Special Guests Nick Searcy & Chris Burgard appeared on the Pete Santilli show on Monday, to talk about their movie and some very relevant footage they had of Ashli Babbitt, who was shot and killed at the US Capitol building on Jan. 6th 2021 by Capitol Police.

The Producers/Director team of the documentary film, Capital Punishment, had a lot to say about what happened on Jan. 6th and about the aftermath- where the US government is setting a narrative that is not even close to true.

Here is part of that discussion between the three:

SEARCY “Question, when you see that Ashley Babbitt footage, when you see that new footage of her telling the police they need reinforcements, trying to stop people from breaking the window when you see that, why do you think the media has never shown you that if the media was all about trying to get the truth out about what happened on January 6th why would you have never know- that Ashley Babbitt was in that room trying to stop the violence- until you saw it on the Pete Santilli show?

Because they are demonizing Ashli Babbitt to try to send a message that everybody who was, there was some sort of crazed violent, you know, Trump supporter, who wants to overthrow democracy and end our country and all this stuff. When it is a Lie, the tagline for our film is everything they told us is a lie.

BURGARD: There he nothing they have told us about that day or about Ashley Babbitt. That is the truth. I mean Pete, we’ve been so conditioned. So conditioned in this, this conditioning is- just think of how surreal would sound to see Chris Wallace and Anderson Cooper getting up and saying= breaking news, new footage exonerates the president and shows that Ashley Babbitt died a hero, not a terrorist and then let’s go to all our experts.

I mean, it almost sounds like Black helicopter conspiracy thing, that you would even see these guys talking about the truth. That’s how far we’ve been moved away from facts and reality. That’s what the news is supposed to do.”

Pete Santilli and his weekly quests, Lance Migliaccio and George Balloutine from The Big Mig podcast talked about a bunch of relevant topics on Monday and included awesome footage of Santilli in August chasing down a Fake News CNN crew- and reading them the riot act over their election coverage and fake news coverage of Roger Stone.

Migliaccio , Balloutine and Santilli talked about the use of Bio-Weapons on Americans and the soviet show trials of the lapdog media against political icon- Roger Stone- and a whole bunch of other topics that will invigorate listeners who are sick and tired of the corporate nonsense on the mainstream media platforms.

Independent journalism is way better- and these three guys had some fun talking about how lame the left really is.

They infected Black and Hispanic babies- OH! The Expendable ones, right? Yeah, that’s what they believe. 1995 biological agents evidence surfaced that the biological agents used during the Gulf War had been manufactured. We are told they are doing this for the development of the immune system, ravaging viruses for germ warfare. These are facts. These are documented stories.”

SANTILLI: (About chasing down CNN camera crew) Talk about how we need them to be involved in unfortunate legal experiences, that is what is gonna finally get them to pay the price for going after people like Roger Stone- time and time again- with fake news.

MIG: “Roger Stone deserves a big fat check because of the propaganda the pumped out for clicks; I want to say to Roger, If you’re watching us, we can’t wait to join you in celebration when you finally beat these fake news guys. 

 SANTILLI: I need to start sucking up to Roger Stone because he’s gonna be filthy rich, and I’m going to have to give him my PayPal account.”

Detroit Clerk Janice Winfrey says her office has decided to stop using a Michigan-based election software vendor that’s facing a high-profile data breach allegation involving poll worker information.

On Tuesday, Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón announced the arrest of Eugene Yu, founder and CEO of Okemos-based Konnech Corporation. According to court documents, Yu faced a warrant out of California for “embezzlement of public funds.”

“The DeKalb County elections board has chosen not to end its relationship with Konnech, a software company whose founder was recently arrested on accusations he stole the personal data of California poll workers.

But the contract will be amended — and, moving forward, the county will house any personal information collected from local poll workers on the servers it controls.

Chairwoman Dele Lowman Smith said the decision would allow DeKalb to ensure data was stored securely while continuing efforts to “improve our service to poll workers and improve our efficiency.”

