May 31, 2022 at 01:59PM (TB 108) Uvalde Commissioner Makes Stunning Admission, ‘No Idea’ Where Armed School Resource Officer Was When Shooting Started
A Uvalde, Texas, county commissioner said he does not know where the school district police officer for Robb Elementary School was during the time of last week’s shooting.
Nineteen children and two adults were killed in the incident, in which the police response has drawn scrutiny over their response time and how long it took for them to neutralize the shooter.
Speaking on the CBS show “Face the Nation,” Commissioner Ronald Garza was asked where the officer was that fateful day.
“I have no idea,” he said, according to CBS. “I’m like a lot of people. We’re still in the dark about that.”

“We’re still learning of new developments that are coming to light. But, you know, my heart goes out to the community. We’re emotionally shattered. And, you know, we’re — we’re just really sad right now. It’s a time of mourning in our community,” he said.
Garza said the school’s officer could have been at another building. Initial reports said the officer sought to confront the shooter, but that was later found to be false.
“I do know that we have multiple campuses here,” he said. “It’s — perhaps he was at another campus when, when the shooting started. But no, I, you know — he — he could have been at another campus.”
On Friday Texas Department of Public Safety Director Steven McCraw said the officer was not at the building.
“That officer was not on scene, not on campus, but had heard the 911 call about the man with the gun and drove immediately to the area, sped to what he thought was the man with the gun to the back of the school and what turned out to be a teacher and not the suspect,” McCraw said then, according to the Washington Examiner.
Margaret Brennan of CBS asked Garza whether Pedro Arredondo, chief of the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District Police Department, was under protection due to community anger. Arredondo was in command of the initial response.
“Well, you know, rightly so. You know, people are — are asking questions. Parents lost children. They’re devastated. And it’s — it’s — it’s just a sad situation. And I think the community deserves answers,” he said.
“What was the problem, a lack of security?” Brennan asked.
“You know, perhaps — perhaps it was a lack of security, training. You know, I think there’s multiple factors that might be involved here,” he said.
“But you know, right now, it’s easy. It’s easy to point fingers right now. It’s easy to play the blame game. But, you know, our community I think needs to focus on — on the — on the — on healing right now,” he said.
Garza said the community welcomes the federal investigation that was announced Sunday by the Department of Justice.
“I think we need to learn more. As tragic as this may seem, we need to learn from this, you know, and parents deserve answers,” he said.
Garza also said that the family of the shooter is “a family of faith. They value church; they value hard work. [I’ve] known them for many years — great grandparents, grandparents, uncles, aunts. And, you know, this should not be a reflection on them.”
“You know, we raise our children, and we try to raise them in the right way. But — but sometimes our children have different thoughts, have different attitudes, personalities, but we do the best we can,” he said.
The acquittal is no surprise. This is a DC jury, after all. In the Roger Stone case, for example, we documented how a juror lied to get on the panel. (That judge didn’t care.) Making matters worse, the Sussmann judge wrongly allowed for a woman to remain on the jury, despite the fact that her daughter and Sussmann’s are on the same high school crew team. One can’t help but think that juror had her own daughter’s interests in mind – the cohesion of the crew team – when she reached a decision.
After the verdict was announced, the jury’s forewoman held court before the media and expressed her displeasure that the Special Counsel prosecute a false statement case: “There are bigger things that affect the nation than a possible lie to the FBI.”
On the facts, there was more than sufficient evidence to prove Sussmann’s guilt. Sussmann lied to then-FBI general counsel James Baker in order to get a meeting to pass the Alfa Bank hoax materials to the FBI. Sussmann lied again during the meeting – stating he was not there on behalf of a client – in order to get the FBI to open an investigation into the Trump Organization’s purported ties with Alfa Bank. Later, during testimony to Congress, Sussmann admitted he met with Baker on behalf of a client. Billing records proved he had been working on the Alfa Bank project on behalf of the Clinton Campaign.
Sussmann’s text to Baker
I won’t say the verdict doesn’t matter. Of course it matters. It would have proven that a DC jury can convict one of their own. It would have resulted in accountability for lying to the FBI. Not the gravest of crimes, but it is still a crime.
In large part, the prosecution of Sussmann was hamstrung by the FBI’s investigation into the Alfa Bank allegations. That goes to materiality. How can the lies be material if the FBI’s investigation was so sloppy? (Answer: they were material because the lies helped open the investigation in the first place.)
On the issue of materiality, look to the testimony of FBI Special Agent Curtis Heide, whose repeated requests to interview the source of the Alfa Bank information were denied by headquarters. FBI Headquarters didn’t want this thing thoroughly vetted – even though they demanded the investigation be opened. As we stated during the trial:
Relatively early on in the investigation – on September 26, 2016 – Agent Heide sent a message to Pientka, requesting an interview of the source of the Alfa Bank white papers. By that time, Heide knew the white paper was bunk. He received no response from Pientka. He repeated this request on October 3, 2016. Agent Heide’s requests were rebuffed by his liaison at FBI headquarters
That’s not the say the public hasn’t benefited from the trial. The information disclosed during the trial was important to understand the broader Clinton/Fusion GPS/Perkins Coie effort to poison the public, the press, and the FBI with their Trump/Russia lies. This included:
Data from the Executive Office of the President of the United States, including data from the Trumansition period, was exploited by Sussmann and Rodney Joffe and then passed to the CIA.
Rodney Joffe was a longtime Confidential Human Source (CHS) – and generally a resource – for the FBI. Joffe worked with the FBI on cyber threats from countries like Russia. From former FBI Agent Grasso: “I’m sure the work that [Joffe] did touched on matters having to do with Russia.”
