[VIDEO] Working Class Everywhere Have Had It! Watch Man Drag Leftists Out Of The Street So Motorists Can Pass

Citizen Journalists are the new media; the lapdog media has betrayed the free people of the world long enough and coddled the Marxist left who appear in every Western country to disrupt our civil life. Protestors have caused us pain in the United States and in Great Britain.

In the UK there are people using the same divisive tactics as they use in the US, and one UK man is caught on video – saying, “enough!”

One of the nasty tactics the Marxist left has is disrupting the flow of traffic-where they actually have caused death and mayhem by laying in the street or fighting with motorists, or causing obstructions for emergency vehicles, causing panic for law-abiding people.

Numerous states in the US have passed laws that motorists can proceed through human blockades, while other states protest the nasty leftists.

In this recent UK Marxist episode caught on video, one UK man solved the problem a different way- he dragged nasty leftist obstacles from the street so cars could pass by- and get back to work.

And it is about time. The people everywhere are revolting against their wanna-be Marxist overlords-Check it out.

Populists-working class folks are pushing back all over the world.

“Yesterday, a group of Just Stop Oil supporters remained resolutely nonviolent when confronted by the understandably frustrated members of the public. One supporter required emergency medical treatment due to having been removed from the road by a member of the public,” one leftist Twitter poster wrote.

Just Stop Oil was pouting over their loss of power:

We say fight the tyrants who keep free people from getting to work. Enough of the disruptions. Elections are coming. We know who the problem is- vote all leftists out of power.

  • HUGE! Monday Show! First Significant Release Of Ashli Babbitt Footage Will Shock Audience, Makers Of Capitol Punishment Blow Lid Off Jan6 Committee Narrative

HUGE! Monday Show! First Significant Release Of Ashli Babbitt Footage Will Shock Audience, Makers Of Capitol Punishment Blow Lid Off Jan6 Committee Narrative

The makers of the movie Capitol Punishment Nick Searcy and Director Christopher Burgard, will appear on the Pete Santilli show Monday evening in what promises to be a compelling interview.

Mostly it will make audiences want to seize justice for US Veteran Ashli Babbitt, an American hero.

Armed with new information and evidence, the two guests will provide Santilli details about the death of Ashli Babbitt that is certain to leave people stunned at the amount of disinformation they have been fed regarding what happened on January 6th, 2021.

The American people have been lied to and lied about.

“If the American people knew before what we show in this movie, there would never have been a Jan. 6th Committee in the US House- in the first place, ” Burgard said, setting up the explosive interview.

But the movie is not all he wants to talk about.

He also wants to talk about the scandalous actions by law enforcement against Ashli Babbit, which happened just moments before she was shot to death. Those moments caught on film and ignored until now will be dragged out of the video vault- and put under intense scrutiny on the Pete Santilli show on Monday.

The uncovered footage and the movie will terrorize Americans over what Constutitioanl rights we have lost in the last few years. And how Ashli Babbit died.

“The footage we will bring is the first significant release of details about that bombshell scene at the Capiltol- and it is one that destroys the government’s Ashli Babbitt narrative,” Burgard told Santilli, adding his enthusiasm about Monday’s interview:

“I am excited that we have a national broadcast, like The Pete Santilli show, who are passionate about getting to the truth, so I am really looking forward to being with Santilli’s audiences. I am excited about clearing Ashli Babbitt’s name because she was a hero, and the government has treated her like a traitor. Nick and I want to restore Ashli Babbitt’s legacy.”

Watching the movie Capitol Punishment, which explores the roles of law enforcement on that day, will awaken more people. And seeing the promised extraordinary footage of Ashli Babbitt- will leave Americans ready to demand their liberty back in her honor.

“People are going to want a change in the way law enforcement is handling the public after seeing Monday’s show,” Santilli said, adding:

“It is a tragedy that people didn’t know this before, but they will see it now, and they will want to join us,” anticipating what the truth bomb will mean to his audience.

Searcy and Burgard will talk about their movie, and Santilli will explain how the film was inspirational to him personally and helped him shape his own current activism with his local FBI.

“We are not asking the FBI to be political or take a knee as we saw the FBI do in the movie. We are asking them to partner with us,” Bugrad told Santilli. “We just want them to tell the truth and serve the American people.”

“We just want them to do their job, right?,” Burgard told Santilli.

“Right,” Santilli agreed, ” we want them to be the premier law enforcement in the country – we want them to join us and lay their badges and guns down and get to the truth.”

“The movie is so powerful it changed me, and I wanted my audiences to be changed in those same ways. So we have big plans here on The Pete Santilli show for what we learned from this movie and from these two film makers. So this starts our involvement together- to get to the truth about January 6th for the good of all Americans,” Santilli said, explaining why he wanted these two on his show.

Capitol Punishment- the movie will leave the viewer with many questions. Especially about what happened to US Veteran Ashli Babbit, who was shot and killed. The newly highlighted bombastic footage they will bring will answer some things- and enrage people. And it will raise questions- like why did Ashli Babbitt die? Why are the American people being treated like terrorists?

The movie shows interviews of influencers and grassroots activists who went to the US Capitol on Jan.6th, 2021, to support President Donald J. Trump. The participants were people who advocate for American freedom and liberty. Some estimates were that there were 3 Million people in Washington DC that day to safeguard their liberty.

Searcy was there, and he is an avid defender of American liberty, as seen on how Twitter account:

The movie, witty at times, is quite serious and will leave viewers feeling very sober about the amount of criminal authority our government used to punish participants of the rally.

In the movie are national names like Couy Griffen, who spent 3 weeks in jail, to regular Americans, like a man who was hit in his chest with a flash bang, to families with young children- who were raided by the FBI.

Viewers will see and hear many different kinds of Americans explain in brutal detail about how the American people have been punished for their involvement in political activism- the likes we have never seen before as a country.