The vote, split 3-2 along party lines, was contentious,” Tyler Estep wrote for the Atlanta-Journal Constitution adding:

“That gives me a lot of heartburn,” said Jester, a former county commissioner and the board’s vice chair.

The leader of the DeKalb GOP, at least two local poll workers and Stephen Binney, a regular observer of DeKalb County politics, also spoke against continuing the contract.

“I think you need to wash your hands,” Binney said, “and get out of this situation as quickly as possible.”

DeKalb finalized its licensing agreement for Konnech’s PollChief software only last month, signing a one-year, $76,000 contract. The software helps elections staff manage scheduling and training for poll workers and is not connected to any voting equipment, nor does it have access to voter information.

Last week, Konnech founder and president Eugene Yu was detained near his firm’s Michigan headquarters. Authorities there were acting on behalf of Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón.

The California prosecutor later said that, under its contract with LA County, Konnech was “supposed to securely maintain” personal information of local poll workers and ensure that “only United States citizens and permanent residents have access to it.”

Investigators allegedly found that some information was instead being stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.

Few other details have been released.

But Yu’s arrest — which Konnech has decried, describing it as a “wrongful detention” — came after months of targeting by election deniers and conspiracy theorists like the group known as True the Vote. That group has suggested that Yu, who was born in China, has secret ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

It has also claimed to have hacked Konnech’s systems and accessed the data of 2 million poll workers.

Konnech’s website previously boasted of having two dozen clients in North America but, according to media reports, that figure has dwindled since Yu’s arrest.

The city of Detroit and Fairfax County, Virginia, have cancelled their contracts with Konnech. Officials with the city of Minneapolis released a statement Friday saying they were “looking into the impact, if any,” on poll workers there.

DeKalb officials have said they were in the early stages of implementing the PollChief software and only publicly available information like the names, phone numbers and addresses of poll workers had been entered into the system.

Lowman Smith, the elections board chair, said the decision to move any such information to county-managed servers “would eliminate the concern of the data being placed somewhere where we are not in control.”

“There was not a [management] system in the past, there was not a system to default to,” Lowman Smith said. “It was manual and extremely time consuming. And it was not timely.”

Democratic board member Susan Motter said she voted to continue on with the software because “allegations are just that.” Motter, whose mother was a naturalized American citizen from Japan, also grew emotional as she talked about the whiff of anti-Asian sentiment surrounding Konnech and its founder.

She said someone recently told her to “go back where you come from” while she was running an errand.

“I have been seriously concerned with the subtext that has come with all of the discussion around this contract,” she said.

Early voting for November’s mid-term elections begins Oct. 17. DeKalb will employ between 1,700 and 1,800 poll workers during the election, officials said.

If the government’s narrative about Trump supporters on Jan. 6th falls apart- then what happens to the rest of their narrative about who we are and what we represent?

Just think about this- the idea that we are all some sort of terrorists may actually fall apart.

The midterm elections are less than one month away , and some people will be heading to the polls in days in states that have early voting. Elections predictors all point to people getting to the polls in outrage after watching their bank accounts getting smaller and smaller- due to out of control escalations in the price of household goods. It could be that simple.

For Americans who are sick of hearing the excuses about why we have to suffer with the rest of the world- over the elite’s poor choices- voting Democrats out of office is a good idea.

Even while a small percentage of eligible voters typicially vote in midterm elections, this year the average American has seen prices increases and shortages at every level of every day life and that is going to impact the elections for 2022- experts say.

According to Forbes Magazine:

“When New York poet laureate Willie Perdomo wrote “Where A Nickel Cost A Dime”, he may have been onto something. Food-at-home prices increased 13.1% since July 2021, the biggest jump since March 1979. Data from Numerator showed a 15.4% YOY increase in grocery prices and data from IRI revealed a 14.4% jump, with producer costs soaring double digits in eggs, flour, butter, crackers, bread, milk, and chicken.”