Joffe went to great lengths to make sure the Alfa Bank information he provided to the FBI did not go through his official FBI handler.
The decision to open the investigation came from FBI Leadership. According to one FBI Agent, “People on the 7th floor to include Director are fired up about this server.”
Perkins Coie partner Marc Elias provided updates on the Fusion GPS “research” to the Clinton Campaign.
Q: Mr. Mook, before the break you had testified that there was a conversation in which you told Ms. Clinton about the proposed plan to provide the Alfa-Bank allegations to the media; is that correct?
A: Correct.
Q: And what was her response?
A: All I remember is that she agreed with the decision.
Then there are the trial exhibits. As Aaron Maté observed, Sussmann edited an FBI press release on the DNC hacking because the FBI’s proposed statement “undermines” the DNC hacking narrative:
Where does Durham go from here? That’s the real question. We already know that the investigation into Rodney Joffe remains open and that Igor Danchenko faces trial this year. Whether there is more remains to be seen.
May 31, 2022 at 05:44AM 2000 Mules Investigator Gregg Phillips To FOX News: “It’s One Thing that You Chose to Stay Silent While 2000 Mules Went Viral – It’s an Entirely Different Matter that You Have Chosen to Lie to the World”…”Game on Boys and Girls”
100 Percent Fed Up reports – Earlier today, on Fox News Sunday, host Sandra Smith interviewed Mo Brooks, one of two Republican run-off candidates running for Senate in the Alabama primary election.
In an interview so horrible that most Americans would expect to see it on CNN, Fox News host Sandra Smith attempted to paint Brooks and 150 Republican members of Congress as conspiracy theorists for believing the 2020 election was stolen.
Smith’s first attempt to discredit Brooks happened when she told him the courts couldn’t find any evidence of widespread fraud, to which Brooks replied, “Time out! Don’t go into that! The courts are not the federal arbiter of who wins federal elections—Congress is! That is required by the United State Constitution!” The heated exchange continued between Brooks and the Fox News host, but when Brooks cited the 2000 Mules movie as evidence of widespread fraud and Smith attempted to discredit the well-researched and factual documentary, Brooks became especially irate.
The snarky Smith responded to Brooks’s assertion that the movie proves widespread fraud with mail-in-ballots, “That has been looked at and fact-checked by multiple outlets, including Reuters, who have debunked that as any sort of proof that there was widespread voter fraud.” Brooks shot back, “I’m sorry, Sandra, but other people have fact-checked it and find you’re absolutely wrong, Sandra! But keep going with that story.”
True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips are the brilliant investigators behind the 2000 Mules movie.
Phillips delivered a brutal response to the Fox News host’s interview on Truth Social.
“I understand one of your morons [Sandra Smith] said #2000mules has been debunked, and you cited Reuters as your source.” Phillips wrote.
In addition to their “moron” host, Sandra Smith, Phillips blasted the Fox News network for staying “silent while [2000] Mules went viral and educated Americans that the election was indeed stolen.” He continued, “It is an entirely different matter that you have chosen to lie to the world,” adding, “I challenge Sandra Smith to go head to head with any one of us.”
Phillips concluded his message to Fox News with “Game on boys and girls.”
Phillips has been dropping hints about something even more significant than 2000 Mules that he and Catherine are about to expose.
May 31, 2022 at 05:49AM WATCH: Fox News Pundits Demand Gun Control, Call Republicans the ‘Party of Egregious Mass Shootings and Uncontrolled Guns’
Fox News pundits Arthel Neville and Judy Miller took to the airwaves to trash Republicans and call for gun control on Sunday evening.
“This is the moment.” Fox News goes rogue, splits from the NRA and Republican Party and calls for gun control. pic.twitter.com/Y9TKjVWKje
Miller referred to Republicans as the “party of egregious mass shootings and uncontrolled guns.”
While discussing the Uvalde shooting, Neville asked Miller if she thought that this time would be different and that gun control legislation would be enacted.
Miller said that this time may be different, but noted that the Senate is going into recess next week, so the “furor and the anger that people feel over this latest slaughter is likely to diminish.” She then asserted that many deaths “could be prevented with sensible gun legislation.”
“If New Zealand and Australia can do it after their mass shooting, why can’t we?” Miller questioned. “I think it really depends on the Republicans now — they must stop being the party of egregious mass shootings and uncontrolled guns. That has to stop. It’s up to them. And I think Mitch McConnell’s instructions to his fellow Republicans to negotiate with the Democrats suggests that he understands something’s changing.”
“The question, Arthel, is how long will the furor over this kind of mass shooting last?” Miller continued. “Will it be enough to finally, finally push the country, the Senate, the House into some sensible gun control?”
Neville responded by pointing out that ten people were killed in the grocery store shooting in Buffalo ten days before the attack on the elementary school.
“In each incident, the shooter was an 18-year-old male, the murder weapon in each incident a semiautomatic rife, AR-15-style firearms,” Neville said. “Are we at social change tipping point? Because that is what it’s going to take for lawmakers to pay attention when the people speak and speak loudly.”
Miller said that she has seen AR-15s in action while embedded with the military.
“I believe firmly that they should [have] no place on America’s streets,” Miller asserted, on the allegedly right-wing network. “You should not have military assault weapons, never mind in the hands of mentally unstable people, but 18-year-olds? Even Wyoming, Arthel, which is one of the most pro-gun states in the nation, does not permit guns to be sold to young people under 21. And one-third of the states have similar laws. So why can’t we as a nation do this?”
