    Michael Sussmann has been acquitted

May 31, 2022 at 02:03PM Via technoFog Michael Sussmann has been acquitted

    Michael Sussmann has been acquitted.

The acquittal is no surprise. This is a DC jury, after all. In the Roger Stone case, for example, we documented how a juror lied to get on the panel. (That judge didn’t care.) Making matters worse, the Sussmann judge wrongly allowed for a woman to remain on the jury, despite the fact that her daughter and Sussmann’s are on the same high school crew team. One can’t help but think that juror had her own daughter’s interests in mind – the cohesion of the crew team – when she reached a decision.

After the verdict was announced, the jury’s forewoman held court before the media and expressed her displeasure that the Special Counsel prosecute a false statement case: “There are bigger things that affect the nation than a possible lie to the FBI.”

On the facts, there was more than sufficient evidence to prove Sussmann’s guilt. Sussmann lied to then-FBI general counsel James Baker in order to get a meeting to pass the Alfa Bank hoax materials to the FBI. Sussmann lied again during the meeting – stating he was not there on behalf of a client – in order to get the FBI to open an investigation into the Trump Organization’s purported ties with Alfa Bank. Later, during testimony to Congress, Sussmann admitted he met with Baker on behalf of a client. Billing records proved he had been working on the Alfa Bank project on behalf of the Clinton Campaign.

    Image
    Sussmann’s text to Baker

I won’t say the verdict doesn’t matter. Of course it matters. It would have proven that a DC jury can convict one of their own. It would have resulted in accountability for lying to the FBI. Not the gravest of crimes, but it is still a crime.

In large part, the prosecution of Sussmann was hamstrung by the FBI’s investigation into the Alfa Bank allegations. That goes to materiality. How can the lies be material if the FBI’s investigation was so sloppy? (Answer: they were material because the lies helped open the investigation in the first place.)

On the issue of materiality, look to the testimony of FBI Special Agent Curtis Heide, whose repeated requests to interview the source of the Alfa Bank information were denied by headquarters. FBI Headquarters didn’t want this thing thoroughly vetted – even though they demanded the investigation be opened. As we stated during the trial:

Relatively early on in the investigation – on September 26, 2016 – Agent Heide sent a message to Pientka, requesting an interview of the source of the Alfa Bank white papers. By that time, Heide knew the white paper was bunk. He received no response from Pientka. He repeated this request on October 3, 2016. Agent Heide’s requests were rebuffed by his liaison at FBI headquarters

That’s not the say the public hasn’t benefited from the trial. The information disclosed during the trial was important to understand the broader Clinton/Fusion GPS/Perkins Coie effort to poison the public, the press, and the FBI with their Trump/Russia lies. This included:

    1. Data from the Executive Office of the President of the United States, including data from the Trumansition period, was exploited by Sussmann and Rodney Joffe and then passed to the CIA.
    2. Rodney Joffe was a longtime Confidential Human Source (CHS) – and generally a resource – for the FBI. Joffe worked with the FBI on cyber threats from countries like Russia. From former FBI Agent Grasso: “I’m sure the work that [Joffe] did touched on matters having to do with Russia.”
    3. Joffe went to great lengths to make sure the Alfa Bank information he provided to the FBI did not go through his official FBI handler.
    4. The decision to open the investigation came from FBI Leadership. According to one FBI Agent, “People on the 7th floor to include Director are fired up about this server.”
    5. Perkins Coie partner Marc Elias provided updates on the Fusion GPS “research” to the Clinton Campaign.
    6. And – Hillary Clinton herself approved of the strategy to disseminate the Alfa Bank allegations to the media. Per Robby Mook:

Q: Mr. Mook, before the break you had testified that there was a conversation in which you told Ms. Clinton about the proposed plan to provide the Alfa-Bank allegations to the media; is that correct?

      A: Correct.

Q: And what was her response?

A: All I remember is that she agreed with the decision.

Then there are the trial exhibits. As Aaron Maté observed, Sussmann edited an FBI press release on the DNC hacking because the FBI’s proposed statement “undermines” the DNC hacking narrative:

Where does Durham go from here? That’s the real question. We already know that the investigation into Rodney Joffe remains open and that Igor Danchenko faces trial this year. Whether there is more remains to be seen.

  • Biden Profiting Off MonkeyPox Vaccine He Just Purchased

Biden Profiting Off MonkeyPox Vaccine He Just Purchased

NATIONAL FILE: Fauci-Funded Monkeypox Vaccine Maker PAID Biden’s Host University For Clinical Trial of Monkeypox Vaccine

The University of Pennsylvania, which hosts Joe Biden’s think tank the Penn Biden Center and paid Joe Biden in the lead-up to his run for president, got paid by the company Bavarian Nordic to perform a clinical trial on the Bavarian Nordic monkeypox vaccine. That’s right. Joe Biden’s host university profited from helping Bavarian Nordic develop the MVA-BN monkeypox vaccine, according to a University of Pennsylvania document obtained by NATIONAL FILE. The Penn Biden Center is financed by UPenn general funds. The MVA-BN vaccine tested at UPenn is now known in America as the Jynneos monkeypox vaccine.