But that is not even the worst part- the worst part of what the two filmmakers will show Santilli audiences Monday evening is what is entirely shocking, Ashli Babbitt didn’t need to die that day.

No one needed to die that day, and no one needed to be punished by an out-of-control FBI or Capitol Police department.

But that is what happened. So now the question is- what are people going to do once they figure all of that out?

Tune in to Monday to the Pete Santilli show:

  • President Biden signs executive order aimed at legal reboot of EU-US data flows

President Biden signs executive order aimed at legal reboot of EU-US data flows

October 8, 2022 at 09:36AM President Biden signs executive order aimed at legal reboot of EU-US data flows

U.S. president Joe Biden has signed an executive order attached to reupping a flagship data transfer agreement with the European Union — with the goal of making life easier for businesses that need to export EU user-data to the U.S. for processing.

The White House announced the development in a statement today — saying that the “Executive Order on Enhancing Safeguards for United States Signals Intelligence Activities” would “direct the steps” that the U.S. will take to implement its commitments under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), as the new arrangement is being called.

The new framework is intended to replace the defunct EU-U.S. Privacy Shield (which was invalidated by the bloc’s top court back in July 2020); and its much longer-lived predecessor, Safe Harbor (struck down by the CJEU in October 2015, following the 2013 disclosures of U.S. government surveillance programs by NSA whistleblower, Edward Snowden).

So this is yet another (third time lucky?) attempt to bridge the gap between two very different legal frameworks in order to ensure that EU users’ personal data can keep flowing over the pond.

Thousands of businesses, large and small, had relied upon earlier EU-U.S. data transfer deals to authorize their data exports — greasing the pipes of what the White House refers to as a $7.1TR EU-U.S. “economic relationship”.

But for the last two years there’s essentially been no risk-free legal route. And there still isn’t.

Although the EU responded to Biden signing the EO by saying it will now move to draft an adequacy decision and initiate the adoption process.

    ‘Safeguards for signals intelligence’

The White House press release said president Biden’s executive order beefs up safeguards around U.S. “signals intelligence” (aka digital surveillance conducted by spy agencies) by “requiring that such activities be conducted only in pursuit of defined national security objectives”; by “tak[ing] into consideration the privacy and civil liberties of all persons, regardless of nationality or country of residence; and by being “conducted only when necessary to advance a validated intelligence priority and only to the extent and in a manner proportionate to that priority”.

The EO also mandates “handling requirements” for personal data picked up via signals intelligence and beefs up enforcement around non-compliance. Elements of the US Intelligence Community will also be required to update their policies and procedures to reflect the “new privacy and civil liberties safeguards contained in the E.O.”, per the press release.

Another change is the creation of “a multi-layer” redress mechanism for EU individuals in the EU to obtain “independent and binding review and redress” on claims that their personal data was gathered in violation of applicable U.S. law.

This consists of — in the first layer — a Civil Liberties Protection Officer (CLPO) in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence who will conduct a preliminary investigation “of qualifying complaints received ” to decide whether there has been a violation and, if so, determine appropriate next steps.

“The E.O. builds up the existing statutory CLPO functions by establishing that the CLPO’s decision will be binding on the Intelligence Community, subject to the second layer of review, and provides protections to ensure the independence of the CLPO’s investigations and determinations,” the White House writes.

The second layer entails the EO authorizing and directing the Attorney General to establish a Data Protection Review Court (DPRC) to “provide independent and binding review of the CLPO’s decisions, upon an application from the individual or an element of the Intelligence Community”.

Much will hinge on whether this body will be properly judged ‘court enough’ — under EU law — and therefore competent to uphold and defend EU citizens’ rights or not.

“Judges on the DPRC will be appointed from outside the US Government, have relevant experience in the fields of data privacy and national security, review cases independently, and enjoy protections against removal,” the White House writes. “Decisions of the DPRC regarding whether there was a violation of applicable US law and, if so, what remediation is to be implemented will be binding.

“To further enhance the DPRC’s review, the EO.provides for the DPRC to select a special advocate in each case who will advocate regarding the complainant’s interest in the matter and ensure that the DPRC is well-informed of the issues and the law with regard to the matter. The Attorney General today issued accompanying regulations on the establishment of the DPRC.”

The EO also calls on the (existing) U.S. Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board to review the polices and procedures of U.S. spy agencies to ensure consistency with what the order calls for; and conduct an annual review of the redress process, including to check whether intelligence agencies have fully complied with determinations made by the CLPO and the DPRC.

“These steps will provide the European Commission with a basis to adopt a new adequacy determination, which will restore an important, accessible, and affordable data transfer mechanism under EU law. It will also provide greater legal certainty for companies using Standard Contractual Clauses and Binding Corporate Rules to transfer EU personal data to the United States,” the White House suggests.

Responding to the EO being signed, the Commission said it contains “significant improvements” vs Privacy Shield’s mechanisms.

“At that time, individuals could turn to an Ombudsperson, which was part of the US State Department and did not have similar investigatory or binding decision-making powers,” it noted in a press release.

“The objective of the Commission in these negotiations has been to address the concerns raised by the Court of Justice of the EU in the Schrems II judgment and provide a durable and reliable legal basis for transatlantic data flows. This is reflected in the safeguards included in the Executive Order, regarding both the substantive limitation on US national security authorities’ access to data (necessity and proportionality) and the establishment of the new redress mechanism,” it added.

Political agreement on a new EU-U.S. data transfers deal was announced with much high level fanfare, back in March.

EU commissioners had initially suggested the process might be finalized by the end of this year. However things appears to have moved at a  slower pace than originally anticipated — so it now looks unlikely that all the necessary steps will be completed in time for the framework to be adopted before 2023.

    EU review before adoption

With Biden’s ink dry on the EO, the baton now passes back to the EU to consider whether the framework passes muster.