*** Since the Buffalo shooting occurred, Pete Santilli has been publicly speculating — based on Gendron’s 2 year online radicalization on 4CHAN prior to the shooting — that Gendron was an MKUltra subject who may have been remotely hypnotized utilizing sophisticated “screen flicker” technology. Pete will once again delve into this topic on episode 2971 (Friday May 27th).
Coincidentally, Pete Santilli and Brannon Howse covered this topic on Thursday evening, less than 24 hours before news reports were published regarding the retired federal agent & 6 accomplices:
Retired Federal Agent Was in Regular Communication with Buffalo Shooter and May Have Had Advance Notice of Gendron’s Plans to Murder Black People.
Authorities are investigating whether a retired federal agent had foreknowledge of the Buffalo mass shooting.
18-year-old Payton Gendron, a white man, fatally shot 10 people at a Buffalo, New York supermarket in a black community on May 14.
Investigators now believe a former federal agent from Texas was in regular communication with Gendron in an online chat room.
According to Buffalo News, individuals in the online chat room – which possibly included the retired federal agent – asked Payton Gendron to read his mass shooting plans 30 minutes before the attack.
Not one person in the chat room notified law enforcement about Gendron’s plans to murder black people.
FBI agents are now working to locate and interview the six people in the chat – including the former fed.
Law enforcement officers are investigating whether a retired federal agent had about 30 minutes advance notice of a white supremacist’s plans to murder Black people at a Buffalo supermarket, two law enforcement officials told The Buffalo News.
Authorities believe the former agent – believed to be from Texas – was one of at least six individuals who regularly communicated with accused gunman Payton Gendron in an online chat room where racist hatred was discussed, the two officials said.
The two law enforcement sources with direct knowledge of the investigation stated these individuals were invited by Gendron to read about his mass shooting plans and the target location about 30 minutes before Gendron killed 10 people at Tops Markets on Jefferson Avenue on May 14.
“These were like-minded people who used this chat group to talk about their shared interests in racial hatred, replacement theory and hatred of anyone who is Jewish, a person of color or not of European ancestry,” said one of the two law enforcement officials with close knowledge of the investigation. “What is especially upsetting is that these six people received advanced notice of the Buffalo shooting, about 30 minutes before it happened.
The unnamed retired agent from an unnamed agency was reportedly among those invited to see Gendron’s plans, but it’s unclear if he accepted, two law enforcement officials told the newspaper. The two sources did not identify the agent by name and could not confirm what federal agency he worked for.
The FBI has confirmed that no officials were warned by any individuals of what the alleged shooter planned to do before the attack, an official said. “The FBI has verified that none of these people called law enforcement to warn them about the shooting. The FBI database shows no advance tips from anyone that this shooting was about to happen.”
The Buffalo FBI Office declined to comment on the investigation. The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Buffalo declined through a spokeswoman to comment.
Buffalo civil rights attorney John V. Elmore said it will be outrageous if it turns out that a former law enforcement officer had advance notice of the shooting and did nothing to prevent it.
NATIONAL FILE: Fauci-Funded Monkeypox Vaccine Maker PAID Biden’s Host University For Clinical Trial of Monkeypox Vaccine
The University of Pennsylvania, which hosts Joe Biden’s think tank the Penn Biden Center and paid Joe Biden in the lead-up to his run for president, got paid by the company Bavarian Nordic to perform a clinical trial on the Bavarian Nordic monkeypox vaccine. That’s right. Joe Biden’s host university profited from helping Bavarian Nordic develop the MVA-BN monkeypox vaccine, according to a University of Pennsylvania document obtained by NATIONAL FILE. The Penn Biden Center is financed by UPenn general funds. The MVA-BN vaccine tested at UPenn is now known in America as the Jynneos monkeypox vaccine.
As I also reported, the University of Pennsylvania makes massive money off Coronavirus vaccines. UPenn gets paid by Pfizer’s vaccine partner BioNtech in licensing payments for mRNA technology and UPenn even makes more money if Pfizer-BioNTech sells more vaccines and gets more FDA approvals from the Biden administration, thanks to a deal UPenn made in 2018 when Biden worked for the university.
The document states that “The University of Pennsylvania is being paid by Bavarian Nordic, the sponsor of this trial who is also providing the material to conduct this research trial.”
University of Pennsylvania financial documents obtained by NATIONAL FILE show that the UPenn fund that bankrolls Joe Biden’s think tank the Penn Biden Center makes money in “milestone payments” from the sale of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines and from FDA approvals of the injections. The University of Pennsylvania, which paid Joe Biden prior to his presidential run, was accepting big money from donors apparently to carve out spaces for foreign students at UPenn including from Communist China, and NATIONAL FILE can confirm that internal controversy and a staff shakeup occurred when staff questioned how international funds were being spent. With Joe Biden able to return to the Penn Biden Center after his presidency, Biden puts himself in a position to personally profit from the vaccines he is pushing. Pfizer-BioNTech is trying to get a new authorization for a child booster for 5 to 11 year olds.
Under the watch of UPenn president Amy Gutmann, massive amounts of money have flowed into the university’s funds apparently to import students from around the world including from Communist China and the “People’s Republic of China” with administrator notes including “MAKE SURE STUDENT IS FROM CHINA…” Amy Gutmann, the UPenn president who oversaw the establishment of Joe Biden’s think tank the Penn Biden Center in 2018, is now Biden’s Ambassador to Germany. There were arguments in the UPenn administration about where the Chinese-oriented money and other foreign money was going. Some insiders questioned how funds for international students were being managed without transparency, and the arguments led to a staff overhaul. The controversy stemmed from funds set aside for international students.