“The University of Pennsylvania is being paid by Bavarian Nordic,” the 2014 document states. Biden joined UPenn after leaving the vice presidency in 2017. Anthony Fauci used approximately $100 million in U.S. taxpayer funds to pay Bavarian Nordic for the vaccine and the Biden administration has used over $100 million in taxpayer funds to buy the monkeypox vaccines.

As I also reported, the University of Pennsylvania makes massive money off Coronavirus vaccines. UPenn gets paid by Pfizer’s vaccine partner BioNtech in licensing payments for mRNA technology and UPenn even makes more money if Pfizer-BioNTech sells more vaccines and gets more FDA approvals from the Biden administration, thanks to a deal UPenn made in 2018 when Biden worked for the university.

Here is the University of Pennsylvania document for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania that invites people to participate in a research study called “Randomized, open-label Phase II trial to assess the safety and immunogenicity of MVA-BN® smallpox vaccine when increasing the number of injections compared to the standard regimen in immunocompromised subjects with HIV infection…”

The document states that “The University of Pennsylvania is being paid by Bavarian Nordic, the sponsor of this trial who is also providing the material to conduct this research trial.”

University of Pennsylvania financial documents obtained by NATIONAL FILE show that the UPenn fund that bankrolls Joe Biden’s think tank the Penn Biden Center makes money in “milestone payments” from the sale of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines and from FDA approvals of the injections. The University of Pennsylvania, which paid Joe Biden prior to his presidential run, was accepting big money from donors apparently to carve out spaces for foreign students at UPenn including from Communist China, and NATIONAL FILE can confirm that internal controversy and a staff shakeup occurred when staff questioned how international funds were being spent. With Joe Biden able to return to the Penn Biden Center after his presidency, Biden puts himself in a position to personally profit from the vaccines he is pushing. Pfizer-BioNTech is trying to get a new authorization for a child booster for 5 to 11 year olds.

Under the watch of UPenn president Amy Gutmann, massive amounts of money have flowed into the university’s funds apparently to import students from around the world including from Communist China and the “People’s Republic of China” with administrator notes including “MAKE SURE STUDENT IS FROM CHINA…” Amy Gutmann, the UPenn president who oversaw the establishment of Joe Biden’s think tank the Penn Biden Center in 2018, is now Biden’s Ambassador to Germany. There were arguments in the UPenn administration about where the Chinese-oriented money and other foreign money was going. Some insiders questioned how funds for international students were being managed without transparency, and the arguments led to a staff overhaul. The controversy stemmed from funds set aside for international students.

UPenn’s China links are numerous, as evidenced by its Center for the Study of Contemporary China and the Penn Wharton China Center. In 2019, UPenn’s foreign donations spiked approximately 389 percent.

The Penn Biden Center is housed on the UPenn campus and in Washington, D.C. pulling funds directly from the general funds of the University of Pennsylvania, and Joe Biden or his surrogates can return to the Penn Biden Center after his presidency. Joe Biden’s think tank was previously managed by his current Secretary of State Tony Blinken. One donation specified “$25k each” in payment to UPenn in exchange for “Students from the People’s Republic of China admitted…”

Documents obtained by NATIONAL FILE show that the University of Pennsylvania, which hosts and funds Joe Biden’s think tank called the Penn Biden Center, directly profits from the sale of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna Coronavirus vaccines. The University gets more money if more vaccines are sold. The University of Pennsylvania also gets “milestone payments” when the Biden administration’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approves a Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, which represents a massive conflict of interest for Biden. BioNTech pays the University of Pennsylvania Board of Trustees directly, and the university is protected from civil liability if people try to sue for “bodily injury” or “death” caused by BioNTech vaccines.

BioNTech signed a licensing agreement in 2018 with the University of Pennsylvania, which directly funds the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. Even though Coronavirus had not yet leaked out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology when the deal was made, the 2018 agreement ensured massive payments for the University of Pennsylvania if its technology ended up getting used in new mRNA-based vaccines. Well, UPenn’s technology did end up getting used in the mRNA-based Coronavirus vaccine produced by Pfizer and BioNTech, and the deal has led to massive revenue for the university. Joe Biden, who was working for the University of Pennsylvania when the deal was made, received more than $900,000 from the University of Pennsylvania in the two years before he ran for president in this past election.