A number of EU institutions will be involved in reviewing the framework, including the European Data Protection Board and representatives of Member States (and the European Parliament), although the final decision is the Commission’s alone.

And the EU’s executive can — and often does — override concerns raised during the review process (hence two strikedowns already despite plenty of objections raised to Privacy Shield prior to its adoption, in the most recent example… ).

The EU’s executive and the U.S. administration will both be keen for the new framework to stick and — ideally — prove robust enough to see off any legal challenges. But even if it only sticks in the short term (a few years) the prevailing view may be that is ‘fix’ enough — as it allows for ‘business as usual’ for cross-border data flows, getting both sides out of an immediate bind on the legality of trade-related data flows.

Tech giants, including Facebook and Google, will also be crossing their pinkies that the DPF sticks — and quickly — as both have been facing disruption to their businesses and ability to serve customers in the region.

Facebook narrowly avoided a looming shutdown of its EU-U.S. data flows this summer — after objections were raised to a draft regulatory decision ordering them to be suspended, adding months more to the process (and potentially enough time for it to avoid a shutdown altogether if the EU adopts the DPF). So it’s now a race to see what lands first: The DPF or an order to Facebook to shut off EU-to-U.S. data flows.

Google has also faced disruption to its customers, following scores of complaints targeting users of Google Analytics which led, in recent months, to a number of EU DPAs to warn against use of the tool in its standard configuration — saying such use breaches the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation and supplementary measures would need to be applied to raise the standard of data protection to the required level.

Thousands of smaller businesses also need legal certainty around their cross-border data flows, of course. And tech industry associations of all stripes were quick to welcome the signing of the EO — and urge EU adoption swiftly.

A statement by one industry group — calling itself the Reform Government Surveillance coalition (whose members include Amazon, Apple, Dropbox, Evernote, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Snap Inc., Twitter, Yahoo (TC’s parent), and Zoom) — welcomed the signing of the EO and what they dubbed its “robust new privacy protections”. However despite sporting a name with such a reforming-zeal vibe to it, the industry lobby group did not call for more root-and-branch changes to U.S. surveillance practices — instead offering the flattering line that: “We recognize and appreciate the effort of the US Government in finalizing its implementation of the Framework.”

Other responses to the EO’s signing were less fulsomely welcoming.

BEUC, the European Consumer Organization, warned in a statement that there are still “fundamental differences in the level of privacy and data protection in the US and the EU which remain too large to make up for, despite the additional safeguards the US side is proposing to build in” — and urged data protection authorities to “scrutinise any new data transfer agreement with rigour”. “Nobody wants more legal uncertainty,” it added. “We need a long-lasting solution to make sure consumers can trust that their data is safe wherever it goes.”

While Max Schrems, the lawyer and European privacy campaigner whose earlier legal challenges brought down Privacy Shield and Safe Harbor, warned that the agreement looks like a fudge — suggesting, for example, that both sides have agreed to use some of the same words but have not agreed on what the terms mean, and arguing it would therefore likely come unstuck under legal scrutiny.

“The EU and the US now agree on use of the word ‘proportionate’ but seem to disagree on the meaning of it. In the end, the CJEU’s definition will prevail — likely killing any EU decision again. The European Commission is again turning a blind eye on US law, to allow continued spying on Europeans,” he said in a reaction statement, adding: “We will analyze this package in detail, which will take a couple of days. At first sight it seems that the core issues were not solved and it will be back to the CJEU sooner or later.”

Schrems also pointed to the redress body the EO establishes not being a real court — which he said could also be a problem.

“We have to study the proposal in detail but at first glance, it is clear that this ‘court’ is simply not a court. The Charter has a clear requirement for ‘judicial redress’ — just renaming some complaints body a ‘court’ does not make it an actual court,” he said. “The details of the procedure will also be relevant to see if this can satisfy EU law.”

“It is amazing that the EU and the US actually agree that wiretapping needs probable cause and judicial approval. However, the US takes the view that foreigners don’t have privacy rights,” Schrems added. “I doubt that the US has a future as the cloud provider of the world, if non-US persons have no rights under their laws. It is contradictory to me that the European Commission is working on a deal that accepts that Europeans are ‘second class’ citizens and don’t deserve the same privacy rights as US citizens.”

When/if the DPF is adopted by the Commission — most likely next year — legal challenges remain highly likely since the fundamental clash between U.S. national-security-focused surveillance law and EU fundamental privacy rights still hasn’t gone anywhere.

Legal experts will certainly be poring over the EO in detail once they get their hands on the text.

“From the FactSheet: It is a solid improvement compared to 2016. But I want to also see the EO [text],” Dr. Gabriela Zanfir-Fortuna, VP for global privacy at the Washington-based thinktank, the Future of Privacy Forum, told TechCrunch — offering a snap first response.

She also pointed to a line in the White House release — in which the U.S. talks about “qualifying states” which it says will be “designated under the EO”, meaning that the US will itself decide — positing that it might be “looking at some form of reciprocity of sorts” in the national security area.

Edward Machin, a senior lawyer in Ropes & Gray’s data, privacy & cybersecurity practice, also told TechCrunch: “We’re getting closer to European standards than under previous frameworks, although concerns remain about the long-term viability of an Executive Order. The proportionality and retention requirements look tighter and the older redress mechanism is improved. But it is enough? No one knows right now.”

Should a fresh cycle of data transfer litigation kick off, it will of course keep European privacy campaigners and data protection lawyers busy for years to come.

They remain busy enough now, though, as the question of where (and how) EU users’ data is stored remains a worry for businesses exporting it to third countries like the U.S. that lack EU adequacy — with a real prospect of regulatory enforcement in the meanwhile.