The Penn Biden Center is housed on the UPenn campus and in Washington, D.C. pulling funds directly from the general funds of the University of Pennsylvania, and Joe Biden or his surrogates can return to the Penn Biden Center after his presidency. Joe Biden’s think tank was previously managed by his current Secretary of State Tony Blinken. One donation specified “$25k each” in payment to UPenn in exchange for “Students from the People’s Republic of China admitted…”
Documents obtained by NATIONAL FILE show that the University of Pennsylvania, which hosts and funds Joe Biden’s think tank called the Penn Biden Center, directly profits from the sale of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna Coronavirus vaccines. The University gets more money if more vaccines are sold. The University of Pennsylvania also gets “milestone payments” when the Biden administration’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approves a Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, which represents a massive conflict of interest for Biden. BioNTech pays the University of Pennsylvania Board of Trustees directly, and the university is protected from civil liability if people try to sue for “bodily injury” or “death” caused by BioNTech vaccines.
BioNTech signed a licensing agreement in 2018 with the University of Pennsylvania, which directly funds the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. Even though Coronavirus had not yet leaked out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology when the deal was made, the 2018 agreement ensured massive payments for the University of Pennsylvania if its technology ended up getting used in new mRNA-based vaccines. Well, UPenn’s technology did end up getting used in the mRNA-based Coronavirus vaccine produced by Pfizer and BioNTech, and the deal has led to massive revenue for the university. Joe Biden, who was working for the University of Pennsylvania when the deal was made, received more than $900,000 from the University of Pennsylvania in the two years before he ran for president in this past election.
The University of Pennsylvania also houses the pro-vaccine website FactCheck.org. University of Pennsylvania president Amy Gutmann is now Biden’s nominee for Ambassador to Germany. The Biden administration’s FDA has speedily approved or authorized Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines including for children — all while the Penn Biden Center’s parent university enjoys massive profits from vaccine sales and FDA approval. And the Pfizer-connected FDA even knew about numerous adverse events for children related to the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, but allowed children to be injected with it anyway. Now, as the FDA considers emergency use authorization for a Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for children as young as six months old, the direct financial relationship between these vaccines and Joe Biden’s think tank must be exposed.
University of Pennsylvania Profits From Pfizer-BioNTech And Moderna Vaccines
NATIONAL FILE’s source explained to us that “UPenn earns massive payments (actual terms confidential, likely in the billions)” from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna vaccines.
The University of Pennsylvania admitted in December 2020 that “The Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines both use licensed University of Pennsylvania technology. As a result of these licensing relationships, Penn, Dr. Weissman and Dr. Kariko have received and may continue to receive significant financial benefits in the future based on the sale of these products. BioNTech provides funding for Dr. Weissman’s research into the development of additional infectious disease vaccines.” It turns out that Dr. Katalin Kariko is both an adjunct professor at UPenn’s Perelman School of Medicine and also a BioNTech vice president.
On November 5, 2018, BioNTech stated: “BioNTech AG, a rapidly growing biotechnology company focused on the development of immunotherapies for the precise and individualized treatment of cancer and prevention of infectious diseases and the University of Pennsylvania (Penn), Philadelphia, USA, today announced that they have entered into a strategic research collaboration. The goal of the exclusive, multi-year partnership is to develop novel nucleoside-modified mRNA vaccine candidates for the prevention and treatment of various infectious diseases. Under the terms of the agreement, BioNTech and the lab of Drew Weissman, MD, PhD, at Penn will exchange their in-depth knowledge and experience in mRNA research and development to advance the discovery of novel vaccine candidates. Penn will be responsible for a dedicated preclinical research program from discovery through to the completion of IND-enabling studies in up to ten infectious disease indications. BioNTech will be eligible to receive an exclusive worldwide license to further develop and commercialize product candidates arising from the research collaboration. If proprietary Penn technology is part of a new mRNA-based vaccine, the university will be eligible to receive additional milestone payments and royalties from BioNTech. Detailed financial terms were not disclosed.”
Drew Weissmann’s work led directly to the Coronavirus vaccines including the Pfizer/BioNTech injection. In December 2020, Penn Medicine stated: “The scientific team whose 2005 messenger RNA biology discovery at the University of Pennsylvania helped pave the way for the COVID-19 vaccines from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna received their first dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine together on Friday, Dec. 18 at Penn, more than 20 years after they began their basic science collaboration. Drew Weissman, MD, PhD, a professor of Infectious Diseases in Penn’s Perelman School of Medicine, and Katalin Karikó, PhD, an adjunct associate professor at Penn and a senior vice president at BioNTech, together discovered that exchanging one of the four building blocks of messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) molecules could greatly increase its therapeutic potential. They shared their perspectives as longtime researchers in the field who are comfortable taking the vaccines themselves, and called on the public to trust the decades of scientific research that has led to these important vaccines now being deployed in the global fight against the virus, encouraging others to get vaccinated when it becomes available to them.”
According to the SEC Licensing Agreement, BioNTech pays the University of Pennsylvania with “milestone payments” for each vaccine approval application that gets approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or another regulatory agency, up to the first three approvals.
Look at these “Development Milestones” that the University of Pennsylvania gets paid for, and keep in mind that the term “BLA,” according to this agreement, is defined as “an application submitted to a Regulatory Authority for marketing approval of a product, including (a) a Biologics License Application or New Drug Application submitted to the FDA, (b) a Marketing Authorization Application (“MAA”) in the European Union, (c) any equivalent or comparable application, registration or certification in any other country or region, or (d) any successor applications or procedures, supplements or amendments that may be submitted with respect to the foregoing.”