The University of Pennsylvania also houses the pro-vaccine website FactCheck.org. University of Pennsylvania president Amy Gutmann is now Biden’s nominee for Ambassador to Germany. The Biden administration’s FDA has speedily approved or authorized Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines including for children — all while the Penn Biden Center’s parent university enjoys massive profits from vaccine sales and FDA approval. And the Pfizer-connected FDA even knew about numerous adverse events for children related to the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, but allowed children to be injected with it anyway. Now, as the FDA considers emergency use authorization for a Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for children as young as six months old, the direct financial relationship between these vaccines and Joe Biden’s think tank must be exposed.

University of Pennsylvania Profits From Pfizer-BioNTech And Moderna Vaccines

NATIONAL FILE’s source explained to us that “UPenn earns massive payments (actual terms confidential, likely in the billions)” from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna vaccines.

The University of Pennsylvania admitted in December 2020 that “The Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines both use licensed University of Pennsylvania technology. As a result of these licensing relationships, Penn, Dr. Weissman and Dr. Kariko have received and may continue to receive significant financial benefits in the future based on the sale of these products. BioNTech provides funding for Dr. Weissman’s research into the development of additional infectious disease vaccines.” It turns out that Dr. Katalin Kariko is both an adjunct professor at UPenn’s Perelman School of Medicine and also a BioNTech vice president.

On November 5, 2018, BioNTech stated: “BioNTech AG, a rapidly growing biotechnology company focused on the development of immunotherapies for the precise and individualized treatment of cancer and prevention of infectious diseases and the University of Pennsylvania (Penn), Philadelphia, USA, today announced that they have entered into a strategic research collaboration. The goal of the exclusive, multi-year partnership is to develop novel nucleoside-modified mRNA vaccine candidates for the prevention and treatment of various infectious diseases. Under the terms of the agreement, BioNTech and the lab of Drew Weissman, MD, PhD, at Penn will exchange their in-depth knowledge and experience in mRNA research and development to advance the discovery of novel vaccine candidates. Penn will be responsible for a dedicated preclinical research program from discovery through to the completion of IND-enabling studies in up to ten infectious disease indications. BioNTech will be eligible to receive an exclusive worldwide license to further develop and commercialize product candidates arising from the research collaboration. If proprietary Penn technology is part of a new mRNA-based vaccine, the university will be eligible to receive additional milestone payments and royalties from BioNTech. Detailed financial terms were not disclosed.”

Drew Weissmann’s work led directly to the Coronavirus vaccines including the Pfizer/BioNTech injection. In December 2020, Penn Medicine stated: “The scientific team whose 2005 messenger RNA biology discovery at the University of Pennsylvania helped pave the way for the COVID-19 vaccines from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna received their first dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine together on Friday, Dec. 18 at Penn, more than 20 years after they began their basic science collaboration. Drew Weissman, MD, PhD, a professor of Infectious Diseases in Penn’s Perelman School of Medicine, and Katalin Karikó, PhD, an adjunct associate professor at Penn and a senior vice president at BioNTech, together discovered that exchanging one of the four building blocks of messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) molecules could greatly increase its therapeutic potential. They shared their perspectives as longtime researchers in the field who are comfortable taking the vaccines themselves, and called on the public to trust the decades of scientific research that has led to these important vaccines now being deployed in the global fight against the virus, encouraging others to get vaccinated when it becomes available to them.”

HERE IS THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) LICENSING AGREEMENT BETWEEN BIONTECH AND THE TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA DATED OCTOBER 9, 2018: The agreement states that “All payments to Penn hereunder shall be made by deposit of USD in the requisite amount to the “The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania…”

According to the SEC Licensing Agreement, BioNTech pays the University of Pennsylvania with “milestone payments” for each vaccine approval application that gets approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or another regulatory agency, up to the first three approvals.

Look at these “Development Milestones” that the University of Pennsylvania gets paid for, and keep in mind that the term “BLA,” according to this agreement, is defined as “an application submitted to a Regulatory Authority for marketing approval of a product, including (a) a Biologics License Application or New Drug Application submitted to the FDA, (b) a Marketing Authorization Application (“MAA”) in the European Union, (c) any equivalent or comparable application, registration or certification in any other country or region, or (d) any successor applications or procedures, supplements or amendments that may be submitted with respect to the foregoing.”

The BLA process appears to be very lucrative for the University of Pennsylvania. For example, when the FDA approved the Pfizer-BioNTech “COMIRNATY” Coronavirus vaccine in August 2021, the FDA granted “BLA APPROVAL” to the injection.