And the cost of gas is back on the rise, with reports show that the average price has risen 16 consecutive days and 29 of the past 30, increasing $1.17, including 6.2 cents Saturday and 15.7 cents on Thursday, the largest daily increase since July 11, 2015, according to figures from the AAA and the Oil Price Information Service.

Household prices is what people understand the most, and they know something is not right with the Democrats Tax and Spend policies- no matter what the elite lapdog media tell them is the reason for their empty bank accounts.

Elites, radical progressives- who have pushed us into a Green Energy hell- like Janet Yellen, the 78th United States secretary of the treasury for Joe Biden- try to push the cause for our misery onto something other than her boss.

WE ARE GOING TO BE COLD THIS WINTER

USA Today reported on some of her recent comments:

“Many people, including Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, warn of possible price spikes that could send shivers through Americans this winter when they see their heating bills or pump gasoline. 

“This winter, the European Union will cease, for the most part, buying Russian oil, and in addition, they will ban the provision of services that enable Russia to ship oil by tanker,” Yellen said in a CNN interview on Sunday. “It is possible that could cause a spike in oil prices.” 

But there are other factors, too, that could make this winter more expensive. President Joe Biden’s 1-million-barrels-a-day oil release from the country’s emergency reserves is set to end in October, Europe’s energy crisis is expected to hit hardest during the cold winter months, and the largest oil-producing countries could cut production, other analysts noted.

Johnathon Turley has an excellent article about the dastardly tactics of the Democrats to use fake news media to get links and clicks for political smears, pushing fake news to discredit their political opponents. The website is often cited by TV propagandists as ‘news’, when there is nothing more to the garbage on their site- than personal attacks and fake news.

Recenly Media Matters was the focus on a weird personal attack on Matt Walsh over his comments that they tried to pretend were offensive in someway- just to discredit his broadcasts.

Turley quotes and cites Axios- and together they deconstruct radical far-left ‘Media Matters” run by Usurper David Brock. Brock, a far-left progressive communist, loves to use his propaganda platforms to slam Conservatives and supporters of President Donald J. Trump.

Here is what Turley had to say about him and his PR machine for the Dems- Media Matters:

“According to Axios, Democrat operatives are allegedly facilitating news sites to push campaigns in close states during the midterm elections. The article discusses 51 sites with names such as the Milwaukee Metro Times, the Mecklenburg Herald, and the Tri-City Record. These sites are reportedly being supported by the American Independent (TAI), which was “launched by Democratic operative and fundraiser David Brock — also known for founding the left-leaning media watchdog Media Matters for America.”

Axios refers to the array of sites as the “Democrats’ swing-state local news ploy.” The sites present “ostensible local media outlets churning out Democrat-aligned news content.”

David Brock has long been someone known as an extreme figure in politics and was closely associated with Hillary Clinton’s campaigns. Brock, however, has always given figures like Clinton deniability in direct responsibility for his actions.

TAI and related groups appear to have been established to create the usual layers of obscurity.

Some of these sites are reportedly managed by Local Report, Inc., which appears linked to TAI.

American Independent bills itself as:

“the No. 1 digital platform for progressive news, reaching millions of people each month. We strive to report with honesty and integrity and shine a light on those in power who obstruct progress.”

The president of TAI is Matt Fuehrmeyer who formerly worked as a senior aide with the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee and the late Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. TAI Vice President and Executive Editor is Jessica McCreight who reportedly is a former Obama communications staff member.

Despite promising to “shine light” on media coverage, Axios reported that TAI was less than forthcoming when confronted on these alleged faux media sites: “McCreight, TAI’s executive editor, described its relationship with Local Report Inc. as a “co-publishing agreement” but would not say whether her organization has editorial control over the sites’ content.”

What is interesting is the report that Democrats have been using sites like CourierNewsroom.com to flood social media with “stories” supporting Democrats — at a time when Democrats were denouncing disinformation and calling for bans on these sties. That site is funded by Acronym, a Democrat-aligned nonprofit, which in turn is reportedly funded by “dark money” accounts.