BioNTech pays the University of Pennsylvania “Commercial Milestone Payments” corresponding to worldwide vaccine sales, meaning that the University of Pennsylvania makes more money if Pfizer-BioNTech sells more vaccines:
The University of Pennsylvania scored civil legal immunity for itself in its deal with BioNTech, including from any cases of “bodily injury” or “death” that might be associated with the vaccine. According to the SEC Licensing Agreement: “Licensee shall defend, indemnify and hold Penn and its respective trustees, officers, faculty, students, employees, contractors and agents (the “Penn Indemnitees”) harmless from and against any and all liability, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), including, without limitation, bodily injury, risk of bodily injury, death and property damage to the extent arising out of Third Party claims or suits related to: the gross negligence, recklessness or wrongful intentional acts or omissions of Licensee, its Affiliates or Sublicensees and its or their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, in connection with Licensee’s performance of its obligations or exercise of its rights under this Agreement…any violation of Law by Licensee or its Affiliates or Sublicensees…”
Joe Biden’s Penn Biden Center is hosted and reportedly funded by the University of Pennsylvania
In 2017, University of Pennsylvania president Amy Gutmann announced the launch of the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, with Joe Biden taking over as the head of the Penn Biden Center and also assuming a role as a professor at the University of Pennsylvania. The University of Pennsylvania stated that “The Center will be located in Washington, D.C. Biden will also have an office on the Penn campus in Philadelphia…The Penn Biden Center promises significant impact for both Penn’s teaching and research missions. As Presidential Practice Professor, Biden will hold joint appointments in the Annenberg School for Communication and the School of Arts and Sciences, with a secondary affiliation in the Wharton School.”
Joe Biden made more than $900,000 from the University of Pennsylvania between 2017 and 2019 for very little work. Biden confirmed his leave of absence from the University of Pennsylvania in April 2019 when he kicked off his presidential campaign. The liberal American Prospect reported that “The center basically functioned as a foreign-policy think tank for Biden’s inner circle. It gave Penn a foothold in Washington…”
University of Pennsylvania professor and vice provost of global initiatives Zeke Emanuel, a key architect of Obamacare when he served in the Obama administration, publicly welcomed Biden to UPenn. Tony Blinken, who now serves as Joe Biden’s Secretary of State, was the Penn Biden Center’s managing director before he ran the Biden State Department. The Penn Biden Center’s current leadership team includes Obama administration alum Caroline Tess, and its business manager is a longtime employee of the University of Pennsylvania. Recent Penn Biden Center officials Ariana Berengaut and Colin Kahl, who pushed pro-vaccine propaganda in the early period of the Coronavirus pandemic, have both worked for either Joe Biden or for the Obama-Biden administration and Kahl is now Biden’s Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. Michael Carpenter, the recent Penn Biden Center managing director who pushes hawkish talking points against Russia, is now working as an ambassador in the Biden administration.
According to Politico: “The Penn Biden Center does not fundraise. The University of Pennsylvania uses general funds to operate the center and has no plans to solicit money for it in the future, according to a university spokesperson.”
When the Penn Biden Center opened in February 2018, Joe Biden was at the launch ceremony in Washington, D.C. with University of Pennsylvania president Amy Gutmann. The Penn Biden Center brags that “The Penn Biden Center officially opened our doors on February 8, 2018, with an event featuring the President of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Amy Gutmann, and a discussion on global affairs between Joe Biden and distinguished journalist and Penn alumna, Andrea Mitchell. The center welcomed guests from Penn and across the worlds of government and foreign policy, including former Secretary of State John Kerry, former National Security Advisor Susan Rice, Attorneys General Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch, and current and former members of the U.S. Congress.”
UPenn Hosts The Pro-Vaccine Website FactCheck.Org
NATIONAL FILE’s source told us: “Even in FactCheck.Org’s seemingly extensive “A Guide to Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 Vaccine,” they omit info about their host university’s contributions to mRNA and payments from BioNTech specifically. There is no mention at all of UPenn’s mRNA licensing agreements.”
FactCheck.org, which claims to be “nonpartisan,” states the following on its website: “FactCheck.org is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania. The APPC was established by publisher and philanthropist Walter Annenberg to create a community of scholars within the University of Pennsylvania that would address public policy issues at the local, state and federal levels.”
The Annenberg Public Policy Center, which owns FactCheck.org, is based on the University of Pennsylvania campus in Philadelphia and also in Washington, D.C. and is funded with an endowment from the Annenberg Foundation, which partners with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The Annenberg Foundation is FactCheck.org’s top funder according to its most recent financial disclosure. FactCheck.org also takes funding from Facebook and Google and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation but claims that its donors “have no control over our editorial decisions.”
FactCheck.org has an extremely close working relationship with its host university. FactCheck.org states that “FactCheck.org receives in-kind support from the Annenberg Public Policy Center including some infrastructure costs as well as supervisory, technical, and administrative support from APPC faculty and staff. We do not attempt to assign a dollar value to these in-kind services, which are funded from the APPC’s own resources.” Kathleen Hall Jamieson, the director of the Annenberg Public Policy Center and the co-founder of FactCheck.org, is a University of Pennsylvania professor. FactCheck.org’s director emeritus Brooks Jackson gave birth to FactCheck.org shortly after joining the Annenberg Public Policy Center. FactCheck.org also states that “Credit card donations may be made through our “Donate” page, which is managed on our behalf by the University of Pennsylvania.” The University of Pennsylvania runs a donation fund for FactCheck.org.