Further rounds of regulatory whack-a-mole would also be inevitable if this ‘third time lucky’ framework topples, restarting the data transfer complaint cycle once again. So we can all probably expect to be back in a fresh legal limbo soon enough.

BREAKING! – The Protective Order Has Been Lifted From Dennis Montgomery in Nevada

What an explosive week for The Pete Santilli show! After a full week of exposing the complex covers ups by the FBI upon the 2020 US Elections, Pete Santilli was already planning on protesting at the FBI field office if the agency did not commit to investigating the claims made on Monday’sTucker Carlson’s show-when Carlson’s guest- Tony Bobulinski- exposed a massive FBI cover-up.

This is how it started, which ignited Santilli into action:

The story of Santilli’s planned FBI protest in response to that FBI coverup that Bobulinski talked about on Carlson’s show is HERE.

    BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE

Then this story in Friday night;s show: “The Big Mig” Lance Migliaccio talks with Pete Santilli as breaking news is released that the Protective Order on Dennis Montgomery was lifted in Nevada.”

Santilli and Big Mig, were front and center for another massive story that involved Mike Lindell and the mysterious data he has wanted to show the nation since Jan. 2021.

“Oh my goodness, the protective order has been lifted in Nevada,” Santill told Mig, just as he was getting word about Lindell’s big news.

“Wow. Wow. That is really, really, really good!. That is bomb; that’s a MOAB right there. I don’t know if you understand, or if anyone else understands but that is so huge,” Mig said.

I’m going to mark this day- right here on October 7th of 2022 will change everything. This is ruled by a judge. I need to check the docket. I need to pull it from the docket, but it has been confirmed by Mike Lindell and Mark Fincham now. This is happening,” Santill said.

You have to check out this segment from Friday’s show for the full impact:

For more background on the story of the gag order that was lifted:

  • Look At The SIGNALS! Is Joe Biden Planning On Spying On Americans After Removing Our Rights? Creepy Executive Order Leaves People Wondering

Look At The SIGNALS! Is Joe Biden Planning On Spying On Americans After Removing Our Rights? Creepy Executive Order Leaves People Wondering

Late on Friday night Democrat Joe Biden released an Executive Order that is leaving many people wondering about his motivation.

Of course, the uni party and the lapdog media are saying that the reason for this drastic measure is for some ‘important reason’.. like protecting data transfers-but why does it feel like that may be a cover?

Biden’s political opponents, like those who support President Donald J. Trump, have been taking a battering the last few months from Biden’s violent rhetoric and speeches against us and our preferences for America First policy over his pro-CCP policies.

And now Biden has done something that is likely to leave American voters frightened for their privacy and perhaps even their safety.

What was uncovered on Twitter about Biden rescinding the rights of Americans- is going to scare the heck out of a lot of people.

Knowing about the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt at the US Capitol, the brazen attacks on average Americans on Jan. 6th 2021, the conditions under which the political prisoners and supporters of President Donald J. Trump have been held for almost 2 years, AND after watching Biden escalate the politicization of the FBI and the DOJ against his opponents, this latest move seems frightening- especially ahead of the November mid-terms which are anticipated to be a massive rebuke against Biden and the Democrats- for all of these actions.

Consider this, Biden revoked protections that Obama said he was putting in place- when spying upon Americans:

“National Security Memorandum on Partial Revocation of Presidential Policy Directive 28 | The White House,” Eric Cohen, Former Chair of the DOD posted.

    https://twitter.com/EzraACohen/status/1578502453707698177?s=20&t=flMDG1lYt1Xlief-nKg4Pg

Choen posted a link to an archived posting from the Obama era, that stated in part:

“The United States, like other nations, has gathered intelligence throughout its history to ensure that national security and foreign policy decision-makers have access to timely, accurate, and insightful information.

The collection of signals intelligence is necessary for the United States to advance its national security and foreign policy interests and to protect its citizens and the citizens of its allies and partners from harm.  At the same time, signals intelligence activities and the possibility that such activities may be improperly disclosed to the public pose multiple risks.

These include risks to:  our relationships with other nations, including the cooperation we receive from other nations on law enforcement, counterterrorism, and other issues; our commercial, economic, and financial interests, including a potential loss of international trust in U.S. firms and the decreased willingness of other nations to participate in international data sharing, privacy, and regulatory regimes; the credibility of our commitment to an open, interoperable, and secure global Internet; and the protection of intelligence sources and methods. “

    https://twitter.com/EzraACohen/status/1578531475489665024?s=20&t=flMDG1lYt1Xlief-nKg4Pg

From the Press Briefing on the executive order:

“By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1.  Purpose.  The United States collects signals intelligence so that its national security decision-makers have access to the timely, accurate, and insightful information necessary to advance the national security interests of the United States and to protect its citizens and the citizens of its allies and partners from harm.  Signals intelligence capabilities are a major reason we have been able to adapt to a dynamic and challenging security environment, and the United States must preserve and continue to develop robust and technologically advanced signals intelligence capabilities to protect our security and that of our allies and partners.

At the same time, the United States recognizes that signals intelligence activities must take into account that all persons should be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their nationality or wherever they might reside, and that all persons have legitimate privacy interests in the handling of their personal information.  Therefore, this order establishes safeguards for such signals intelligence activities.”

    The responses were chilling:

Attorney WIll Chamberlain posted a question about the rights of the surveilled, and another poster responded that it was worse than that, even.

    https://twitter.com/LoneVoiceorg/status/1578516912967127040?s=20&t=flMDG1lYt1Xlief-nKg4Pg

Posters dove into the meaning and pulled out some interesting points of interest:

Many Americans are going to determine that all the ‘signal’ they need to know about is that this administration and whoever is backing it, is not doing anything to protect us- they may in fact be doing things to destroy us and our rights.

Breaking News! “The World Will See This Data Now’, Lindell Says Gag Order Lifted, ‘Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming Now’

Mike Lindell confirmed a breaking news story that was covered by Pete Santilli and his Friday night guest,  Lance Migliaccio, in an exciting update about the 2020 election.