For its part, Media Matters was again in the news this week in opposing the restoration of free speech protections on social media sites like Twitter. President Angelo Carusone denounced a possible Elon Musk takeover as potentially disastrous. He warned that Musk “wants to put in place and the way that he wants to use the platform, as a way to balance out those other social networks.” Balancing other social networks? Perish the thought.

This is, however, the quote that most stood out:

“He likened the potential Musk acquisition of Twitter to when Fox News launched more than two decades ago, offering an alternative to balance what its founders viewed as a media landscape that catered to liberals. “That’s what Fox became — and it had a profound distorting effect on the news media, on our society. And if you look at what Musk says about social media, we are in the same moment, just updated 30 years late.”

The fear that Twitter could become a new Fox is telling. Fox remains the most popular cable news network; it not only often doubles the viewership of its rivals, but more Democrats watch Fox than CNN.

The comment is the latest example of panic on the left over the potential loss of control over speech on social media. The reference to Fox highlights the obvious problem with using corporate censorship if there is any alternative to censored or biased sites. Previously, Democratic Reps.  Anna Eshoo and Jerry McNerney of California wrote a letter to cable carriers like AT&T to ask why they are still allowing people to watch FOX News. It did not work.  Whatever the desire to ban Fox, the cable carriers know that they cannot block the most popular news source on cable.

The fear is that Twitter could not just flourish in offering a site with free speech protections but undermine the extensive system of corporate censorship established over the last ten years. They have reason to be worried. Despite a bizarre campaign by Facebook to get people to embrace censorship, most users clearly want a type of common carrier on social media without corporate censors. If a major social media were to return to such free speech protections, it could indeed become the dominant social media company…and that would be a good thing.”

The candle of liberty has always been kept lit by a few vigilant, and Pete Santilli is one of those unique individuals who sees a way he can make an impact to extend liberty- and he acts. Monday’s Pete Santilli show was broadcast from the Cincinnati, Ohio, FBI field office for Frank Speech, and the story of how he ended up there is likely a story that will resonate with many Americans- he was frustrated and tired of being ignored and having his concerns marginalized.

“I am hand delivering a letter to the FBI today, one that states details of my annuncement that I am an FBI informant and I am informing them of crimes, and I told them the timeline of how I got there. Mostly today’s shows from the FBI field office was a result of being ignored- I gave the FBI information and they said someone would contact me, no one has contacted me. The agency has a siege mentality, they spy on on and surveil us but they don’t interact with us or take our concerns seriously anymore- even if they did shoot me, they can’t make America go away. The FBI aren not listening they have failed to respond and so here I am,” Santilli said.

“It started when I saw the movie by Nick Search and Dennis Bugard called Capitol Punishment. I was so upset I couldn’t finish the movie. It was heartbraking, “Santilli said.

“Then I saw this billboard. So I called the number, but all I got was the runaround. They didn’t care. I recorded the calls, so everyone could hear,” he said.

In this call, Santill called about the tips he wanted the FBI to have.

“I just watched a movie called Capitol Punishment, and I have tips,” he said “And I saw a billboard and wanted to report that you guys are disgusting.”

MONDAY OCTOBER 3, 2022

Leading stories on this day were the American political prisoners, who are being held in Gulag-like conditions who requested a transfer in a shocking handwritten letter. And Santill was already concerned about a number of other issues.

Santilli called The Capitol Police and had a similar message:

“I saw a billboard that said you wanted tips. You guys are disgusting and I wanted you to know that,” Santilli said.

“I am watching the movie Capitol Punishment and I think you guys are Communists, I am a US Marine…” he told the agent who answered the phone.

Tuesday Night – October 4, 2022 Pete watched Bobulinski’s interview with Tucker.

National Review described the interview, saying: “Tuesday night, Tucker Carlson interviewed erstwhile Hunter Biden business partner Tony Bobulinski again (the first interview took place just before the 2020 presidential election). The interview lasted a full hour, yielding information indicating an astonishingly compromised president and a dangerously corrupt FBI.”