May 26, 2022 at 02:25PM (TB103) Watch: Police Stood Outside the School While Mass Murderer Salvador Ramos Went on Killing Spree – Armed Police Pinned One Man to the Ground
A viral video making rounds online showing anxious, angry parents pleading to the police to go inside the school while mass murderer Salvador Ramos went on a killing spree.
On Tuesday, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced that 19 students and 2 teachers were killed in a mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.
18-year-old Salvador Ramos opened fire at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday and also shot his grandmother in the face. Senator Roland Gutierrez said the grandmother is still alive but in critical condition.
According to multiple reports, the deranged shooter spent more than 40 minutes inside as loved ones and onlookers begged the police to charge into the building.
Javier Cazares, whose daughter died in the attack, urged the bystanders to “rush in because the cops aren’t doing anything like they are supposed to. More could have been done. They were unprepared.”
A viral video showed armed police pinning one man to the ground as the bystanders yelled at them to go in.
After running inside, the gunman fired on two arriving Uvalde police officers who were outside the building, said Texas Department of Public Safety spokesperson Travis Considine. The police officers were injured.
The shooter then went inside a classroom and began killing.
The gunman wasn’t killed for the better part of an hour until a Border Patrol team tactical unit arrived and shot him. Border Patrol agents were in the area because Uvalde is near the Mexican border.
A person who spoke on condition of anonymity said Border Patrol had trouble opening the locked door and a staff member had to get a key.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the deranged shooter was shot and killed by an off-duty Customs and Border Protection agent from an elite tactical unit (BORTAC) who responded to a law enforcement request and rushed into the school, DHS’ assistant secretary of public affairs, Marsha Espinosa, confirmed on Twitter.
“U.S. Border Patrol Agents responded to a law enforcement request for assistance re an active shooter situation inside Robb Elementary School in Uvalde. Upon entering the building, Agents & other law enforcement officers faced gunfire from the subject, who was barricaded inside,” Espinosa tweeted.
May 26, 2022 at 06:25AM (TB103) Parents begged police for upward of 40 minutes to stop Texas school shooter: Report
Police stood by for upward of 40 minutes after a gunman stormed into an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday and killed 19 children and two teachers in a classroom, according to a new report.
Investigators are piecing together what happened over the course of the massacre, which ended with a Border Patrol team rushing in and killing the 18-year-old shooter. Witnesses cited by theAssociated Press recalled shouting at police to enter the building to save the people inside. One even proposed having bystanders do the job that officers apparently refused to do as they stood outside.
“Let’s just rush in because the cops aren’t doing anything like they are supposed to,” said Javier Cazares. “More could have been done.” Cazares lost his fourth grade daughter, Jacklyn, in the attack. “They were unprepared,” he said.
The first report of an armed man approaching Robb Elementary School came around 11:30 a.m., and the gunman was killed roughly 90 minutes later, just after 1 p.m., state officials said, according to the New York Times.
Salvador Ramos has been identified by officials as the shooter who entered the school with an AR-style semi-automatic rifle. After being seen crashing his truck into a ditch outside the school and shooting at people outside a nearby funeral home, who were not injured, officials say he “encountered” a school district security officer, but it’s not clear whether they exchanged gunfire. Ramos entered the school and shot and wounded two Uvalde police officers arriving outside, according to Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman Travis Considine.

Between 40 minutes and an hour passed between Ramos shooting at the school security officer and him being shot and killed by a tactical Border Patrol unit, said Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw, although the exact timing remains unclear.
Ramos barricaded himself in one classroom, where officials said he shot and killed the 19 children and two teachers. A law enforcement official told the Associated Press that the Border Patrol agents had difficulty breaching the door to the classroom and were only able to enter when a staff member opened the door with a key.
The killer “barricaded himself by locking the door and just started shooting children and teachers that were inside that classroom,” Lt. Christopher Olivarez of the Texas Department of Public Safety said in a television appearance, according to NBC. “It just shows you the complete evil of the shooter.”
GOP Rep. Tony Gonzales, whose district includes Uvalde, told CNN what he heard in a briefing about the time it took for law enforcement to finally close in. “All of it, I understand, lasted about an hour, but this is where there’s kind of a 30-minute lull. They feel as if they’ve got him barricaded in. The rest of the students in the school are now leaving,” he said.
Raul Ortiz, chief of the Border Patrol, told CNN that more than a dozen on-duty and off-duty agents showed up to stop the shooter. “They didn’t hesitate. They came up with a plan. They entered that classroom, and they took care of the situation as quickly as they possibly could,” he said. A member of the elite Border Patrol Tactical Unit, or BORTAC, has been credited with killing the shooter. The agent sustained a wound to the head after being grazed by a bullet and was shot in the leg but has been discharged from the hospital, U.S. Customs and Border Protection sources told the Washington Examiner’s Anna Giaritelli.
Uvalde is a town of roughly 16,000 people and is situated between San Antonio and Del Rio. The town is just dozens of miles away from the U.S.-Mexico border and has a Border Patrol station.
Officials have yet to share a motive in the roughly 36 hours since the attack, which left 17 others injured. Ramos also shot and wounded his grandmother before the school attack. The identities of the victims have begun to emerge, including fourth-grade teachers Irma Garcia and Eva Mireles.
The investigation into the shooting is being led by DPS Texas Rangers and the Uvalde Police Department and supported by DPS Highway Patrol and Criminal Investigation, DPS Aircraft and Intelligence, and DPS Crime and Victim Support, according to Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX). He said the Texas Division of Emergency Management, FBI, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Border Patrol, San Antonio Police Department, San Antonio Fire Department, and other local law officials are “also providing resources in support of the investigation.”