BioNTech pays the University of Pennsylvania “Commercial Milestone Payments” corresponding to worldwide vaccine sales, meaning that the University of Pennsylvania makes more money if Pfizer-BioNTech sells more vaccines:

The University of Pennsylvania scored civil legal immunity for itself in its deal with BioNTech, including from any cases of “bodily injury” or “death” that might be associated with the vaccine. According to the SEC Licensing Agreement: “Licensee shall defend, indemnify and hold Penn and its respective trustees, officers, faculty, students, employees, contractors and agents (the “Penn Indemnitees”) harmless from and against any and all liability, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), including, without limitation, bodily injury, risk of bodily injury, death and property damage to the extent arising out of Third Party claims or suits related to: the gross negligence, recklessness or wrongful intentional acts or omissions of Licensee, its Affiliates or Sublicensees and its or their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, in connection with Licensee’s performance of its obligations or exercise of its rights under this Agreement…any violation of Law by Licensee or its Affiliates or Sublicensees…”

Joe Biden’s Penn Biden Center is hosted and reportedly funded by the University of Pennsylvania

In 2017, University of Pennsylvania president Amy Gutmann announced the launch of the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, with Joe Biden taking over as the head of the Penn Biden Center and also assuming a role as a professor at the University of Pennsylvania. The University of Pennsylvania stated that “The Center will be located in Washington, D.C. Biden will also have an office on the Penn campus in Philadelphia…The Penn Biden Center promises significant impact for both Penn’s teaching and research missions. As Presidential Practice Professor, Biden will hold joint appointments in the Annenberg School for Communication and the School of Arts and Sciences, with a secondary affiliation in the Wharton School.”

Joe Biden made more than $900,000 from the University of Pennsylvania between 2017 and 2019 for very little work. Biden confirmed his leave of absence from the University of Pennsylvania in April 2019 when he kicked off his presidential campaign. The liberal American Prospect reported that “The center basically functioned as a foreign-policy think tank for Biden’s inner circle. It gave Penn a foothold in Washington…”

University of Pennsylvania professor and vice provost of global initiatives Zeke Emanuel, a key architect of Obamacare when he served in the Obama administration, publicly welcomed Biden to UPenn. Tony Blinken, who now serves as Joe Biden’s Secretary of State, was the Penn Biden Center’s managing director before he ran the Biden State Department. The Penn Biden Center’s current leadership team includes Obama administration alum Caroline Tess, and its business manager is a longtime employee of the University of Pennsylvania. Recent Penn Biden Center officials Ariana Berengaut and Colin Kahl, who pushed pro-vaccine propaganda in the early period of the Coronavirus pandemic, have both worked for either Joe Biden or for the Obama-Biden administration and Kahl is now Biden’s Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. Michael Carpenter, the recent Penn Biden Center managing director who pushes hawkish talking points against Russia, is now working as an ambassador in the Biden administration.

According to Politico: “The Penn Biden Center does not fundraise. The University of Pennsylvania uses general funds to operate the center and has no plans to solicit money for it in the future, according to a university spokesperson.”

When the Penn Biden Center opened in February 2018, Joe Biden was at the launch ceremony in Washington, D.C. with University of Pennsylvania president Amy Gutmann. The Penn Biden Center brags that “The Penn Biden Center officially opened our doors on February 8, 2018, with an event featuring the President of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Amy Gutmann, and a discussion on global affairs between Joe Biden and distinguished journalist and Penn alumna, Andrea Mitchell. The center welcomed guests from Penn and across the worlds of government and foreign policy, including former Secretary of State John Kerry, former National Security Advisor Susan Rice, Attorneys General Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch, and current and former members of the U.S. Congress.”

UPenn Hosts The Pro-Vaccine Website FactCheck.Org

NATIONAL FILE’s source told us: “Even in FactCheck.Org’s seemingly extensive “A Guide to Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 Vaccine,” they omit info about their host university’s contributions to mRNA and payments from BioNTech specifically. There is no mention at all of UPenn’s mRNA licensing agreements.”

FactCheck.org, which claims to be “nonpartisan,” states the following on its website: “FactCheck.org is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania. The APPC was established by publisher and philanthropist Walter Annenberg to create a community of scholars within the University of Pennsylvania that would address public policy issues at the local, state and federal levels.”

The Annenberg Public Policy Center, which owns FactCheck.org, is based on the University of Pennsylvania campus in Philadelphia and also in Washington, D.C. and is funded with an endowment from the Annenberg Foundation, which partners with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The Annenberg Foundation is FactCheck.org’s top funder according to its most recent financial disclosure. FactCheck.org also takes funding from Facebook and Google and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation but claims that its donors “have no control over our editorial decisions.”