“This is so exciting. Not many people are going to understand this but this will send a lot of people into a panic because now Mike Lindell owns this company and has the data he wanted, and the gag order to keep the data quiet has been lifted,” Santilli said after having the story confirmed from numerous sources.

“The government lifted the gag order, that means the whole world is going to see this election data,” Lindell said on a GETTR live stream on Friday night.

    Watch that here:

Here is some background information that takes us back to August at Lindell’s Moment of Truth event. Lindell sat down with show host Branndon Howse, then, to explain what had happened at the event.

Lindell in this video explains that he bought the company that belonged to cyber expert Dennis Montgomery. Montgomery had information about election fraud that he wanted to give to Lindell, but Montgomery had been under a gag order. When Lindell bought the company, he filed a lawsuit that said he then owned data and wanted the government to lift the gag order on the data. Lindell, of course, wanted to release the information to prove his claim about the 2020 election.

Lindell’s efforts to make the information public had been thwarted at his two election summits, but now the good news was that the gag order had been lifted by a judge in Nevada.

Watch Lindell and Howse explain that situation, and why Lindell bought the company and what would happen in a lawsuit he filed from his MO event :

“Mike Lindell and Brannon Howse discuss Dennis Montgomery’s 32 tb PCAPs of evidence is real.  Dennis Montgomery was under a government gag order and now Mike owns the data. The data was put in a case in Nevada. Mike will release 32 tb of data and people will see why there was a gag order on the data”.

Part of the data that Lindell purchased and wanted the government to lift the gag order on was whistleblower reports that Dennis Montgomery claims to have filed, proving that the US Government is spying on American citizens.

That information is a website dedicated to information about Montgomery and his business.

The following is from Dennis Montogermy:

    Whistleblower Efforts

“I followed the proper state protocols for whistle-blowing and raising issues, only to be ignored, arrested by force, prosecuted, persecuted, discredited, slandered, defamed, libeled, I am still standing (barely).  I could have sold the data and made millions of $, but didn’t. I could have sold secrets from every defense contractor in this country, but didn’t, I could have dumped 600 million pages of sensitive information on Americans and their businesses on the internet and fled to Russia, but didn’t.

I am determined to get information about the US Government spying on Americans and their businesses in FBI/CIA/NSA domestic surveillance programs I worked in. Who gave the CIA the authority to operate a domestic surveillance program inside the US that targeted Americans?

Don’t be fooled thinking these FBI/CIA/NSA domestic surveillance programs only collected phone records. These illegal spying programs that targeted Americans collected personal and business documents, financial records, phone records, medical records, internet searches, emails, SMS & MMS messages, images, login credentials, IRS records, social security information, IP addresses with geolocation information, corporate records, corporate intellectual property (IP), attorney client communications, attorney client documents, voter information, voter records, government communications, classified documents, and more all collected in these illegal spying programs.

These illegal domestics spying program were designed, directed and supervised by US Government employees George Tenet (CIA), John Brennan (CIA), Donald Kerr (CIA), Ed Charbonneau (CIA),  James Rosche (Secretary of Air Force), and James Clapper (Head of DNI), as well as many US Government employees of NSA, DOD, AF, DNI, ARMY, NAVY, HS, in surveillance contracts we were awarded.

US Government attorneys set in these surveillance briefings and approved massive domestic surveillance on Americans. Dick Cheney (Vice President), Carlotta Wells (Attorney DOJ in DC), Raphael Gomez (DOJ attorney DC), Peter Keisler (US Attorney General), Gregg Addington (USAO Reno NV), Robert Mueller (Director of FBI), Deborah Curtis (DOJ Counterintelligence attorney Fired by DOJ), Daniel Bogden (US attorney Nevada fired by DOJ), James Baker (General Counsel FBI now Deputy Counsel Twitter), Paul Pugliese (USAO fired by DOJ), Ronald C Rachow (USAO fired by DOJ), and 30 more DOJ attorneys approved FBI/CIA/NSA domestic surveillance programs I worked in.

My Wikipedia page appeared 10 days after I filed my first DOJ whistleblower complaint on illegal FBI/CIA/NSA domestic surveillance programs I worked in. This is the same time the Internet trolls began attacking me.

Why is the US Government having to use Internet trolls as shills to attack me?  The US Government has already been caught once once violating my constitutional rights. Why didn’t the US Government appeal the Nevada District court ruling? The Judge caught the FBI red handed tampering with documents they provided to the court! The US Government fired the US Attorney in NV, Daniel Bogden after they court exposed both  DOJ attorneys and FBI agents had filed false affidavits with the court, tampered with documents they produced to the court, and outright lied to the judge to get a search warrant to search my home and arrest me, looking for classified documents. This bogus FBI raid on me and my family has cost us tens of millions of $.

It didn’t take the judge long to figure out the FBI lied to the court  as to what they were looking for at the Montgomery my home when the FBI submitted their bogus search warrant request to the court. The judge later concluded and stated, “…the FBI was obviously looking for items at the Montgomery home other than what the put on the search warrant.” The judge was right. The FBI was looking for evidence Robert Mueller and the FBI were operating FBI/CIA/NSA domestic surveillance programs in Nevada off the grid and away from any congressional oversight!

The US Government has taken, seized, stolen over 1,354  disk drives, 90TB, 27.8 billion files from me over the last 16 years. These disk drives  contained my intellectual property (IP) which contained tens of millions of lines of source code of computer programs I have been developing since 1975. What company would tolerate the US Government stealing their IP when the US Government had no rights title or interest in that IP? Despite years of requests to return my IP to me the US Government has decided to use the technology but not pay me for its use. “

Why has the US Government kept restrictive US district court gag orders on me for the last 16 years?