Joe Biden, who said he will travel to Texas in the coming days to visit with the families of the victims, urged the country on Tuesday to “stand up to the gun lobby.” The attack is the second deadliest school shooting on record in the United States.

May 26, 2022 at 06:19AM via AP NEWS Onlookers urged police to charge into Texas school
UVALDE, Texas (AP) — Frustrated onlookers urged police officers to charge into the Texas elementary school where a gunman’s rampage killed 19 children and two teachers, witnesses said Wednesday, as investigators worked to track the massacre that lasted upwards of 40 minutes and ended when the 18-year-old shooter was killed by a Border Patrol team.
“Go in there! Go in there!” nearby women shouted at the officers soon after the attack began, said Juan Carranza, 24, who saw the scene from outside his house, across the street from Robb Elementary School in the close-knit town of Uvalde. Carranza said the officers did not go in.
Javier Cazares, whose fourth grade daughter, Jacklyn Cazares, was killed in the attack, said he raced to the school when he heard about the shooting, arriving while police were still gathered outside the building.
Upset that police were not moving in, he raised the idea of charging into the school with several other bystanders.
“Let’s just rush in because the cops aren’t doing anything like they are supposed to,” he said. “More could have been done.”
“They were unprepared,” he added.
Minutes earlier, Carranza had watched as Salvador Ramos crashed his truck into a ditch outside the school, grabbed his AR-15-style semi-automatic rifle and shot at two people outside a nearby funeral home who ran away uninjured.
Officials say he “encountered” a school district security officer outside the school, though there were conflicting reports from authorities on whether the men exchanged gunfire. After running inside, he fired on two arriving Uvalde police officers who were outside the building, said Texas Department of Public Safety spokesperson Travis Considine. The police officers were injured.
After entering the school, Ramos charged into one classroom and began to kill.
He “barricaded himself by locking the door and just started shooting children and teachers that were inside that classroom,” Lt. Christopher Olivarez of the Department of Public Safety told CNN. “It just shows you the complete evil of the shooter.”
All those killed were in the same classroom, he said.
Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw told reporters that 40 minutes to an hour elapsed from when Ramos opened fire on the school security officer to when the tactical team shot him, though a department spokesman said later that they could not give a solid estimate of how long the gunman was in the school or when he was killed.
“The bottom line is law enforcement was there,” McCraw said. “They did engage immediately. They did contain (Ramos) in the classroom.”
Meanwhile, a law enforcement official familiar with the investigation said the Border Patrol agents had trouble breaching the classroom door and had to get a staff member to open the room with a key. The official spoke on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly about the ongoing investigation.
Carranza said the officers should have entered the school sooner.
“There were more of them. There was just one of him,” he said.
Uvalde is a largely Latino town of some 16,000 people about 75 miles (120 kilometers) from the Mexican border. Robb Elementary, which has nearly 600 students in second, third and fourth grades, is a single-story brick structure in a mostly residential neighborhood of modest homes.
Before attacking the school, Ramos shot and wounded his grandmother at the home they shared, authorities said.
Neighbor Gilbert Gallegos, 82, who lives across the street and has known the family for decades, said he was puttering in his yard when he heard the shots.
Ramos ran out the front door and across the small yard to the truck parked in front of the house. He seemed panicked, Gallegos said, and had trouble getting the truck out of park.
Then he raced away: “He spun out, I mean fast,” spraying gravel in the air.
His grandmother emerged covered in blood: “She says, ‘Berto, this is what he did. He shot me.’” She was hospitalized.
Gallegos, whose wife called 911, said he had heard no arguments before or after the shots, and knew of no history of bullying or abuse of Ramos, who he rarely saw.
Investigators also shed no light on Ramos’ motive for the attack, which also left at least 17 people wounded. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said Ramos, a resident of the small town about 85 miles (135 kilometers) west of San Antonio, had no known criminal or mental health history.
“We don’t see a motive or catalyst right now,” said McCraw of the Department of Public Safety.
Ramos legally bought the rifle and a second one like it last week, just after his birthday, authorities said.
About a half-hour before the mass shooting, Ramos sent the first of three online messages warning about his plans, Abbott said.
Ramos wrote that he was going to shoot his grandmother, then that he had shot the woman. In the last note, sent about 15 minutes before he reached Robb Elementary, he said he was going to shoot up an elementary school, according to Abbott. Investigators said Ramos did not specify which school.
Ramos sent the private, one-to-one text messages via Facebook, said company spokesman Andy Stone. It was not clear who received the messages.
Grief engulfed Uvalde as the details emerged.
The dead included Eliahna Garcia, an outgoing 10-year-old who loved to sing, dance and play basketball; a fellow fourth-grader, Xavier Javier Lopez, who had been eagerly awaiting a summer of swimming; and a teacher, Eva Mireles, whose husband is an officer with the school district’s police department.
“You can just tell by their angelic smiles that they were loved,” Uvalde Schools Superintendent Hal Harrell said, fighting back tears as he recalled the children and teachers killed.
The tragedy was the latest in a seemingly unending wave of mass shootings across the U.S. in recent years. Just 10 days earlier, 10 Black people were shot to death in a racist attack at a Buffalo, New York, supermarket.
The attack was the deadliest school shooting in the U.S. since a gunman killed 20 children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut, in December 2012.
Amid calls for tighter restrictions on firearms, the Republican governor repeatedly talked about mental health struggles among Texas young people and argued that tougher gun laws in Chicago, New York and California are ineffective.