FactCheck.org has an extremely close working relationship with its host university. FactCheck.org states that “FactCheck.org receives in-kind support from the Annenberg Public Policy Center including some infrastructure costs as well as supervisory, technical, and administrative support from APPC faculty and staff. We do not attempt to assign a dollar value to these in-kind services, which are funded from the APPC’s own resources.” Kathleen Hall Jamieson, the director of the Annenberg Public Policy Center and the co-founder of FactCheck.org, is a University of Pennsylvania professor. FactCheck.org’s director emeritus Brooks Jackson gave birth to FactCheck.org shortly after joining the Annenberg Public Policy Center. FactCheck.org also states that “Credit card donations may be made through our “Donate” page, which is managed on our behalf by the University of Pennsylvania.” The University of Pennsylvania runs a donation fund for FactCheck.org.

U.S. Marshals Stood Outside While Children Were Murdered By Ramos

May 26, 2022 at 02:25PM (TB103) Watch: Police Stood Outside the School While Mass Murderer Salvador Ramos Went on Killing Spree – Armed Police Pinned One Man to the Ground

A viral video making rounds online showing anxious, angry parents pleading to the police to go inside the school while mass murderer Salvador Ramos went on a killing spree.

On Tuesday, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced that 19 students and 2 teachers were killed in a mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.

18-year-old Salvador Ramos opened fire at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday and also shot his grandmother in the face. Senator Roland Gutierrez said the grandmother is still alive but in critical condition.

According to multiple reports, the deranged shooter spent more than 40 minutes inside as loved ones and onlookers begged the police to charge into the building.

Javier Cazares, whose daughter died in the attack, urged the bystanders to “rush in because the cops aren’t doing anything like they are supposed to. More could have been done. They were unprepared.”

A viral video showed armed police pinning one man to the ground as the bystanders yelled at them to go in.

    More from Fox News:

Officials say the shooter “encountered” a school district security officer outside the school, though there were conflicting reports from authorities on whether the men exchanged gunfire.

After running inside, the gunman fired on two arriving Uvalde police officers who were outside the building, said Texas Department of Public Safety spokesperson Travis Considine. The police officers were injured.

The shooter then went inside a classroom and began killing.

The gunman wasn’t killed for the better part of an hour until a Border Patrol team tactical unit arrived and shot him. Border Patrol agents were in the area because Uvalde is near the Mexican border.

A person who spoke on condition of anonymity said Border Patrol had trouble opening the locked door and a staff member had to get a key.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the deranged shooter was shot and killed by an off-duty Customs and Border Protection agent from an elite tactical unit (BORTAC) who responded to a law enforcement request and rushed into the school, DHS’ assistant secretary of public affairs, Marsha Espinosa, confirmed on Twitter.

“U.S. Border Patrol Agents responded to a law enforcement request for assistance re an active shooter situation inside Robb Elementary School in Uvalde. Upon entering the building, Agents & other law enforcement officers faced gunfire from the subject, who was barricaded inside,” Espinosa tweeted.

Joe Biden delivered a hateful, partisan, disgusting statement following the mass shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.

Joe Biden:  “Deer aren’t running through the forest with kevlar vest on, for God’s sake… Most Americans support common-sense gun laws… These kind of mass shootings rarely happen anywhere else in the world.  These kinds of mass shootings rarely happen… Where in God’s name is our backbone… It’s time to turn the pain into action.  It’s time to act… It’s time to let people know who block common-sense gun laws we won’t forget.

Following Joe Biden’s grotesque, partisan speech Tucker Carlson WENT OFF!

Tucker Carlson: “The President of the United States, frail, confused, bitterly partisan, desecrating on the memory of recently murdered children with tired talking points from the Democratic Party. Dividing the country in a moment of deep pain rather than uniting. His voice rising, amplified only as he is repeating the talking points from over 35 years in the United States Senate. Fox’s Stuart Varney Lectures Trump To “Move On” From 2020 Election Fraud

May 24, 2022 at 01:32PM (TB101)  Wow. Varney Lectures President Trump on Moving on from Stolen Election – “Republicans Don’t Want You to Look Back” (VIDEO)

President Donald Trump joined Stuart Varney on FOX Business Network on Tuesday morning.

Stuart Varney started the interview by asking President Trump about the election today in Georgia. Trump is backing David Perdue over Brian Kemp in the gubernatorial race. Brian Kemp allowed Democrats and their ballot traffickers to steal the presidential election and then two US Senate seats in 2020 and early 2021.

Stuart Varney insisted that the American public does not want to look back on the 2020 election.

It was a disgraceful performance by Stuart Varney. He needs to get out of his media bubble some time.

President Trump: Brian Kemp did an awful job on election integrity.

Stuart Varney: And he’s going to win… What I hear from a number of Republicans is that they don’t want you to look back to the 2020 election and rehash it. They want to look forward to what we’re going to do with this economy and this society going forward. What do you say to that?