I have nothing to hide but bad actors in the US Government do!”

    SANTILLI SHOW

On Santilli’s show on Friday night, he and ‘Big Mig’ talked about the case and their understanding of what would happen next:

    Listen below- starting at 2:09:00

“That is a Bomb. Lindell has always known this. He’s always said that he had Dennis’ back. He’s always maintained his confidence. He never stopped, he never backed off. So now we’ve got surveillance, right? Surveillance of political opponents. So break it down. What does this software have the capability to do on the crimes of potentially that are going to be exposed here?” Santilli said to Mig.

“The program works that much better, than anything else and has recorded every ping- it is called the hammer. The government is going to be in such a deep hole because the killer part of all this is whether anybody doubts, Montgomery has been collecting every ping. Because it’s fraud the way that they told him, they weren’t using the software. I mean, it’s incredible. So for you guys that don’t understand this, let me tell you some. So now go Montgomery has been maligned with a nasty narrative against him. They’ve attacked him, said, he’s a liar, a cheat, a fraud, that’s only the beginning. He wrote a program and because we believed in him all along, we believe the technology was created.

Dennis Montgomery worked with each weapon in the beginning and he created a supercomputer system called The Hammer. So the Hammer is a supercomputer, that exploits and operates like a crowbar to get into anything you could possibly imagine is called the hammer- HMR.

So, all that stuff, you’ve seen the Julian Assange posted, the wiki vault 7 and Snowden’s releases and all those programs. What you do is you take one of those programs and you load it into the hammer supercomputer with the hammer exploits it. So let’s say they want to break in your is of iOS phone. They might use Mystic or one of the other programs and once you put the program in and actually, it’s on steroids.

But they have literally been spying on the FISA Court, and they’ve been spying on all the district court judges. I believe that’s one of the reasons we don’t get the court wins like we think we should have been spying on the state jurisdiction. Spying on Farmers abortion clinics. They have been cataloging information to use it as extortion and to actually control different political figures and different corporate figures, they’re doing insider trading with it and this was all done by Clinton, Obama, Brennan ,Clapper and Comey. That’s why they discredited Montgomery.

So So we’re excited because we’re talking about a tsunami of information that is literally going to brutalize them and the good news is goes all the way to the top everybody’s involved.

And this is a situation where there is nothing, that can stop what is coming now, they’re in serious trouble. So this is huge. I’m so excited, right?

BREAKING: Konnech Election Software CEO Who Was Arrested Earlier For Ties to China and Labeled “Significant Flight Risk” Caught With Luggage On Way To MI Airport – Left Cell Phone Behind – Has “Substantial Ties to China”

October 7, 2022 at 05:18PM BREAKING: Konnech Election Software CEO Who Was Arrested Earlier For Ties to China and Labeled “Significant Flight Risk” Caught With Luggage On Way To MI Airport – Left Cell Phone Behind – Has “Substantial Ties to China”

“These were legitimate people who believed that this software posed a national security risk to the United States of America, and they were working with us closely to try to stop this from being in place during the midterms,” Phillips said.

“The focus point was always we needed to remove this software from the election, but taking a step further, there were a lot of other concerns that the bureau had.”

“In fact, the president of this company sits on the board of another election company that is one of the founding members of DHS’s election security task force. So you want to talk about the fox in the hen house? It’s all right there,” Engelbrecht noted about Konnech CEO Eugene Yu’s membership on Votem Corp.’s Board of Advisors.

Furthermore, Phillips added, “The same individual who programmed this election mess, PollChief, was also the lead programmer for the Confucius Institute internal comms [communication] mechanism.”

“Meaning how they exchange data between here and China; this same person built the entire app that runs all of these elections across the United States. This is a red Chinese communist op run against the United States by Chinese operatives, and it’s a disaster.”

The FBI agents indicated that Konnech had already “been on their radar” and that there were “lots of other problems” with the U.S. election company, including “banking issues” and problems involving the company’s overseas operations in “Australia” and “Canada.”

The media brutalized Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips for making accusations against Konnech. Konnech almost immediately sued them for reporting the truth about what they found.

On Tuesday,  the LA County District Attorney’s office announced that Eugene Yu was arrested and taken into custody for suspected theft of information on voters stored on servers in Communist China.

    Konnech CEO Eugene Yu

Konnech distributes and sells its proprietary PollChief software, which is an election worker management system that was utilized by the county in the last California election. The software assists with poll worker assignments, communications, and payroll. PollChief requires that workers submit personal identifying information, which is retained by the Konnech.

Under its $2.9 million, five-year contract with the county, Konnech was supposed to securely maintain the data and that only United States citizens and permanent residents have access to it.

District Attorney investigators found that in contradiction to the contract, information was stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.

The East Lansing Police Department and Ingham County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan also assisted in the investigation.

It’s now being reported that the Konnech CEO is considered a major flight risk.

During a Zoom call yesterday, Ingham County Prosecutors Office Unit Chief Nicole Matusko called Mr. Yu a significant flight risk and explained how they believed he was attempting to potentially flee the United States.

I will note for the record that Mr. Yu is a significant flight risk.

Mr. Yu has substantial ties to the country of China.

He maintains relationships with family and friends in China.

He also has extensive and significant business relationships in the country of China.

He also has business relationships with other countries outside of the United States.

In addition, when he was arrested yesterday, he was arrested with a backpack or luggage, and he was, in fact, on his way to the airport. I do not have confirmation as to where he was going, but he was on his way to leaving the state of Michigan.

In addition to having his luggage with him, I was notified yesterday that his cell phone was left at his residence in Meridian Township. Mr. Yu is the owner of a. business or businesses that are technology based. He is a technologically savvy individual, so in our view—leaving his cell phone behind when he was going to another state is suspicious.

