Scary Freak! Joe Biden Sniffs Another Child At White House Halloween Event [VIDEO]

Here he is- here is Joe Biden sniffing another child while the parent stands and does nothing. At the Halloween event Democrat Joe Biden leans and sniffs and child and has a lingering slow kiss and nuzzle into the child’s neck, seeming unaware that Americans are completely creeped out by the many years of watching manhandle women and children.

The footage was posted on Twitter and is admittedly not the most aggressive manhandling of children we have seen from Biden, but it is questionable enough, days ahead of the November midterms, that Biden does not have any self-awareness about what is happening.

Joe Biden will go down in history as the most creepy Presidents we had.
