Federal Agent Whistleblowers Issue Red Alert! U.S. Air Marshals Being Diverted From National Security Threats & Tasked With Targeting Innocent Americans
3 min readOn Friday April 28, 2023, Sonya Hightower-LaBosco Executive Director of the Air Marshal National Council joined Investigative Journalist & Syndicated Talk Show Host Pete Santilli to discuss a very urgent national security matter brought forward by Federal Agent whistleblowers from the U.S. Air Marshals.
U.S. Air Marshals are an elite group of law enforcement officers who provide a crucial service to the nation. They are heavily armed and trained to protect people onboard commercial flights from terrorist attacks and other criminal activity. Air Marshals are also trained to observe and detect suspicious activity and behaviors onboard flights, as well as to be able to respond quickly and effectively in the event of a security breach or other emergency. Air Marshals are also responsible for educating other crew members on relevant security protocols and procedures. While their work is often unseen, Air Marshals provide an invaluable service to the nation and ensure that travelers can feel safe and secure when they fly.
After the January 6th rally in Washington, DC, U.S. Marshals discovered that the Department of Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration (TSA) maintains a database of all airline passengers who have been designated as “domestic terrorists” if they traveled to DC on or around January 6th. Whistleblowers within the U.S. Air Marshals have expressed concerns that the TSA has not only arbitrarily miscategorized Americans as domestic terrorists simply for traveling to DC, but all designation profiles accuse everyone on the list of entering the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.
Documentary evidence provided exclusively to The Pete Santilli Show & The Big Mig Podcast indicate U.S. Air Marshals discovered the TSA’s database contained dozens of names of “on duty FAMS, Congressional members, and other armed LEOS”. The database “was shared with three different FBI units, the Domestic Terrorism Operations Section (DTOS), Terrorist Screening Center (TSC), and the National Joint Terrorism Task Force (NJTTF)” and if the list was injested by the FBI “… then every on duty FAM that flew during that time frame would then be attached to the FBI case. This could set off SMC coverage for FAMS flying in the future.” Special Mission Coverage (SMC) is the intelligence-driven, risk-based deployment of Federal Air Marshals (FAMs) on flights when individuals have been identified as posing a higher risk to security “In other words the agency may actually have FAMs watching other FAMs that are flying on duty.”
During the interview, Lobasco said, “…the federal air marshals are disgusted with the details of what they’re being told to deploy on. They don’t feel right about surveilling children, surveilling military veterans who lost their legs in Afghanistan, surveilling grandmothers, grandfathers, unaccompanied minors. This was not the job that we were brought over to do after nine eleven. We have gotten so far off of our original mission. It’s almost unrecognizable now what we’re doing on a daily basis versus what we should be doing, looking for the real bad guys that are trying to take down aircraft and make those a weapon of mass destruction. We’re not doing that anymore.

During the interview, Ms. Lobasco and Pete Santilli discussed the urgency of informing the public about these potential lapses in judgement by the security & intelligence apparatus which is structured to “get bad guys”. The obvious implication is that when Federal Air Marshal resources are diverted from getting the real bad guys to pursue innocent political opponents, a disaster is waiting to happen. Pete Santilli went so far to speculate that the lapse in judgment may potentially be deliberate & intentional, especially when considering recent revelations that the hijackers on 9/11 may have been CIA agents, and some of whom were allowed entry into the United States by Jedda Saudi Arabia’s then CIA Station Chief John Brennan. (See ABC news report: State Dept. Lapses Aided 9/11 Hijackers )
Based on what we’ve learned about how domestic and foreign bad actors perpetrated 9-11, one must assume that these potential lapses in judgement may be a deliberate and intentional exploitation of our vulnerabilities.