The New York Times published an article defending Mr. Yu on the same day of his arrest. The article attacked conspiracy theorists or “far right election deniers,” who believe the election was stolen from President Trump in 2020 and painted the Konnech CEO as a victim.

In the two years since former President Donald J. Trump lost his re-election bid, conspiracy theorists have subjected election officials and private companies that play a major role in elections to a barrage of outlandish voter fraud claims.

But the attacks on Konnech demonstrate how far-right election deniers are also giving more attention to new and more secondary companies and groups. Their claims often find a receptive online audience, which then uses the assertions to raise doubts about the integrity of American elections.

Unlike other election technology companies targeted by election deniers, Konnech, a company based in Michigan with 21 employees in the United States and six in Australia, has nothing to do with collecting, counting, or reporting ballots in American elections. Instead, it helps clients like Los Angeles County and Allen County, Ind., with basic election logistics, such as scheduling poll workers.

Konnech said none of the accusations were true. It said that all the data for its American customers were stored on servers in the United States and that it had no ties to the Chinese government.

But the claims have had consequences for the firm. Konnech’s founder and chief executive, Eugene Yu, an American citizen who immigrated from China in 1986, went into hiding with his family after receiving threatening messages. Other employees also feared for their safety and started working remotely after users posted details about Konnech’s headquarters, including the number of cars in the company’s parking lot.

After the news of the Konnech CEO’s arrest, The New York Times did not remove their article that made him look like a “victim” of right-wing election deniers, to their readers. Instead, they added this ridiculous note to the top of the article, saying they would continue to “report” on this story. Someone should tell Stuart A. Thompson that this is not “reporting,” that it’s helping the Democrats to divide and pit Americans against each other with these fake news stories.

Articles like the one above by the New York Times that are written in conjunction with major players in the Democrat Party who are pushing the big lie that anyone who questions the results of the 2020 election should be shamed and cast out of normal society are a serious threat to our Republic.

    MICHIGAN CONNECTION TO KONNECH:

WDET reports – Detroit had a similar contract with Konnech for the use of its PollChief software, which is said to have the ability to send mass letters, emails, and phone calls to polling locations and record responses of election workers. The $320,000 contract, approved last year by Detroit City Council, was set to expire in June 2024. According to city and federal records, Konnech had worked with the city on several specific applications for more than a decade, including ballot “fast-scanning” software and a mobile app for Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) returned ballots.

Following news of Yu’s arrest, Detroit terminated its current contract with Konnech. In a statement, City Clerk Janice Winfrey upheld the integrity of Detroit’s election process and the security of employee information.

According to the Michigan Secretary of State’s office, Detroit is the only Michigan municipality that contracts with Konnech. The company did not respond to WDET’s request for comment.

“Konnech operates a payroll management system for poll workers that are used by Detroit and has never had access to voter data or election data,” said Angela Benander, a spokesperson for Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. “The Michigan Bureau of Elections does not contract with Konnech.

Michigan’s chief election officer, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, appears to be part of a broader effort by media and top Democrat officials to target and destroy anyone who dares to call out election fraud in 2020.

In April, while speaking at a Trump rally in Washington, MI, Republican SOS candidate Kristina Karamo was threatened by Jocelyn Benson’s close friend, MI AG Dana Nessel, with “a felony” for questioning the results of the 2020 election.

When citizens and grassroots groups get too close to the truth, the Democrat Party and their allies in the media behave like a cobra that’s been cornered and strike out at them, hoping to deal a hard-hitting blow that will frighten and intimidate them into silence.

The fact that the New York Times published an article about Mr. Yu being a victim of Trump-supporting Americans on the same day he was potentially attempting to flee the country after being accused of committing a serious crime against American citizens that involved sending their private information to be stored in China is all the evidence anyone needs to show how sick these people are.

  • There is No Greater Threat to the Civil Rights of the Average American Than the FBI

There is No Greater Threat to the Civil Rights of the Average American Than the FBI

Ty Clevenger an Attorney in Texas appeared with Pete Santilli to talk about the very dangerous situation that has been created in the United States with having a highly corrupt and politicized FBI.

Santilli opened the show by saying:

“The culture of the FBI’s been so rotten. And yet, there are still some people in there really, some are whistleblowers that we need step forward in some cases at great personal risk, to blow the whistle on this stuff. More and more people in the FBI have got to come forward with stuff. Because if you turn your view and avert, your gaze, then you are not an FBI agent, then you’re complicit.

We’ve reached a point where you cannot morally say, well, I want to protect my retirement. So I’m just going to keep my head down and go along to get along. You do that, you’re complicit. I don’t know how to make it any more plainly. It’s the country is in too much Jeopardy. There is no greater threat to the civil rights of the average American than the FBI, which ironically is tasked with investigating civil rights violations.

So if you’re inside the FBI and raise your right hand, and swore out the oath. You do not have the luxury of ignoring this and sitting on the sidelines, you have a duty.

Ty. Clevenger, you may have heard his name for the first time, he would have loved to have been done with his work. You know, years ago, when we first came together, we started trying to expose the truth. He is a former cop.

When in fact right now, you know, we’re talking about deputizing those with the Integrity to pursue the truth and Justice and go after the true perpetrators of the crimes that are being committed against our country. Former journalist, disgruntled lawyer, muckraking blogger and a cheerful optimist he’s never backed off. He’s always got a smile on his face. And he keeps, you know, poking the bear per se. And before he came on, I said, we have to force the FBI to do what is right- that’s how we get done. What we have to get done is to force them to do the right thing.

And he is the tip of the spear when it comes to the story of Seth rich and his laptop and the FBI and he’s going to be coming on because we had a recent report, a break in the action forwards stepping up and saying to the FBI, the Federal Bureau of Of laptops that they’re required to turn it over,” Santilli said.

    Clevenger responded:

“The judge ordered them to turn over everything related to the laptop so anything on Seth Rich’s laptop has to be produced a week from today,” Clevenger said.

