Weiss, a Trump administration holdover recommended to his post by Delaware’s two Democratic senators, had not yet brought charges against Hunter Biden after the bureau concluded most of its work last year.
Hunter confirmed he was under investigation for tax fraud shortly after his father won the 2020 election and he reportedly borrowed about $2 million last year to pay off back taxes, though doing so doesn’t legally absolve him of the original non-payment.
The federal investigation reportedly has looked at whether Hunter laundered money, violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act and lied about his drug use on a gun-purchase form.
House Republicans, meanwhile, are investigating President Biden’s role in his family’s overseas dealings, through which Hunter Biden and first brother James earned millions from partnerships with wealthy people in countries where their powerful relative held sway.
Joe Biden met with his relatives’ business associates on many occasions — including those from China, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Russia and Ukraine — and House Republicans allege that Biden family members offered no legitimate business services and were merely selling access to the US government.