President Trump: Well, I do that. But if you don’t study what happened and you don’t find. We know what happened. All you have to do is see “2000 Mules” or go on Truth…

Stuart Varney: That’s not what people are talking about. People don’t want you to do that!

President Trump: No, I think you have to look back to find out, You have to look at history, Stuart!

    Wow. Stuart is just lost.

Kudos to Trump for mentioning “2000 Mules” on FOX Business Network. Surprisingly, the channel did not bleep it out.

  • MONKEY-POX INSPECTION! Pro NFL’er Slaps Racist Pandemic-Nazi Airline Employee [WARNING: Graphic]

MONKEY-POX INSPECTION! Pro NFL’er Slaps Racist Pandemic-Nazi Airline Employee [WARNING: Graphic]

May 24, 2022 at 05:01AM Former NFL player arrested after allegedly brawling with United Airlines employee: reports

Former NFL player Brendan Langley was arrested Thursday after he allegedly got into a fight with a United Airlines employee at Newark Liberty International Airport. According to multiple reports, the airline employee made a reference to “doing a mandatory government monkey-pox inspection”.

Langley, a former Denver Broncos cornerback turned wide receiver, was captured on video getting into a physical altercation with the employee at the New Jersey airport and even throwing a few punches.

In the video that was posted online Sunday, both Langley and the employee were seen squaring off against each other, when the employee appeared to slap him in the face.

The NFL player quickly slapped him back before throwing a series of punches at the employee, who regained his composure and retaliated with another slap, the video showed.

    WARNING: GRAPHIC VIDEO

“You saw that sh–?” Langley stated in the video before he punched the employee in the face, sending him crashing behind the check-in counter.

The employee was seen standing with blood near his eye as he again approached Langley, who shouted, “You want some more? He wants more!”

The video ended soon after, and it’s unclear what prompted witnesses to record the incident. It’s also unclear what happened prior to the start of the video.

Authorities told reporter that the United Airlines employee was not arrested, despite Langley claiming the employee threw the first punch. The employee has since been fired, a United Airlines spokesperson told the outlet.

Langley was reportedly charged with simple assault.

He was selected by the Broncos in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft, and he made his NFL debut in the season opener against the Chargers.

He was eventually surpassed on the depth chart and finished the season with just three tackles in 11 games while playing mostly on special teams.   Langley later made a position switch to wide receiver, but he was released by the team prior to the start of the 2019 regular season.

  • Devin Nunes: This Is Why I Left Congress

Devin Nunes: This Is Why I Left Congress

On Monday’s “Wake Up America,” Devin Nunes revealed why he resigned from Congress to be CEO of Trump Media and Technology Group, and reacted to the latest news from the trial of fmr. Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann.

    TRANSCRIPT

    HOST:

Is this a situation where, where Hillary Clinton should apologize, not just to Donald Trump, but to the American people for this charade for the last seven years that we’ve gone through. And basically how do we repair the damage that’s already been done?

    DEVIN NUNES:

Well, look, I, I think it’s much darker than that. I think more serious than that because what started in 15 and 16 as a dirty political operation that ultimately —- think about it —- even at that time, they were able to corrupt elements within the DOJ and FBI that then —-  full blown by 2017 —- you got full corruption at the FBI and DOJ.   You have many of these characters —- we ran that investigation —- they were under subpoena —- we never received a lot of this information that was really pertinent to our investigation. So right there, they lied and they misled Congress.

And so look just fast forward, where do we end up? Well now just, you know, in the last few weeks we end up with transcripts from the Supreme court leaking out of, of potential decisions on cases you have protests occurring at the Supreme court justices house.

That’s how far, and I believe this kind of era of disinformation is really critical.  And Robin, that’s why I left —— I didn’t need a new job. I was perfectly happy representing the central valley in Congress and Donald Trump didn’t need a new company. Right.

But part of this whole problem with the disinformation, our inability to, to not be able to communicate, and a lot of us being kicked off of all these social media platforms —- all of this is related.

I mean, that’s why we started true social was to try to combat all this, to allow the American people, to communicate with one another. So all of this is all related. I hope Understand that.

    HOST:

James Baker testified last week, he said the bureau would’ve treated this type of information a lot differently. Had they known it was coming directly from the Clinton campaign? What should you make of that? How did they not know?

    DEVIN NUNES:

Well, that’s the thing. It’s this little sliver versus the whole enchilada. Baker had to have known the whole thing. He had to know that this whole thing was being concocted by the campaign. This is very specific as to whether or not the lawyer when he came into the FBI, whether or not he was representing the Clintons and the DNC or not. That’s really what this comes down to. So, what Durham is able to do, he’s really exposing all of these characters, which is good.