FBI PROTEST! The FBI Has Become a Cancer That is Unrecoverable and They Need to Be Completely Eradicated

Larry Ward the President of Political Media joined Pete Santilli on the Pete Santilli Show to discuss a number of issues, including the disaster the FBI has become under Democrat Joe Biden.

Santilli has been talking about his idea for an FBI protest all week long, and had an opportunity to talk to his guest about his plans for Oct. 19-20, to help assist the FBI into doing their duty to America and investigating what Tony Bobulinski brought up on the Tucker Carlson show this week.

Details about Santilli’s planned protest of the FBI is HERE.

HERE is the reason we know there is a problem.

Listen as Pete and Ward talk about the details- again on a recent show:

“We now have an entity to address about these problems we see- the FBI, we have a base of offices, there are people inside and we need to help them. I want them to just clean the house and that is how I want to support them. I want to support the people internally, the ones inside. They don’t want all this stuff that’s happening to their agency. Right. Here’s how I see it. we need to shut down the whole thing, the whole FBI and start over,” Santilli said.

    Ward agreed and said:

“They are too sick to continue. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is weak it is hopeless. They are unrecoverable, and the cancer is malignant.

We are going to have to completely eradicate the FBI, the American government system. And look, we need law enforcement to do constitutional law enforcement for the federal government. Not not the kind of law enforcement the FBI’s been doing now, but the US Marshals could easily pick that up because the They’re being they’re basically being the Gestapo for Biden. “

Santilli said, “The Chinese CEO was just arrested for funneling election information to China. So he got caught of course and that breaking news is coming down and we find out the FBI is covering it up. It is forensically identified,” that is just more of the problem as the two men see it.

“Larry, you overheard my pleas to the FBI, right? Especially as a result of what we heard with Tony Bobulinski when he said the FBI knew about crimes and covered them up. That’s not an unreasonable request the FBI do an investigation, right? We gave them until the 19th to announce they heard us- we the people and want an investigation,” Santilli said.

“Yeah, no. I mean, that’s, that’s the most reasonable request in the world. You know, anybody that watched that Bobulinski interview and the one in 2020 knew that Hunter Biden was corrupt,” Ward said,

Listen to the full interview. You will be surprised.

Biden Warns US on Brink of Nuclear “Armageddon” with Russia Over Ukraine

    https://ift.tt/PqQZ5yd

At a Democrat fundraiser held Thursday night at the New York City home of James Murdoch, Joe Biden warned the United States is on the brink of nuclear “Armageddon” with Russia over Ukraine, according to pool reports. Biden likened the situation to the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis that brought the U.S. and Russia to a standoff over Russian nuclear missiles placed on Cuban soil.

Biden reportedly said, in part, “We’re going to continue to support [Ukraine] but (for) the first time since the Cuban missile crisis, we have the direct threat of the use of a nuclear weapon if in fact things continue down the path that they are going. That’s a different deal.”

One day after bragging, “No one f***s with a Biden”, Joe Biden admitted Vladimir Putin could force him into nuclear Armageddon over Ukraine.

    Biden quotes:

“We’re trying to figure out what is Putin’s off-ramp? Where does he get off? Where does he find a way out? Where does he find himself in a position that he does not, not only lose face but lose significant power in Russia?”

“He is not joking when he talks about potential use of tactical nuclear weapons or biological and chemical weapons, because his military is, you might say, significantly underperforming. I don’t think there’s any such thing as the ability to easily use tactical nuclear weapons and not end up with Armageddon.”

“We have not faced the prospect of Armageddon since Kennedy and the Cuban Missile Crisis.”

“We’re going to continue to support [Ukraine] but (for) the first time since the Cuban missile crisis, we have the direct threat of the use of a nuclear weapon if in fact things continue down the path that they are going. That’s a different deal.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin said last month he would defend Russian territory “with all the means at our disposal,” raising concerns that he meant nuclear weapons.

That fear was reinforced when in a follow-up address Putin mentioned the U.S. setting a “precedent” by using nuclear weapons in World War II against Japan.

Biden recently warned Putin, “Don’t don’t, don’t” use nuclear weapons in Ukraine.

    Sleep well, America.

BREAKING: Zelensky Says NATO Must Launch ‘Preemptive Strikes’ on Russia

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky is calling for NATO to launch “preemptive strikes” on Russia “so that they know what awaits them if they use nuclear weapons.”

“Preemptive strikes are needed so that they know what awaits them if they use nuclear weapons,” Zelensky told the Lowy Institute on Thursday according to a translation from Interfax. “Not the other way around, waiting for Russia’s nuclear strikes and then saying, ‘oh, you’ve done that, then get this.’”

    WATCH:

    [Embed starts at 44:07.]

Zelensky has made many insane comments and has lied repeatedly to try and con NATO into launching World War III but calling for preemptive strikes on Russia to “prevent” a nuclear attack has to be his most insane comment yet.

Part of what drove Russia’s decision to invade was the Zelensky regime’s threat to acquire nuclear weapons.

Would Zelensky have launched a preemptive nuclear strike on Russia to prevent them from potentially using nuclear weapons against Ukraine? It sure sounds like it.

Incidentally, after actor Sean Penn met with Zelensky for a documentary back in February after the war broke out, Penn appeared on Sean Hannity’s show two months later and said that America mustn’t be “intimidated” from using nuclear weapons against Russia.

“Even countries that have nuclear weapons can remain intimidated to use them, and we are seeing that now with our own country,” Penn said. “And I fear what that legacy is going to be.”

“No one wants to see a nuclear conflict, at the same time, if only one bully is gonna be able to use them as a threat, we got to rethink what we’re doing,” he continued.

Did Zelensky tell Penn to lobby America to launch a nuclear first strike against Russia months ago?