And the outlet went on to report: “The evidence is that we’re living in an age of deep, dangerous, and pervasive corruption, and most of our institutions are either silent, indifferent, or complicit. This cannot end well.”

Santilli called the FBI again to announce that he is an FBI informant and had information about the FBI covering up crimes, as alleged by Tony Bobulinski.

“My purpose on Monday at the field office is that I am telling you what I am going to do, showing you what I am going to do, and then I am doing what I said. What I am doing is right out in the open, all anyone needs to do is call me back,” Santilli said.

“They are cutting off communications with Americans because they can just listen in on us with their spying- so they don’t need human interaction.

The second phase- of a three-step process- is a huge integrity method- I am trying to build relations with them., This is a great opp for them to come to the podium.

They don’t need to associate with me- I want them to talk to the American people and say that this error the American people are in need and we need to investigate this – Bobulinksi told them- and the American people have told them and they are ignoring us- then people want to know why they have a bad rep,” Santilli said.

The Democrats can not even get their ‘tried and true’ voter base to support their disastrous policies anymore and now the panic is starting to settle in as the one demographic they believed they had a tight grip on is running away.

A huge demographic shift has happened because of President Donald J. Trump and his America First agenda- and that is with the Hispanic American voter. The Lapdog media can no longer lie about them and what they want- because they are finding the power of their own voices.

According to recent political reports and polling- the Democrats have lost voters who identify as Hispanic/Latino- and likely it is because Democrats are godless, welfare-pushing, ego maniacs who do not respect the values of the majority of that group of Americans.

We were told for decades by the looney Democrats that Hispanics wanted lots of amnesty, welfare and open borders and what we are finding out from people who have talked to the actual Hispanic voters- that those things are – of course- lies from the Democrats.

Watch as two candidates for US House – both from states with large Hispanic populations- Texas and Florida, who break it down for Newsmax:

“As the Democrats push their position on creating a path for citizenship, For these illegal migrants, how is that sitting with Hispanic voters?” Newsmax host asked.

“And I would you say is the same in Florida. Obviously, your Governor has made this a big issue seen in busing. Migrants around the country to these things. You worry about cities, is that driving Hispanics to the polls though. You know what’s driving is finished. The polls is the economy and especially with Florida. You know, we have a massive cuban-American demographic. We also have a large demographic of Venezuelans either both demographics of people that have experienced socials and went on. 

Firsthand. And so they see what’s happening in our own government among the progressives on the left and they are generally in fear for the future of our nation. So, we are embracing those voters with open arms. I can tell you, you know, every time I do, I reach every time I go to the falls and I talked about her, Rebel, One issues, the economy. And we are going to continue to remind voters of that, not just locally, but nationally, especially being that Hispanic Americans are. Largely also impart, you know, large larger part business owners, regardless of what Nancy, Pelosi might think,” a candidate from Florida answered.

“Hispanics rejecting Democratic Party for GOP over concerns about economy, crime and family values

Fox News Digital spoke with a number of Republicans and Democrats about GOP gains with Latinos

Here is the polling:

Hispanic voters across the country appear to be rejecting the Democratic Party for the Republican Party, and many leaders view the shift as a sign of Latino communities’ growing concern for the economy, rising crime and traditional conservative values.

According to a NBC News/Telemundo poll released earlier this week, a shrinking majority of Latino registered voters — 54% — said they preferred Democrats keep control of Congress as a result of the upcoming November midterm elections, down five percentage points since October 2020 and down 13 points since November 2018.

Included in the poll was one statistic that showed Hispanics who identify as conservative favoring Democrats by nine percentage points in 2012, but favoring Republicans by a massive 56% in 2022. The poll also noted that the economy and cost of living were among the top issues for Hispanic voters. Crime was not one of the top issues identified in the poll, but has been a major concern in other surveys.