“The Marxist Left Has Intimidated Judges” – Mike Lindell

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE IS A LEFT WING HIT PIECE AGAINST MIKE LINDELL

‘I’d like to file lawsuits in all 50 states’: Mike Lindell

Among the rightwing crusaders promoting Donald Trump’s false claims that the 2020 election was stolen, the wealthy pillow entrepreneur Mike Lindell occupies a key niche, spending lavishly on lawsuits to ban voting machines in some states, endorsing big lie advocates for top offices in 2022 and financing an anti-voting machine film, plus related projects.

In some respects, Lindell is an unlikely figure to emerge in the hotbed of US politics and the conservative ecosystem. As the chief executive of MyPillow he was once better known for his TV adverts than his extremist politics. But Lindell has become an ally of a still-powerful Trump who is eyeing a 2024 bid to return to the White House. Lindell has also become a popular figure on the right himself, making several appearances at recent Trump rallies.

But election experts and voting watchdogs say Lindell’s legal blitz to ditch voting machines, and other drives that sustain Trump’s baseless claims about widespread fraud in the 2020 election, are deeply flawed and dangerous and potentially further damage voter confidence in elections.

Lindell, though, sounds undaunted, telling the Guardian that he has spent about $30m to retain about 70 lawyers, cyber consultants, private investigators and other staffers for his projects to prove widespread fraud in the 2020 elections, despite mountains of contrary evidence, and expand his crusade to get rid of voting machines.

Last month Lindell pumped about $500,000 into an Arizona lawsuit filed by two Trump- and Lindell-backed state candidates for secretary of state and governor, Mark Finchem and Kari Lake, respectively, to obtain a preliminary injunction against voting machines that Lindell has repeatedly charged are defective.

Lindell said that he plans to underwrite similar anti-voting machine lawsuits in the next few months in many other states including Colorado, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, Michigan and Alabama. “I’d like to file the lawsuits in all 50 states,” he said. “I didn’t come all this way not to succeed. We’ve got to get rid of them all.”

To further spur his conservative agenda, Lindell has publicly endorsed several candidates for top posts in battleground states including Lake and Finchem, who early this month benefited from a Trump-sponsored fundraiser at Mar-a-Lago that Lindell attended.

Lindell is also backing a candidate in Colorado for secretary of state, Tina Peters, a Mesa county elections clerk indicted on 10 counts for tampering with voting equipment in an effort to reveal what she thought were sizable election machine errors, for whom Lindell headlined a rally last month. A judge on 10 May barred Peters from running the county elections this year; Peters remains a candidate to be secretary of state but first has to win a June Republican primary.

And in Michigan Lindell has bet on two Trump loyalists, Matt DePerno and Kristina Karamo who, respectively, were endorsed by a state Republican convention to be the Republican candidates this fall for attorney general and secretary of state.

To promote his messages more widely, Lindell said he’s recruited the ex-Fox News reporter Lara Logan, who claims she was “pushed out” by Fox after making incendiary comments comparing Anthony Fauci to the notorious Nazi doctor Josef Mengele, to do a documentary about voting machine fraud and the voting machine companies that Lindell boasts will be “huge”.

Moreover, to help spread dubious claims of widespread election fraud, Lindell late last year launched Cause of America, a grassroots group whose self-styled mission is to “restore trust in local elections”, which Lindell said he was subsidizing to the tune of $100,000 to $200,000 a month.

Currently, to facilitate the CEO’s pricey lawsuits to get rid of voting machines, which legal and voting experts say face long odds, Lindell has retained a team of lawyers including the Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz and Kurt Olsen, who was was subpoenaed on 1 March by the House committee investigating the 6 January Capitol attack by a mob of Trump loyalists.

Election watchdogs say Lindell’s lawsuit spending spree is promoting conspiratorial views of voting fraud and has scant chance of legal success, but carries big risks to further confuse voters about the risks of election fraud in 2020. Even William Barr, Trump’s own conservative attorney general, admitted in late 2020 there was no evidence of widespread fraud.

“This is just another effort by proponents of the big lie to spread unsubstantiated conspiracy theories and undermine confidence in American elections,”Larry Norden, senior director for elections and government at the Brennan Center, said.

“Like most other states, Arizona conducts its elections entirely on paper ballots and audits the machine results with a review of those ballots after the election is over,” he added. “Every post-election review of the 2020 Arizona election, including the partisan review led by Cyber Ninjas, confirmed that Joe Biden won.”

Norden stressed too that “hand-counting of ballots in any but the tiniest of jurisdictions is far too time-consuming and prone to human error to be feasible. Even in very small jurisdictions it would require trained election staff working in multi-member teams with oversight.”

Other voting watchdogs offer similar views.