Democrat Beto O’Rourke, who is running against Abbott for governor, interrupted Wednesday’s news conference, calling the tragedy “predictable.” Pointing his finger at Abbott, he said: “This is on you until you choose to do something different. This will continue to happen.” O’Rourke was escorted out as some in the room yelled at him. Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin yelled that O’Rourke was a “sick son of a bitch.”
“I just don’t know how people can sell that type of a gun to a kid 18 years old,” Siria Arizmendi, the aunt of victim Eliahna Garcia, said angrily through tears. “What is he going to use it for but for that purpose?”
President Joe Biden said Wednesday that “the Second Amendment is not absolute” as he called for new limitations on guns in the wake of the massacre.
But the prospects for reform of the nation’s gun regulations appeared dim. Repeated attempts over the years to expand background checks and enact other curbs have run into Republican opposition in Congress.
The shooting came days before the National Rifle Association annual convention was set to begin in Houston, with the Texas governor and both of the state’s Republican U.S. senators scheduled to speak.
Dillon Silva, whose nephew was in a classroom, said students were watching the Disney movie “Moana” when they heard several loud pops and a bullet shattered a window. Moments later, their teacher saw the attacker stride past.
“Oh, my God, he has a gun!” the teacher shouted twice, according to Silva. “The teacher didn’t even have time to lock the door,” he said.
The close-knit community, built around a shaded central square, includes many families who have lived there for generations.
Lorena Auguste was substitute teaching at Uvalde High School when she heard about the shooting and began frantically texting her niece, a fourth grader at Robb Elementary. Eventually she found out the girl was OK.
But that night, her niece had a question.
“Why did they do this to us?” the girl asked. “We’re good kids. We didn’t do anything wrong.”
May 26, 2022 at 05:36AM (TB104) ‘Second Amendment Is Not Absolute’: Biden Demands More Gun Control
President Joe Biden called for stricter gun control legislation during his Wednesday address, claiming the Second Amendment allows for limitations on firearm ownership.
The president made the remarks alongside Vice President Kamala Harris in the aftermath of the Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, Texas, which killed 19 children and 2 teachers. He announced his future visit to Texas alongside First Lady Jill Biden.
“As a nation, we must all be there for them. Everyone. And we must ask when in God’s name will we do what needs to be done to if not completely stop, fundamentally change the amount of the carnage that goes on in this country,” Biden said. “I’m sick and tired. I’m just sick and tired of what’s going on and continues to go on.”
He touted his push to pass “common sense gun reforms” while serving as chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee and as vice president, urging for these gun control laws to pass in order to have “a significant impact” on the number of tragedies occurring throughout the country.
“While they clearly will not prevent every tragedy, we know certain ones will have significant impact and have no negative impact on the Second Amendment. The Second Amendment is not absolute. When it was passed you couldn’t own a cannon, you couldn’t own certain kinds of weapons. There’s always been limitations. These actions we’ve taken before, they save lives and they can do it again. The idea that an 18-year-old can walk into a store and buy weapons of war designed and marketed to kill is I think just wrong. It just violates common sense.”
Biden has repeated the false claim that a cannon could not be legally purchased when the Second Amendment was ratified. He made the claim last month when he announced his administration’s new regulation that requires background checks and serial numbers for so-called “ghost guns,” which refer to firearms that are unregulated and untraceable.
He made the same claim during his 2020 presidential campaign in a push to require background checks on all gun sales and impose a ban on assault weapons and large-capacity magazines. The Washington Post gave his claim four Pinocchios, confirming that private citizens owned cannons at the time of the nation’s founding and that there was no federal law restricting the types of guns citizens could own.
He then moved the claim to apply to 20 years after the Revolutionary War, which is incorrect, according to the Washington Post. Article 1, Section 8, Clause 11 of the Constitution grants Congress the power to declare war and “grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal,” meaning that private citizens could be granted special waivers to own warships and obtain cannons during a battle.
May 25, 2022 at 03:37PM Uvalde shooting: Beto O’Rourke confronts Greg Abbott onstage during press conference
Texas gubernatorial candidate Beto O’Rourke interrupted a press conference held by Gov. Greg Abbott, confronting the governor about gun laws in the state following the Uvalde shooting.
The confrontation was brief, and O’Rourke relented after being shouted down by a mayor who sat by Abbott during the briefing. Someone could be heard calling O’Rourke a “sick son of a b****” during the confrontation.
May 25, 2022 at 06:26AM “Unfit for Leadership of this Country – I’m in Shock!” – Tucker Carlson GOES OFF on Joe Biden after His Grotesque, Partisan Speech Following Texas School Shooting (VIDEO)
Joe Biden delivered a hateful, partisan, disgusting statement following the mass shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.
Joe Biden: “Deer aren’t running through the forest with kevlar vest on, for God’s sake… Most Americans support common-sense gun laws… These kind of mass shootings rarely happen anywhere else in the world. These kinds of mass shootings rarely happen… Where in God’s name is our backbone… It’s time to turn the pain into action. It’s time to act… It’s time to let people know who block common-sense gun laws we won’t forget.
Following Joe Biden’s grotesque, partisan speech Tucker Carlson WENT OFF!
Tucker Carlson: “The President of the United States, frail, confused, bitterly partisan, desecrating on the memory of recently murdered children with tired talking points from the Democratic Party. Dividing the country in a moment of deep pain rather than uniting. His voice rising, amplified only as he is repeating the talking points from over 35 years in the United States Senate. Personal politics being the only thing that amplifies him. Unfit for leadership of this country… I’m in shock.”