“These ridiculous lawsuits are designed to continue undermining Americans’ confidence in every aspect of our electoral system, allowing Lindell and his cronies to decry any outcomes they don’t like as fraudulent,” Melanie Sloan, a senior adviser to the watchdog group American Oversight, said.

”Hand-counting ballots actually increases opportunities for fraud, but given that Lindell and Finchem were active participants in Trump’s efforts to overturn the election, it’s obvious there is no low to which they won’t stoop to foist their candidates on America, democracy be damned.”

Lindell, though, is bullish about winning the class action lawsuits, despite dozens of other lawsuits by Trump lawyers to overturn the 2020 results that alleged fraud and that courts rejected “There’s no reason they won’t succeed,” Lindell boasted, adding that “the likelihood is very high”.

Since Trump’s defeat, Lindell’s adamant advocacy that the election was rigged and his legal attacks on voting machines have sparked substantial legal headaches for the Minnesota-based mogul, a 60-year-old former crack addict and born-again Christian who once said Trump had been “chosen by God”.

Two voting machine companies Lindell has portrayed as part of an election rigging operation have filed defamation lawsuits against him, and he has countersued at least one of them.

Dominion Voting Systems filed a $1.3bn defamation lawsuit in February against Lindell, and a month later a judge declined Lindell’s efforts to dismiss the suit. Another voting equipment firm, Smartmatic, has also sued Lindell for defamation for an undisclosed amount.

Further, the House Capitol attack committee subpoenaed Lindell’s phone records from 1 November, 2020 to 31 January 2021 as part of their inquiry, which prompted Lindell to sue the committee, the House speaker, Nancy Pelosi, and Verizon to block the panel’s effort.

Not surprisingly, Lindell angrily decried Pelosi and the committee’s inquiry as “election deflection. It’s all political and criminal.”

Lindell, however, attended Trump’s “Save America” rally on the Ellipse before the Capitol attack where Trump urged the crowd to “fight like hell”, and he also attended a Trump rally in Georgia on 4 January where Trump railed without evidence that there was significant fraud.

On 15 January, Lindell met briefly with Trump at the White House where the executive said he told Trump of “evidence” he had gathered that the voting machines were rigged.

Incredibly to most experts, Lindell postulated that he has evidence Trump won by almost 15m votes with about 82m for Trump to some 67m for Biden, figures nowhere near the official total. Biden won by sabout 7m votes, or 81.2m for Biden, versus 74.2m for Trump.

Norden of the Brennan Center noted that 93% of the 2020 votes were cast on paper ballots, including all the votes in the main battleground states, and that post-election audits “confirmed the machine results. The idea that the machines could have been so wildly off and yet none of it got caught by any of the post-election reviews is beyond absurd.”

On another legal front, some watchdog experts say that the lawyers Lindell has recruited to handle the anti-voting machine litigation could face ethics problems.

“Lawyers must abide by the rules of professional conduct, which forbid lying to a court, bringing frivolous claims and misrepresenting facts,” said Michael Teter, the director of Project 65, a bipartisan legal ethics watchdog group focused on lawyers trying to undermine democracy.

“Mr Lindell may be willing to pay hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to these lawyers to continue the effort that began in 2020 to discredit our elections through bogus lawsuits grounded in falsehoods, conjecture and distortions,” Teter added. “But the lawyers who take Mr Lindell’s money and allow the courts to be abused as part of political theater can, and we hope will, face professional consequences.”

Lindell’s legal crusade seems aimed at weakening, rather than improving, the election process, concluded Norden of the Brennan Center. “Everything about this [lawsuit] effort wreaks of yet another attempt by the same cast of characters to undermine the election system.”

Here Are The Only “Papers” You’ll Need During A Lockdown

Remember “2 weeks to flatten the curve”?

For 2 years entire bureaucracies and even the medical industrial complex violated our Constitutional rights, and We The People were virtually helpless.  Americans were harassed, intimidated, ostracized, arrested and even abused by law enforcement, and individuals really had no recourse.

Repeat the following after me: “NEVER AGAIN!”

Pastor Tony Spell kept his church doors opened, but he paid the price – he was arrested multiple times, charged & faced 18 years in prison, but he never backed down from standing up for our First Amendment.  Last week, the Louisiana Supreme Court issued a landmark ruling upholding the LAW:  Governments shall make no law infringing upon our right to exercise our religious freedoms.

That’s right — it’s the LAW — so whenever “law enforcement” tells you that you are breaking the law by ignoring a fake-pandemic  lockdown or curfew, show them Pastor Spells Supreme Court Ruling.  IT’s THE LAW.

Download or save this link on your phone, show it to anyone who interferes with your right to go to and from church, and politely tell them to buzz off.
